Abnormal bill amount for the month of May 2008

This is Vijayakumar, resident of Madhava Nagar, Miyapur (500081), Hyderabad, Andharapradesh. I am a BSNL customer since November 2007 (both landline - One India Plan as well as broadband - Home 500C Plan). I received a SMS from BSNL portal on 10th June 2008 stating that my bill amount for the month of May 2008 for the connection number 23041261 as Rs. 12722/-. Hi,
The website [protected]@bsnl.in does not open at all .Moreover the Customer care people are so pathetic that they do not provide any appropriate information and just release/ disconnects the Call .
The User name and the password is always incorrect when it is entered in the website even though i type it in the same way as i type it to connect to the internet.

Please provide me with an alternative website to...

No responce of AE

We are from Ambattur and we have a bsnl broad band connection in our home.Today morning our broad band did not connect properly, when we complaint this to Ambattur Bsnl office, AE of the office replied rudely that we are comming in the early morning and added that it will take about 2 days to repair problem. Kindly take some action on him and warn him not to do this to any body else....

usage checking of broadband

the site www.bbservice.bsnl.in never opens. It opens only after a 20 days and i am not able to check the usage . this is a big problem for me...

Data Usage In free Hours

I have data one Broad Band Connection with night 2.00 am to morning 8.00 am free
it shows in my usage that i have used about 150 three in limited usage timeperiod
but clearly the time is like 1:57 to 2:27 150...Mb
1:59 to 2:20 170..Mb
they are robbing us .
so either give them a wack or be carefull...

1.I am Rahul Sharma Tel No.[protected], Dundigal, Hyderabad.
2.The portal for lodging Broadband complaints says it cannot connect to database.The other portals are for landline complaints.
3.Complaint - Broadband is getting connected but webpage is not opening - some LAN TCP/IP settings wrong - complaint no.00069 dated 25 Jun 08 refers.Kindly expedite.

I have been trying to call [protected] for the past week, but I get the message that the number is not valid. But I can receive phones from that number. delay in getting username and password for new connection

hallo,
I have applied for BSNL BB on May 20, 2008. On 3rd June I got modem but not username and password to configure the BB. They said I shall get it within 1 week. But it is 1 month not getting the username and password, therefore cant use the BB.
