sir, i have got a bsnl broadband home500 plan in kashipur uttarakhand and according to that plan i can download 1500 mb in a month for free and between 0200 to 0800 hrs I can downlod unlimited . But sir, this month bsnl has charged me about 450 rs. extra for downloading over the limit. But sir in the online records of bsnl i have only downloaded 1300 mb i.e under my limit. I also filed a written complaint to rectify my bill to haldwani office. but no one helped me out there. Sir kindly see to this matter on the urgent basis so that my bill could be rectified. We at our Foundation have faced same type problem. We are in Rs 250 per month 1 GB limit. on one day (June 3rd2008) they showed usage in one second 1.3 GB and next 97 minutes another 1.3 GB . Technically they bsnl people say it is a spurt and spill. We are fighting with sarkari babus. We have to make noice. one thing is truth will be established.The usage portal is full of bugs and we can challange them. we need tools to establish our browsing history. search in web an install in your sysetm.

Iam in TIRUNELVELI JN 627001(Tamilnadu State) I got BB fixed during 2007 June.by remitting an advance of Rs 1200/- being the cost of modem etc Till now I didnot receive any bill detailing the sum of Rs1200/- Now during July (bill for 1-7-2008 to[protected]A SUM OF rS 48/- IS DEMANDED .No details is forthcoming despite my phone calls letters mails to the Chief accouts officer(TR)O/o GM, bsnl Tirunelveli-3 Pl arrange to get full details by me Thanking you S.Venkittanarayanan

Dear Sir,

I have a Home 250 Broadband Internet Plan in my house. I have a limit of 1 gb per month. But i am getting more bill amount even i was not using the internet at all. When i complaint with the BSNL Pepole there is no proper response.I am sure that i have a doubt on my broadband billing system.Please Help me.

dear sir I am Using 250Plan Broad band connection, last month (July 09) I paid advance payment with One Year Rent also there was 10 days not activate my internet and tel connection becuase of some cable fault from your department I writern to them one letter du to this days dedect my rent from your usage invoice, then now currently I recive one more bill amount 870 Rs I cant Under stant How its, one thing I want to know are you correct or clear me this mistaks? My Tel exchange is Aluva tel 2622533 please give the suggetion regarding this matter

BSNL Broadband — extra amount charged

Hello Sir,

I am using BSNL Broadband since last 2 years.
I have been charged with an extra amount of Rs.164 since last 3 months for an feature called MOD which I have never subscribed.

I had informed this issue to them, but still they still haven't taken action to resolve this issue.
If things like this continue it could affect the popularity of BSNL
If this issue is not resolved I would like to terminate the connection and go for another service provider.

Sir I have a home 450 Broadband connection, you people said that the internet connection is free for every time.last month(01.09.12) they charged at Rs.750 something.This Month charged(01.10.12) Rs.1300.I dont know how it is.
Please Give Some suggestion.

Hello There i recently took BSNL (BHOOLE SE NA LE)Broadband Connection.
when i went to purchase connection bsnl people told me that i will get 512KB/sec Speed till 6GB and after that i will get 256KB/sec.
But i am getting very slow internet speed (20KB/sec-30KB/sec).
i went to bsnl office in kashipur and registered my complaint, after 2 days they sent a guy @ my home who was a line-man. i asked him do you have any knowledge about this? the guy Replied no i came here to just complete the formalities.
still i am suffering this problem.
What should i do ???
