gurgaon bsnl broadband

I have applied for broadband connection on 21 Nov 09 in Sector 49 , Gurgaon. After repeated attempts a telephone connection No 2213005 was fitted on 25 Nov 09. However the broadband connection has still not been provided despite putting complaints on telephone everyday with the local Bsnl office tele No 221900,2218500, 2339336.
I had applied for this connection soleley for broadband . After almost 20 days Bsnl is still not taking...

I HAVE LIFETIME BSNL MOBILE NO.[protected] SINCE LONG.I HAD SENT MESSAGE ON 19.11.09 AS "ACT 1S" FOR 1 PAISE/SEC. Stopped outgoing, poor response from Customer care

Today (8/12/2009) morning I observed that my outgoing was stopped by BSNL and I received message to contact 24365 for further details. I contacted customer care immediately where I kept on hold for 40 minutes by thier representative Mr Nilesh on first time, 22 minutes on second time by same person, 18 minutes on third time by Mr Sachin. But no one has told me the reason for stopping of outgoing as everyone was telling thier system is not...

landline phone dead

I am a senior citizen of 79 years old and living with my wife, who is of 76 years age at 5/333 Malviya Nagar, Jaipur (Raj.). We are the only two persons living at the above address. I am a heart patient and also suffered brain stroke 3 times. My son is living in Newyork (USA).
I have got one BSNL landline connection No.[protected] in the name of my son installed at my residence. This is the only mode of communication with us to contact...

Why My webhosting server is blocked by Bsnl

I got my broadband two days back. (750 Unlimited)
as per the plan the should be 256kbps but i am getting max 30kbps.
and now i noticed some on the sites have be blocked by BSNL which i use regularly.
like. my own website, my Shell server, my webhosting server, i am not able to use my paid services bcz other this no reason blocking.

why we are not getting freedom to use things in our way when we are paying...

extra money due to server fault

I used a bsnl broadband (dataone) since last two months.I used 600c plan which provide 2mbps speed and 2.5GB free in day and night(2-8 am)unlimited.I usually check my broadband usage from there website.But i go sock when i see there is also chargable unit which used in 2-8 am.I have proof of this....

Unnecessary usage charges imposed

In my Oct-Nov 2009 bill it has been charged excessive in BB usage. Hence request to rectify the bill on BB usage charge and send me a fresh bill for Land Line No.[protected]. Otherwise this matter will be brought into the notice of Consumer Forum....

network problems

Sir,
I am using Bsnl EV-DO internet.I am staying in near to T John college in bannerghatta road.Here the network is very poor.couple of days back i got 1mbps but now its max speed is 144kbps.i already called customer care but no use.They gave some other number.I hope this complaint will help me and my friends....

My BSNL WLL internet connection auto disconnect after every 2-3 minutes on connecting.Please give me a better service with better speed....

illlegali cutting of balance

I am chandan Pramanick i have a cellone prepaid sim card. from 18/11/2009 my balance is deducted per day 2 or 3 Rs i complain at customer care but they does not reply from that day i till suffer from this problem .and my total balance is deducted with RS.54 (18*3= 54). please help me.I beg to you for help...

I'm from chennai. I took a 2 new 3G connections.
* I've searched high and low for how to check the balance and validity on my new 3G prepaid data connection. I'd love to know asap.
* The lady sitting on 1503 (when I call from a land line it goes to her directly) said she had no information on 3G(postpaid, prepaid or data) & has a rude, horrible and uncouth attitude. She was the only one who was very rude...

my telehone 0671/2769603 remain un serviceable very often. But I have been paying regularly the phone bill. So please change this LL no to WLL or do some permanent solution....

Often gets disconnected.

I am experiencing the trouble of BSNL Broadband often getting disconnected and Error-815 appears, also while connecting the Broadband Error-718 appears. I have regulerly registered the complaint on 198. Every time the engineers at Ambarnath exchange gives the reason that exchange at Kalyan is having some fault. So far it has become the daily routine of disconnection. Will the authorities at Kalyan Exchange look in to the real problem and...

Lost WLL phone reported to BSNL-WLL Deptt in 2004

Deactivate 1s

Hello Sir,

I had tried many times to deactivate the 1s service using DEACT 1s to 53733 , I receive the message that the request has been taken to deactivate but still my 1.50 Rs gets deducted daily. I tried calling the customer service but no one picks up.
its beyond 30 days , please stop the 1s service.

not giving the proper response

the bsnl broadband usage is not at all working the link is broken and the usage is not at all cuming up...
