I am utilising the service of BSNL Broadband, since 4th March of this year.
From the installation date onwards, I do get slow connection and mainly I do face frequent disconnection, while working.
Since my area is situated at about 2 Kms. from the BSNL office, you would get slow speed, was the reply given by the respective JTO, Neyveli Township, for the complaint of "Slow speed at par with dial-up of sancharnet".
Everyone is getting the connection without any disconnection in the middle, it is a new complaint for us; also our works are over, once the connection is given to your system, was the reply given by the JTO, Neyveli Township, for the complaint against "frequent disconnection, while working".
According to their opinion, even my browser was reset and also used with different brower of firefox.
May my problem be solved, in time? Or which God, I have to pray for the things done?

BSNL PHONE — POOR SERVICE
My BSNL landline ( Phone No :[protected] is frequently going out of order .This I am facing since last 5-6 months.Most of the times the phone will be dead , there wont be any dial tone and sometimes I can hear only some radio broadcast over phone. I have called 25342198, 25251010 many times but there is no permanent solution. The connection may come back but the very next day it will go off.
Even I submitted complaint letters couple of times at the Indiranagar office personally.
But all my requests are falling on dump ears. I am also using a broadband Home plan 500 which is as well getting affected.
If we got late by just one day for the payment BSNL will disconnect the phone and will charge Rs 100 to get the connection back. If shown atleast 10% of that efficiency to solve this issue I could have a better connection.
