Respected sir,
I prasanna kumar with mobile no-[protected](BSNL)got a message on my cell that my cell number has won a confirmed prize of 2500$ and to get the amount i should call on a particular number. When I did so, a recorded voice told me to follow a procedure which I could not understand as the voice was very unclear.So I request u sir to suggest me what procedure should I follow. The number they told me to call was +[protected].

never ever belive all this type messages on mobiles or in email inbox pls delete them immediately ... they r false . they wont work at all ... hence be carefull next time onwards.

    This is my second complaint. I am the user of mobile no [protected]. I have lodged a complaint on 14.12.09 regarding unnecessary deducting money from my mobile prepaid account by +53030005. They used to send unnecessary messages and unwanted questions. They further stated that they are renewing my subscription for AFACT5TOLLY5 pack and deducted a sum of Rs. 5/-. Earlier also they deducted Rs.15/- from my mobile account. I have never been a subscriber for the above pack and I cannot understand how they can steal money from me like this. Is there anyone to look into this matter?

    hello sir from your side many times money are deducted from my mobile([protected]) while i have no need of any facilities like tune ,music etc .Give the suffiecient reason and reimbursed my money which is deducted till date otherwise i will complaint to TRAI and consumer forum.

        At first you should deactvate the GPRS service (GPRSD to 53733 for south zone customers).There is no sms code to deactivate this service. you have to contact your near by telephone exchange or customer care and contact SDE (mobile ) to deactivate this service.

          Dear Sir,

          I am a regular user of BSNL Call Now Card [ Kharagpur] .

          I have bought a call now card on dated 17/10/2009 of Rs 1000/- and activated it on the same date.

          From dated 04/11/2009 till dated 15/11/2009, I could not call to USA. When I dial the code vide

          No- 1802 345, the reply came that “DOES NOT EXIST”.

          But From dated 16/11/2009 to till date when I dialed the above code vide no then reply comes that “THE BALANCE OF THE CARD IS RS 660/- and validity is till Jan’2010.“ and advising to dial the desired phone no and # at the end.

          But after dialing the number and # the reply again comes that “NOT ACCESED TILL DATE”

          I have complained so many times as below:-

          1. Dated 04/12/2009 Complaint No is : 3906001

          2. Dated 06/12/2009 Reminder against the above complaint no.

          3. Dated 10/12/2009 Contacted the deputy GM Kharagpur [ A&T ].
          He advised to contact Mr Bipin [SDE Saltlake] and Mr Lokesh [JTO Saltlake, kolkata] but problem not solved after vigorous follow up.

          Kindly look into the matter at an earliest as my age is 65yrs, and I have to call my daughter who is staying in USA.

          i m regularly using call card now to call from india to oman. first time recharged with local dealer in my place (Jamnagar-Gujarat). and thn i m recharging through internet.

          but after recharging through internet one problem was occured while calling i can connect easily but money is deducting from both ballance. (Ex. if i called to oman thn money is dedcut from CALL NOW CARD balance (rs. 7.30/per min) and as well as from my local recharege balance (rs. 1/per min)

          this thing happend only after recharge through internet but before it was deducting from CALL NOW CARD balance only nt from local balance


          so pls give me a solution for tht because nw it's cost me rs 08.30/per min.

            Dear Sir,
            I would like to bring my pathetic condition by using BSNL Broadband Service. I have Broadband Service on my Landline number[protected]Hyderbad). Right from the inception, some 10 months back, it is giving problem every time. The ADSL goes off, and the internet is disconnected. I have to wait for some time, and then, the ADSL comes back. Due to this problem, my pages goes off, and sometimes, I need to login again. I have made umpteen number of complaints on this problem, and every time they say, they are going to rectify it, but they never. Right from the beginning, I could not enjoy the un-interrupted performance not even for two hours. Earlier, I was having an unlimited package, and due to this problem, I have shifted to limited package. Even after, I am paying BSNL for poor service they are providing. Due to this cause, forcibly I had to go for a private operator as a stand-bye. I hope, Forum will take this to the notice of BSNL, which is not at all serious on Customer interests.

            broadband not working properly — adsl problem

            lineman & agency representative visit frequently to solve the problem but they can't found actual solution so we are suffering with this problem. Our monthly rent @Rs. 500/-plus tax is not useful to us. Our Experience is very bad from BSNL after sales service.
            due to the noises in basic phone, downloading speed were affected.

            I have a BSNL BroadBand connection from past 2 years and I am having lot of problems using it daily. The DSL link keeps going down and every time I raise a comaplaint the engineer comes home resolving it and verifies everything is working fine and leaves. The BroadBand stops working after he leaves and this has become a regular issue for me. I am situated in B.C.C Layout and I am now planning to change by serive provider. BSNL being sunch a big company is not having the right people to support and keep the QoS consitent. I am really very unhappy with it.

              I am the user of mobile no. [protected]. Every day I am receiving messages from 53030 asking me to answer their silly questions. Without my consent they have made me a subscriber of AFACT5TOLLY5 and deducted Rs. 5/- from my account. They further stated that to unsubscribe send the message to them as UNSUBAFACT5TOLLY5. When I sent the message to unsubscribe, they replied that the text of message is wrong and again deducted Rs. 5/-. Onceagain I neatly composed UNSUBAFACT5TOLLY5 and sent to 53030. But, instead o[censored]nsubscribing they further deducted Rs. 5/- and said the same old story of wrong text message.

              Today I have received a message from 53030 stating that 'your subscription for AFACT5TOLLY5 will be renewed in 1 days. To unsubscribe send UNSUBAFACT5TOLLY5 to 53030'. This message was sent on 14 Dec 09 at 08:10:07 through message centre No[protected] sender by +53030. But, I have not sent any reply to them as I know they will onceagain deduct the money from my account.

              Kindly arrange to stop this type of stealing money and sending messages to me henceforth.

              I am getting unsolicited sms from the following number.[protected]. How can I get the details so that I could make a complaint. Do the cellphone service providers have a online directory. Why there is no such directory like that of the old printed telephone directories. Is the TRAI aware of these difficulties of customers. Should we not make mandatory the directories.

              I have brought a recharge coupon of Bsnl [EXCEL] for Rs.110/-. When I tried to recharge with this coupon, the error message was "Recharge not possible" I triet to reach the customer care services, and the operator kept sayoin "all routes are busy" I have been trying to call BSNL Customer Care from 5th Nov 2010, 1 p.m. Till now, i.e., 6th Nov 2010 3.00 P.M, the operator just keeps saying that all the routes are busy. having tried from other phone numbers also, I am now lodging a compliant on the negligence and low standards of BSNL prepaid services. The customer care services also proves a waste of valuable resources.

                For last 3 months i have given lot of complaints for net connection problem. they have not taken any proper action for my complaint. Net is working for 1 day and the next day it is not working. Saturdays and Sundays no net connection. Always saying line problem. i have paid it for a year-Rs.8086. Already 2 months waste for this years payment. Please take a proper action against this irresponsible action by a government organization.

The phone was in out of order for more than 2 weeks in a month, there is no response from the appropriate providers. If we make any complaints the didn't response for that.                   the pin is lose and the phone keeps shutting down, took the phone to the bsnl office in hadapsar near kirloskar neumatics, and they directed me to the store room to get it changed, but the store keeper directs you to the officer and the officer then again directs you to the store keeper, it goes on and on,
                  and finally they say, we have already many equipment faulty, so it cannot be changed,
                  they ask you to adjust with it.
                  this the response which we get for a highly paid service.

                              I have purchased a mobile connection with handset from BSNL through their distributor ADS Services under their scheme known as "Bundle". From 1st December onwards my mobile is showing Limited Service. I have filed a complaint with their call centre and the complaint No. is KT - [protected]. Till yesterday they are not rectified the problem and I have contacted their office at Kammanahalli and they are not bothered to rectify the same. Later I checked the reliability of the IMEI No. [protected] to SMS No. 53232 and got the reply that the IMEI No. quoted in the mobile hand set is bogus.
                              Therefore I request the forum to take necessary steps against the BSNL for selling these types of illlegal activites and make sure that the customers of these handsets are property compensated.

                                  I am S.Rasiah living in Trichy my telephone connection[protected] from TRICHY-O Exchange BSNL. Last two week my land line conntion not working. I Have made several complaints to the local authorities. Yesterday only the phone line fault is set right. But still i am not getting DSL Lamp in my Modem for accessing Broadband connectivity. Kindly set right the fault immediately.

                                  20 days. I have launched a complaint to the Telephone department last
                                  week but till date the issue has not yet been resolved. 10 more time
                                  complaint in our near Bsnl office. But they aren't responsible. Please
                                  take necessary action in this issue and do the needful without delay.
                                  U.Adaikalaraj, Our Ph.No: is[protected], for the past 4 days, the Internet connection is not working and local BSNL office has not worried about that and they are not in a position to hear our voice . So we do not know, where we have to intimate about this problem.
                                  So Please take necessary action to get our Internet connection.This type of lethargic activity only lead us to get private connections.

                                    I recharged my Bsnl Prepaid connection on 28th November by Rs 300 for getting facility value added service of free local bsnl to bsnl unlimited calls. In this respect, i also got the message from the company regarding the successful recharge has been done. But till date the facility o[censored]nlimited calling on bsnl local connections has not been activated in my account.

                                    I also inquired the customer care service and personally met JTO, Commercial (mobile), BSNL, Jodhpur and from that i found that nothing has been credited in my account in this respect.

                                    Due to this default, i already spent Rs 500 due to non activation o[censored]nlimited bsnl to bsnl calling.

                                    So kindly consider my complaint and start my facility as soon as possible or credit the balance of Rs 300 recharge into my account.

                                      I use a mobile post paid connection for the past 5 years in Chennai. From the begining the voice quality is so bad. Voice gets disconnected (No voice condition) happens when I make a call or receive a call. When we complain to BSNL officers., they do not respond at all. Thye say it will improve. But five years is to too long a period to improve. The complaints do not reach the top brass. The officers offer to replace the SIM card while the problem is not with the SIM.

                                      By seeing the 3G propaganda, I got my connection upgraded to 3G. But the problem remains same.
                                      Does it mean BSNL does not want to provide good service so that private players can do more business. Are the senior officers of BSNL are invllved in any such scam?
                                      Can any one else have simuilar experience?

                                      I agree, very bad service. We have to wait atleast 15 -20 min to connect to the customer care people. They are not well trained. Till date i have lodged ~ 10 complaints but none of them solved. Useless service. Even in the customer care centres they will not respond properly

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I got a message "Thanks 4 Using Wap Subscription Service at[protected]:10.Your total cost is Rs.30". But the thing is I had never subscribed to any wap connection because I have the full access to internet in 99 unlimited plan of BSNL. and also I have unlimited net in my office.
                                        When I call to the call center of BSNL ([protected] At 7:37pm on[protected] and explain my problem , the customer executive without solving my problem talked rudely and drop the phone. Again I called up and explain the same but they said wait ...and I wait for 10min and then the line was drop.

                                        Thats all and Waiting to your favorable reply..

                                        sir i request sevrel time for discnect chat servise to your custmer care officer and he assuer me that chat service on your mobil no. [protected] was disconected but your chat service provider debit my balence with Rs. 30/ . This very bad thing enquire into the matter and taken action. please credit my a/c with rupee 30/ imediatlly. Otherwise legal action taknen at distt consumer fourm. Due to your chetting services i intend to change port.
