I am subscriber of BSNL since last 4 years, but I am totaly unsatisfied with the service. Now I am thinking to swich over to some other services. These days BSNL netwoks is like Hell, its impossible to make or recive calls
BSNL customercare is also not registering complains. My number is [protected], Pune, Pashan resident.

BSNL PHONE — POOR SERVICE

My BSNL landline ( Phone No :[protected] is frequently going out of order .This I am facing since last 5-6 months.
Most of the times the phone will be dead , there wont be any dial tone and sometimes I can hear only some radio broadcast over phone. I have called 25342198, 25251010 many times but there is no permanent solution. The connection may come back but the very next day it will go off.
Even I submitted complaint letters couple of times at the Indiranagar office personally.
But all my requests are falling on dump ears. I am also using a broadband Home plan 500 which is as well getting affected.

If we got late by just one day for the payment BSNL will disconnect the phone and will charge Rs 100 to get the connection back. If shown atleast 10% of that efficiency to solve this issue I could have a better connection.

BSNL - DataOne Home — Request for changing the Internet connection plan has not been implemented

Request for changing the Internet connection plan has not been implemented. The request had been put as requested by a letter still the bill that came this month has the earlier plan money in the statement.

I am subscriber of BSNL Mobile No. [protected] and WLL No. 200584 in North east in Arunachal Pradesh. I payment the mobile bill in 16th June/2008 in voice[protected] in bill.But I tour in another circle my mobile out going call baned by the BSNL. and another bill the same amount not adjusted.

I not received any bill of my WLL since march 2007 till date.

It is a crime to charge any money on fake basis and it comes under the Consumer Protection Act and you, the BSNL will be charged at complaint as I Am Dr. SPS Rana MA, M Phil. Ph D, LLB and this feke charge of tunes by BSNL is a very poor show, I strongly criticise this type of practice. I am literate but think of those Indians having BSNL prepaid mobiles and dont even know to read your parasite massaging that you have deducted a certain amount out of their innocent account. Why and why is this so? BSNL is an accused entity before the court of law and is liable under 420 of IPC and the Consumer Protection Act. The only thing is that BSNL must return the fraudulently deducted money from all the prepaid mobiles of India within 24 hours. Shame on BSNL and I will throw the sim in a gutter.
in my mobile i have sent an change request for caller tune but the customer care people or not reponing properly and deducting only money for the msgs but they r not changing the tune and even the bsnl customer care people and till now they have deducted 40 rs and my no is [protected] and also i am not getting proper signals even though i am in bangalore from past 9months so i am very much dissatisfied with the facility

bsnl cellular services — irresponsible behaviour of customer care services

for the last month my sim got blocked(sim no[protected] mo no -[protected], i called on the customer service center no to get my sims PUK no, at first one guy on the call gave me a wrong PUK no when i called them back & told them about that, instead of admitting their mistake the guy on the phone urgued me in a very arrogant manner saying "we never give wrong informatoin ". but when i asked for the PUK no he was unabel to do it saying"server is unable to generat it, call us back some other day" . But to my dismay whole month has passed but still they are unabel to get my PUK no.
Really im fed up of bsnl specially their customer care cell .
GOD KNOWS BSNL HAI BEST KISKE LIEA ?

bsnl mobile network — service

i taken a bsnl ananth excell connection. it should recharge every 6 months with 600 for extend the validity. i recharged my account with 225/-rs and 200/-rs amount has been added in my account but the expairy date did not update. i made a call to customer care and i gave a complaint to customer care and i received a complaint number ''H1400037'' by them. but i did not get any response from them. still now they are not responding . i gave a complaint many times but they are not responding. iam giving the complaint since 10 aug 2008. still iam giving.
Please ensure Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Calcutta sends revised internet bill for March-October, 2008 @ Rs.1112 per month for internet second line for 256 kbps unlimited internet supply & India Telephone Card lock is imposed on this second line. BSNL has removed the India Telephone Card (ITC) lock without permission of subscriber & huge bill is coming. Delete all call charges imposed on 2nd internet line without permission of the subscriber.

BSNL should be asked to take back the 1st mother phone line, reduce total internet rent; the 1st mother line is hardly used by many, whose rent is Rs.280 for every 2 months, i.e. Rs.140, which is a waste.

Please ensure a notice is printed in Calcutta based newspapers, like Economic Times & Ananda Bazar Patrika, & subscribers are asked to pay Rs.1112 per month only during March-October, 2008.

Phone coming from Calcutta Telephones office, Medical College, Green building, Ground floor, 88, College Street, Calcutta stating that 100% deduction of call charge & cancellation of bill above Rs.1112 per month have been approved.

Ensure BSNL unlimited subscribers are permitted to see from BSNL website the total monthly download & call charge. Surprisingly seeing download by unlimited is not being permitted from October, 2008 or so.

Outside India the selling rate is about US$10 per month for 1.5 Mbps unlimited connection, BSNL should reduce rent of Rs.1112 per month to Rs.420 per month, present rate too high, BSNL can be asked to take back the 1st phone.

i am a user of bsnl post paid . my problem is that i want to change my plan from "ONE INDIA to PLAN 100" which is my old plan. but after lots of application and request it is not changed.

I’m using an BSNL prepaid connection bearing no. [protected], for the last 4/5years I’ve been speaking to your customer service, requesting them to change mobile plan from Annant Excel to Saral Annant service & regarding this number of time I've sent message in 53733 but sorry to inform you that the same is still not being done. My call charges are very high compare to other users - pl. look into it & confirm by message.



However, this is not being done as a result I’m unable to use this connection.

BSNL has been a reputed banner since long but its customers nowadays has lost its faith due to its poor network service.BSNL should bring a promt solution to the Prolonged problem otherwise there are far better Communication service companies like, Airtel, Hutch, Reliance, etc...that are rendering smooth services and on a very reasonable rent.

bsnl cellular services — Poor Network Service

My name is Swapneel Kelkar. My BSNL Mobile No. is [protected]. I have been facing a strange problem with my number. Evenif my cell phone is switched off or out of network and some one tries to contact me, he get to hear my complete caller tone and after that a message comes that the person is not reachable. The person on the other line gets an impression that I did not want to attend his call but the reality is my mobile is switched off or out of network and hence I am not able to know some one was claaing me. Also the network quality of BSNL is very very poor. Call drpos are very high. I hope this complaint reaches the right person and the issue is sorted out. Tis problem is very serious and may cost a lot in my professional life.

BSNL — Bad network problem

in month there are dad our phone due to this network problem 6-7 time in a month
so plz seee our problem and give solution to us
pls inprove your network in annai salai (600002). this is 1 of the worst network even seen on this earth. tho they have power, knowledge and money then also they are not capable to inprove the network. service like this get a bad name to the govt dept. pls dont call yourself central network, you are not fit for village network also.

This problems are going to stay. This is due to the Political parties and Worker's Union backing the BSNL employees. If you take action against the BSNL, nothing happens. Thrash an employee or a department by any means (by force or by law), you will be nabbed and cornered. The whole Goverment working policy is a and law is a play thing on their hand.
These employees are more or less like thieves, the blame is on the organization, which is not itself bad. Every telcomm operators work on the backbone of BSNL, and also the technology incorporated by BSNL is farmore the best in India (maybe World). They have all the provisions and implementations to lay down the most sophisticated facilities there is and I have been there and seen is, although I am a subscriber. I have studied the most of it, their implementation, secrity, network ...blah, blah blah!!!

But the problem here is their Employees. If the Goverment does not change their policies, imposing strict working guidelines on theie employees and reduce interfernces from the Worker parties, the exchange could turn out to be the best in the world. I have seen peoples, I would rather call suckers who work for BSNL and doesn't even know how the system work or what they need, and they work at BSNL. They would look blindly at your face i[censored] ask a little tricky question or would say something like, "This is internal information and cannot be disclosed"... Ask them about the VPI/VCI number and VC mode for BSNL DataOne broadband, u would c!!!

Till this suckers get nailed, or somehow the firm gets liquidated or some random disaster strikes the houses of these backstabbing employees... we will suffer... all of Indian laws like IPC 420 or otherwise would kiss their mother ... so be a lawyer or nyone...u would be helpless...

There are also some employees who would like to work, I knew some who helped me with the phone lines... but they are threatened by the sucker types and would fear their life, so that he does not work or overwork...

So, unless u are someone from the R&AW or CID or IPS, IAS, ICS or some powerful person of this country, u or better say WE are no less than their ...

I registered for a Broad, There was no response for it for 15 days, i wasted my time to reach a BSNL telephone Xchg to know that there was NO Feasibility in my area,
Later i was told Refunding is not elegible and instead re directed me to a WLL fone with Heigh speed internet, After 21 days, i got a call from[protected] who did not tell his name even after asked. I was told to collect my WLL set from BSNL Xchg at Avadi, There was no User id, Password or Proper instruction or even a Customer Care Number.. Now after all this i ma not able to connect.. BSNL IS ONE PLACE WHERE PEOPLE NEGOTIATE TO TAKE UP RESPONSIBILITIES...

I Have five connections of BSNL mobile, but from last few months I am facing the problem of network on all five connections & I also visited BSNL Exchange Sector-34, Chandigarh almost 6 to 7 times every time they told me that within one or two days we will solve your problem. But till now I am facing the same problem they didn't able to solve my problem. The Staff members also do rude behave they don't want to do their duties.

My BSNL Mobile no is [protected]. I am using the pre-paid service. Today I got an SMS from 55888020 which states "`Thank you for using our Astrology Service. Your service has been renewed for next 30 days. Rs 20 charged." I have not used the astrology service on payment basis so far. I have not understood from where they got this information. I am not interested in paying Rs 20 per month for a service in which I have no faith.I contacted their customercare service through my mobile today itself and explained to them that I am not interested in this service. They told me that I should send an SMS UNSUB ALL to 55888020 which I did . To my utter disbelief, the SMS is not passing through at all in spite of my repeated efforts.

I do not know what I should now and whom to complain. Will the concerned authorities read this comment and treat this as a complaint in the true spirit of customercare and take necessary action . I also request that I should be informed thorough e mail regarding the action taken.

I am using nokia e71 mobile but i have a problem with net work massage every 10 seconds i am getting a massage like balance, validy and last call charges automatically.
And i called number of time to customer care people still they not cleared the problem.so i am really fed up with this customer care.

BSNL Mobile — worst service of cust, care

i complaint last year 5 jan.09. complain no. was 3410323. i talked to cust. care supervisor many time. they told i will inform u. but after one year they cant reply about my complain. again in other matter i complaint on jan 09. comp no. was 3435499. but after one year not a single complaint was solved.
again. i have complain, i talked cus.care. but i m very sorry to say that cust care service is very very poor, wastage of public money.
comp is. on 4th jan 10 i talked to cust care supervisor and closed my caller tune. 5th jan i got message your song has been renewed. again i talked cust care sup. they told that your prob will solved. but 0n 7th jan 10 i got your caller tune extended for 10 das charged rs 10. but cant added my prv.money.
now i m going to file a case against bsnl, and sply against cust care. i have all the proof of bsnl employee ignorance. and my harcement.

BSNL Mobile — Network Service

I took a connection of BSNL Mobile 2 yeras ago. I stay in Sonarpur, Kolkata, WB - 700150. Continuously facing network problem. Service is so poor. Network Bar on the handset screen continuously fluctuate, many times disappears. Neither the caller nor me can hear the voice properly. Frequent call drop occurs.

Just frustated callig the customer-care, bcoz evrything is in vain. Forced to write here in hope of some good reply. And solvation of the issue.

i am subscriber of BSNL since dec 1995.i am just here to complain about dist. exchange samba (j&k).
there is no customer service here in samba.when ever you ask something, they always says to go to jammu bahu plaza exchange.
today i went there to know about my bill problem.there was only one person there who is cashier in the exchange.he says to ask JDO samba who was not in the office.
this is not the matter of today.whenever i go to the exchange, i do not find JDO samba in his office.
i don't know where to send the complain so i am sending here.

I took a connection of BSNL Mobile 3 yeras ago. I stay in - Ramanaickenpet village, vaniyambadi taluk, vellore district tamilnadu state-635801. Continuously facing network problem. Service is so poor. Network Bar on the handset screen continuously fluctuate, many times disappears. Neither the caller nor me can hear the voice properly. Frequent call drop occurs.

my bsnl mobile no [protected] . I purchase this sim 20/12/10 . I also recharge 54 rs according to bsnl office information. but still now my connection is not activate and also tired to get a contact to bsnl customer care service still now[protected].30PM.). It is very nice service in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. I also tried to find out email address. but not find out any suitable email address.

I think connection allot so many as per customers faith in BSNL but BSNL not capable to give service properly. Everybody say in jokes -" BSNL = BHETAR / BAHAR SE NAHI LAGATA." & suggest to another connection.
I am trying so many bsnl no and other airtel, idea etc but reply receiving, NETWORK BUSY TRY AFTER SOME TIME. I am not receiving another nos. properly call from same no.also, But my call is not going. Telephone was not working for over 1 year but were charged every month.
Went to Saligao exchange but no action was taken - would say " now you go home, we will send our technician to repair your phone"
Went to Maousa exchange - said go to Saligao exchange.
On 22/11/2011 - went to meet duty Manager in Saligao - he was out of office, so submitted form to disconnect phone.
Need some one in charge to look into this matter and get a refund.

      cannot open some websites using bsnl-broadband.

      dear sir,
      i have been having problems accessing some websites like yahoomail, wikipedia, dnaindia, etc with the bsnl- broadband internet connection that i m using. it does not open these sites. many other friends of mine have the same problem. after searching the internet i found that this is a problem with many bsnl broadband users. please help.

          I have a cell one mobile no. [protected]. However despite my repeated complaint to the customer care jhansi & Agra. My caller tune service are being charged for last the 03 month while i have never consented for this. I have sent messages on 56700 for numbers of times but it says "YOUR REQUEST IS ALREADY PENDING". Neither I am being given facility discontinue or continue this facility for the last three month. On personel contact with BSNL customer care office at Jhansi & Sanjay Place Agra they have provided no. [protected], [protected] respectively but these two phones are not working. One Mr. malkeet Singh having mobile no. [protected] at customer care Agra has taken my complaint for the needful and further suggested to different higher officials no. [protected], [protected] but none could redress my complaint till date. Kindly bring this fact to your senior officials who ever is compitant for this redressal and advice accordingly to me.

          I am using BSNL Cell One No: [protected] from the last 18 Months (A year and an Half ) Today they are forcedly deducted Rs. 25/- towards Caller Tunes without my consent and they gave to me an SMS from 56700, regarding this I try to asked the clarification from the BSNL Call Centre but twice they played a beautiful trick that was - they said with me - "Please HOLD and co-operatewe check your Account and give the details" I waited 12 and 15 Minutes consecutively to listen their reply but they cut or ended the Call.

          This types of tricks or Applied by them.

          Later One Call Centre Executive - Named "DHANA" listened my Problem and she says till it is not updated but tommorrow morning please call back for the same.

          but Amount cannot Add Back to your account You can Cancelled the FORCEDLY APPLIED CALLER TUNE by the way to give an SMS - BT DACT to 56700 with charge of Rs. 2/- Per SMS.

          Please pursue the above by the concerned authorities and add back my Rs. 25/- which was forcedly collected and I never choosed or selected this services please stop all this type looting from the subscribers.

          Its a sincere suggestion to all BSNL mobile customers who are facing regular problems with BSNL and not getting redressed for their complaints: As Mobile Number Portability(MNP) is possible NOW, it is better to shift to some other Service provider (who may be equally bad, but you have no choice but to try). BSNL has lost their reputation and sincererity. OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES SEEM TO BE INFLUENCED BY OTHER ORGANISATION AND RUN BY LIMITED NUMBERS OF STAFFS WHO ARE TOTALLY UNWILLING AND RELUCTANT TO ATTEND PUBLIC GRIEVANCES.THEY ARE TOTALLY INDIFFERENT TO ITS HUGE CUSTOMER POOL (WHO ARE THE EARNING SOURCE FOR THEIR BREAD AND BUTTER).It is high time to teach them a good lesson which is DUE for a long time.             Since, June 2008, our institute got INTERNET BROADBAND facility for the numbers[protected], 245597. But we don’t get access properly. Without consuming the facility every month we are remitting the amount without fail. In this regard we also gave a complaint at Padiyur BSNL and still now there is no response in the office. Besides the complaint was also given to Kangayam, Erode and Chennai BSNL over Phone. In spite of our repeated efforts, still now no step was taken for rectification. Our Institute is in dire need of internet facility and above all for anything and everything all communications to our higher authorities are carried on through website only.

            Hence I humbly request the necessary steps may kindly be taken to get access quickly so as to enable us to carry on our work easily.

                Hey !! i have given phone bill for my one time modem charge & march bill but it still seems to get added up in my current bill & theres two time addition of April months broadband charges.

                I am writing this letter to complain in the strongest terms about the broadband bill for the month of May 2009. I have been a BSNL broad band customer for the last two years under the Plan 250. My landline number is[protected]. I have been paying bill amount ranging from 500 to 600 including telephone rent and excess phone call for the last two years. But I have received a Bill amount of Rs.6263/- for the month of May, 2009. I used only same duration during this month for telephone and Internet. So I kindly request you to take urgent steps to reduce the extra bill. There are reports of such instances from many sources regarding excess bill in recent months. I also urge the BSNL authorities to take necessary steps to avoid inconvenience to the customers.

                  Applied for the broadband online in June 2007. Phone connection was provided with in next 15 days.
                  About broadband connection they said will be given in one month. Connection was operational for a week and then went dead.Broadband was never activated. Tried raising request thru BSNL customer care, could not as the number was busy always (i tried on different days and different timing ). Not knowing where to contact and because of other work related issues could not followup this for around 4 months. In month of December came to
                  know about avalahalli office and contacted Mr Kumaraswamy (JTO). I gave him an application in written stating related issues. Mr Kumaraswmy assured me of connection with in next 15-0 days. Again nothing happened in given time frame and i contacted him in January end. He asked me to pay initial payment which was paid 0n February 4th to Mrs Uma, accountant @ BSNL office jayanagar 7th phase. Even this has not worked in my favor and till date I've written numerous applications and done lot many calls to their grievance office. In between go t a call from Avalahalli office stating you sld pay pending bill(1600 rs) to get connection

                    Customer care no. 1500 is not working at all. My broadband was down and I tried calling them more than 100 times bit I am not able to talk to customer care executive on the the ph. no. 1500 at BSNL Ghaziabad. Evertime when I am calling this number, the recorded voice is putting me on hold and no executive is attending even after 10-15 minutes and then the call is abruptly getting disconnected.
                    This is the condition of the bigest telecom company in india which claimn "Connectiong India", I think they must change it to "BSNL Disconnectiong India".

                    Dear Concerned,

                    I have taken a BSNL Broadband connection on my landline number 2629923 but I am not getting satisfactory services, reason being a joint in open in the maulti-pair cable of BSNL through which the line is extended to my place. The multi-pair cable is lying in open on main road and was earlier broken by getting stuck in some vehicle which was repaired and left again in open and whenever the rains are there it gets sub-merged in water making the voice quality on phone line inferior and data/broadband connection completely down.

                    I have many times rquested on 1500 (which responds only 20% of my calls, rest are lost in hold only) and also in the office of SDO & DGM Shahadara Exchange, Rajendra Nagar, Ghaziabad, but till date no action has been taken to replace this faulty cable.

                    Request you to advise the appropriate authority for a suitable action.

                    My broad band BSNL Internet connection is frquently dropping and this problem has been reported to custmoer care No.1500 but till date complaint not attended however daily enquiry is made for complaint dressal but no body has taken pain to look into it address the complaint.On the other hand, other service provider are approching me to take new broad band connection in place of BSNL one.
                    It appears that BSNL staff does not want that attract the customer' while others are busy in increasing their business.
                    A pitiable condiion.
                    God help them in relising their functional resposibiliies.

                    completely agree to complaint of Mr. Ram. Services of 1500 are atrocious.
                    My telephone No.[protected] is malfunctioning from the day of its inception and every month I am paying the rental in the hope that someday it would be set in order but even after passing of one year it could not be set in order sometime the line is dead, sometime the cross talk and till date it is not working. In spite of several reminders through mail to GM, Ghaziabad telephones, no progress.

                    I am very much frustrated and now find no other option except to surrender it. If the said telephone number is not set in order within a weeks time, I would request the concerned authorities to disconnect it with immediate effect.

                    Once upon a time BSNL was outplayed by the private players like Airtel, Idea, Tata, Reliance but once again they entered into the market with cheap broadband and 3G services.

                    In my opinion these services should not be worth if they are not working and the only possible solution infront of me is to switch to the private player completely (phone + broadband) like Airtel, Reliance, etc

                    I have a telephone connection from bsnl kalyan telcom since more than 5 years. the problem is when they put cable to give me connection without any junction box and cable are all opened and anyone can access/use the telephone from that point. A complaint No. 00187 is pending for long. The attempts to contact concerned authorities through tele failed. Will someone rescue this poor old man.

                      From the installation date onwards, I do get slow connection and mainly I do face frequent disconnection, while working.

                      Since my area is situated at about 2 Kms. from the BSNL office, you would get slow speed, was the reply given by the respective JTO, Neyveli Township, for the complaint of "Slow speed at par with dial-up of sancharnet".

                      Everyone is getting the connection without any disconnection in the middle, it is a new complaint for us; also our works are over, once the connection is given to your system, was the reply given by the JTO, Neyveli Township, for the complaint against "frequent disconnection, while working".

                      According to their opinion, even my browser was reset and also used with different brower of firefox.

                      May my problem be solved, in time? Or which God, I have to pray for the things done?

                      i m using the BSNL dataone broadband connection and i have the 500 C+ data usage plan from past 1 week i m experiencing frequent disconnection. i usually loose lots of bandwidth because of this as the connection interrupts during the download and i need to download the whole data again.

                      My landline No.252194. The broadband connection effected from 4th March 2008, got frequent disconnection, from the day one. The JTO
                      / Outdoor / South / Neyveli (04142) / TN is unable to rectify the error. But was told the mistake would be on my computer.
                      Accordingly, my system was checked with an IBM service engineer. No deviation is found. Informed me that modem must be checked,
                      after he found some deviation in values shown on the meter, he tested. Informed to the JTO concerned. She was not aware of it.

                      Using your good office, I request the early action be taken to solve the problem, permanently, atleast by replacing the modem, as it
                      stands under guarantee period.

                      I have a BSNL 750 Home Unltd. Plan which has a problem of frequent disconnection when playing games or downloading a big file and comparatively i get lower speed when i compare it with a frnd of mine who is also using same plan but he is in diff area does that make any difference. And BSNL is not supposed provide a diff service to diff ppl staying in diff areas... You would laugh if i say my download speed itz 30Kb/s(max) when downloading where my con says 256Kb/s at max

                      one last question will this complaint would be picked up by BSNL i already called once and they did not responded back

                      I am utilising the service of BSNL Sancharnet, since 16th March of this year.

                      From the installation date onwards, I do get slow connection and mainly I do face frequent disconnection, while working.

                      Since my area is situated at about 1 Kms. from the BSNL office it is in the Khadakpada BSNL, I also went to Khadakpada office but they told me that "Today we will doing" But still i m getting so slow and the web-pagw loaded time 12-15 min per page.

                      They told me also to launch the complaint in the 198. But there some error message is getting that "abhi alp-kalin line kata hua hai". So, then also i m not able to launch complaint also.Before that i called to 12678 then that guy told me that "Your line is so poor so change the parameter"

                      Actually, say that Khadakpada people not doing there job properly. Because before whlie shifting my phone from one area to another area it took 12 days time for shifting then they lock the outgoing facilility then again it took 5 days more then now this time How much time will be they taken?


                      May my problem be solved, in time? Or again it will takes 1 or 2 week more to resolve my problem every time go there and tell them. If you can then help me please Otherwise what can i say to you

                      Most of employed do not have complete knowledge of broadband problem and its trouble shoting. All are lazy old men, they needed to be retired as they are not fit for this fast moving time. Declare the BSNL a sick unit and sell it to private professional firms, so that they can bring some real change in it which can give justice to the money the consumer are paying.

                        Yesterday, I lodged a complain regarding non functioning of my land line (no.[protected] under Nabagram Telephone Exchange which comes under the jurisdicgion of Serampore Telecom Circle.This land line was given due to my broadband connection and is operational only through the BSNL IT card.In my last two years experience in using broadband, I can only say it is a horrible experience.Neither link nor speed is ensured. Very recently the link is coming in the modem very quickly and broadband is giving a fine response, but the phone no. which I mentioned earlier is giving me a tough time. Moreover, I have a mobile connection of Excel no. [protected].On 01.07.08 I made an SMS for taking the excel p benefit for two BSNL nos. for slashed tariff.I made a similar complain yesterday, but it is needless to say, that as usual, the Super Navaratna BSNL did not pay any heed to my concerns, and never pay any heed to the concerns and problems of millions of their valued customer(don't know whether BSNL at all think these customers as valued or not!!!). I don't know even your capacity or whether you are at all powerfull enough to solve the above mentioned problem or not. I know BSNL is getting used to all these complaints and these complaints do not bear any significance to them. I will consider myself very lucky if I am proven wrong.                         My telephone no 25844668, of Barasat, bill of Dec amount 1438.00 dated 29/01/10 which was wrongly given and that was corrected through Mr Pradip Roy of your office. It is pursued to accounts deptt also. They told me after rectification of bill they will inform me through phone. But till today I have not received any phone. I checked my bill through net found no rectification has done or no rectified bill has shown.
                        As your fault of wrong bill preparation I should not pay the late fine charges.
                        So my request is please confirm about rectified bill and date as early as possible.

I don't know how it performs; I also don't know what's the importance it bears, if I don't get its service after a lapse of 55 hours.                         it is very sad to inform that my telephone no.[protected] is lying dead since 22/08/2011
                        and subsequently the local office at Batamore was also informed on 23/08/2011 and
                        the personnel deployed there also received the complaint.

                        After that 7 days have passed away but still it is lying dead. Whenever I inform
                        the local office they promise to repair the line on the same day but without result.

                        My Broadband line also gets disconnected frequently and during night it reaches its optimum lavel.

                        I have been using BB from BSNL since 1995 and got
                        adequate service back as and when called for.

                        But to my utter surprise I observed that the back up
                        service is now in shambles and unless the line men

                        broadband connection as the link of my rented ADSL modem is unsteady from time to time. I complained the matter to my local Dum Dum Road exchange (near Bagjola khal) several times but with no result whatsoever. I'm fed up with the situation & my serious medical matters are being hampered & disturbed in the worst possible way. My broadband line was almost O.K. from Jan'10 to Dec'13. I've lodged a fresh complaint today (Docket no.[protected] dt.21/3/14). If my present problem is not solved within 3 days then I shall be compelled to surrender my BSNL connection & opt for any good private service provider.

                          After some R&D, i came to know that it is from Madhyapradesh.

                            I applied for the lendline connection in Bangalore, BTM, 2nd Stage area a long before (17 th April), my work order no is[protected], Every time I call it happens only two thing, sometimes they pick my call and will not reply, ultimatly I use to discunnect my call after waiting for 4-5 mins. Sometimes they ask question "What is your Wrok Order Number ?", and after my reply they will tell, "NO Cable Feasibility is there", but I know that many of my friends have landline connection nearby my house.

                            I dont know how to deal. Please take it into consideration and let me know what I should do ?

                              Dear friends,
                              I have a bsnl telephone for last 15years. For last on yr i have broad band also.Since then neither the phon enor the broad band works. I am fed up of putting complaints..I did not pay the last three bills hoping some one might talk to me.No body talked to me. I went to the bsnl office near GPO. They asked me to first deposit the pending bills, which i deposited and requested them to disconnect the phone and refund me the security. But they say first it will be connected then disconnected.Security refund is not possible. The staff at office is irritating. I have never faultered in paying bills. I have suffered agony in last one year. They are least concerened. Why they cant set my phone right in proper manner once for ever. OR if they think i am ingenuine why they dont just give me my money back ??
                              They dont even give the telephone number of the senior officials to whom i coyuld talk.
                              Can any body make them hear what i have to say.

                              their is no broad band connection in my town ALAWALPUR (JALANDHAR) having its own 1 lac line telefone exchange.no interest is shown for broad band here on the contraray it has been provided in the nearby village DHOGRI its very pathetic
                              people of ALAWALPUR are willing for this service from last few years we are ready for connections and even our exchange has facility for it but only equipment is lacking from your side even optical fibre wiring is their
                              sir, we need this service desperately and this is the voice of many peole of alawalpur which iam forwarding u also include me.

                              I am using iptv for the last more than one year. My LL is 2421100 and CAF No pj 00011543.I am facing lot of problems such as 1) signal missing 2) interruptions during viewing. 3) high time delays while changing programmes. Broadband and LL is working satisfactorily.
                              Further the 'Remote' supplied at the time of installation of set of box is quite old, full of dust and scratches;& nobody has demonstrated the working of new modem as for as WI-Fi connectivity is concerned despite my request.
                              Kindly intervene to set right my problems or let the iptv connection be disconnected & security etc is refunded. THANX

                              My experience with BSNL
                              It was great agony for me that i decided to apply for BSNL(BroadBand) for cyber cafe purpose. becoz I was greatly influenced by bsnl's campaign launched for the promotion of the Broad Band Connection. in which "Deepika Padukon" allegdly misleading the nation by saying "INDIA BOL RAHA HAI" (Something Like That). After disconecting my PCO Connection (BSNL Phagwara) which was being run by me for more then last 15 yrs. Ironically when I have inquired about the connection of broadband and Modem (without which internet connection can not be run). In the ordinary course of business, BSNL department is liable to issue Modem and installed the same for internet user.
                              Initially When I enquired to the department about this connection the department has told me that we are not able to provide Modem to you and you will have to purchase Modem from Market and this will be installed easily by the concerned person from whom you will purchase from the market. major problem was started when I inquired about the Modem from the market then the shopkeeper told me that we are only selling Modem but we cannot install the Modem by coming at your home and they also informed me that this work will be done by the concerned department. so i decided that "Dil BSNL se bhar chuka apna, hum bhale aur ghar bhala apna" It can hardly believe that a department like BSNL which is reputed for its efficiency can show such carelessness...???
                              it is shameful for bsnl service
                              Now its 2017, there no improvement. Situation still same.

                                I have BSNL landline telephone no. 2662142 with internet facility in combo plan. My phone is dead since 29 june 08, inspite of repeated requests no action has been taken by concern officials. The phone hardly work for a week or so and gets out of order.                                   Hi My name is Rakesh, I m using broadband conection for three years since one and above year i m facing a problem with broadband connction link, i cant use it continuesly, the link breaks often and i have to download my data again and again and it increas my usage.. i have made complaints many time at customer care but no one listening out there, some time they dont receive calls. the services or BSNL are very bed.                                     My BSNL Broad band connection hardly worked since I received the connection. It is now down for last one month. I have logged several complaints on below numbers, in local telephone exchange but no luck.

                                    They rarely picks up the phone and mentions that connection will starting working today itself but it never happened.

                                    Please help as BSNL has already started charging me monthly fee and installation fee around Rs 2500 for first month itself, even though connection not working.

                                    100% agree...There is no complaint logging and monitoring mechanism. We are at the mercy of one or two persons, no accounatbility, no one to listen or solve broad band problem. Also BSNl dreaming about IP TV, which will definitely be failure.

                                    My broad band at 2575196 is down for the last two months. They donot pickup their mobiles. No mechanism to trace them for BSNL problems.

                                    I am also agree with above comments. Whenever, I call the BSNL internet helpline no: 2225225/2060773. Firstly they don't pick the phone, Secondary they keep busy the phones for the long time and if they pick the phone, they listen and say the answer that your problem will be solved on next day.

                                    From begining when I got the connection, I am facing these stupid problems and now the problems are irritating. I don't know the bloody administrations are sleep and there hole.

                                    They must be dissmissed for the jobs. They all the top lavel administration knows very well but they don't want to do anything because this is happening from the long time.

                                    I don't know "Kab Sudherega BSNL Policy".

                                    And for asking the bill payment they have very good systems but when ask for service "Tab MAA Chudaleta Hai".

                                    BSNL are the most people I have ever seen...they are scroungers, , lazy and pure . They will never listen you and will keep saying what ever they want...they illitrate donkeys...

                                      Websites inaccesible Hello, I am a BSNL subscriber in Kolkata, & pay my bill online. The landline bill is presented in the calcutta telephones website, & I have no problems whatsoever there. But my cellone bills are supposed to be paid through http://portal.bsnl.in . But for the last three months it is not being easy to access these websites( i.e the portal, dataone & bsnl.co.in). Most of the time they cannot be opened ('cannot find server'or'this page cannot be opened') whereas I can easily access www.calcuttatelephones.com . This time also my cellone bill was presented on the 10th of this month ( in the Cal tel website-Online bill presentation system), but I have not been able to pay the bill as yet, beacause I cannot access their websites. Now a server can have problems, but not for weeks toghether or for month after month. As I do a 8-8 job I cannot go to their counters also to pay the bill.I could not get any help in this regard from anybody. So I am posting it here to see if somebody can help me!!

                                      After Internet connection, the bill for[protected]Phani Bhusan Banerjee) of 164C, Bakul Bagan Road, Kolkata - 700025 had been paid in Feb'08. A suplimentary (not usual 2 months bill) bill had been paid in March'08. No bill received therafter. The message on the telephone is to contact the Area Manager and out going calls are stoped. Reason not known. If any bill has been raised in the meantime, may kindly be forwarded for payment or justify the action.

                                      Please note that submitted my Cellone chip to the BSNL office Pali, Rajasthan, India. I deposited STD money Rs.2000/- at the time of filing the application for cell one chip. But till now i Have not received my Rs. 2000/- which were deposited as STD money.                                       I have a prepaid BSNL mobile connection. It gives miserably bad quality signal and connectivity. In these days of mobile telephony and satellite connectivity throughout the world BSNL Kolkata circle even struggling to provide their customer the basic features of mobile telephony i.e., connectivity and signal.My mobile no. [protected]. I have made an SMS for excep P for two numbers for reduced tariff on 01.07.08. But even after one week it is not activated. Is this a professional approach of BSNL to their customer? If you have proper technical expertise and knowhow please sort out the problems mentioned above. Hope for an early action.
                                      i am a student of a management and for that i get a less of time for me and whenever i try to know it my bill from bsnl website i cant get it and also i did not receive the monthly bill in easy time it always come before the last date of submission so please don't do that send it time so that i can't be a rush

I complaint Gangtok Cherry Building atleast 3- 4 times even then they are least bother and nothing happen till now. That is why I don't recharge at all. Now I got another sim which is quite cheap and tension free. These BSNL should be banned!!!
