An amout of Rs 20/- has been deducted from mobile no -- [protected] on my demand and registering my demand by calling at 56700 and doing all related activities successfully by me, but the song -- Pal Pal dil ke pas tum rahti ho (Hindi song) has not been loaded on my above mobile prepaid phone so for . I have tried so may times to cotact at customer care number 123 and [protected] but it is not being possible to connect with these numbers. I request you please to attach above caller tune on mobile number [protected] which will be heard by all persons contacting me.

I think this forum is for putting complaints that other web users like us can help you in. This is not BSNL sponsored forum so don't expect any outcome!

As far as I know BSNL's customer care number is [protected] which is toll free withing your home network. Or just call 24367 from BSNL land line. I have contacted them several times and got good response.

I AM REGULAR USER OF CALLER TUNE FACILITY, BUT I AM NOT GETTING SERVICE PROPERLY.I COMPLAINED NUMBER OF TIMES FOR EACH CHANGING IN CALLER TUNE.

Please do not charge any amount without our confirmation. You reverse these charges of Rs 20/- & in future I do not want to subscribe for any tune. Please do not deduct any amount. Please confirm

BSNL Mobile — deducting money from my prepaid connection for caller tune which is am not requested

The bsnl cellular connection activated dialer tone from 05.02.2009 on my prepaid number [protected]. I am not send any request for the same. They deducted more than 16 rupees from my account. I conduct the the customer care and registered a complaint (c. no 302594). But since this time they not take any action for my coplaints. Now my mobile balance is only 10 ps. I cannot use and recharge my connection, If I recharge my connection they will start deducting. So I am kindly request you to make necessary action to refund my money and give the compensation for am suffering the difficulties because of the thefting of bsnl cellular sevice. Also I cannot make an outgoing call till this date

I have been charged Rs. 99/- for downloading of song while I have not received or downloaded any song from you on dt. 15.03.09 and contineously I have been trying to contact the customer care but not finding.

Caller tunes LIST OLD SONGS

Idea — Rs30/- deducted from my prepaid a/c towards dailer tone after requesting deactivation for the same

This is regarding the Issue with Dailer tone.

Dailer tone had been activated on my mobile.. No : [protected]. for which Rs15 + Rs30 has been deducted from my account this is fine.

When i contacted customer care to deactivate the dailer tone.. they suggested me to send DT DEACT to 55456 (On 25 Feb 09)which is not a toll free no.. and Rs3 has been deducted from my account ok... this is also fine.

then i got a message from 55456 saying that you have 20 days validity still if you want to deactivate reply as DT Y ( On 25th Feb 09)

I have sent the message as DT Y to 55456 on 25th feb 09... again Rs3 has been deducted...

again on 27th feb i got a message like you have 20 days validity still if you want to deactivate reply as DT Y... so how many times i should send DT Y... is it not sufficient if i send once??

I have called up to customer care regading the problem and they said it will be deactivated automatically on expiry date of dailer tone... if not contact customer care.

but my surpise on 17th of march 1 rupee has been deducted from my account towards the dailer tone as i did not have the sufficent balanace...infact i have given clear insructions that i dont want any dailer tone hence deactivate it...

when i topup with 150 rupees... 30 rupees has been deducted from my account on 22 march 09. infact i have given instruction long back to deacttivate it and sending the confirmation DT Y how come on 22nd march 09 ... 30 rupees has been dedcucted????

so i request you to credit 30 rupees in my account ASAP.

I am a prepaid customer with no. [protected] residing in Hyderabad. On 10-3-09 at 4:56 am, I received a message that my, request for the BSNL tunes had been processed. I spoke to the customer service executive consequently, and told them that I had not requested this service, and asked them to terminate this immediately. They told me that my request had been noted. But, I received a message that I had been charged Rs. 25 for BSNL tunes on 21-3-09 at 5:01 pm. After a few days, I luckly, mangaged to speak to one of your customer care executives, who told me to send an sms (BT DACT to 56700), I have tried sending this message for almost the past 20 days, but the the message sending always fails. While activation happens so fast, I wonder, why deactivation gets delayed. Is this willful in the interest of the company? Finally, on 18th, I came to BSNL centre at S.P. Road Secunderabad in the evening and I filled in an application, asking for the deactivation. But, I have received a message on 20th at 4:56 am that I have been charged RS. 25 again for the BSNL tunes, which is absurd. Kindly refund my money BSNL, as I had applied for the termination well in advance.
Every time I recharge my phone, Idea deduct Rs 25 from my account everyday, The custoner agents never reply N very poor service.

i am looking fancy number in bsnl or airtel in tamilnadu circle roaming service
I want to add caller tune of song "lukka chuppi bahut hui...(rang de basanti- hindi song) but it is not going to be set, i have tried a lot via internet. The server reply is "Error : 3036 - VALIDATOR OPERATION NOT ALLOWED AT THIS USER STATE.". if this can not do desired work then it is only the wastage of time on visiting bsnl site & to mind over prbt regarding to bsnl. i say that the service is too poor from bsnl. on calling to 56700, it is not gauranteed that i will get this song early. although i got the code of the song, i sent it to the designated no. 56700. the balance was cut but i didn't get sucess to attach the desired caller tune. if bsnl likes the faith of customers, it should minimise these faults & thereby i want to request you please to attach above caller tune on mobile number [protected] which will be heard by all persons contacting me.

I am using pre paid sim of sumo super saver plan bearing number [protected] as per the plan 5 BSNL numbers can be added for economical useage. In regular interval Rs.25/- has been deducted towards last SMS cost. But no SMS or any other facility has been availed by me. Wrongly the amounts are being deducted from my account. BSNL/ PREPAID MOBILE — BSNL TUNE CHARGES

Today, suddenly my mobile balance debited by Rs.25/- and I received a message from 56700 that caller tune has been activated. Where as I have not requested for the same by any message/ ivr reply or phone call. For this I have lodged a complaint bearing no. D[protected] at BSNL call centre on 05th April 2010 at 3:14, for reverting the charges and deactivate the caller tune. But the officials are saying that I have must answer any phone call or message. Whereas this is not the case. Concerned officials are requested to look into the matter and revert the money deducted and deactivate the bsnl tune.

Prepaid — loading dialer tone again and again after requesting for deactivated and deducted Rs 30/. three time without any information

My cell No is [protected], without my request co. downloaded dialer tone on 08 Mar 10 and deducted Rs 30 from my account balance, I requested for discontinue on 03 Apr 10 and done it. Again on 05 Apr 10 idea company continued the dialer tone without my permission and deducted Rs 30, again i complain to idea co. and requested for discontinue on 10 Apr 10 again stoped it. but after again and again my requested Idea company continued dialer tone on 17 Apr 10 and again deducted Rs 30/- from my balance account. I again requested to discontinued on 20 Apr 2010. now i will see when they continue.
Thus Idea company deducted Rs 90/- in a month from my account balance and also mentally herrasing me.

BSNL — imposed charge of caller tune without demand

This mobile we use for home.we didn't need it and yet it is imposed. so far as I know you will say that somebody must have pressed any key at the time of receiving phone.this happens normally. this is a cheating . Without demanding you can not impose anything.This is a exploitation please remove my caller tune and back me my balance deducted by company.

But it was found that every day Rs.5.00 is being deducted from my account.Hence i deactivated the above plan on 26/07/2010 by sending the message(DEACT 5 TO 53733)on guidance of Customer Care. BSNL — Refund of balance unauthorised deducted from my a/c.

Dear Sir,
I am customer of BSNL prepaid service bearing no-[protected].I have not understand how my account balance has been deducted. While I got the message from BSNL[protected] that, "Thanks for using chat messenger.Your service has been renewed for next 30days.Rs.30/ charged." I was shocked & surprised.I have never subscribed for such offer.They people are looting our balance from my account each & every month after charging of my account through unusual deductible messages/calls.
Therefore I request you kindly take strong action against them for such act & instruct them to submit their account balance statement of mine from 01.01.2010 to till date by which i will check the balance deducted from my a/c by BSNL by using such type of act.

bsnl prepaid cell phone services — recovery of ringback tone charges without demand

Sir, without demand the ring back tone charges is recovered from my cell phone [protected] on dated 28/05/2011 ,Rs. 30+Rs 12=Rs 42, injustice to me. Pl debit the same immediately in my account.
Sorry to say without request of caller tune amount deducted from my cell no. [protected] and also songs can not loaded, I am requesting please deactivate immediately and refund my deducted amount back to my mobile.
It is quite disgraceful BSNL prepaid mobile service, which is Govt. of India Enterprise is doing same thing, like private operators as Hutch, reliance and others, cheating and swindling money, without customer's knowledge.In my prepaid mobile they have deducted an amount of Rs.60/- on caller tune of their own, even after visiting BSNL, Jadavpur office and after complaining, I have not got reverse amount as promised by the officer.My request is that as TRAI is trying to streamline telephone and mobile services, and should read the complains, of customers and take necessary steps to refund the amount to mobile owners.

Since last four year I am using the B S N L connection . Last two months we use the bsnl gprs 503 ( six months pack ) . Now me check my balance to show zero balance . In total 16 gb connection, even 1 gb not using . Every time we contact the customer care, we can here the busy tone . Then we will try 30 minutes, no responds the customer care . There after we contact the bsnl branch they told that me using the 49 ps plan. Early am using 1 ps per second plan, then me add 503 pack. There is come to this plan automatically cut my 503 pack . Every time I told the customercare they are not inform me to cut the 503 pack . So change the 49 ps above ten times to contact the customer care, but even one time no information from your customer care. If to low the call charge my 503 pack is cut . so kindly give me the 503 pack .

    We are aged senior citizens, user of BSNL Landline telephone for the past 15 years our subscriber no. is 24893088 is located in chennai area in K.K.Nagar exchange. The phone is not working since 15/5/2008 and inspite of giving several complaints over net and calling up the exchange, no action has been taken. We inform so many time but till date it is dead... and we are paying also BSNL bill promptly every month. We are aged senior citizens who are put to lot of hardship due to this.

    The phone and internet is not working since 19/11/2008 and inspite of giving several complaints over net and calling up the exchange, no action has been taken. We inform so many time but till date it is dead... and we are paying also BSNL bill promptly every month. From last six months we have given several complaints.Monthly net will work for only will be only for 10 days. Government itself in this way means what about private ?
    I have been using my Land line phone since 2001, but the responce and feedback i got from BSNL is very disappointing. Last week i logged a complaint but yet to get a reply. I ran pillar to post but nothing is hapening. Even i spoke to the office of DGM and got the same lax reply "lets see".
    My BSNL Lanline connection is not working for the past 20 days and we have already called and informed the BSNL persons, but no body turned up till now. Please this as a urgent issue and attent it at the earliest possible.

    My Landline phone 24745261 is dead for the past 1 week. i have registered the complaint many times.
    I have internet connection as well. This is the really getting to be trouble. I had fallen a Victim of your POOR SERVICE. Is this the way you keep the customers waiting? Take immediate action and get back the line to life. Else I will not be in a position to pay this months bill.
    I have a Land line[protected] which is having parrellel connections. At one side (living room) No out going calls are happening and at second side (bed room) we cannot take incomin calls. Kindly depute somebody who is not asking money and arrange to rectify the same.     Hello Sir,

    I am Srinivasa from chennai. I have shifted my house. I am having bsnl telephone connection along with broadband connection[protected]. I have submitted my telephone transfer form on 23'rd of April. they said that my phone connection will be shifted with in 2 working days. I waited for 4 days and approached the Mugalivakam bsnl office. Rajan (AE Mogulivakam BSNL branch) said that they will transfer in 2 working days. then again I went after 3 days to Mugalivakam bsnl office. and after I told its very urgent to have broadband connection now he is telling that it will take 30 days to get the telephone connection along with the broadband connection.

    And more over he is telling the reason as its not a developed area, but he is absolutely wrong in his statement. I told him that lot of flats were there and the front house is having the broadband connection. but is neglected my words, and then he has given me the wrong number stating Selvaraj (DE in delhi). I am really disappointed with the things happened.

    Please suggest me what to do ? do I need to cancel my BSNL or is there any other solution as such.

    my BSNL landline has a perennial problem with a back ground humming noise when we pick up to hear the dial tone and try talking ; despite my repeated complaints, it's not rectified at all. This phone number of 28202324 remains idle for more than a year with this unresolved problem. Hope some one from BSNL would look into this problem to give a permanent solution.

    In connection with the comment about "phone not working" there is no surprice for the sloppy response from BSNL staff and its no uncommon that anyone hasn't encountered this with the landline phone connection fault. Despite my repeated requests, bombording with continous flow of emails, my phone still remains as an expansive toy, gulping monthly minimal rents without fail. Ministrial staff keep changing, but our phones always remain dead and that's the fate of India. Jai Hind! The best solution for all thease unanswered querries is to change to private lines, no matter it may cost a bit high but the service would be good.

The caller facility provided earlier suddenly withdrawn by BSNL without any intimation to the subscribers.The new telephone instrument bought for want of caller ID has gone waste. Contacted the exchange replied that this facility has been withdrawn even for fire service and police stations and ordinary subscriber like me cannot expect for this facility and there is no remedy for noise.

        i have taken new bsnl broad band connection ON tel no.[protected] after installing modem about 10 day back till today I can't login. give error 691 after repeated complaints in local broad band office on[protected] but no response .
        then they say to complain on 1957, on complaining on this number they give a complaint no.-190395 &say to wait

            The evdo scheme is a total fraud scheme atleast within the kerala circle. I purchased an evdo card on[protected], less than 10days, there is no sign of speed right within 1 kms radius.

            I have tried complaining to all officers upto the GM of tiruvalla Mr. Sasidharan, the Gm has refused to entertain the complaint saying its the company which is at fault and not bsnl.
            that we should file a case against the bsnl instead of complaining to him.
            this is the respect he has for the company that is paying him his salary.

            the investment made was 4820 as we need urgent backup.

            What is the latest of your complaint with BSNL?
            I also fall under the same issue with BSNL EVDO service. I am from Kerala, hope you too. I took this connection in January 2008. Right after a week, it started showing issues. I used to get disconnected once in 3-5 minutes (but the connection indication shows active) - when we get no display of pages, I needed to reconnect. This goes on continuously... And speed goes beyond normal dial-up. I too have complained with many people in BSNL.. nobody is interested to look into the complaints.. as they are so stupid to think that they get their salary whatever they do to their customers.. forgetting the fact that it is us, the customers who help to pay their salary.. their daily bread...

            I'm using BSNL EVDO (Tiruvalla, PTA, Kerala) from the first week of its announcement to (jan 26) till this day. I'm experiencing the same problem. Most of the time my connection drops after first few minutes but the dialer shows its active. All I 've to do is to disconnect and reconnect. I complained in BSNL office, but nothing happened. I live less than 2km from bsnl office& tower. BSNL customer service is the worst customer service in our country. Most emplyees @ the customer service center (not all ) knows nothing except to shout. They even don't pay attention to customers or their queries.
            I was a bsnl landline customer 4 years back of number [protected]. and i cancelled that connection in 2006 because of high bill. But testerday I got a bill of Rs 504. I want to know the reason.

              I had very bad experience with the customer care department EXECUTIVE for the fourth time in the past 3 months i called in to complaint the problem with our land line connection.

              The representative spoke with me very rudely, when i was online she was not listening to what i was saying instead she was speaking with others and once she made note of the phone number which is not working she hung up the call without informing me what was her next step to resolve the problem indeed a very bad attitude

              And when i wanted to speak with the higher official she gave an incorrect number[protected] saying that it is managers number. she dint provide her name saying they are not supposed to tell there name . so i cant point out who it is but the complaints department number that i dialled and spoke with is[protected] and i had a very bad experience.

              I request the concerned official to look into the matter and make the necessary arrangement to listen to the customers problem with the phone line and to provide a proper resolution .

              Even im facing a lot of problem with the response & behaviour of the Kengeri BSNL official.
              Im suffering with regular disconnection of my internet. Once i spoke harshly with the officials and since then those people are purposely troubling me. My net works properly till 10:30 am and suddely the net
              disconnects after 10:30 am, this drama continues till i go & complain once again later the net gets OK at around 3:30 pm without my followup. I always get the excuses for this concern.
              I request the authoritie to kindly look into this concern. However im planning to switchover to someother
              service providers.

                BSNL websites are vnot opening. I don't have time to go their counters to pay the bill. Now cannot pay them online as well as cannot access their portal. Please can anybody suggest any alternative.

                I have a postpaid connection bearing No. [protected]. Though I had paid the bill of 5/08 amounting to Rs. 199 even in my current bill (6/08) it has been credited as outstanding previous balance. It is very much difficult to keep the payment slip for one month. I had paid the bill within 22.06.08 to 25.06.08 in cash at Salt Lake Telephone exchange, near Lalkuthi.
                MANY TIMES YOU FAIL TO SEND ME A PROPER POSTAL BILL FOR MY CELLONE. KINDLY SEND A BILL FOR EASIER MODE OF PAYMENT. SHEER SMS BILL IS NOT SUFFICIENT.

                    With the current broadband plan, unlimited download facility is available from 2AM to 8AM. But even downloads done during this time is ALSO billed & hence it has crossed the usage limits.

                    Worst part is that if you call up Bill Enquiry nos., either its always busy or its always unattended[protected], [protected] Though this is changed to 26941458, bills don't have the changed no.!!). When finally at some point of the day, somebody attended the call, there was another no. that I need to call for such complaint & thats always unattended no., finally landing up nowhere on my complaint, I'm filing it here.

                    i seriously thing you should scrap the helpline or grievance numbers as they are mentioned only for namesake and are left unattended always. Such pathetic customer service. We have to run to the office even for a simple or a silly query as BSNL do not have the mail id's or phone numbers in working condition.

                      I got BSNL net connection on 29th febraury this year. i'm using Home500c plan, according to which i get my night usages (2to8am) for free. however, each month i'm getting my bill for the full usage. on my opening month itself, they send me a whooping monthly bill of Rs.11400/- !
                      When i went there, i was asked to take print of the usage, though it was already available with them. "if you want to adjust the current bill, then come back with a printed report!". this was their reply. think about this - adjustment? adjustment? i was only asking for my bill to be corrected. because of thier fault, i had to waste a day and money, to get my bill corrected.
                      Yet again, i was not sent the corrected bill. i went back again, and got a cheek reply - "oh, your bill was corrected day before yesterday itself ! why didn't you drop by?" As if i got any info ! they think they are running a charity show, and that the customers are mere beggars crying for alms !
                      And, this same story happened all over again, in the second month also. i've been sent a bill for rs.5230/- However, i didn't bother to make payment. i've asked for a corrected bill immediately. but, i'm yet to recieve any reply.
                      BSNL is technically sound, but they have very VERY poor staff service to run the show. i hope it goes to dust, if it can't be improved. Atleast customers won't suffer.

                      I am a planner of Rs.250/p.m. i.e., 1gb upload and down load. My only grievance is if I am permitted to use 1gb uploan and down load, if I reach to 1Gb then the service should be stopped, and should be asked for further service. Then If i consent for further it should be by my consent
                      Hi my name is Hanu B Krishna from Saidabad, Hyderabad. I was using internet connections for the past two and half years and very recently I have taken the BSNL connection two months ago. I had taken the plan of Business 1200. My first bill received was Rs.1200 approximately. To my surprise I received the second bill for Rs.30, 000. I immediately contacted the Accounts officer who had sent me the bill and explained him the whole problem and he says that he will send me the usage details. I have 16 computers which I use them for around about 288 hours in a month for which downloading will not go for too high. Apart from that I browse internet for checking my emails.For the past two and half years I am using TATA broadband for which I am paying Rs.1400. undoubtedly BSNL internet is absloutely good speed but when itt comes to the service it's the worst. Employees are ridiculous and they dont even bother to respond. When I asked the officers and say about my complaint they say that you have used it and thats how the bill is very high. They dont have a proper system and the employees are illiterates when it comes to technology. You ask anything about the technical terms they say they have no idea about it.

                        sir,
                        i have registered to 500c pack of broadband connection. but since then i have got this pack, i m not receiving proper speed.it takes about 15min to open a single page. this is so much irritating.n to the utmost surprise, downloading speed is just 15 or 20kbps..we have complained so many times in Samrala n Ludhiana exchange but nobody responded... one cant expect such a poor service from BSNL... please pay attention to it..

                        Mine connection is also in the same situation. I am using Home500c plan. At th beginning I used to get the download speed around 230KB-240KB ( Torrent ).

                        The last two months I am getting only about 180KB ( torrent ).

                        Now the torrent download speed is only 130KB. What in the hello is going on in my connection. I am paying 500Rs for nothing.

                        I am from Kerala(Cochin). Now I am not happy with BSNL.

                        a very unhappy customer.
                        I subscribed to the 750 Unlimited plan. Though BSNL talks of 2 MBPS, what we actually get is less than 30 KBPS and this is not fair and appropriate when the advertisement talks of 2 MBPS and also boasts of the best networks and is launching the high speed 3G network.
                        I am using BSNL EVDO card with the 2.4mpbs speed and unlimited download scheme, but the speed of the internet using this EVDO is worst.

                        I paid 3800Rs/- for the device and purchased that BSNL will never do cheat, they said 2.4mpbs and i am not even getting 30- 40kbps speed.

                        I thought they have said 2.4mpbs and at the worst case i will get 1mpbs but i am not even getting 10-20kpbs internet speed and download speed 2-4 kbps.

                        Can anyone tell me where to complaint regarding this and get it fixed with the speed.

                        I am paying 750Rs/- monthly, which is really a worthless.

                        Please raise this issue in the BSNL head of department and get the thing fixed.

                        I Have a telephone no.[protected] with broadband facility. Just few days ago (from 12 jan, 2012) I change my plan from BB Home UL 750 to BBG Combo ULD 1350. BSNL claims that in this plan a customer receive 4Mbps (512 kbps transfer rate) speed. but I received only 2Mbps approx. (250 kbps transfer rate approx.). I lodged so many complaints at customer care but there was no any benefit. I also complaint to a sdo at albert road BSNL office, amritsar. but there was no any action taken against my complaint. I was also lodged a complaint through E-MAIL to a NODAL OFFICER but there is no any action. I was so disappointed. then I again change my plan which was my previous plan as BB Home U L 750 (dated 13.02.2012) Because now a days BSNL upgraded this plan as 1 mbps speed upto 6 GB & then 512 beyond 6 GB. but I was surprised when I received only 512 kbps ( 64 kbps transfer rate) I lodged 3-4 complaints at customer care and take query that where is my 1Mbps speed upto 6 GB but all in vain. On dated 18.02.2011 I meet a SDO at NIB section of BSNL at Albert Road AMRITSAR and discussed about my problem but there is no any benefit till dated 21.02.2012 . So please do in my favour and oblize. I shall be very thankful to you for this.

                          Reference to above mentioned subject I am subscriber of BSNL landline allotted no[protected] at Sabla that landline was dead (not Working) from 05 may 2007 to 07 Sept. 2007, in between several time we complained to responsible staff but till long period no response from them also BSNL Charge me for further period and it’s also paid to BSNL in same time. About this cause we submitted application for reimbursement amount to BSNL but till date their is no feedback form BSNL for same.                             but till now they are not charged the tower.We are around 2000 of bsnl and Aircel customers are waiting for it. Pls do the best immediatly.

                                Few officers want money from me. I refused to give

                                    We have a 250 rupee plan from BSNL dataone since Apr01, 2008. However, we have received an unpropotionately high bill of Rs. 10, 470 for the month of April. On checking the usage it was found that the total downloads have been around 10.5 GB during the 87 hours !! The calculation in the bill was correct but we are not able to prove to BSNL that we have not downloaded 10.5 GB of contents ... The only supporting argument being that 'had we intended to download such huge amount of data, we would have opted for a 750 rupee unlimited download plan', Why would we go for cheaper plan a making a fool of ourselves. The 250 plan should automatically step into 750 rupee plan when the down load linit exceeds that mark ... It is like simply befooling the innocent consumers by showing ambiguous plans & schemes.

                                    I am totally confused how to get out of this situation?

                                    am having connection of 500c+, first month bill is correct, but nxt month bill (feb'08) is shows that am using exceeds nearly 5 gb.but when am check the usage of moth there is mistake in it, its add night free time usage bill is added to day usage, i went there and explained them but they are not talking about, no one is responses in office to take a complaint, fainally am waiting for disconnect, until now am using that connection,

                                    I am having DataOne connection (Rs.500/month plan) for the last two years. I only use it for browsing /online share trading/ financial transactions and never use it to download songs/movies. My total monthly download never crosses 500MB, hence, I always receive minimum billing. But last month I received bill of Rs.3500, showing total download of 6GB ( that too in the period when I was out of station), no one used internet in my absence.

                                    I lodged complaint, till now i haven't received any favourable response.

                                    Is there any method to prove that there was no download on my computer and incorrect billing. It's like BSNL can force any charge on customers and since its government firm, there is no heed to the complaints. There should be laws to protect consumers rights.

                                    01 augst 2008 start time 03:38:54 end time 03:49:20 in disiplyed my usage details 4143kb, this is rong informetion. I was not conect internet in this time, please check and info to me.
                                    I have a 250 Home Plan from BSNL dataone since March01, 2008. However, we have received an unpropotionately high bill of Rs. 4433/-for the month of July and I have paid all the Bills upto date before the bill dated 4th August-2008 and there are no dues pending with the Department. On checking the usage it was found that the total downloads have been around 6.39 GB from since installation i.e. March-08 to July-31-2008 and only 1.76GB in July-08. The only supporting argument being that 'had we intended to download such huge amount of data, we would have opted for a 750 rupee unlimited download plan', Why would we go for cheaper plan a making a fool of ourselves.

                                    I regret to inform you that in the Bill dated 4th August-2008, previous balance was added i.e. Rs.1667/- for which the monthly bill has gone up to Rs.4433/- which is on higher side. Hence, I request you to kindly advise the concerned to go through into the matter and rectify the mistake (I suspect that not entered the paid payments into the records properly or by improper calculations).

                                    In this connection, I wish state that due to the above lapses of your concerned, I am facing lot of inconvenience. As such I request you to kindly look into the matter and rectify the above Bill and send the revised Bill. If not, disconnect my Telephone as well as Broad Band connection immediately. Waiting for your early positive response.

                                    Nice to see that same problem is experienced by different people. I had a 500 plan and got a bill this month August 2008 for Rs.19, 442/-. Normally my bills where in Rs 2000/- range.

                                    On complaining BSNL has given a provisional bill on previous month bill and said they are refering this for complaint for inspection and final bill will be based on their report...scares me!!

                                    I have not used this, it could have been some hacker who used home computer used by my 60 plus parents.

                                    i have taken dataone broadband home plan it disconnects often
                                    in one hour i loose my connection for atleast 8 to 9 times
                                    i cant able to work or surf this kind of things persist for many times
                                    Mine is a pakka BSNL cheating case. I am in 500c+, 1.5GB free, 0200AM-0800AM unlimited.
                                    For the month of Jan 2009, I received 3000/- bill, but BSNL Portal usage page shows, my USAGE excluding night unlimited is 1.46GB, and I never called to anyone.

                                    How come they serve me 3000/- bill when my usage limit is below 1.5GB. It should be minimum bill.

Even after entering the correct user name and password we are getting message that username and password are wrong. When we entered the login to obtain user name that is giving remarks that image verification is not matched (3 times).

                                    So kindly send my username and password to enable me to know my broad band bill upto 12.09.2009.

                                      The problem is iam able to send Sms to south africa but iam unable to receive sms from south africa, complaint already lodged with Bsnl chennai, they say that there is no problem at their end.

                                      I wrote to vodacom the cellular service provider in south africa and told the same, they have given me a reply which is as follows

                                      Please be advised that SMS messages to your number from Vodacom cannot be delivered because there is no inter-network agreement between BSNL India and Vodacom South Africa for SMS messages and the message delivery is being blocked by your Network.



                                      Kindly contact your networks customer care and advise them that you wish to receive messages from Vodacom.



                                      Alternatively we do have inter-network agreements with the below listed networks in India, should you wish to use one of them for your messages to and from South Africa.

                                      hello my name is ramangoyal my mob no is [protected]:recently a scheme was launched on 13th. june, that dial one no in rajasthan at 0.20 rupees and on one no. outside rajasthan, I had sent a sms but the scheme was refused, I than called the call center person who could speak in proper english attented, he said they are not aware of any such scheme and are helpless.May god help bsnl, who is educating the Indians by net have such a communicationbetween it employes.
                                      more ever the sites of bsnl are not updated in time, stillm they have old dated informations, this is with the agency which give broad bend to others.

                                      My self Bhavin Patel and my cell no is [protected] my plan was monsoon masti 125 post paid and in December 2008 this plan was closed so i have transfer my plan from post paid to prepaid plan same number on December 2008 so it was done the processor but he was not refund my 500 rs deposit i pay this deposit at first time when my number was post paid.My plan change in december and today april end now why his people not refund my money?he said to me my deposit refund with in two month but already four month passed.
                                      I hope you understand my problem and solve earliast.

                                      I am having plan 725 for cell one. Charges for SMS delivery are charged in recent bills. As per plan all SMS receipts are free. I donot want this facilty and also do not want charges in my bill for SMS delivery.
                                      Kindly reverse the charges billed so far. I have paid all my bill in time so far.

                                      BSNL CellOne Mobile — Thrusting of caller Tune and Charging for the same

                                      Inspite o[censored]nsubscribing caller tune in August' 09, the same is being thrust on me without my consent and being charged from September' 09 onward. My complain to BSNL has yeided no result.

                                      Not receiving msg from particular no. [protected], after complaining 3 times from last 15 days customer care people are not giving proper response.
                                      sir i m bsnl customer from last two month my cell no. [protected] sir last one month i m not receiving msg from particular no. i compliant to bsnl customer care three time but every time the say it will solve in 24 hours but no moment in my compliant so i req u to do need full in my mater

                                        my cell no:[protected] pre paid connection.somany complaint given to customer care & various email to respective authority during my stay in roaming from 2/4/2008 to 15/05/2008.but nothing is heard from BSNL Authority to solve my grievences.My cell working in roaoming in Gujarat but as I entered in Rajasthan for some hours it work than after signal is full but can't make or receive call.some one if call me he heard that cell is out of coverage, not switch off & I dial number than "you are not authories", while There is balance more than 2500=00.No any officer of BSNL Rajasthan & gujarat are co-operate me as My cell is from MAhastra.Maharastra BSNL tell me to go RAjasthan BSNL GAllery & asked them to call us (BSNL_Mah).For this problem I am made complaint by last year oct.2007 and again this year from 2/4/2008 (while in roaming)but no response.

                                        In order to have proper network for flawless communication we have to go on the road side.
                                        we have a total of about 10 bsnl conections including my neighbours. hoping that the problem will be solved as soon as possible.
