PAYMENT OF BILLS

BSNL websites are vnot opening. I don't have time to go their counters to pay the bill. Now cannot pay them online as well as cannot access their portal. Please can anybody suggest any alternative....

Fradulent Billing - Worst customercare

I got BSNL net connection on 29th febraury this year. i'm using Home500c plan, according to which i get my night usages (2to8am) for free. however, each month i'm getting my bill for the full usage. on my opening month itself, they send me a whooping monthly bill of Rs.11400/- !

broadband speed problem

sir,
i have registered to 500c pack of broadband connection. but since then i have got this pack, i m not receiving proper speed.it takes about 15min to open a single page. this is so much irritating.n to the utmost surprise, downloading speed is just 15 or 20kbps..we have complained so many times in Samrala n Ludhiana exchange but nobody responded... one cant expect such a poor service from BSNL... please pay attention to it.....

sir, my broadband usages shows that in april (1066mb) yahoo answer .but my bill is shows that 4.51 GB. so pls check my usages ....

Fraud Officer's

I apply for Bsnl broadband home 150 plan
Few officers want money from me. I refused to give

they angrily made my broadband plan combo 500

I found it when i saw the broadband letter it shows home 500 (combo)
now i apply for home 150 plan again...

but can any please help me to punish this officer's...

regarding bsnl landline

my phone no.[protected] is out of order from yesterday.bsnl had made a mess of it. in this month my phone is out of order for nearly 15 days. i have got fade up with it. plz.. take up immediate action....

BSNL DataOne Billing

We have a 250 rupee plan from BSNL dataone since Apr01, 2008. However, we have received an unpropotionately high bill of Rs. 10, 470 for the month of April. On checking the usage it was found that the total downloads have been around 10.5 GB during the 87 hours !! The calculation in the bill was correct but we are not able to prove to BSNL that we have not downloaded 10.5 GB of contents ... The only supporting argument being that 'had...

Unable to receive Sms from south Africa

Iam Ramakrishnan, my Mobile no [protected], postpaid (525 )plan.
The problem is iam able to send Sms to south africa but iam unable to receive sms from south africa, complaint already lodged with Bsnl chennai, they say that there is no problem at their end.

Sir,
I got new Phone onnection (phon no. 2701756) with broad band internet during Mar 2008. I face follwing difficulties:-

1. Debit amt Rs 1200/- and Rs 242/- shown in the bill of Mar & April respecitively, but in absence of debit detals I am unable to understand the correctness of the bill.
2.I have been provided with old number due to which i am always disturbed with unwanted calls.

My bsnl broadband connection

I took a broadband connection from BSNL on 26th April, 2008 on my telephone No.[protected] at the Melaseval Exchange, under Dataone scheme. inspite of repeated requests I have not been given my correct ID by the local BSNL office. So I am unable to varify my internet usage details on the BSNL website.
Also for the past 3 days the internet connection gets switched off from 8pm to 7am making me incapable of accessing the internet...

Plan 140(Excess billing)

My landline in India is[protected].This is only on plan 140.But resent month bill comes around Rs3000.I accuse telephone department persons utilize my phone illegally and make the excess bill on consumer as we use landline only for receiving call.Also we use mobiles for communication incuding international calls.
Hence kindly find the culprit or please disconnect my landline connection.
