I have purchased a mobile connection with handset from BSNL through their distributor ADS Services under their scheme known as "Bundle". From 1st December onwards my mobile is showing Limited Service. I have filed a complaint with their call centre and the complaint No. is KT - [protected]. Till yesterday they are not rectified the problem and I have contacted their office at Kammanahalli and they are not bothered to rectify the same. Later I checked the reliability of the IMEI No. [protected] to SMS No. 53232 and got the reply that the IMEI No. quoted in the mobile hand set is bogus.
Therefore I request the forum to take necessary steps against the BSNL for selling these types of illlegal activites and make sure that the customers of these handsets are property compensated.

I recharged my Bsnl Prepaid connection on 28th November by Rs 300 for getting facility value added service of free local bsnl to bsnl unlimited calls. In this respect, i also got the message from the company regarding the successful recharge has been done. But till date the facility o[censored]nlimited calling on bsnl local connections has not been activated in my account.
I also inquired the customer care service and personally met JTO, Commercial (mobile), BSNL, Jodhpur and from that i found that nothing has been credited in my account in this respect.
Due to this default, i already spent Rs 500 due to non activation o[censored]nlimited bsnl to bsnl calling.
So kindly consider my complaint and start my facility as soon as possible or credit the balance of Rs 300 recharge into my account.
I use a mobile post paid connection for the past 5 years in Chennai. From the begining the voice quality is so bad. Voice gets disconnected (No voice condition) happens when I make a call or receive a call. When we complain to BSNL officers., they do not respond at all. Thye say it will improve. But five years is to too long a period to improve. The complaints do not reach the top brass. The officers offer to replace the SIM card while the problem is not with the SIM.
By seeing the 3G propaganda, I got my connection upgraded to 3G. But the problem remains same.
Does it mean BSNL does not want to provide good service so that private players can do more business. Are the senior officers of BSNL are invllved in any such scam?
Can any one else have simuilar experience?

I agree, very bad service. We have to wait atleast 15 -20 min to connect to the customer care people. They are not well trained. Till date i have lodged ~ 10 complaints but none of them solved. Useless service. Even in the customer care centres they will not respond properly

I got a message "Thanks 4 Using Wap Subscription Service at[protected]:10.Your total cost is Rs.30". But the thing is I had never subscribed to any wap connection because I have the full access to internet in 99 unlimited plan of BSNL. and also I have unlimited net in my office.
When I call to the call center of BSNL ([protected] At 7:37pm on[protected] and explain my problem , the customer executive without solving my problem talked rudely and drop the phone. Again I called up and explain the same but they said wait ...and I wait for 10min and then the line was drop.

i am not receiving hard copy of the bill and if i want to get it for other purpose your web page is also not having such option. overall very poor service by bsnl.
I have taken a new Broadband connection from BSNL SHIVALIK NAGAR(Haridwar, Uttrakhand)) office recently & applied for a wireless modem. They provided me the wired modem saying that the wireless modem is not available right now & u will get it in next 4~5 days & we will replace the wired modem soon. But its almost a month now & they are not changing it causing a great problem to me.
Kindly look into the matter & arrange to get it rectified soon.

I am also getting SMS from 52906001 and there are charging 1 Re per SMS this happened twice to me first one was on 30 Nov 5.20 pm and second one was on 9 Dec 11.07 am. I have called customer care thrice(obviously negative reply), first time there said you might have subscribed to some service check it using *456*00# (I have not subscribed to any services) and call us back. when i called second time there said the system is down now call us latter. the funniest thing is when i called third time they them selves where not able to trace whose number is this. there assured me there will send me the SMS after tracing within two hours. Now its almost 24hrs no reply from them. let me try calling them tomorrow. lets hope we will get our money back :)

Just after posting my complaint yesterday on 09.08.10, the BSNL-Cellone did the limit, 3 more value added SMS service have been started by the BSNL-Cellone without my consent and opting and sending SMS for activation of such value added service. three services are 1). word-BSNL alert service started at 16.55 on 10.8.2010 deducted Rs. 10 (weekly basis) and 2) Astrology-BSNL alert service started at 05.43 p.m. on 10.08.2010 deducted Rs. 10 (weekly basis)both came from 51234010. Third service is Megacombo-BSNL alert service at 05.48 on 10.08.10 dedcted Rs. 50 (monthly basis) came from 51234050. I have recharged the voucher of Rs 100 in my sim.yesterday, out of which Rs. 70 was deducted from my balance toward these value added services. I made three times complaints to Customer Care at[protected], but their representatives could not give the satisfactory reply and when I ask for their highers up phone oe cell nos, they refused to give tha same. If thier such male and fraud practise of deducting the money toward un-wanted and un-opted value added sms services, I will have no option left but to move to Consumer walfare Court to regain my loss.

I am CellOne customer with mobile number [protected]. I have received 2 unwanted and unopted value added service SMSs on 01-Mar-2011 and 02-Mar-2011 from the no.[protected]. when I investigated, I found out that this short code belongs to a company called Symbiotic Infotech from chennai. Legal action including criminal action should be initiated against this company and BSNL as joint respondents. I googled to search more information about this company and you get the address also there.
send complain via sms to [protected]@symbioticinfo.com, the owner of the 52906 with CC to GM, BSNL of your circle. send 100 times and flooded their inbox with your complain and force them to act.
Rs. 30/- were deducted from my pre-paid Bsnl Mobile( No. [protected]) on[protected]through one SMS from[protected] for which I had not opted at all.
I contacted my service provider for the activation of 'DND' service which was activated on 18th April 2011
On 1st August again I received one SMS from BP-57000 regarding the same Cricket Alerts( for which I was duped of Rs. 30/- earlier) & few more SMS have started pouring in my cellphone after the activation of ' DND' on 18th April 2011.
Is their any authority in India to tame these rascals who unnecessarily & fraudulently fleece the customers?

I have applied for broadband connection on 21 Nov 09 in Sector 49 , Gurgaon. After repeated attempts a telephone connection No 2213005 was fitted on 25 Nov 09. However the broadband connection has still not been provided despite putting complaints on telephone everyday with the local Bsnl office tele No 221900,2218500, 2339336.
I had applied for this connection soleley for broadband . After almost 20 days Bsnl is still not taking any action.
Concerned authorities are requested to take some action.

i am suffring a brod band complain due to 30 day's and i infrom my local exchange last 20 day's ago.But the exchange not take any action to solve my problem, when i meet J.T.O he say's i knew this problm to my higher othority but sitt now i have no soluation.
my problem is my brod band connection started 20 minutes latter.
at first when i push the switch to my modrem it three light blinking constantly twenty minutes and when blinking stop then it hve no link, then stopped the moderm switch and restart then it connect properly.

i have got a bsnl broadband with my fixed phone line whose no. is[protected]. from the last 6 month there has been problem with the link in the broadband connection. other users of the area have got good connection but there is problem with our connection only. we also made a complain at the bsnl exchange. they also sent their service man for checking out the problem but they could not figure out the problem. now they even dont listen to our words.
so now fed up with the problem. plz advice me what to do and if i can file a case in consumer court or not. if i can then please tell me the procedure for it and how much time will be required to sort out the problem.
I am facing problem with the broad band connectivity from the begining. In spite of my number of complaints to BSNL and Laxmikanth from Belavadi telephone exchange Mysore nothing has happened yet.

I have taken a BSNL broadband connection. I am facing problem in its operation. I visited BSNL sec 12 office and Head office. I was told to meet Ms Shardha. On meeting her she gave me the number 2223000 to lodge the complaint. On talking to this number, I was given a fresh number 2399000 and I was asked to talk Mr Jitendra or Mr Harish. The beuty of this mumber is that firstly no body picks up th ephone and if by chance somebody pichsup then it is told that none of the above officers are available.
Now a days lot many private players like Airtel, Tata etc are avaialble hence BSNL should try to take care of few those clients, who are yet attached with them .Otherwise they are goinbg to loose these little left out clients also.
Can some body take care of my complaint.
I wanted to take an internet connection. I thought BSNL being a reliable company is better. I filled in the form and paid fee around 5 of Jan 2010. After 5-6 days I got a telephone without the internet connection. After a week or so after I got a modem and the person who came to install it told me that I would have to pay the installation charges. I was surprised to know that why I was not informed about this at the beginning.
The next day, 0n 18th, the internet was not working. Since then I have been calling BSNL to fix up the problem with no proper response. I think BSNL is still a public company with no fear of losing jobs. I wanted to run the internet before 10th of January. I had a big assignment.
Now I am fed up with BSNL and want to withdraw the internet connection and keep the landline phone. I do not trust BSNL internet at all. Please resolve the matter soon.

My jharkand BSNL SIM was dead 4 5 months. I recharged and activated it for 6 months thru rs54 voucher. Thereafter I recharged it by rs45 ip/sec plan.. after 4-5 days of rcg it got activated

Stopped outgoing, poor response from Customer care
Today (8/12/2009) morning I observed that my outgoing was stopped by BSNL and I received message to contact 24365 for further details. I contacted customer care immediately where I kept on hold for 40 minutes by thier representative Mr Nilesh on first time, 22 minutes on second time by same person, 18 minutes on third time by Mr Sachin. But no one has told me the reason for stopping of outgoing as everyone was telling thier system is not updated. On my sixth attempt Ms Jyoti has transferred the call to thier Senior Excutive Mr Yadav who told that I have not paid the bill dated 5th Dec 2009 hence facility is stopped. I informed them that today is 8th Dec 2009 and till date I have not received any biill or any intimation regrding payment, then how can I pay? And the next question is when it is only two days passed and the bill is not received to me, how can service provider stop the facility before the due date(23.12.2009). I had paid last bill of date 5th Nov 2009 on due date 23.11.2009. Mr Yadav told me that you once again call the customer care and log your complaint and get complaint number, then only we will able to solve your querry. Again I called customer care where again I had not been responded in first attempt. During my third attempt after 35 minutes Mr Silvester has logged my compaint and given me comaplint no 3469114.
I am reaally fade up with the service and the treatment given by BSNL representatives and their officers. I spent almost more than 4 hours t know the reasons for stopping of the service. the reasons for stopping the service are not valid at all. after paying on time and be the loyal customer for more than 10 years BSNL is giving such embarassing treatment which has disturbed and tortured me. Therfore I request you to look into the matter and give me the justice by restarting my facility immediately and compensation for my mental torture.

BSNL — Outgoing stopped
My mobile no. 91 [protected] ,since many years, suddenly outgoing phone stoped, I got balance of Rs. 648/- ( approx ). I am in trouble so please do need full in matter.

I am a senior citizen of 79 years old and living with my wife, who is of 76 years age at 5/333 Malviya Nagar, Jaipur (Raj.). We are the only two persons living at the above address. I am a heart patient and also suffered brain stroke 3 times. My son is living in Newyork (USA).
I have got one BSNL landline connection No.[protected] in the name of my son installed at my residence. This is the only mode of communication with us to contact our doctors, relatives (including my son's family residing in USA) or to call in any emergency.
In the last 6 months very frequently my above said telephone connection became dead and after repeated requests at all levels it was put to order. Recently 4 days back again it became dead. I lodged the complaint and also talked to the JTO/SDO of the area, but nothing was done in this matter. It seems they are not realising the hardship we are facing in this matter.
We therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the complaint permanently.

BSNL Landline Connection — telephone not working
my tel no is[protected]. my telephone is not working since three month and i am paying bill still reguler however i have complaine at local office numereousely but not getting much response.. kindely do the need full because i am suffering a lot by such disconnect telephone..
Land line teli no[protected] is dead since 15 days i lodged the complaint at commercial street & complaint no -286&391 but there is no responce since the date ..very bad service of product. do the needful.

BSNL Landline Connection — Refund not received till date 04.05.09
We surrendered the Landline connection on 11th February 2009 in Adyar Exchange and settled the dues on call charges. The employee said we will get our refund of security deposit within 2 months. Till date we have not received the refund. This is the way the department works and was also one of the reason for terminating the connection.
Dear sir i have applied for a new connection of bsnl landline on 11 june 2009. Vide your receipt no 0905803 . But till date we have not received any reply from your side. I request to you kindly look the metter and do the needful as soon as possiable.

My no:[protected] was dead for past 20 & more days.Not only mine,also the nearby connections including[protected] & more...But still no steps has been taken to resolve the problem.Hope it ll give me a good result.Also pls suggest me if there is any other plan by which i can reduce my basic rental.

My Phone is not working during the last 5 more days. I already reported to the BSNL Office at Pacha in Trivandrum District. Not received any response from the part of the Officials who are dealing this complaint. My phone No. is 2840530.Kindly look into the matter and make an immediate step to rectify my problem. My home land line phone[protected] is dead from past 7 to 8 months due to non availability of permanent employee at local exchange. I lodged the complaint and also talked to the JTO/SDO of the area, but nothing was done in this matter. It seems they are not realizing the hardship we are facing in this matter.
I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the complaint permanently.

My BSNL landline phone no.[protected] is dead several times in past two month.
I have made complaint via BSNL compalint reference no. is 1432010 dated 22/02/2011. Request BSNL to ensure that phone works.

There was no response.
we given complained him for the dead telephone. but no staff of bsnl has yet come to rectify the problem.
This is a pathetic condition of bsnl services in this competitive time.
but still there is no action against this case,
I got my broadband two days back. (750 Unlimited)
as per the plan the should be 256kbps but i am getting max 30kbps.
and now i noticed some on the sites have be blocked by BSNL which i use regularly.
like. my own website, my Shell server, my webhosting server, i am not able to use my paid services bcz other this no reason blocking.
why we are not getting freedom to use things in our way when we are paying for it ?
or we are paying to them bcz we are stupid ?
1.Airtel is best
2.vodafone is best
3.and tata indicom is also good
but BSNL due bad customer care executives you are loosing your reputation day by day.
