Can someone please come and check our landline phone, it has not been working for last 2 days, there is no dial tone which is creating a big problem for us. Our phone number is 2750839 in 3rd Nehru Nagar.

The telephone No. at Sahibabad 2626431 has been out of order for a long time. The complaint can only be booked through other BSNL lines at 198. My BSNL land line has been dead from 21nd March 2008 complaint no & docket no - 59 . I received bill for April'2008 broadband charges is Rs. 117 even my broadband is not working also. And telephone office authority said that if your phone is dead not possible to do internet when i asked to repair broadbond atlest.
My question is that how the broadband charges come if phone is dead....

the phone line is carrying the disturbance to the extent that phone call receiving or making one is impossible .the local authority is not paying any attention despite of regular complaints...

My modem type is:- SmartAX MT841.
No light of Link is blinking for more than one month, so i'm unable to surf the net.

The evdo scheme is a total fraud scheme atleast within the kerala circle. I purchased an evdo card on[protected], less than 10days, there is no sign of speed right within 1 kms radius.

I have tried complaining to all officers upto the GM of tiruvalla Mr. Sasidharan, the Gm has refused to entertain the complaint saying its the company which is at fault and not bsnl.
that we should file a case against the bsnl instead...
