I am residing at J73 Tagore nagar Ajmer RoadJaipur-302024 & is having Land Line & Broad Band connection but I am not getting the monthly Bills very late .From last 3 months I am getting the bills after DUE DATE.
It is requested to resole my problem on priority pl.

Dear Sir,
I m from Nestle India Ltd, Samalkha (Panipat Disst.). BSNL lines are down in my company from last 1.5 months. Only 2 or three hours it works in a day. Its daily problem. Sir i have very bad experience with ur BSNL service from last 1.5 month. Pls resolve this issue as soon as possible. I[censored] can do i will be very greatfull to you....................

i have bsnl phone connection at home. even after applying for YNA plan, i am getting bills above the desired level.i want to know what is the reason behind this,because we make calls thro mobiles and not thro land line.And now they had disconnected our connection now.

can i get in detail how is the billing done?

and one thing is that i have dial up internet connection of sancharnet.if possible can i get some details from it?
We are having L.G.Authorised Service Centre Located in Kumbakonam,We are using your DIOS Service since Febravary 2003..but we are facing connectivity problem since tens days..we are in customer service since 2003 and hence we are using your broadband for viewing customer details through net..without net connection we are harrassed by our customers..we requested BSNL customer care to change our DIOS to Broadband..but the customer care executive has no intention to register the complaint, response of our calls and we are harrassed by your executive's in person(negligance of customer service)we are using your LAN line connection and our telephone no is[protected] and we are using your mobile service too[protected] ..so kindly notify this complaint and do the needfull and kindly respond to our mail..

Phone complaint - Phone No.27467916 S.Mohan, Selvaraj Nagar, Urappakkam, guduvancheri Exchange. The phone has been out of order since Ist March 2008. No body has attended fault. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

BSNL ka site www.bsnl.co.in &www.cellone.in pe tarriff plan and bsnl news apdate nahi hota hai four and five month news hi flash hoti hai. Please aap majhe bataaye lettest plan rete and reduce rate ki jankari ke liye kis sey puchhe ya kaise jane ya to bsnl ke news and plan ki jankari apney site se hata den ya to aapdate karaye THANKS

    I am a consumer of BSNL Excel prepaid service for last 5 years. From last 15-20 days I am receiving short but missed calls from one mobile number [protected]. It has now almost become a rioutine affair to receive such missed calls everyday. It has become very painful to receive such missed calls.Please help.

    Sir,
    I Brajesh Kumar Thakur had one pre paid BSNL new connection [protected]. I want to Excel Power STD No [protected] and one local call [protected] and I send one SMS to 53733 one 19 Jul 08 to till date but I receive one msg ie
    The 1st phone no are not in correct circle. Send SMS request again with valid landline no and landline/moblie.
    So kindly activevate these two no, I shall be grateful to you.

      Respected Sir,

      The letter has also been posted vide Registered Letter to The Chief General Manager Telecom. I hope this time he may listen to the pleadings of the consumer after twenty years. As it is a old mimicry in Punjab that "14 saal bad tan rab Roori di wi sun lainda hai" (That after 14 years God listens to the pleadings of Roori (the dust which lie in heaps after harvesting wheat crop). I hope that the department of Govt Of India's subsidiary, Department of Telecommunication will treat me like a dust this time as I am pleading from 20 years. As everybody knows that the dust has no identity of its own but when we continue to press it with our feet, with the help of air it make place on the head of the person who continuously press it.

      Respected Sir,
      I am the consumer of BSNL from the last 20 years. But BSNL failed to replace my defective telephone sets in due course. When I requested to the Sub Divisional Officer, BSNL Phagwara Mr. Manjit Singh [protected] to replace my old sets of Remington Brand that has not having redialing facility even. He replaced my sets with old repaired sets after my so many insistences and said that CLI sets have been distributed to the consumers who are paying telephone bills more than Rs. 3,000/- and secondly the list of distribution of sets has been sent by CGM Telecom, Jalandhar and we distributed as per list calling to the specific persons listed in the entitled person.
      Now I request you to please specify:
      The criteria adopted by the CGM Telecom to distribute the said sets to the specified persons.
      When every telephone set has to be replaced after 5 years then why my entitlement is not in the specified list.
      Kindly specify the name of the persons with their telephone numbers to whom the said telephone sets have been distributed.
      Why the said sets are available in the market supplied by BSNL.
      Whether I shall get justice and will get the CLI Sets or I have to file the suit with Consumer Court in this regard.
      Whether I shall have to apply to the Honourable Deputy Commissioner under the Right to Information Act to get the detail of persons who have been alloted the CLI telephone sets.
      I hope that you will kindly make arrangement to allot me the new sets with CLI facility due to my entitelement for not getting replacement for 20 years.

      Respected Sir,

      It has been about 20 years since I got BSNL Landline connections. In the last 20 years my telephone sets have never been change. These sets have not having redialing facility even.



      1. Now the sets have got so many problems. Its dialing plate has become defective. We have to press again and again to dial. There is the problem of voice clarity in the sets as well.

      2. One can not connect to any number. We have to dial about 20-25 times to connect. There is no redialing facility in the Telephone sets.

      3. As I have not been provided the sets from the last 20 years, so now it is my privelage to get the new I.D. Displaying Telephone set.

      4. As my telephone sets are not working why the department is not changing my telephone sets.

      5. Why the officials don’t comply with my requests.

      6. When the customer is paying bill regularly why BSNL authorities not providing him Brand new telephone sets.

      7. Why should I pay for the service or bill when I have not been able to dial from the phone sets.

      8. What is my fault and why I am being penalized for paying bills regularly whereas the defective instruments have been provided to me and department is not changing the sets provided about 20 years back.

      9. Is there any one responsible authority/ employee work with BSNL who can listen to my pleadings or I shall have to file the suit with BSNL to get justice.

U r customer web site www.data.bsnl.in is working but indide option portal (using for check my used data/MB) is not working from last 4 days ... if i am trying complain on 1500 or 1957 or 2232368 so nobody pick up the phone .. u r senior officer is saying "persion is on leave" sir, u have only one person for complain .
      2.Why the officials don’t comply with my requests.
      3.Why should I pay for the service or bill when I have not been able to check my used data . why this facility is not working on my computer ..
      4. Why u appoint u r field officer on heavy salary .

      pls help me .. if my data cross over limit i ill take legal action . bcz i am anable yo check my current using .

      Respected CGM, BSNL, Jalandhar, I may bring to your kind notice that I am consumer of BSNL for the last so many years. For the last one year I am using the Broadband Connection on my telephone No.[protected] at my residence, which prove a bad experience. More than 10 days in a month it remains out of order or either Link signal broken or data signal not come. After visiting to complaint section it takes more than 4-5 days to repair it. I repeatedly made so many complaints to the concerned department/personals but there is no improvement in their services. Due to poor service of BSNL, I have to suffer. Sir if you department can not satisfy your existing customer then why should you waste money on advertisements and media for getting further customer / connections. I have a connection of Airtel in my office for the last 3 years but I never made a single complaint to this service provider. Sir, now I have decided to discontineu this broadband connection.

      this man rajneesh madhok who claims himself to be quite regular at rti is infact a fraud, he is a unsuccessful and frustrated as he has not been able to achieve much in life he sits all alone at his hardware shop where you see no customers as he tries to harass them as well he goes around phagwara to eminent sucessfull pepole asking them for unreasonable favours and when they do not oblige he tries to scare them by saying he has connections politicaly and is member of news channels and when nothing works he makes up stories about them and puts it on rti for all to read and to defame them, he probably thinks he is a adminstrator or governement official and so on, it could be has some mental problem but pepole of phagwara have to suffer because of this man's insanity and rti flashes everything he writes he is and is making life dificult for all in phagwara, and there is no one to check his menance. if you look at the number of complaints he has put there are over 700 hundred of them about pepole from all walks of life,

      pls be aware of this man, i as a activist have taken it personally on myself to go and meet alll the pepole he has complaint personally, find out there part of the story and warn them against this dangerous man so he cannot cause any more damage.

      Crimes have been exposed by me those had been steadily increasing in the society. Whenever I approached to the the authority there was cause and given my appeal with evidence.
      You have written that I am fraud.
      1. Kindly mention in your post even a single instance where I had made fraud.
      2. You have written that I am unsuccessful----how you judged it. I got my post graduation in commerce. I became successful in every field I entered.
      3. You said I am frustrated because I could not achieve much in life---- If you are familiar with me then you might be knowing that I achieved my set target in life which is enough for me and my family for the peaceful living.
      4. Kindly let me know the name and address of a single customer to whom I harassed.
      5. Kindly name and address of a single eminent successful person from whom I requested to get favour
      6. Whatever had been published in my name, I have authentic proofs of all that. I move further with evidence and with authenticate proof.

      Why large number of cases go unreported because the victims are reluctant to report because of the fear of social stigma and shame. In India most victims are from economically deprived and marginalised sections. They feel scared to complain against the powerful offenders.
      Now if I had reported the matter with evidence I hope our co-friends will appreciate my strategy. In most of the cases culprits are not convicted. In other cases they are either discharged or acquitted due to the factors like poor investigation and prosecution and delay in trials. All this is helping the accused to repeat similar crime.

      Nikhilji, to understand the nature and extent of my report you are always welcome to visit my place and kindly clear all the doubts in your mind.

        i am sorry to say that ur service is at the lowest level from the date i have ur connection.your staff is very poor to respond,they just transfer the calls and while talking they disconnect the telephone and never call me back.i have three airtel mobiles,airtel land line and broadband connection.

        please do tell me whether its better for me to change my connection to other company or will u be able to provide similar service as before.

        My tel no. is[protected], at 105, Nehru Avenue, Durgapur 713205, Dist Burdwan(WEST BENGAL).
        No connectivity from 10th Aug'08. Complaint lodged through broadband helpline at least 50 times but they could not help except providing three docket nos for three complaints.
        I personally met the SDO (Tel) & the JTO in charge at least a dozen times but they did not pay any heed to my complaints, moreover they said that it would not be possible for them to attend all broadband complaints pertsonally.
        I'm regularly paying the Bills without getting any service.
        Pl help.

        BSNL Broadband — No connectivity

        There is no connectivity for the past one week. I posted complaint, but no action has been taken so far.

          I have bought BSNL SIM (Cell No. [protected]) in year 2003 when studying in Amalner (Dist.Jalgaon, Maharashtra). I have submitted my documents to the dealer over there. After 3 - 4 years of subscription in the end of year 2006 BSNL personnel has blocked my sim without giving prior notice. When I inquired at customer care they told me to submit documents. I went to Amalner for the same. Amalner exchange said that the sim is not issued from this exchange. I worndered about 4 months in search of exchange and I came to know that the sim is of Nasik exchange. I went to Nasik exchange and have put my complaint aginst BSNL personnel. He commetted to me that few sim cards of our exchange were sold in BLACK and we are giving authority letter to the sim holder so they can submit their documents to their nearest BSNL Customer Care. So, I asked for my authority letter. But he said that your number has been deleted from our server, you have to wait until it is reactivated. Now, when my number is reactivated, I asked them for new duplicate sim and to accept my documents. But now BSNL personnel refuses. Hundred of times I have communicated with BSNL Customer Care, BSNL Customer Center at Navapur and Nasik and so on. But everyone is throwing the ball in others court. Now, I am tired and want my subscription back. It was not my fault and how BSNL can suddenly cancel my subcription after 3 - 4 years. So, finally I have decided to fight against BSNL and get my number back. I can prove that I am the authorized user of number [protected] since it is activated in 2003. I request you to do the needful and guide me to fight against injustice as early as possible. Hoping for getting reply soon. Thank you

          I have got modem installed on 28th August 2007, but till date i havent got internet connection.
          When enquired about the same, I am not getting proper answers from BSNL officers.
          I had applied for Broadband connection before 7 months, and still waiting for the same.
          I have properly paying the bills for the telephone connection but I dont know what problem they have in giving service.
          I would like to name those - one is Mr. Varunseand other is Mr. Kamble both are from Nasik, Upnagar Division.
          Very soon i will filing a complaint against both of them regarding the same.
          I lost near about 50,000/- Rs business because of their stupidity.

          In short BSNL sucks...!!!

          i am your customer of prepaid mobile. i am staying in village querim taluka pedne state goa. i want to give a complain against your service provided in our village.
          we are receving the bsnl signal from arounda tower which is situated at 2 km from our village. but we are not getting the proper covarege from that tower
          like me thier are many customers are avalable with bsnl. but due to this problem they are diverting towards private oparetors

          BSNL is too slow and late in providing various services to its customers whether it is taking a new phone connection or taking internet/broadband coneection or any other services. It is worst it sucks!!! apply to any service and then wait wait wait go to this office the other office than other and so on. No one is there to hear you. every Employee of bsnl blame to other employee for being late in the services. They are too lazy. In short Internail architecture of bsnl to handle new customers and existing customers and providing satisfaction to its customers is worst. the show in their advertise ment "BSNL best hai mere liye" but if you need any service now then you have to wait for starting that service... pata nahin kab tak!!!

          I have apllied for bsnl connection on exbition held in don basco and they have promised me that they will give me connection of phone & internet within 15 days. but after 1 month they have send letter that it is not fessibel to give connection.but we stay in heart of mapusa 500mtrs away from bsnl exchange.the problems is that i[censored] pay line man 2000Rs they will give u connection instant.and we had complaient of same line man.

          Vodafone Prepaid — Advertize ment call disturbence

          Several times they disturb, deferent no calls from adv department any time.They dont ask for the advertizement call, if you want to close it will take 45 days to close.
          The Mobile Bill in respect of Mobile No.[protected] for the period[protected] to[protected] amounting toRs.371.00 includes the following:
          National Roaming
          Incoming calls – Rs. 32.00
          Outgoing calls – Rs. 35.50
          Total Rs. 67.50

          In this connection it is submitted that I was not outside Jammu during the above billing period and as such have not availed national roaming during this billing period.
          Thus amount of Rs. 67.50 charged in the bill on this account is wrong.
          Kindly rectify the error and adjust the excess payment in future bill.

          I am using BSNL land line line form last 7 years. I am paying all Bilils regularly. Eventhough BSNL has sent me wrong Bilil (they are forwarding my Bilil which I already paid)

          In month of May'13
          previous Bilil:1069.27 rupees(I paid 1070 on[protected].
          adjustment:18.77 rupees.
          current charge:1277.53 rupees.
          Account balance: 2365.57 rupees(instead of 18.77 rupees they added 1069.27 with 1277.53 {1069.27+1277.53+18.77=2365.57}and they did not deduct my amount of 1069.27)

          I corrected this problem in July'12.(in which my paid amount was 717 rupees.

          but later on in Bili of August'12 they again added the same amount:

          previous Bilil:2025.06 rupees instead of 717 rupees(I paid 720 on[protected].
          adjustment:12.76 rupees.
          current charge:702.25 rupees.
          Account balance: 2020.07 rupees instead of 712.01({2025.6 (instead 717 RUPEES)-720+12.76+702.25=2020.07})

          In conclusion I paid 1300 rupees excess amount and Valsad BSNL account is ignoring this problem.(my land line number is[protected]
          Kind correct my amount to solve my problem.

            I have applied fr a braodband connection some 15 days back but nothing has happened since then .. they have even started asking for money .. there s no other provider so i have no choice but to go to BSNL only..These guys are dumb , non productive and a burden to our country and society ..instead of helping ppl and their company they are just creating problems .. they dont have capability to stand and face competition..

            I am compelled to disconnect the phone connection, due to low speed of ‘high speed internet connection’. At first it shows 230.4 kbps. Now it is 115.02.and speed is very low .some times can’t open a web site.

            I requested a broadband connection on/around Jan 27th/28th. After nearly 2 weeks finally collected the necessary documents and a advance of 500 on 9th of February and promised that I will get the internet connection within 3-4 days or a maximum of 4-5 days. However it has been close to 20 days with no internet connection.

            I call the Sr.Divisional Engineer (Mr.Shantharaju) on a daily basis and all i keep hearing is it will be done soon and don't bug me daily. We will call you when we can!!! But I never got any sort of call till now. Can this please be addressed asap.

            I have the similar experience with broadband connection.

            Requested for broadband connection during second week of October through BSNL portal. I had asked for buyout of modem. Got a call from BSNL same day itself about the payment and next day they came home and taken Rs 2700. Next Saturday, they said the line man would come and give the connection. We waited the whole day and nothing happened. I called once in the afternoon, they told me that the line man would come.

            The line man Krishnappa called me one day during first week of November. He also did not give connection till 26th Nov. I have called Mr. Shantharaju and told him that I dont want the connection if this the expected service from BSNL. He promised that he will give connection as well give modem. I waited for a week and that promise also did not fulfilled.

            Finally I have decided not to go with BSNL and told my intent to Mr. Shantharaju. Then the wait started for getting the money back. I would have made at least 25 calls to Mr Shantharaju. I usually hear from Shantharaju that he would give back the money same day itself. Like that 3 weeks were passed, still waiting for money.

            Yesterday is one such day where I have waited from morning till late night for Mr. Shantharaju's person to get my money back.

            I never expected state owned BSNL would give this kind of service.

              I had the most horrible experience dealing with BSNL for the three months that I took the connection. I finally got it disconnected after waiting for anyone to help me when my net was not working for 15-20 days.No one came to resolve the issue for 20 days.

              The representatives at the customer care centre(baner centre ,Pune) are downright rude and talk to you as if they are the "Kings of the world". They have a typical Sarkari attitude and will even go the extent of screaming at the customers as there is no complaints department or procedure that is followed. I have been trying to pay my bill but they refuse to adjust the deposit amount.I am told that a cheque will be sent to the address where I dont stay and they cannot change my address.

              My only suggestion - Any self respecting person who commands a bit of service or any respect when dealing with the service Representatives should not even think of BSNL. It STINKS big time.

Initial 4 month service was very satisfacotory, but after that i am regularly facing problem while using the internet.I have complained your local customer care service but they could not sole problem yet. My brother is staying in Marutias we are contacting him regularly throuh broad band but due to this bad service we are not able to contact through online. we are making calls through my cell hence i am paing more because of your bad service.

              We placon Filters Pvt Ltd have BSNL connection No.22414608 along with Broad Band Connetion.

              Last 7 days we are having many problem with Broad Band Connection since it is not working properly
              We have made morethan 7 complaint to BSNL Customer Care but they have not taken any response
              till th date. We regret to have such a poor reponse and services from BSNL.

              We have been approached by Reliance, Airtel they are ready to replace BSNL. This is compeitive world
              if loose one customer then BSNL will suffer near future.

              We are operating busines with foreign customer regularly but such type of poor services and response
              will lead our thinking to change other services.

              We hope to solve our problem immediatly without delay.

              I can't agree with you more. They really suck. I called them couple of times and they are so rude. If we ask them their name they give the most ridiculous one and some say that they have been instructed to not give it out. Also they cut the line when ur conversing with them. They absolutely don't have manners and there service is the worst I have seen in my life. I went for airtel and they are really great. BSNl gonna land up in the same coup as ITI if they don’t do something about BSNL.

                I am a prepaid subscriber to BSNL in Andhra Pradesh residing in Hyderabad. Due to some unknown technical reasons I am unable to make my outgoing calls from 22.12.2007 noon. In this regard I have called customer care desk to put up my complaint request and resolve my problem. But to the great disappointment I haven't been received by any representative nor could attend me when i tried to attend in person.

                Every customer care rep will listen my entire query and say sorry the servor problem we will not be able to resolve. I am fed up giving calls. Please some one resolve my problem in to my favour.

                  The dail up service of BSNL " Netone" is very unusful. It take lot of time to connect and often gets disvonnected. They chareg regularly.

                    For my Residence Land Line No. 2347458, at Vasai Road West, falling under Kalyan Telecome Circle, with Exchange Code BSRD received heavy and Excess Billings for November-06 to June 2007 after number of complaints and personnel visits to Local Office resulting in No Reply, I lodged Written Complains on 6th Sept. 07 with copies to Accounts Office, Technical Department, Area General Manager, SDE Technical Kalyan, PGM Kalyan. But till date nothing has been done, except making me shuttle coke between one department to another department. The Department has also failed to provide me with the call details. My lan Line Number with area code is as[protected] which is now out of order.

                    1. My land line is not working properly for past three months.
                    2. Every month my bill is above Rs.2000/- why is it so? i dont use my land line so much, then why i am charged so heavily.
                    3. Every time i complain there is no response from the BSNL office.

                      Respected Sir,
                      It has been about 20 years since I got BSNL Landline connections. In the last 20 years my telephone sets have never been change. These sets have not having redialing facility even.

                      1. Now the sets have got so many problems. Its dialing plate has become defective. We have to press again and again to dial. There is the problem of voice clarity in the sets as well.
                      2. One can not connect to any number. We have to dial about 20-25 times to connect. There is no redialing facility in the Telephone sets.
                      3. As I have not been provided the sets from the last 20 years, so now it is my privelage to get the new I.D. Displaying Telephone set.
                      4. As my telephone sets are not working why the department is not changing my telephone sets.
                      5. Why the officials don’t comply with my requests.
                      6. When the customer is paying bill regularly why BSNL authorities not providing him Brand new telephone sets.
                      7. Why should I pay for the service or bill when I have not been able to dial from the phone sets.
                      8. What is my fault and why I am being penalized for paying bills regularly whereas the defective instruments have been provided to me and department is not changing the sets provided about 20 years back.
                      9. Is there any one responsible authority/ employee work with BSNL who can listen to my pleadings or I shall have to file the suit with BSNL to get justice.

                      We have a bsnl landline telephone. In this telephone set the function of light do not work properly which cause a lot of problem while dailing the number and do other operations. We can submit our complete in bsnl office in many times.

                      I tried a lot to get it back but thease bsnl broadband staffs are very very and very irresponssible, and they are not time pick the phone too, and i am paying the full 500 all months for the net. if by mistake they pick the phone suddenly they give other number and ask me to call thair.

Opposite Kamaraj Arangam, (DMS)229, Anna Salai, Chennai 6. during booking, they commited that within 3 days we will keep the phone line and within 7 days we will make the broadband connection. the executive given his mobile no also (Raj). when we contacted him and he is not reachable and always busy.

                        proper customer service, i have trying to contact the mobile no given in the booking slip. but no use, after some ringing music, then finally goes blank. because of this i have closed my Airtel broadband connectino and not able to connect to office and travelling to office with back pain. Dr. advice me to take rest and got permissino from office to work from home. but because of them i am suffering a lot.

                          from 9 days i have given a complain to activate gprs, but my gprs is not activated yet
                          i have contacted the zonal head, customer care, but every one tell me to wait for an undefinite period
                          i m getting fed up and want through the BSNL prepaid sim
                          but i can't do this as i have communicated this number to many people and also invested to get the sim more then 250.
                          so is there any body who can direct me how can i inform trai about the service BSNL is providing

                          Sir, despite of many complains and requests at bsnl customer cares center, Handset setting for my Mobile SPICE QT-55 for purpose of GPRS on my prepaid mobile no. [protected] has not so far been delivered by the GPRS authority. Many SMS has also been sent at very high cost from 26th of Feb. 2010. My complain Number C[protected] has been booked by the Call Center on dated 06.03.2010 but no action taken within limit of 24 hrs.
                          I think BSNL servants are only for receiving Govt. Salary.Whenever we are calling in the call centres they just tell that "Your complain has been booked & we promise that NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN". This is BSNL Service.
                          Please look at the matter or sent a message that NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN.

                          I am at loss to understand that why the officers at the helm of affairs in BSNL prove ineffective in mitigating the complaints of general masses. Either they are not serious towards their duties or they feel that there is no one to call an explanation from them as the whole system right from top level to lower level is same.They are just getting salary for no contribution towards the services they have to perform. my land line connection[protected] is not working for last 10 day due UG fault created by road digging by ERA. In spite of my mobile calling contact with concerned DE of BSNL Jammu to rectify the fault and his assurance that needful would be done nothing has been done till date.

                          Its really difficult to understand that in what way the working in BSNL's offices is done, as i have registered a complaint regarding my landline conection[protected] which is not working for the last 10-15 days due to the Under Ground fault due to some digging work by the ERG . i have visited three times to the BSNL office Bahu plaza but they just avoid me saying that its not an overhead line problem and it will take 2 or 3 days but now 7-8 days have gone past and nothing has been done .Bsnl always talks about customer satisfaction and reliability but in reality I found just the opposite of this . Please take notice of my complaint as its your duty to solve our problem and this is for what you get your salary . My broadband connection is also delayed due to this fault .

                            I have been using broadband connection of bsnl. I see that month after month my broadband bill has increased multi-fold. I suspect misuse of my account so i wanted to change the password. I contacted them called at their call-centre executive multiple times.But to no avail. At times i was told a weired site, where i could go and change my password viz.—
                            http://10.240.43.216. Even this doesn’t work at all.Once you login, immediately it flashes the following message:
                            Sorry. Operation timed out. For safety, please log in again
                            It is so strange that it is such a big telecom company but it doesn’t have a single mechanism where people could go, check their usage change passwords etc. very basic things you know!
                            If they continue with such poor execution they will loose all their business to their competitors.

                              complaint no. 1475081 dated 28/2/09 was given to the toll free no 1957 but till date i.e 8/3/09 my internet with broadband connection is not working whereas i'm regularly paying a monthly rent of 750rs.unlimited
                              i called up today i.e on 8/3/09 at1957 and the person sitting at the no. told us that he has only the duty of forwarding complaints and told to speak to sdo at 2000786 mr.mansoor alam.the phone no. which incidently did not exist .i called up at1:45 to 2:30pm.

                              also i want the waver off rent for all these days when my internet has not been working.

                              yes i agree with complainant because i am also suffering somewhat a similar situation i had applied for a type 2 modem which also enables a wireless connection but so far i am not able to get the wireless connection in my laptop and whenever i call up the customer care they respond very rudely and so far nothing has done about please take a note .

                              it works rarely 2-3 days in a week. we registered complaints in the exchange, managers, IVRS number

                                My name is Sri Harsha and i have submitted an Dataone Application in Berhampur on the landline number of 2261453 which is registered in the name of M.Ravi Kumar who is my uncle. I have submitted the application on Dec 3rd and the application docket number is 322. When i contacted the SDO office as directed by your people, they tell me they didn't get the application till date. That was the first answer they gave immediately. when I asked them more further with further calls they informed me that received the same and forwarded the same to JE for Feasibility Test on Dec 6th itself. No response from that people anymore. Whenever i call them they tell me the same story again and again. When i tried to lodge a complaint in your Berhampur Telecom Circle website in the Complaint Box, it was blocked. So where else do you want us to file our complaints when you have conveniently blocked the site from accepting complaints? I need a Dataone connection immediately as i have an important examination to appear and all the material is available on the Internet. Hence i request you to kindly look into this matter and respond. I have sent a mail to S.Ray as per your Orissa website information and i found out that it is an invalid email id. Is this the way to treat a customer or a person looking for information being given misguiding information. This is a very serious discrepancy.

                                I have applied for BSNL connection with internet facility, there is a month going to complete no action is taken. One man from line stuff came within a week after applied for connection, to my house(Niti Khand III, Indrapuram). He gave me a assurance for the connection with the new number on next day but not was happened till now. This is the time of competition, BSNL should realize, i feel if a paid some extra bugs the guy then only i can get a connection from them.

                                There is no response from bsnl, as i have lodged complaints continously regarding internet, but no response from bsnl, Acc. to them customers are fool and they have free time to lodge complaints again and again and again

My mother expire few years back and after that my father stays alone. Though we stayed outside (Kolkata) so telephone is the only communication between us. But it is very unfortunate that at least 20 days in a month it goes out of order and after giving several complaint sometimes your technicians come and do some repair outside of the house and it alive but after 3/4 days it again goes to hell. Why ? My father is a retired old (80 years) man stays alone, can't he expect a very few service from your Kandi Exchange after paying all the bills in time. Why he has to pay extra amount and if he denies then the line will go out of order? Is it your system? Why he will not submit his landline can you tell me.                                   I am a prepaid customer from Karnataka. I have selected prepaid gold scheme when the offer was made, with an option to change to prepaid general . Recently BSNL offered sumo power pack for prepaid customer. In order to migrate to sumo power pack I was told to change to prepaid general. On 18th and 19th November two SMS are send for change of plan. However no change of plan was given to me. When I contacted the customer relations center they gave me a docket no 119284 dt 20th Nov.
                                  In spite of several calls to the customer center, requesting for change of plan, as the offer closes on 24th Nov has only gone in vain. I was never given the chance to migrate.
                                  I have also sent an online complaint on 22nd Nov in this regard.
                                  When you gave this offer to new customers you only denied for existing customers like us.
                                  Though the signal strength seems to be in its peak the connection gets snapped off frequently with out any jamming devices around (if at all they are). Can you explain BSNL

                                  I'm having BSNL Pripaid [[protected]] connection from 2-3 years, I'm having problem with this connection like, whenever i dis-connect the line of incoming & out going calls every time, i'll get messege like "THANK YOU FOR USEING CELL ONE SERVICES", Its irretes lots, and i made complents on the same issue at call center more 20-25 times, but its not possible solve with BSNL services, i'm not understanding its problem of BSNL technical people's or those outsorce call centers people's, but customers feels very bad about this type of bad & irresposive service, because if i complane in call center they will tell 'its not our problem, go to BSNL office, if i went to BSNL office they will tell call to call center, its very bad experence of mine with BSNL, now i'm expecting after posting my comments here, my problem will be solved without fail & sending anywhere

                                    i was using the broad band connection (BSNL) at the previous address of my number[protected].Since i shifted my residence i applied for transfer of both telephonr Broadband connections on Octobrer25th 2007.
                                    Then i got a new number 24867934 on 12th November 2007. But still i havent been given the broad band connection. With multi number of my enquiries with the related officers i got only unvaluable answers only.
                                    I need broad band connection immediately with your special efforts.

                                      they are not working from 6 months .
                                      they still send me the bill ,and they say to pay the bill

                                      I have given a application to close my landline no. 25393400 on 6 sep.2008. Than after 15 days i have received a letter that I am having a postpaid connection on the so called no. thats why my landline is not supposed to be closed.Than after I have changed my postaid no. [protected] to preaid from the same office on 29 sep. 2008. but thenafter when I received another bll of my landline I inquire at the office & got to know that even my no. is already changed to prepaid still it is working as a postpaid in their system. so they told me to give another application. So i do the same on 15 nov.2008. but till now i am having my landline bills and and because of their mistake and laziness to their work I have to pay my last two months bill. Even today after visiting their office for 7-8 times my problem is not solved and nobody there is giving me any proper answer or guidance.

                                      My uncle's landline fone[protected] is not working for the past few months. He is living in Trivandrum, Kerala. He lodged a complaint several times at bsnl office. No body turned down to look at why his landline is not working. He was even told by a bsnl employee to apply for some private telecom providers, because it will not going to resolve in the near future. We are very frustrated.

                                      Please do the needful to get the landline repaired.

                                      Being bsnl all over India and govt of India our telephone no. 23647364 took nearly 3 months to shift and more than a month to give a connection. I have not yet received a bill for the month after connection, within a month now it not working i.e., no dial tone and no proper instrument.

                                        My name is meghraj kanwar residing is A-Narayanpura, I have applied for the BSNL landline connection on 03-June-2008, application number is APP895850. When i went to apply for the connection i had paid the deposit amount of Rs.500. Other day i went to the BSNL office located in Krishnaraj Puram near Tin Factory to find out the status of my application. The authorised person gave me the number of a technician to call so that he would come and install my connection. However i tried calling him several times but there was no respose from the other side, I waited that week. On Monday 09-June-2008, when i went to enquire about the status of the connection again they informed me that lot of people who booked new connection are still waiting for the connection to install and i am in the queue. No body is taking any kind of responsibilty when I'll get my connection installed and it already 20 days since i have applied the connection.

                                        First of all does it work to complain here?as bsnl also have the call centers but still problems are unresolved.
                                        This is also the goverment forum, so does it work?

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        One person, Mr. Mutthuraj has come from BSNL. He has collected lot money for giving new connection of BSNL. He has shown ID Card of BSNL and lot of other form of BSNL and told that we have special campaign to give new connection and if you want then you can fill up the form and we will provide the new connection immediately.

                                        Though, we never believe on this type of walking person but he has shown ID Proof and lot of other BSNL forms duly attested and filled for new connection. Since we have not able to take new connection of broadband because of poor response from BSNL office of Lal Bagh, Wilson Garden and Bannerghatta Road, we assume that, it may be campaign by Govt. Hence, we have fill up the form and given a cheque of Rs. 500/- drawn on HDFC Bank. He insists to give cash Rs. 350/- towards Service charge and installation charges. We have refused to give the cash but he has shown lot of filled form of BSNL, ID Card and Cash collected and told that this is special campaign. He has told that now you don’t have to pay these charges and even you don’t have to wait for the new connection as we will give you new connection with in TEN days. Hence, we have given cash of Rs. 350/- Now, we have not received any communication from BSNL.

                                        Not only this, we have come to know that BSNL has organized a MELA for new broadband / landline connection in which there was no Service charge and Installation charges and even one SIM was free at there. If this is true then why this person has collected money from us? Now, when we are calling to this person, he is not listening anything.

                                        A person named Mr. Mutthuraj from Spoorthy Communication, Banashankari 2nd stage, has collected a cheque of Rs. 500 (Installation charge) and a cash of Rs. 350 (service charge) saying that he will get the new Broad band connection ( I stay in Rajarajeshwarinagar).                                         I am Residing in Sithalapakkam Tamilnadu Housing Board for last two years.We don't have any broadband feasibility and moreover as it is Housing Board no one have permission to provide the facility.

                                        We were trying for a new BSNL connection for almost three years now in Zamin Pallavaram Area in Chennai. Whenever we raise the request through different forums like submitting an application in person, or through BSNL official udaan website, it is always rejected saying &quot;NOT FEASIBLE- CABLE TO BE LAID&quot;.

                                        The reason cited was not true at all since there was cable present in the same house where the tenant move with the old connection.
                                        We spoke to some of the BSNL personnel&#039;s and shocked to hear that they are no providing any new connections in the area since they do not promote new customers. Their intention seems to be only to retain the old customers, that too without much efforts.

                                        He also added that the private vendors for internet broadband, were involved in stopping BSNL to provide new customers since they want to have a major share in every place. So even BSNL officials are asking us &quot;Why don&#039;t you try the internet dongles provided by the private vendors&quot;!!

                                        This is so ridiculous that a government sector is completely supporting private sector growth due to crooked officials who get bribe for the same.

                                        Also I tried repeatedly with different offices surrounding that area and everyone rejected them in round robin saying that &quot;this is a border area where area of control is in dispute with the overlapping offices and also the head officials have too many politics between them&quot;.

                                        This is really pathetic to cancel the leads with irresponsible replies, but we cannot blame the marketing people since they just reflect their top level management.

                                        Could some one please look into this as a matter o[censored]rgency?
