Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Complaints & Reviews

Dear Sir
The bsnl account management site from where the broadband usage is seen could not be opened for more than 3 days.
Occassionaly this problem arises. It is most irritable that the site could not be accessed most of the time, and the usage could not be viewed. Please do something so that consumer gets proper and uninterrupt service.

I am a customer of bsnl broad band at Nautanwa Distt Maharajganj (UP East). My telephone no is[protected].
I submitted my application for 560 Rs. plan and my connection connected on 27 of March 08 but I got my bill as per 250/- Rs home plan with billing period from Feb 08.
After this I send a application to change my plan (Rs. 750/- Unlimited plan) to Commercial oficer TDM office Gorakhpur on 27 May 08.
Now...

I taken broadband connection last month but. yahoomail is not accessible on my connection. many other website also not working so please look into the matter and resolve the same.

I am subscriber of BSNL since last 4 years, but I am totaly unsatisfied with the service. Now I am thinking to swich over to some other services. These days BSNL netwoks is like Hell, its impossible to make or recive calls

i have been having problems accessing some websites like yahoomail, wikipedia, dnaindia, etc with the bsnl- broadband internet connection that i m using. it does not open these sites. many other friends of mine have the same problem. after searching the internet i found that this is a problem with many bsnl broadband users. please help.

Hey !! i have given phone bill for my one time modem charge & march bill but it still seems to get added up in my current bill & theres two time addition of April months broadband charges....

Applied for the broadband online in June 2007. Phone connection was provided with in next 15 days.
About broadband connection they said will be given in one month. Connection was operational for a week and then went dead.Broadband was never activated. Customer care no. 1500 is not working at all. My broadband was down and I tried calling them more than 100 times bit I am not able to talk to customer care executive on the the ph. no. 1500 at BSNL Ghaziabad. Evertime when I am calling this number, the recorded voice is putting me on hold and no executive is attending even after 10-15 minutes and then the call is abruptly getting disconnected.

After some R&D, i came to know that it is from Madhyapradesh.

This is a kind of complaint against the above number. Please do take necessary actions against that person. Alternately please do give details about the person who is making these pesky calls.
