Dear sir,

Sub: bill amount includes rent of rs.180 in ul750 plus plan

I am using bsnl service from june 2008. I taken the connection only for internet purpose. My usage is more. So, i want to change my plan to unlimited from 500c plan. I made the request through online on 28/02/2009 at 7.30 a. M to change my plan to ul750. I did not any confirmation at that time and asked the customer care 1500 they told you must go to the bsnl office. So. I went to bsnl office at cipet road, guindy at 10 a. M their i approached a person who give a form for plan change. I am not using my landline for making calls. He told that to choose ul 750 plus to avoid rental. So, i choose that plan and i got an slip. Ref : request ref:[protected] prov an:92344251 dated[protected].

My plan is changed to ul 750 plus from[protected] and i started using the internet without using my landline for making calls.
I got the bill for rs.1077 [750 (Bb charge)+250 (Security deposit 750-500) +service tax] biil no :[protected] dt: 10/04/2009

But, the bill for april month rs.1577 (750+750+180)+st bill no[protected] dt:10/05/2009.. When i asked to accounts officer on april month they revised the bill and i paid rs.827 (750+st)

Again on the 10/06/2009 i got the bill for rs 1026 which includes rs750+ rs.180 for landline rental. Which is charged based on plan ul750. I went to bsnl office i inquired accounts officer she told that i made plan change on[protected] from ul750plus to ul750.

But, actually i did not made any request on that day. Then i went to it department. I got the an slip dt:[protected] an: 92200397
I asked their got the information because of web information delay they got the request on 07/03/2009 which is made on 28/02/2009 at 7.30 a. M through online by me. It is confirmed by concern department from web registration dept.

O, i would like to inform you that this is problem purely because of delay of information made in the web and my ignorance about the plan. As i mentioned earlier the request made by me directly at 10.00 am is confirmed but were the request made my be at morning 7.30 a. M in online is not confirmed.

According to accounts officer they told the plan change once made can not be reversed. They also raise the debit for rs.180 in my june month bill for april month because they reduced rs180 on april month bill.

So, i kindly request you to refund the rental of rs. 180 which is charged on the following bills in my future bill..

In june month i made the plan change from 750ul to 750ul plus to avoid th rent in july month and i got the bill correctly. But i suffered bcoz i am not aware about the plan change made by online dept. I came to know only on june month.

BSNL — Excess bill amount-internet

I received excess bill amount for internet usage which I never used. In BSNL office they are never answering properly for my bill. The net usage summary shows the time in which my system is in shutdown.
iam using a bsnl broad band for the past 8 months till now my bill is nearly upto 300 to 350 recently i received a bill or 4500 this is shocking when asked the bsnl office they said they not prepared the bill from february till march thats why your usage charges is here in tamilnadu during election admk told that dayanithi maran had done sone telecom frauds so this one is the example

BSNL/Chennai Telephones — Delay in service

Landline[protected]with BB facility) The BB facility goes out of service very often. There is no continues supply of internet. Both land line and bb service not available from 28.12.10. My complaint No.60175683 dt. 28.12.10 and No.60183738 dt. 31.12.10 were attended by the Telephone Dept. only on 4.1.11 with a delay of 7 days. This has happened on previous occasions also. Only after several reminders to JTO, DE, SDE the Dept. staff attend the fault, resulting in delay in service and discomfor to the consumer. By G. Palani.

    i am existing costomer of bsnl broadband under home 250 plan (phone no[protected]. i initally take the plan home 250 wiht anual payment mode with modem purchased condition. in month of jan 2007. latter on after complition of one i convert the same plan in monthly mode. after that in monthly bill they stared charging monthly charge on modem.many time i contact with finace of bsnl at mirzapur,some time they correct my monthly bill . i also faxed the copy of recipt of moden purchase.they never corrected the data and still charging the exess bill of modem rental which is already purchase by me at the time of instalation.

    i connect bsnl broadband service with 250 plan on the month of may and the usages bill comes on 5/12/09 with a huge amount, where as i didn't use the service for 3 month totally.
    what i have to do now sugess pliz.

      DEAR SIR,

      I AM DEEPIKA ALAPATHI, (TEL: NO:[protected] FROM HYDERABAD. IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2009, I HAVE TAKEN A NEW BROADBAND CONNECTION FOR MY RESIDENCE. I HAVE PAID RS 1600/- TOWARDS WIFI MODEM, NEW CONNECTION DEPOSIT, PLAN CHARGES ( RS.250/- + TAX). A PERSON NAMED KHADER WITH MOBILE NUMBER [protected] CAME TO SET UP THE BROADBAND CONNECTION ON MY LAPTOP, HE CONFIGURED AND THEN SAID INTERNET IS SET UP BUT THE ANTI VIRUS PROGRAM NEEDS TO BE UPDATED AND TILL THEN HE SAID THAT THE NET WOULDN'T WORK, AND AT THE END HE ASKED ME TO PAY HIM INSTALLATION CHARGES 150 RS/-, I TOLD HIM THAT CUSTOMER CARE DINT MENTION ABOUT THIS TO ME, HE SAID NO MADAM YOU NEED TO PAY, AND I INNOCENTLY PAID HIM THE MONEY, AND LATER ON I CHECKED ON FEW NETWORK SETTINGS AND TO MY SURPRISE I WAS ABLE TO CONNECT TO NET BUT I WAS NOT SUCCESFULLY ABLE TO ACCESS ANY SITES, BROADBAND CONN. IS TESTING MY PATIENCE DAY IN & DAYOUT. INNUMERABLE COMPLAINTS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE WENT FUTILE.THE MAIN COMPLAINT IS STILL THE WIFI DOSENT WORK SINCE THE DAY IT WAS SET. BUT I AM NOT PROPERLY REPLIED AND INSTEAD GIVEN VARIOUS NUMBERS LIKE:[protected], 12678, 1957 ANY WHERE COULD NOT GET THE PROPER ANSWER DURING ALL THE MONTH. IN ABSENCE OF THIS ID & PASSWORD I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT, CHECK USAGE & EVEN CHANGE PASSWARD.         I have been using a BSNL 3G Huawei E156G USB modem for last 2 months I found it better than any CDMA 1x connection in terms of throughput/speed and monthly recharge. But the main problem I find with this connection is that many sites like "www.wireclub.com" ban/block my IP address...do not allow me to log in. Also almost all file sharing sites like rapidshare, eazyshare, uploading.com, 95% of the time say that your IP is already downloading a file (these sites don't allow parallel download to free users)....which is wrong...This message appears many times although I am not downloading any file from the concerned website...Only 5% of the time I succeed in downloading a file....This is very annoying and time-wasting...
        Regarding my settings, I cannot connect at "dynamic APN" setting, I can only connect when I configure "Static APN=bsnlnet"....rest settings: IP setting = dynamic , CHAP or PAP protocol.
        One more problem is that in the evenings/nights either speed gets too much slow and/or connection is not reliable enough(disconnects in the middle, pages ). This problem exists in my home city Gorakhpur and also in Lucknow...(I have tried these two cities till date) Can anyone help me??

        The file sharing sites may be blocking you as currently these connections are using shared IP, means multiple users connected on this network share same IP, as this is india's first stage on 3G network, i think it would get sorted out over time, i have taken a 3G SIM but have to test it yet.

        but iam sure all the issues mentioned by you is due to the IP sharing on the BSNL network.
        BSNL 3G SERVICE IS A VOKAS.PLEASE STOP THE SALE.BECAUSE WE BROTH THIS BUT THIS IS LOSS DEAL.IT IS VERY SLOW BUT PRICE VERY HIGH
        this is very goood
        i have been using a BSNL 3G Huawei E156G USB . the statistics show quite high download speed (above 200 kbps) but actually it is 10-15 kbps.tower strength is above 90%.
        iam using bsnl3g huawei E1552 since last week.it better than tata/reliance 1xcdma modem at 143kbps.bsnl 3g download speed is normally 25-30kbps as compared to 8-15kbps of 1x cdma modem
        but problem is is in its consistency of service /network error, howeever in view of its tarriff it is overall good
        I am also facing same problem addition to that most of the time my modem{mmx200g micromax} disconnects at 10.2 mb while downloading.modem replaced, sim replaced but problem still there.support from bsnl is zero, there customer care is only for formality.
        I agree to the problem that when you download something from bsnl 3g the download stop at 9-10 mb and the connection is by itself disconnected.Bsnl 3g sucks for this.I also applied a windows hotfix to fix the problem but the problem is entirely of bsnl's network.If anyone knows how to solve this problem plz help.
        I am using micromex 3 g manager in Aonla District Bareilly. The cost of device is very high and performance of net is very poor. The bsnl employee/management do not solve this problems even they did not know that how to use device. So I suggest those persons, who want to use or purchase bsnl 3 g /2 g service that avoid this service. Bhim Singh
        BSNL 3G data service is behind a proxy. Most IP addresses (WAN) are shared by several users. I think it is the main cause behind the RS or other download service related problems. Also due to some users ignorance or infected PC/Laptops (the mass mailing trojans/viruses) some IPs are internationally blocked (http://www.projecthoneypot.org/list_of_ips.php ). The service and IP distribution is not like BSNL BroadBand. So it is only BSNL can solve the problem by upgrading their server/software. Else the users of BSNL 3G service are having only one choice -Forget BSNL 3G and Change the 3G service Provider.

        I have 3G mobile connection and the network was good. But last few days to 3G network is not working in Lucknow, only GSM network is working.
        Please tell me why it is not working, Is it any fault or some technical server issues occurred.
        When 3G service going well.

        I'm currently facing this strange problem all of sudden.i have a Bsnl 3G modem Model:E1550 and a few days before when i connected to PC and try to connect But, it doesnt shows my 3G connection on the taskbar in the notification area. Then i open Mobile partner(driver of modem) and try to connect from there but it shows-"Error 619:A connection to the remote computer could not be established, so the port used for this connection was closed." .When i open my computer there was doesn't any sign of 3G modem driver under the cateogy of -Device with Removal Storage. my system configuration as follows-
        windows 7 ultimate
        Processor:Intel Core 2 Quad
        250 HDD
        2GB RAM
        Graphics: Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family

        Please help me to solve this problem.

In the month of Nov.2009 I had lodge a complain in Complain box for the same reasion but still no action taken by any authority and same act reepited by tune provider.Please arrange for deactivation of these tune services and credit the ammont to my mobile account

            I Dinesh Bhatt is a BSNL Preapid 2G User of Rajasthan circle and usually recharge with 230 GPRS voucher through which Any one get unlimited GPRS facility.But today on 25 december 2009 Christmas,early in the morning as i started using GPRS,it start deducting of charges even the number([protected]) was charged with unlimited GPRS voucher.

            This is my Nineth complaint. I am the user of mobile no [protected]. I have lodged a complaint on 15.1.10, 27.1.10, 28.1.2010, 29.1.10, 30.1.10, 31.1.10 & 1.2.10 at 10.30 AM, 12 PM & 3 PM, 02.02.20at 10:43AM, 12:52PM & 3:02PM, Tomorrow 02.02.2010 Again Rs 5 Deducted From My account, regarding unnecessary deducting money from my mobile prepaid account by +[protected]. They used to send unnecessary messages and unwanted questions. They further stated that they are renewing my subscription for TWOMEN5 pack and deducted a sum of Rs. 5/-. Earlier also they deducted Rs.15/- from my mobile account. I have never been a subscriber for the above pack and I cannot understand how they can steal money from me like this. Is there anyone to look into this matter? The unwanted messages are received continuously on my mobile through 53030

              My landline is not working for the past 15 days I almost register my complaint every alternate day online and almost followup with Keelkattalai exchange. None of the officials have ever called us to followup with the complaint.

              I requested them saying I have two senior citizens at my home and phone is essential for me to keep them in touch. But totally a lethargic and casual approach so far.

              the bsnl tel. set of land line no[protected] is out o[censored]se for a long time.One senior citizen uses this line.( She is mother of Surekha Basu.).She lives alone in the house.

              She had already made a complain to the bsnl office at kol--34 three months ago.Till now there's no response.

              Do you send your representative immediately or she has to survive like this?

              Sir,

              I have been receiving a bills without detailed information. At one point i came to know that my bill amounts not correct. i tried to find out the problems but i was helpess to find the details. Then i have been applying for a detailed (itemised) billing information through making various calls to customer service number and even sending written request but the results is nil. I found the BSNL is providing one of the worst service in india. I just frustrated by the BSNL's service.

              I kindly request you to arrange me a detailed billing information, so that i could find out where the actual problem in billing.

              in my telephone 27430499 not working more than one month i will complaint four times

              BSNL — Poor Customer services/or no customer services at all

              BSNL is pretty agressive when it comes to advertising their broadbands n other services. Be careful, do not fall in this false trap because they only know how to advertise and sell products, they do not undertand or even aware of customer services concept. God! help you if they disconnect your services. Once our phone was internet was out of order for more than a month...after much persuasion managed to get it fixed.. but here we go again

              BSNL people disconnected my phone and internet AGAIN. Reason- I am still trying to figure out? My bills are all paid. So far I have called 7 times at[protected] to register my complaint. Every time I get the same answer, your phone and internet will be fixed today and this is going on since Friday (31/07/2009)..I know so far it's just 7 calls and 3 working days..I just trying to prevant these 7 calls to 50 and 3 days to 30 days or years.
              Can I get some help here??

              Dear Sir,
              We have a telephone connection[protected] residing in Kamalapuram Agraharam, Omalur Taluk, Salem Districk. For the past couple of weeks our landline connection was down. I had informed the customer care for 6 times(1500) and i had also informed the Omalur J.E for couple of times. NO ACTION has been taken so far. We are totally DISSATISFIED, FRUSTRATED and TIRED with the Landline. BSNL line works in all of our neighbor houses. Only in our house, it doesn't work.
              Though we have 750 Unlimited Plan, the broadband line is deadslow.
              Please Act on this IMMEDIATELY.

I've subscribed for NEW YEAR'S PACKAGE inadvertently thru 53030.I've unsubscribed it later after couple of days.But still they're deducting my prepaid balance of rupees 5/- for every message. Even i've dialled customer care and registered my complaint(COMPLAINT NO:CH[protected]---5 times ). But still it is in pending.
              I feel very bad towards this feedback to me.

              On the beginning of feb month metro water connection commitee had digged the ground for their connection they have damaged many tele cables . i had complained to all ur customer service but they r rediuclous in responding to us it has become nearly one month no action has been taken till now v all residents r suffering without net connection and tele connection sir . not even a single action is taken against this . i hope u will take necessary actionn against this sir

              I totally agree. BSNL is the worst telephone provider I have ever faced. God kow when they will improve. Today I have been calling them multiple times.               I requested BSNL to shift my connection from my old location to new location. I'm with unlimited broadband plan (Rs.999). Its been more than 10 days from the date of request, still nobody cares. I tried to call BSNL 1500, 198, and local exchange numbers (madipakkam, chennai) but nothing responds. They said it will take only 3 days to shift the connection at time of request. But no one in BSNL cares. Nobody realizes that "customers are important". Now i'm planning to change my connection to another broadband provider.

              My house telephone number is 22582236 . The telephone is not working for more than six months. I have given complauints many time. The phonefault is not yet rectified. We got broad band facility. It is functioning smoothly. Finally, on 28/02/2011 Telephone Technician came and attended but still repair is not rectified. Please depute trained people and rectify the fault immediately. The telephone receiver is very old and this also to be replaced. Matter uis most urgent. If it is not rectified I have no other option except to surrender.
              i go to bsnl office, madurai, make the payment by way of cheque, on 24/2/2012, i go to bsnl office, 3-30 p.m . But the counter person told me after 3-30 p.m (15:30), we dont collect any cheque . Then i call to customer care no 12728, that people told me up to 4.00p.m we collect the Cheque, then we check the bsnl office, that people told the same answer, up tp 3-30 p.m only.

              The working hours board also dipslay 3.30 p.m only.
              we are the customer, we followe only correct information shared.

              customer care cell told me, (4.00) that is the right time, so that people change working hrs. time in board(Notice board).

                I have received an SMS bill which says amount of Rs 1639/-.My monthly amount always is around Rs 820/-.I have also paid all bill every month and hence there is no backlog.I don't understand how a worn bill is being issued.
                Dear Sir, i do not know whether you are sending my Telephone Bills to my residential Address. Please confirm. The next question is that the postman connected with delivery of post and mail has abruptly stopped the delivery of post and mail since about one year. The mail and important letters are the main truthful and reasonable proff of evidence, rather than few phot graphs or video shows. It is highly necessary that the postal deparment has more responsibility to see that all letters posted to destinations are promptly delivered to the addressee. The judiciary is still in great doubt and they even follow the bygone epical stories blended by the blind devotees, referring to Radha krishna livied together, and there fore there is no law to curb living together before marriage. It is most unusual act of referring to unknown legends which have no proff of existance..Even one of the CMs also quoted to have said that Sri Rama does not have any Engineering Certificate.. Like wise there is no birth certificate, life certificate and death certificate issued by any authority to Radha and Krishna

                  I have availed 3g postpaid facility for my mobile-Nokia N95 mainly for accessing Internet. But the speed which i am getting is only around 30kbps-65kbps, i have logged a complaint with your customer care-1503 under complaint number-ch[protected] dated 21.12.2009 which your officer confirmed that the same will be resolved within 24hours, But till today-24.12.2009, the problem is not resolved. When called up your executives (Ms. Swati/Ms. Mary/Mr. Sam) for status, they are not responding properly. Even though my mobile is in your 3g compatibility list, 3g display at top left corner of phone is coming occasionally which means that it is not getting regular 3g signal, The 3g advertisements are seriously misleading the customers and actually they are giving 2g services at 3g prices. Hence request you to take up the issue and resolve immediately.

                  I am also facing the same problem and the latest 3 are BSNL 3G, SAMSUNG CORBY PRO AND MYSELF .I became the third because I decided to buy the first two .Samsung Corby is having a worst software installed .You can say that your phone is loaded with features but none of it works properly.My phone was completely dead within days of purchase.The replacement set I got from samsung is also having all the problems for which I took it to the service center.Now I have decided to use the phone as such because I dont have the energy to fight again with the customer service of samsung.The worst is the customer service of bsnl .The exec mentioned by Arun (Ms.Mary) spoke to me also in a lethargic and unprofessional way.The only solution she knows for any problem is " SWITCH OFF YOUR SET AND RESTART AFTER 5 MINS" (What an Idea sir ji ????)

                      BSNL — Excessive Broadband Billing and NO BILL SENT

                      I had not recieved my Monthly Bill for for over 15 days.When I got a telephone alert to pay the bill for the previous amount to the tune of Rs.1444.When I went to the customer service center,I was informed that the amount for Feb would be Rs.2700 plus !!

                      This is outrageous as I have specifically requested form UL900 plan as Broadband.Also,at any point of ime,I do not have a speed of more than 20 kbps.

                      Why in the world do they call this as Broadband ???

                      I am using BSNL Broadband from past 3 Months. Firstly bill was nominal as our usage is only home use. It was 1564 Rs in Feb 2008. But suddenly from April-2008, the misc charges in the telephone bill has become very erratic. It ranges from 1564 Rs to 4921 Rs last month. We are not able to understand the sudden change in rate.

                      I am BSNL user with 500c plan .
                      In the month of November(4 to 17) my BSNL connection are disturb (sametimes dead sametimes partial dead ) after the connection is continued the broadband is not working after some times with customer care I have come to knoe that password is change with new password my internet is working .
                      when my check my usage i see that in my account on 09/11/08, 5GB download which is not doing by me .

                      Bsnl Broadband Connection — Excessive Billing

                      I am having BSNL Broadband connection (500C Plan) at my chennai residence since October 2008. My first bill for the month of October is Rs. 416.00. Since it was a nominal amount, I paid without investigating on my usage details properly.

                      But for the month of November, I got excess bill of Rs. 5278.00 – which is highly shocking, erratic, absurd, illogical and I can’t bear such an amount for not utilizing the service. So, now I had doubt on your billing even for the October month.

                      I never used the service between 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM, but the usage details shows, that I have used during that time. Moreover in the month of November, most of the time our broadband connection was not working. I complained this to our telephone exchange, they replied that due to some problem there were some changes in the Bangalore server and they told that I need to reset the modem settings. But they never came to reset the settings. Without resetting the modem settings, I could able to browse sometimes by continuously try switching OFF and ON the modem. Even now I have this issue in my connection.

                      I request you to investigate the usage details for both October 2008 and November 2008 month and I request you to take necessary steps to ensure that billing is relevant. Please correct my bills as soon as possible as the pay by date of my bill is fixed as 30-DEC-2008.

                      It will be highly appreciated if my request is fulfilled else to the most I will have to surrender this connection and take help from consumer court.

                      BSNL/Broadband service — Excess billing of broadband usage.

                      I have taken broadband connection w.e.f. 01.10.2008 of Rs. 500/- Combo Plan {Night unlimited} but broadband usage were charged too high worth Rs. 9305/- for the month of Oct.2008and Nov. 2008. Again the bill was submitted for Rs. 2443/- for the month of Dec. 2008. I have changed the plan from combo to 750+ home plan unlimited from 01.12.2008. But again the bill for the month Jan. 2009 submiited for Rs. 2644/-. Ihave made a complaint to CGMT, BSNL, Ajmer in the month of January but no action appears to have been taken till date. Please intervan in the matter and redress my complaint early.

                      Broadband — Excess billing on account of broadband usage

                      Dear Sir,
                      I am a subscriber of Telephone No.[protected].

                      I opted for Broadband HUL 500 scheme with unlimited usage from my earlier H250 scheme as per notification pulished in the calcutta Telephones website and the application was deposited with Ballygunge office on 11.02.09

                      Work order for activation of the same was issued by your commercial department vide No.KKL/H/NC/HB/08-09/0335 dated 12.02.09.

                      While receiving the application at the counter, the dealing person also informed that the facilities would be effected latest by 01.03.09.

                      Based on the information and issuance of work order, I started using the broad band as per the new scheme. You may please note that my broad band usage has never crossed more than Rs.600/- to Rs.700/- per month during the last 3 years.

                      But when I received the bill for April, 09, I have observed that the broad band usage for the month of March, 09 has been calculated on the basis of my earlier scheme.

                      On enquiry from your Office at Ballygunge, I could know that the broad band scheme has only been changed from 01.04.09 (why such enormous delay!).

                      I am really astonished and fail to understand why there was such a long delay even after issuance of work order only for this meagre service when BSNL is claiming to have been extending the speedy & quality services to it's customers.

                      Under the circumstances that I am only the victim of delay on your part, I request you to allow the facility of the changed scheme to me from the month of March, 09 and to send a fresh telephone bill to me aqccordingly.Last date of payment of the current telephone bill is 28.04.09 ( Bill date 07.04.09 for Rs.3547.00)

                      I hope you would be kind enough to take prompt / positive action to pass on the facility to me w.e.f 01.03.09.

                      my usages was 650 mb till 10 of may but when i saw on 12 it was 3214 mb
                      and the main thing was that the usages between 10 to 12 was just 100 mb
                      it means there is a big problem in the bsnl system.

                      I have been using bsnl broadband for more than an year now, I am using Home 500c plan which provides a free usage of 1.5 GB and night free usage from 2 to 8 AM, I regularly check the usage details on the portal and use it accordingly. When I received the bill, I came to know that I was charged more for the excess broadband usage. I enquired the same with the department, they say that they have setup some new software and according to that software I have used more. Where as still todate it shows the same old info on the website about my usage. Even after filing the complaint and providing the proof from the website, they don't agree and ask me to pay according to the bill.

In this context, I would like to clarify that in July 2011, there was delay in payment from my side due to late issue of bill from your end about which I had lodged a complaint with your customer care over phone.

                      I am sure you would appreciate that every month I have 7-8 bill payments with different due dates. Unless I get the bill in proper time how would I know the due date and how do you expect me to pay the bill on due date?

Till Jan 2013 things are o.k later on till today I have been charged excess even though I am not using the internet.I have brought back my computer but I cannot use internet because I am getting "NO INTERNET ACCESS". Still I Charged excess . Just to Keep my LL in tact I have paid all the bill except last month ie. Jun 2013. The following is the bill amount.
                      JAN 2013 RS 1647/-, FEB 2013 RS 1320/-, MAR 2013 RS 1551/-, APR 2013 Rs 866/-, MAY 2013 Rs 1009/-, and finaly JUN 2013 RS 1093/-..

                      I request you to kindly look into the matter and please inform me how to get the refund for the excess or please initiate refund of the excess already paid by me. I have a strong feeling that My BB connection is ported to some body since I was not using for all the reasons sited above . Also Iam Not Provided the Passwd while configuring my pc to BB modem which is very much essential or duty, even after asking orally for the same . Also Kindly arrange for the internet access at the earliest. It is not good on the par of the department to deny internet facility after paying the bill promptly before the last date.

                        2. My telephone line was "Defective in the month of Nov 2009 for about three weeks" due to some repair work of new railway road Gurgaon, Which I think every BSNL, Gurgaon Officer is aware of.
                        3. I would like to request you that My Rental Charges for the said period may please be reimburse to me, Also the 50 Free calls which I could not use due to this defect may be credited to me as soon as possible.

My telephone line was defective in month may 2011 for about four munth due to said road work in Rajendra Park wtich I thank basl exchange palam vihar Mr Malhotra is aware of .He said me you pay your bill when I will pay Rs 903 in sep-2011
                        I would line to request you that my rental charger for the said period.My please be reimburse to me also the free calls whith we could not use due to this defect my be credtel to me as soon as possible

I had disconnected the Myway IPTV connection and i request the people to collect the modem and give me my cheque(Rs. 1500/-) back. But that Buggers are playing the games with me like anything. I called the myway customer care so many times its there in Noida. That Bludy buggers are saying that we are sending our person with 2 days and he will collect the modem and give you the cheque rightaway. But no one is comming. I waiting from last 2 months.

                          I am Dinesh from chennai.. i surrendered my myway iptv connection it has almost 2 months. a executive took my set top box and given me a receipt saying "you paid rs.2000/- for connection & you will be refunded within a month or so" but still now i did not received any chq.. i called the customer care executive they said "you will not revive any cash"... kindly help me i seen the money back offer so i bought it... but now they are saying different answer plzzz help...

                            i have gprs connection on my mobile phone during the surfing i opted for the wapsubscription of indiatimes video clips from 58888 for one week with the charges of Rs.10/- it doesn't mentioned in their offer that this subscription is continued after one week. i opted the same for one week but this is continued, the amount of Rs.10/- deducted every week from my account i also opt for unsubscribe this offer through their link provided to me but from the last month it doesn't opened as the reply comes out web:page not available.i want to unsubscribe this service please do favour for me.

                                Sir,
                                I have the honour to state I got a BSNL broadband connection (Home Plan 500C) through BSNL , Sector 20, Panchkula w.e.f. 09.12.2009 on telephone number[protected] and deposited all the payments in respect of Modum etc. in the BSNL office in Sector 20, Panchkula. Eversince its installation, the above telephone did not work for STD and consequently the I could not use the broadband facility as user ID and password provided after 11 days and when provided on my complaint it is wrong and I am unable to use STD facility and internet till date. I tried my level best for functioning of the above telephone and broadband to various numbers of customer complaint departments, Panchkula but neither they start functioning telephone (STD)nor broadband service was started. I, threfore, request you to please issue necessary directions to the department of BSNL else disconnect the above telephone as well as broadban connection and refund my sercurity deposited in connection with telephone number 2585549 and also amount of Modum deposited with BSNL, Sector 20, Panchkula and oblige.

                                  Messages without actual phone numbers are being flashed on my mobile no.[protected] requesting to chat with some un known person displaying a name (may be proxy).All attempts to speak with the so called person fail by100 %., even after following the recorded directions of the service provider.But billing is deducted from my balance immediately.This is nothing but pre intentional cheating for an improper gain.The concerned official mechanism has to take action for this offence.

                                    I Live in coimbatore I ' ve just baught BSNL EVDO about 2 months a ago initially i got blazing speeds around 1.8 to 2.0 Mbps and downloads of 102 kbps ........ but for past 20 days the speeds are drastic I get only around 330 kbps and download speeds of 10 t0 20 kbps ......... Even though i am at a radius of 200 m from EVDO tower ...... I went to see the AE of Will Section he suggested a reprogram of my card with all that the problem still persist ....... In my point of view they dont have enough technical manuals to give a consistent performance they only have marketing views my advice is that no one buy the card and be fooled like me my final points are

                                    2. Very Poor Technical engineers
                                    3.Low network Coverage
                                    4.Not fit to provide wireless services

                                    Tirupur BSNL officers didn't care anythink, Head office takecare anythink this issue ?

                                    i think around 4000 rupees and monthly 717rupees (include tax) waste !!!

                                      I am a Sr. Citizen of India, implanted with Dual Chambers Pace-Makers, had recently undergone Angiogram followed by Angioplasty. It is therefore not possible for me to go BSNL-Angad, Mirzapur Circle, District Town Mirzapu for making ayments every months. Moreover No BSNL-Mirzapur bills are being sent to me. I had to go to Angad got issued Duplicate-Bills and make payments. At this age and in this health condition, it is not possible for me to go to Angad, Mirzapur for getting issued Duplicate Bills and make payments. I requested for allowing me to make payments ONLINE like in other cities.But all my requests gone futile. Will you please do some thing to remove hassles ? lease confirm.

Suddenly I have received a bill on Sep'2010. I contect to BSNL office in this reference. As per Renukoot BSNL office my land line phone is not disconnected and advice to pay telephone bill. I pay 4 month bill (Sep'2010 to Dec'2010 ). Again I give application to disconnect telephone, but no any action till now.

                                      My point is
                                      1 If telephone in not disconnected in Nov'2007, why telephone bill not come from Dec'2007 to Aug'2010.
                                      In Sep 2010 my father submitted application for transfer telephone connection[protected] for my name (Durga Vinayak Tiwari)

                                      In Nov 2010 new bill came with my name with adv rental charge Rs 1000 & installation charge Rs 500 with new Consumer no 29804970. I Submitted Rs 1722 against this bill in 19-4-11.

                                      In June 11 my telephone deduct by mistake renukoot office for one or two days without any application. after contact in renukoot office my phone reconnect immidiate.but again new bill came Rs 1305 with new security charge Rs 500 & installation charge Rs 500. I Submitted Rs 305 in july 11. I Informed office approx 10 times for this problem but No proper response from renukoot office only vervle satisfaction. presently No any bill pending.

                                      Pl instruct for correction of my bill as soon as possible.

                                      [protected] jisame se inka land line no. to 1year se bhi jyada ho gaya aur 5, 6 month se brod band ka connection bhi kata huwa hai mane 4 august ko bsnl office obra sonebhadra se pata kiya ki bill kitna hai to bataya gaya ki aapka bill 3430.00 hai mane sare payment kar diye phir bhi na to internet chala aur na hi land line no.aur august ke last tak mane phir bsnl office obra me complain kiya to bhir pucha gaya ki aapka land linae no. kya hai jab mane bataya to bhir kaha gaya ki aapka bill 2000.00 ke pass bataya aur abhi na jane kya hoga, sir mane jab tak ka payment kiya hai aur jab tak mera connection chalega nahi mai koi bill nahi pay karunga kyoki mere bill dene ke bad broad band nahi chala hai aap cheq kar shakatey hai, BSNL Offfice obra aur dala ke employee se mai paresan ho gaya hoo kyoki inko kewal bill dena aur bill lene hi aata hai
