Applied for the broadband online in June 2007. Phone connection was provided with in next 15 days.
About broadband connection they said will be given in one month. Connection was operational for a week and then went dead.Broadband was never activated. Tried raising request thru BSNL customer care, could not as the number was busy always (i tried on different days and different timing ). Not knowing where to contact and because of other work related issues could not followup this for around 4 months. In month of December came to
know about avalahalli office and contacted Mr Kumaraswamy (JTO). I gave him an application in written stating related issues. Mr Kumaraswmy assured me of connection with in next 15-0 days. Again nothing happened in given time frame and i contacted him in January end. He asked me to pay initial payment which was paid 0n February 4th to Mrs Uma, accountant @ BSNL office jayanagar 7th phase. Even this has not worked in my favor and till date I've written numerous applications and done lot many calls to their grievance office. In between go t a call from Avalahalli office stating you sld pay pending bill(1600 rs) to get connection

I dont know why sld i pay as phone was never in working condition except initial one week.

Mr Kumaraswamy assured me of connection with in next 15-20 days. Again nothing happened in given time frame and i contacted him in January08 end. Even this has not worked in my favor and till date I've written numerous applications and done lot many calls to their grievance office.     Customer care no. 1500 is not working at all. My broadband was down and I tried calling them more than 100 times bit I am not able to talk to customer care executive on the the ph. no. 1500 at BSNL Ghaziabad. Evertime when I am calling this number, the recorded voice is putting me on hold and no executive is attending even after 10-15 minutes and then the call is abruptly getting disconnected.
    This is the condition of the bigest telecom company in india which claimn "Connectiong India", I think they must change it to "BSNL Disconnectiong India".

    Dear Concerned,

    I have taken a BSNL Broadband connection on my landline number 2629923 but I am not getting satisfactory services, reason being a joint in open in the maulti-pair cable of BSNL through which the line is extended to my place. The multi-pair cable is lying in open on main road and was earlier broken by getting stuck in some vehicle which was repaired and left again in open and whenever the rains are there it gets sub-merged in water making the voice quality on phone line inferior and data/broadband connection completely down.

    I have many times rquested on 1500 (which responds only 20% of my calls, rest are lost in hold only) and also in the office of SDO & DGM Shahadara Exchange, Rajendra Nagar, Ghaziabad, but till date no action has been taken to replace this faulty cable.

    Request you to advise the appropriate authority for a suitable action.

    My broad band BSNL Internet connection is frquently dropping and this problem has been reported to custmoer care No.1500 but till date complaint not attended however daily enquiry is made for complaint dressal but no body has taken pain to look into it address the complaint.On the other hand, other service provider are approching me to take new broad band connection in place of BSNL one.
    It appears that BSNL staff does not want that attract the customer' while others are busy in increasing their business.
    A pitiable condiion.
    God help them in relising their functional resposibiliies.

    Wishing and looking for management intervention to resolve the complaint.

    My broad band connection at 2833033 is dropping very frequently and problem was reported number of times but all in vain.Nobody bothers to get it attended and doing only lip services.Recent complain no.2097772 still pending but enquiry man is asking daily if complaint attended or not, but still connection dropping.

    I have tried 1500 toll free no. many times, on many days, it never worked. I had to apply for broadband and few telephone related queries are there but never able to connect to executive. When ever I dial the no., the recorded voice is put me on hold for about 10-15 minutes and then the call is abruptly disconnected.

    I have BSNL broadband connection and my no is[protected] but the services which are providing by BSNL is not satisfactory.My broadband is not working frokm last week and i had callled so many times on the no[protected] but there is no responce.the bsnl broadband services are very poor.
    sir, i was residing in kaushambi gzb and was using wll phone no.[protected] . now i have shifted from kushambi gzb to indirapuram gzb. i visited your commercial office seemapuri border for changing of my address on[protected] and they have released the ob as wll kb 341 and idp 13377. but my phone at indirapuram did not work. i met several times sdo/ jes of kaushambi & indirapuram but no fruitful result came. indirapuram officials told me that they have taken action but kaushambi je told me politely that wrong ob has been issued to me and to contact commercial office again. i visited on 18-5-09 commcl office seemapuri border and a new ob no vd 981 was issued and new phone no. was given to me as[protected] but till today 25/5 the same no. not started working. i made complaint two times in indirapuram office but no favourable reply or action received from them stp sir, as i am manager in airindia and this phone is urgently required for my official purpose. kindly do me favour on priority basis stop since 31/3/09 my phone is not working at all stop v c sharma plot 236 gyan khand 1 indirapuram gzb stp

    completely agree to complaint of Mr. Ram. Services of 1500 are atrocious.
    My telephone No.[protected] is malfunctioning from the day of its inception and every month I am paying the rental in the hope that someday it would be set in order but even after passing of one year it could not be set in order sometime the line is dead, sometime the cross talk and till date it is not working. In spite of several reminders through mail to GM, Ghaziabad telephones, no progress.

    I am very much frustrated and now find no other option except to surrender it. If the said telephone number is not set in order within a weeks time, I would request the concerned authorities to disconnect it with immediate effect.

    My Number is[protected], this number is not working (Dead) since last two weeks, i have informed Rajendra Nagar Exchange (Sahibabad) number of times about this but there is no action taken till date. I also have broadband facility on this number.

    When i try to call them to check the status or to remind about the problem, they simply pick the phone and put down again without saying a single word.

    This is really a shame !!!
    My phone no. 2867147 instlled but STD not working till now.
    I have requested for the same at time of application.
    Kindly arrange to start STD.

    My telephone no.2641729 is not working for the last one month. Despite complaints no action is taken by BSNL for restoring it. If the same canoot be restroed you may please disconnect the number permanently and relieve me from further troubles

    I live in the small town called modinagar and our BSNL broadband and telephone is not working since last one month we call in the exchange on [protected] in customer care 1500 and we make the complain in the office in written also. but no body responded till the date. BSNL officials should be sensitive enough to take serious of our complains and this is the main reason why people have a great dissatisfaction in government provided services.
    I am having problem with BSNL. My connection no.[protected] hardly works most of the times we found the message "NO SERVICE" and instrument voice is hardly auodable and the battery back is only 2-3 hrs. As light goes after 2-3 hrs it does not works.

    NO SERVICE EVERY TIME THEY ASK VISIT AT OFFICE WITH THE INSRUMENT. IS IT POSSIBLE FOR A SERVICE CLASS PEOPLE TO VISIT THEIR OFFICE ONCE IN A WEEK.

    Even my BSNL broadband is not working from the day they have connected it (Since 1 month). I have heard this problem from lot of people, people are complaining on this everyday in the offices, phones, etc but nothing can be done with the 'indian goverment services'

    Once upon a time BSNL was outplayed by the private players like Airtel, Idea, Tata, Reliance but once again they entered into the market with cheap broadband and 3G services.

    In my opinion these services should not be worth if they are not working and the only possible solution infront of me is to switch to the private player completely (phone + broadband) like Airtel, Reliance, etc

    I request you to kindly take a strict action against these goverment people as normal public (aam janta) like us can't do much of them.

    BSNL — CABLE PUT OPENED AND NOT GETTING THE LINE

    Dear Sirs,

    I have a telephone connection from bsnl kalyan telcom since more than 5 years. the problem is when they put cable to give me connection without any junction box and cable are all opened and anyone can access/use the telephone from that point. So many time people pull out the connection and my phone connection will be disconnected for many time. this is daily process since I got the connection. No action from the authority to solve the issue.

    SIR MY PHONE NO 2894929 LAST 5 MONTHS MY BROADBAND CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING BT EVERYMONTH I AM PAYING INTERNET CHARGE PLEASE MAKE IT IN SERVICE
    My father, a retired official of Deptt. of Telecommunication, GOI has been issued a rent free landline tele no.[protected] which remains dead more often than not. A complaint No. 00187 is pending for long. The attempts to contact concerned authorities through tele failed. Will someone rescue this poor old man.
    The complaint no. 00187 regarding tele no.[protected] is pending for several days. However, BSNL has been kind enough to send the bill regularly, even though the number is not working.
    Thanks BSNL and hope the callous attitude would continue to harass a senior citizen of 82 years in coming days also.
    Thanks to concerned authorities that after few weeks waiting atleast i got my telephone( No.[protected]. Then I also was provided with Modem, etc but internet would not work.I complained to 1957, then again complained and I hope not for many days I will continue to complaint. Every time I am given a Complaint no, lead etc. but there is no system to allow me to refer to this no.

      I am utilising the service of BSNL Broadband, since 4th March of this year.

      From the installation date onwards, I do get slow connection and mainly I do face frequent disconnection, while working.

      Since my area is situated at about 2 Kms. from the BSNL office, you would get slow speed, was the reply given by the respective JTO, Neyveli Township, for the complaint of "Slow speed at par with dial-up of sancharnet".

      Everyone is getting the connection without any disconnection in the middle, it is a new complaint for us; also our works are over, once the connection is given to your system, was the reply given by the JTO, Neyveli Township, for the complaint against "frequent disconnection, while working".

      According to their opinion, even my browser was reset and also used with different brower of firefox.

      May my problem be solved, in time? Or which God, I have to pray for the things done?

      i m using the BSNL dataone broadband connection and i have the 500 C+ data usage plan from past 1 week i m experiencing frequent disconnection. i usually loose lots of bandwidth because of this as the connection interrupts during the download and i need to download the whole data again.

      bsnl broadband-dataone — frequent disconnection & no proper response

      My landline No.252194. The broadband connection effected from 4th March 2008, got frequent disconnection, from the day one. The JTO
      / Outdoor / South / Neyveli (04142) / TN is unable to rectify the error. But was told the mistake would be on my computer.
      Accordingly, my system was checked with an IBM service engineer. No deviation is found. Informed me that modem must be checked,
      after he found some deviation in values shown on the meter, he tested. Informed to the JTO concerned. She was not aware of it.

      Using your good office, I request the early action be taken to solve the problem, permanently, atleast by replacing the modem, as it
      stands under guarantee period.

      Since, I could not find the exact person to be contacted, in this regard, my complaint to your e-mail id was dropped to get

      Now a days, my BSNL broadband speed is too slow...It takes long time in opening the internet explorer, even google site is opening too late...
      I[censored] are downloading large files use download accelerators such as DAP
      I have a BSNL 750 Home Unltd. Plan which has a problem of frequent disconnection when playing games or downloading a big file and comparatively i get lower speed when i compare it with a frnd of mine who is also using same plan but he is in diff area does that make any difference. And BSNL is not supposed provide a diff service to diff ppl staying in diff areas... You would laugh if i say my download speed itz 30Kb/s(max) when downloading where my con says 256Kb/s at max

      one last question will this complaint would be picked up by BSNL i already called once and they did not responded back

      I am having problem of slow speed by 3-4 months, no proper support by kalyan department, problem is the light of ADSL is blinking while downloading is it not stable.

      I am utilising the service of BSNL Sancharnet, since 16th March of this year.

      From the installation date onwards, I do get slow connection and mainly I do face frequent disconnection, while working.

      Since my area is situated at about 1 Kms. from the BSNL office it is in the Khadakpada BSNL, I also went to Khadakpada office but they told me that "Today we will doing" But still i m getting so slow and the web-pagw loaded time 12-15 min per page.

      They told me also to launch the complaint in the 198. But there some error message is getting that "abhi alp-kalin line kata hua hai". So, then also i m not able to launch complaint also.Before that i called to 12678 then that guy told me that "Your line is so poor so change the parameter"

      Actually, say that Khadakpada people not doing there job properly. Because before whlie shifting my phone from one area to another area it took 12 days time for shifting then they lock the outgoing facilility then again it took 5 days more then now this time How much time will be they taken?


      May my problem be solved, in time? Or again it will takes 1 or 2 week more to resolve my problem every time go there and tell them. If you can then help me please Otherwise what can i say to you

      Most of employed do not have complete knowledge of broadband problem and its trouble shoting. All are lazy old men, they needed to be retired as they are not fit for this fast moving time. Declare the BSNL a sick unit and sell it to private professional firms, so that they can bring some real change in it which can give justice to the money the consumer are paying.

        I am a BSNL broadband subscriber at Calcutta. My telephone no is

        [protected].Chief General Manager, Calcutta Telephones informed me vide letter dated

        04.04.08 to facilitate my broadband pipe to 2 mbps,

        I have applied to get the facility vide my letter dt.09.05.08 to the local Telephone Office

        at Howrah

        In the mean time I have contacted to the officers of BSNL over telephone several times

        on the numbers as suggested simultaneously by them, which are as follows:-

        But found no result till date. I am hereby requesting all of BSNL to intervene in the

        This is to bring your kind attention that I (Phone No:[protected] have applied for the broadband connection around three weeks back, but quite unfortunate that my connection is still pending.
        I have got the modem two weeks ago but IP is not configured yet.
        In spite of several complain in the Paharpur telephone exchange(garden reach, metiabruz )no correct action has been taken.

        They are repeatedly giving me useless assurance that my password has not been created yet. I request you to look into this matter.

        Yesterday, I lodged a complain regarding non functioning of my land line (no.[protected] under Nabagram Telephone Exchange which comes under the jurisdicgion of Serampore Telecom Circle.This land line was given due to my broadband connection and is operational only through the BSNL IT card.In my last two years experience in using broadband, I can only say it is a horrible experience.Neither link nor speed is ensured. Very recently the link is coming in the modem very quickly and broadband is giving a fine response, but the phone no. which I mentioned earlier is giving me a tough time. Moreover, I have a mobile connection of Excel no. [protected].On 01.07.08 I made an SMS for taking the excel p benefit for two BSNL nos. for slashed tariff.I made a similar complain yesterday, but it is needless to say, that as usual, the Super Navaratna BSNL did not pay any heed to my concerns, and never pay any heed to the concerns and problems of millions of their valued customer(don't know whether BSNL at all think these customers as valued or not!!!). I don't know even your capacity or whether you are at all powerfull enough to solve the above mentioned problem or not. I know BSNL is getting used to all these complaints and these complaints do not bear any significance to them. I will consider myself very lucky if I am proven wrong. Hope(that's what only I can do now) for an early action from your end.

        I am using BSNL broadband for last 2 years, last January 2009, I have applied for unlimited 750 plan and on 13th Jan from my BSNL portal, I saw that the plan get activated. So I was using my Broadband intensively, Unfortunately, on the Feb 09 I got a billed Rs.7300. where I suppose to make payment for Rs. 1000 only, I have tried to contact with our local office (BagBazar) regarding the discrepancy, unfortunately, those people dont have any idea about internet system!         My telephone no 25844668, of Barasat, bill of Dec amount 1438.00 dated 29/01/10 which was wrongly given and that was corrected through Mr Pradip Roy of your office. It is pursued to accounts deptt also. They told me after rectification of bill they will inform me through phone. But till today I have not received any phone. I checked my bill through net found no rectification has done or no rectified bill has shown.
        As your fault of wrong bill preparation I should not pay the late fine charges.
        So my request is please confirm about rectified bill and date as early as possible.
        I have lodged complaint of my dead landline no.[protected] through your fault booking system, vide its docket no.A-9844 dt.[protected]. I don't know how it performs; I also don't know what's the importance it bears, if I don't get its service after a lapse of 55 hours. Just let me know, where to go, how far to go for restoration of my aforesaid landline connection, and how long you need to do that.

        The broad band connection has been given to me in the month of july, 2009. My land line phone no. is 25250435. I am residing in Kendriya Vihar, V.I.P Road, behind Haldiram, Kolkata-52 where above connection has been provided to me for which I used to pay Rs. 827/-(unlimited connection) on a regular basis. Since inception the service of BSNL is very poor. In fact I would like to switch over to other service provider because of the poor service rendered by BSNL. Most of the time the net work is not working in spite of numerous complaint lodged to BSNL authority.I am sorry to state that we are not getting proper service from BSNL though the same is a reputed public sector company. I am requesting the BSNL authority to look in to the matter promptly to resolve my grievances. If immediate action is not taken in this regard I have compelled to take help from the Ministry for the redressal of my grievances. Looking forward for a prompt action from BSNL authority.

        it is very sad to inform that my telephone no.[protected] is lying dead since 22/08/2011
        and subsequently the local office at Batamore was also informed on 23/08/2011 and
        the personnel deployed there also received the complaint.

        After that 7 days have passed away but still it is lying dead. Whenever I inform
        the local office they promise to repair the line on the same day but without result.

        My Broadband line also gets disconnected frequently and during night it reaches its optimum lavel.

        I have been using BB from BSNL since 1995 and got
        adequate service back as and when called for.

        But to my utter surprise I observed that the back up
        service is now in shambles and unless the line men
        are paid on a monthly basis it is exceedingly difficult to

        broadband connection as the link of my rented ADSL modem is unsteady from time to time. I complained the matter to my local Dum Dum Road exchange (near Bagjola khal) several times but with no result whatsoever. I'm fed up with the situation & my serious medical matters are being hampered & disturbed in the worst possible way. My broadband line was almost O.K. from Jan'10 to Dec'13. I've lodged a fresh complaint today (Docket no.[protected] dt.21/3/14). If my present problem is not solved within 3 days then I shall be compelled to surrender my BSNL connection & opt for any good private service provider.

            I applied for the lendline connection in Bangalore, BTM, 2nd Stage area a long before (17 th April), my work order no is[protected], Every time I call it happens only two thing, sometimes they pick my call and will not reply, ultimatly I use to discunnect my call after waiting for 4-5 mins. Sometimes they ask question "What is your Wrok Order Number ?", and after my reply they will tell, "NO Cable Feasibility is there", but I know that many of my friends have landline connection nearby my house.

            I dont know how to deal. Please take it into consideration and let me know what I should do ?

              Dear friends,
              I have a bsnl telephone for last 15years. For last on yr i have broad band also.Since then neither the phon enor the broad band works. I am fed up of putting complaints..I did not pay the last three bills hoping some one might talk to me.No body talked to me. I went to the bsnl office near GPO. They asked me to first deposit the pending bills, which i deposited and requested them to disconnect the phone and refund me the security. But they say first it will be connected then disconnected.Security refund is not possible. The staff at office is irritating. I have never faultered in paying bills. I have suffered agony in last one year. They are least concerened. Why they cant set my phone right in proper manner once for ever. OR if they think i am ingenuine why they dont just give me my money back ??
              They dont even give the telephone number of the senior officials to whom i coyuld talk.
              Can any body make them hear what i have to say.

My LL is 2421100 and CAF No pj 00011543.I am facing lot of problems such as 1) signal missing 2) interruptions during viewing. 3) high time delays while changing programmes. Matter have been reported No of times to Sant Info….Jalandhar and concerned bsnl officials upto DE level but all in vain. Sant Info….Jalandhar says a)SNR is low on receive b)the bsnl and service cable ( drop wire) should directly connect to modem without joint, c)your Broadband is JLD instead perhaps JLM.They could not supply the min SNR level.Generly SNR remains 6 and above .Bsnl officers assured to do the needful but failed. Broadband and LL is working satisfactorily.

              My experience with BSNL
              It was great agony for me that i decided to apply for BSNL(BroadBand) for cyber cafe purpose. becoz I was greatly influenced by bsnl's campaign launched for the promotion of the Broad Band Connection. in which "Deepika Padukon" allegdly misleading the nation by saying "INDIA BOL RAHA HAI" (Something Like That). After disconecting my PCO Connection (BSNL Phagwara) which was being run by me for more then last 15 yrs. Ironically when I have inquired about the connection of broadband and Modem (without which internet connection can not be run). In the ordinary course of business, BSNL department is liable to issue Modem and installed the same for internet user.
              Initially When I enquired to the department about this connection the department has told me that we are not able to provide Modem to you and you will have to purchase Modem from Market and this will be installed easily by the concerned person from whom you will purchase from the market. major problem was started when I inquired about the Modem from the market then the shopkeeper told me that we are only selling Modem but we cannot install the Modem by coming at your home and they also informed me that this work will be done by the concerned department. so i decided that "Dil BSNL se bhar chuka apna, hum bhale aur ghar bhala apna" It can hardly believe that a department like BSNL which is reputed for its efficiency can show such carelessness...???
              it is shameful for bsnl service
              Now its 2017, there no improvement. Situation still same.

                    My BSNL Broad band connection hardly worked since I received the connection. It is now down for last one month. I have logged several complaints on below numbers, in local telephone exchange but no luck.

                    100% agree...There is no complaint logging and monitoring mechanism. We are at the mercy of one or two persons, no accounatbility, no one to listen or solve broad band problem. Also BSNl dreaming about IP TV, which will definitely be failure.

                    I am also agree with above comments. Whenever, I call the BSNL internet helpline no: 2225225/2060773. Firstly they don't pick the phone, Secondary they keep busy the phones for the long time and if they pick the phone, they listen and say the answer that your problem will be solved on next day.

                    From begining when I got the connection, I am facing these stupid problems and now the problems are irritating. I don't know the bloody administrations are sleep and there hole.

                    They must be dissmissed for the jobs. They all the top lavel administration knows very well but they don't want to do anything because this is happening from the long time.

                    I don't know "Kab Sudherega BSNL Policy".

                    And for asking the bill payment they have very good systems but when ask for service "Tab MAA Chudaleta Hai".

                      Websites inaccesible Hello, I am a BSNL subscriber in Kolkata, & pay my bill online. The landline bill is presented in the calcutta telephones website, & I have no problems whatsoever there. But my cellone bills are supposed to be paid through http://portal.bsnl.in . But for the last three months it is not being easy to access these websites( i.e the portal, dataone & bsnl.co.in). Most of the time they cannot be opened ('cannot find server'or'this page cannot be opened') whereas I can easily access www.calcuttatelephones.com . This time also my cellone bill was presented on the 10th of this month ( in the Cal tel website-Online bill presentation system), but I have not been able to pay the bill as yet, beacause I cannot access their websites. Now a server can have problems, but not for weeks toghether or for month after month. As I do a 8-8 job I cannot go to their counters also to pay the bill.I could not get any help in this regard from anybody. So I am posting it here to see if somebody can help me!!

                      After Internet connection, the bill for[protected]Phani Bhusan Banerjee) of 164C, Bakul Bagan Road, Kolkata - 700025 had been paid in Feb'08. A suplimentary (not usual 2 months bill) bill had been paid in March'08. No bill received therafter. The message on the telephone is to contact the Area Manager and out going calls are stoped. Reason not known. If any bill has been raised in the meantime, may kindly be forwarded for payment or justify the action.

                            I have a post paid cellone number # [protected] since last two years. The services of cellone is the worst compared to other service providers. Despite operating in a "megacity", BSNL- Gujarat doesn't even have the remotest idea of what customer service is. They are unable to provide even basic network connectivity. Call drop rate is very high, unsatisfactory replies are given by the call centers. Confronted by un-kempt, rude employees at the so called customer care centers, one has no recourse to redressal of grievances. But, we do laud their promptness for sending the bills on time. The funniest part is that BSNL goes-on rolling out all kinds of services and populist schemes without having basic infrastrucure in place, just to be in the race with the private players. And they call themselves "The largest telecom provider of the country", just because they have been fooling the helpless/ gullible citizens of our hitherto socialist country for donkeys years. At times one suspects that they are deliberately playing into the private players' hands by doling out deplorable services so as to be gobbled up by the unscruplous telecom czars. The least they can do is to provide an appropriate redressal forum. Consumer court etc is too lengthy a process. May BSNL rest in peace, AMEN.

                              The telephone No. at Sahibabad 2626431 has been out of order for a long time. The complaint can only be booked through other BSNL lines at 198. Earlier I used to book complaints from Delhi at No.[protected]. Now this facility is not at all operating. Due to paucity of time and non availability of nearyby BSNL line, I could not lodge a complaint. One day I informed to area lineman while returning from the office. But the reply was in negative to help me out. Instead I am told to book complaint and then the number will be given to us by our supervisor. Then only the complaint will be attended.

                              I request to activiate my home telephone No. 2626431 at Sahibabad as well as activate complaint booking from Delhi at No.[protected].

                                GPRS activation process is very lengthy and time taking. After receiving of provisioning of GPRS I m still waitaing for activation. customer care calling on [protected] is also mind teasing process. however when someone receive the phone, he is not proper for the service except the welcome message.

I want 2 complaint against the said person i talked 2 him at 6.40 pm on 9/6/09.
                                I'm using Nokia 6300 Mobile model.My GPRS don't activation in my mobile.My GPRS setting is not save in my mobile.I complaint in bsnl call center also about my GPRS activation .nothing response from then. i activated my GPRS230 on 19th june 2009, i register also my complaint.please help

                                The message "GPRSPRE" should be sent to 53733 to activate GPRS in BSNL prepaid connection.
                                Eventhough, BSNL claims to take 24 hours for activation, Often it takes more time to get the GPRS connectivity activated. Incase of contacting customercare, try to call at morning time before 7am(at peak hours you will have to listen to the funny music from IVR, nothing else happens)..and be ready with your simnumber (number displayed on the back side of your sim) to register a complaint..

                                Note :- BSNL customercare is outsourced and is being run by Reliance :) So dont blame BSNL alone for not taking up your complaints..

                                I had already activated gprs 230.but money deducting from my account while accessing internet.i called the customer care and they registered a complaint but no use.my number is [protected].i am getting no response from bsnl.pls help me

                                Bsnl has recently launched 274 pack (FOR UNLIMITED GPRS) its woking very fine all over india but unfortunately its not working in J&K since the day it has been launched. I registered so many complaints in this regard in the bsnl call center, but there reply was all the time either we do not have updates regarding this matter or you try to recharge it after next 24 hours. some of my complaints numbers are.

                                The fact of the matter is that it was promotional offer for three months from 25.01.2010 to 25.04.2010 out of which two months are over but they are yet to take any step in this regard, I went to BSNL Custumer Care Center Lal chowk so many times, to meet the concerned person Mr.Yaseen (JTO) but he tried his fullest to keep me ticking table to table, he two is of no use nor he knows his profession. In the end Mr.Pervaiz AGM (BSNL) noted down my complaint in his dairy and assured me of rectification, but yet nothing has happned thus bsnl is taking its custumers for ride.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am trying to download GPRS settings in my micromax Q3 mobile and the same is not happening. I am trying to do the same from the past 6 months but the settings is not saved in my handset. Whenever i am requesting for a gprs settings immediately it is hitting my handset when i am trying to save it to my handset it is not at all saving into my handset. Some times it is running upto 2 to 3 hours and the message is displayed as "Configuring system, please wait". I have contacted several times on this issue to the customer care but in wain i am not getting proper response. Please help me on this.

                                I am trying to log a complaint in the portal it is asking the sim number even though i a entering the correct sim number.

                                  My BSNL land line has been dead from 21nd March 2008 complaint no & docket no - 59 . I received bill for April'2008 broadband charges is Rs. 117 even my broadband is not working also. And telephone office authority said that if your phone is dead not possible to do internet when i asked to repair broadbond atlest.
                                  My question is that how the broadband charges come if phone is dead.

                                      We have been using BSNL Landline for more than 10 years. And my telephone no is 28383285. This
                                      connection is from the Jalahalli Exchange. Now I have shifted my residence to Thindlu Main road, Vidyaranyapura. This area comes under Vidyaranyapura Exchange. And I asked for shift of my telephone in the first week of March. And till today we haven't recieved our Telephone connection. When asked about this delay in the Vidyaranyapura Exchange, they say Cable has not yet been laid at my new address. So can you please see into this matter and rectify this as early as possible. Thanks.

                                      I have applied for a new bsnl landline connection at BSNL, Vidyaranyapura branch on 14 april 2008. But still they had not given any landline after continuous telephone calls. They told me that they have no cables and accessories to give a new connection. They also promised to give me one wirless connection at my home.

                                      Kindly do the needful to allot me a new connection at my home as early as possible.

They both zone have don't know the connection is for whose either zone 1 or zone 3 to give a new connection.

                                      I applied for local shift of my telephone to just the next house on 1st July. After about 10 calls starting from 1500, I was given the Work Order Number dated 4th July. Made another 10+ calls to the local exchange. No result. Even now the reputation of BSNL seems to be in the hands of JTOs' and technicians and not processes and systems. This attitude may not workout for BSNL for a long time.

                                        My telephone[protected] is dead since 25 th of April 2008.As my father is on medical leave, he was not able to submit the application for the functioning of the same no.I am doing my MBA from Ahmedabad. Being the only male member of my family when I went to Patna on 26 th April i first went to the kankarbagh exchange and after hearing my problem, they send me to rajendra nagar exchange.Finally, as they said i submitted an application addressed to them to restart my dead phone.Since, i am in ahmedabad, i do not remember the application no, but it was registered in their complaint book on 1st may, complaint no 1.
                                        They said it will start working in 2 days.but it has not started functioning yet.after calling them regularly, they said, we do not know about it, you will again have to submit an application regarding this.
                                        Please look into this matter, and help me.
