I applied for a new telephone connection to use broadbabd service of BSNL on 28.04.2008 and simultaneously advice note is also issued on 29.04.2008. I contacted various times for installing phone Sri.B.B.Ram switch room, BSNL, chaibasa and he also taken phone set and necessary wires etc. but he and the line man of my area sri.thakur is just passing the time till today such that we are trying to do connection. when i said in complaint mood, they openly challanged for doing complaint to higher authority. It just seems that they are boss of the organisation, nobody is here to look into matters.after harrasing from all sides, I am sumbitting complaint to you for installing my phone connection as soon as possible.

I am the user of telephone number[protected] and i am using internet with it of plan 750 plus...
from last month i am facing a problem of connectivity...i complaint about it and they repaired my parameters n cleared the line even then it didnt worked... ... then i was told to reset the password though didnt worked, i called up a private internet service provider did some work in router n it worked... When i asked him about it he said i used the old password n he charged me sum 200 rs, other ip address, which worked for sum 3 weeks
n know i am facing the same problem...
the reason of reaching you is that when ever i am complaining about this the bsnl person are telling me that ur system is not fine or my modem is not right...even there is no technical person available...
please do look in the matter...
