I am the holder of the landline number[protected] in the area of Amruthalli in Bangalore. I had subimtted an application for broadband connection on the[protected] and it is very unfortunate that inspite of waiting for 1 year 5 months, I am still being deprived of the same. I see no hopes for the BSNL to ever improve in providing satisfactory services in Bangalore. This leaves me with no option but to cancel the request for the same.br...

Inspite of repeated follow up and my personal visit to your BSNL Nalasopara office I have being told to wait. I am waiting for almost four months now.

BROAD BAND ON[protected] on 24 Apr. Rent of 750 charged for May without connecdtion till 07 May. Broad band not functioning. Can not change Password allocated by default . No one attends compalint....

I have requested by letter to disconnect my internet service thro our Adirampattinam telephone exchange office. Still i have recived the above bill with the amount of Rs 870/- for miscellaneous debits.
Actually during the last three months we haven't connected telephone and internet service not more...

I am using BSNL Unlimited plan for last three months. Initially, the connection was too good and for the last 1 1/2 months, the internet connection goes down frequently (Say every 10 minutes). The ADSL Link goes down too often causing the net to be disconnected. I tried calling BSNL Customer Care and every time I get different reply, but didn't help resolving the issue. i am not able to know data usage of BSNL broadband because when i log on to www.data.bsnl.in it asks for user ID, & password, when i click it says check your user ID & pass word. and my bill 01/03/08 to 31/03/08 is 4008 Rs and i have take the 250 Rs/month plan it is very high.

i also want to see telephone and internet bills on line

maine kafi bar exchange mein complaint bhi ki hai par koi solution nahi hota. plz. mera phone jald se jald thik karya jaye.

My telephone number is[protected]. I recently got my telephone shifted. Though the broadband has been activated, I am getting user name and password: incorrect. On 192.168.1.1 page, under WAN it shows Authentication Failure. The password has been reset as per the call centre people but it is still not working.
My docket number is 0632 but no body has attended to the problem.
