Hi sir, this is harsha vardhan reddy, I lost my sim 3 days ago, what should I do now?

cellone prepaid sim — sim is not working properlly

My cell no is [protected] whi is not working properlly, when iam calling it is suddenlly it is telling insert sim, frequentlly it is happening
My cell no [protected] is not working properlly, from last Monday date :- [protected] .It does not indicate Tower " No Tower" & Emmergency Service of BSNL Tower location at (02622) KADODARA CHARRASTA 13 Km. from Surat ( Taluka Palsana District : Surat State :- Gujarat) at my work place area & also at my Home BARDOLI (02622) same problem is from last two days. BSNL service give such problem frecuently.

    Hi I am Balaji living in Ambattur, Chennai.

    I have a BSNL Landline 26252548, this number is been dead for the last 2 weeks. I have filed more than 3 complaints for the same and yet to receive a proper answer from BSNL.

    Except for the number of Ad'S BSNL is not doing anything for these kind of problems.

    Being a technical person i understand the difficulties faced in keeping a service up forever. But a customer paying ~1000Rs/Month requires an answer like when this line would be rectified and what the problem was.

      I have a bsnl prepaid connection in kerala.my number is [protected]. i had deactivated bsnl tunes 1 month ago.But even after the deactivation they have been taking the money from my account for the renewal of the bsnl tunes.i called the customer care and they are always saying excuses.i already lost more than Rs. 40/-.I don't know what to do now.They are robbing my money.

      I fixed my callertune from another bsnl mobile no by pressing " * " .my callertune is not fixed as song what i had listen but they gave me a message to my mobile what i had listen, after cuting the fixed caller tune charges they are not playing that song.They are playing there own song(I THING THIS IS THEIR BUSINESS SONG)...So I advaise to the bsnl team dont play the wrong callertunes and please respond to your costumers promptly

      BSNL Customer service personels / employees are totally waste . they are not properly listening and very bad feedbacks/ answers to the customers. i have a problem to deactivate jokes from 56505. for this i was called almost 50 times with customercare, still the problem is not solved. they have given someny complaint no, even one is not given correctly. Realy i am very pity to the bsnl customercare. first give them proper training, othervise they are looting somuch public momey for nothing in their work results.

        This is to complain for the extremely poor customer service I am experiencing for the last 10 days from BSNL.I want to change my internet password but I am unable to do so and when I am calling the customer service on 2787890 they gave me several other numbers to call and even after calling those numbers I am not getting any help but only several other numbers to call!
        The connectivity speed displayed on the status bar icon is 10 Mbps while actual speed is hardly 128 kbps and downloading even a 10MB application takes a lot of time which further leads to dissatisfaction.

If you really want to get rid of this problem just Open FIREFOX-->on menu select TOOLS--->Options---->open Privacy Tab----->Show Cookies and click on clear all cookies option.         I tried to open your website bbservices.bsnl.in to find out my broad band usage details several times but in vain. Inavailability of customer services is not appreciated from such a well renowned service provider like you. Please look into the matter urgently.

        Full fledged cheating these BSNL guys, when I got my first bill it came as 13, 3000/- for the BSNL proposed 12GB upload/download, on enquiring it came down to only 300MB only and 500 monthly rental.

        this time, the bill comes up to 6000+ RS, now they say i downloaded 9GB of data which is not true.

        No control on issuing bill these guys, must be published in paper like times

          i am a bsnl subscriber from last 2years but i am totally unsatisfied with this company because of the poor network. i never get any messages from this company about any new schemes from the purchase of my sim and the calls are also being disconnected everytime. when ever i try to call somebody it shows connection error. i request you to please concentrate on my problem as soon as possible.

          Sir, I am a user of BSNL mobile since 3 years. My no. is [protected] and I reside in 153, Samta Colony, Raipur.But since few months I am receiving very poor network signal in my home. I am loosing business as I miss many important calls. Earlier the network was not so poor but now a days its worse. Even most of the calls made or received on Bsnl mobile is cross connected.

          I am living in Pune in Model Colony
          Until a few months back my BSNL mobile was working pretty OK,
          but from the past few months friends using other service providers [Airtel, Idea & Vodafone] are unable
          to reach me. Same problem when I try to call them. Worst is the calls gets connected & then they cant hear me. I'm billed for the call.
          But from same location if I try a BSNL number the call goes through.

          Is there some transaction going on between BSNL & other service providers have not paid-up & thats why BSNL is restricting access?

          If yes, BSNL is making a BIG mistake because if inter-portability does not come soon,
          I plan to change from my plan of 550 Rs a month to 99Rs plan for old incoming & buy a Reliance CDMA hand set & take a prepaid plan with per sec billing
          [billing has increased to 1000 Rs b'cos of dropped calls from average of 600 per month]

            Hello,

            I have requested a shifting for phone line with the number 23655117 from Kavalbyrasandra, RT Nagar, Bangalore to Gururaj Layout, Marathahalli, Bangalore on 28th April 2008. Its as of now 02 July 2008 there is no clue on the status. I went to Indiranagar Exchange and gave a complaint to Babi Maran (Area Manager) 3 weeks back, he wrote the details on his dairy as if he is going to do some help to me... but there were no proceedings from his side. If the Area Manager of such a huge exchange (in Indiranagar) feels so responsible just think how can people trust these government services. I would feel all these government services should be privatized and throw such people like Babi Maran from such organizations.
            Only GOD knows when our country INDIA is again going to be in SAFE hands. Pray to GOD for our country friends.

            I strongly agree with you dear friends Srinivas, if praying can help to change our country INDIA I would be there in front of GOD 24/7/365. I think some miracle should happen for these government organizations.
            That was a nice posting Srinivas, changing INDIA govt is too far. But if the superior of Babi Maran at least feels himself responsible he should at least warn him and say not to repeat these type of mistakes. If his superior is also of the same type... as you said only GOD can help...

            Guys you demand your requirements from the GOVT AUTHORITIES, they are the public servants... Its you who are paying them from your taxes... Please feel responsible and demand your requirements from them.

              Sir,

              I am, Samarjit Majumder, residing in Kolkata. I have a BSNL Lifetime prepaid connection. I wanted to convert it into general prepaid due to heavy call charges in Lifetime connection. I called BSNL Customer Care to know all the details and needs of plan conversion. They informed that a simple sms will do the same immediately after sending it. So, i sent the sms on 21st May'08. Unfortunately till today(1st jul'08) my plan hs not been converted. I send 2 more similar sms on 22nd May'08. But all were of no use. I called customer care many times. Everytime they request me to wait for sometime but ultimately no result comes out. I raised a complain for this on 28th May'08. Customer care people told me that within 24 hour my problen will be solved. But that too passed 3 days and my connection is still not converted. Everytime i call customer care people, they tell me various problems like server down, network failure, request under process etc etc.
              Can you please help me out in this matter because I am unable to call anyone due to high call charge of lifetime connection.Please help me.

              BSNL does not care customers. I had problem with my general connection. BSNL metering do not follow the normal clock. They always deduct at least 1P more on each call. Once they deducted Rs.30/-. I did not know what the reason was. I called up Customer Care but they could not tell me the reason. In one and half month I complained three times. Every time they gave me fresh complaint no. Finally I threatened them to switch over to other service provider. But, they did not bother. Finally, when balance amount became NIL. I applied for MNP. After that BSNL called me up and asked me for the reason. I told caller that they neither informed me the reason for deducting Rs.30/- nor refund the amount after three complaints. On hearing that caller asked me whether I will be with BSNL if the amount was returned. I replied that I have already spent Rs.19/- for MNP and do not want to remain with BSNL for NO CARE for customers.

                Sub: SURRENDER OF TELEPHOINE AND BROADBAND CONNECTION TELEPHONE NO;[protected].





                Sir,


                My Telephone and Broadband connections were faulty from 25.06.09 and complained to the Exchange authorities and

                Telephone fault booking system on 26.06.09.Since no action has been taken by the Pattazhi Telephone authorities I contacted them

                They replied that the TM is on leave and nothing can be done till he arrives. Then I contacted your office and Office staff informed that I may Contact Phone No.[protected], then I contacted them many times and they informed me that they are unable to get the fault rectified by the pattazhi exchange authorities. They advised me to contact Phone No.2799990 for further action. Then I contacted the authorities at Telephone 2799990 and I was told that my Telephone and Broadband connection will be made serviceable immediately. Finally on 3rd July JTO came to my house and the telephone line was made serviceable. The JTO told me to bring the modem for checking at the Exchange and it will take some days to get the Broadband modem repaired. I should not make any phone call to my superiors as it will not help you. On 6th of July I took the modem to Exchange at 10.15 AM and the JTO made me wait there till 12.15 PM and gave me a modem. I took the modem and connected to my computer and found it is not working. Then I informed the JTO that the modem is not working. He told me to bring the modem to the exchange. On the next day I took the modem to the exchange. He gave me the same modem and told it is working properly and fault is in telephone line .After connecting to my computer I found that modem is not working and telephone line is working properly. I informed the JTO the same. He then came to my house and took the modem with him. On 09.07.09 I have given a written complaint to the JTO that Telephone and Broadband connection remains unserviceable for longer period and this type of service provided by BSNL is not suitable for me (copy of the letter attached). It is very unhealthy for the government department, that the staff of the organization not having team spirit and cooperation. Staffs are blaming each other, instead of solving the problems of customer. You may also kindly refer may letters dated 14.09.07 and 23.11.07.



                I therefore, kindly request you to disconnect the above service, if your department cannot provide uninterrupted Broadband service. If you are not able to provide satisfactory service for my connections, you are requested to arrange payment of my deposit and other charges levied on me for installation of the broadband because I have availed the service for few days only.

                I have BSNL Broadband internet connection (with phone line). I have Huawei Quidway WA1003A Modem.
                The problem is whenever I tried to connect to the internet the connection will be on 5 min. or so, then the connection stops. Refreshing does not help. Sometimes I switch off the Modem and switch on. Sometimes I get the connection. But again the problem persists. Thus, if I want to listen to a song online, it will take an HOUR or so.

                I complained to BSNL, Banglore. They responded and the connectivity was OK then. But again after 2 days the same problem continues.

                I do not know whether the same type of problem is faced by other BSNL Broadbank users and what is the real problem. Whether it is line fault or failure at BSNL server.

                On the modem the following lights will be on:
                1.Power 2.Status 3.ADSL 4.Wireless 5.USB (this light stops blinking whenever connectivity fails)

                I request you to take up the matter with appropriate authorities and solve the problem.

                  we suffaring lots of problem about bsnl net running slowly, we are complained many time
                  to our nearest bsnl office, but they are no action about that.

                  so plz do needful about that.
                  Dear Sir,
                  I have BSNL Broadband connection.(750 unlimited plan). I got connection on January 26th.
                  In March 10th I got a bill two month bill.

                  But, i used one month only.
                  What is the solution.

                  Sir 2 days before also i have registered a complaint that since last week of Feb., 09 my broad band connection on phone no .2711889 is not working, i have talked many many times to 1957 and also to local office regarding this comnplain. but no action has been taken yet.
                  People sitting in office use to given us suggestion to repair it ourselves, whereas nobody from dptt. has been send to sortout the problem..!!
                  now the thing is if da connection is not working for whole month (as you can see in your account) why should i pay the rent of BB.
                  Plz suggest me what to do from my side... shall i go to consumer court for this matter or you will suggest me something...!!
                  I request you to repair/sortout the problem of BB and charge my rent for the days my BB coneection worked for in a month.

                    I could not make any outgoing calls from my mobile No [protected] from Gurgaon, haryana i.e. in Dolhin network from 18/06/2008. My sim is BSNL Maharashtra. I have made complaint to the custemor service centre but no use. My registered complaint docet Nos are 2426195 and 2438308. Incomming as well as SMS fecility is available. Connection is of postpaid and balance available is Rs 2714/- and validity up to 4th Sept 2008.

                    dolphin — outgoing calls not operative

                    my mobile phone no [protected] is not being allowed outgoing call facility since monday 16.2.2009 despite the fact that bill was cleared by me. pl. look into and allow outgoing calls immediately and oblige.
                    I could not make any outgoing calls from my mobile No [protected] from mahabaleshwar (pratapgad) i.e. in cell one network from 24/12/2011. My sim is BSNL Maharashtra. Incomming & outgoing as well as SMS fecility is not available.                       Sir,
                      I have recharged a msg card of Rs.24 which covers 200 local sms free to any local mobile in West Bengal circle.But from starting it cut down Rs.1 for any RELIANCE network number and some BSNL mobile number from main balance.I have already complaind about this matter two times 1-12th june 2-18th june 2008 but till now no feedback I have received.

                      I had tried to top up my mobile using online recharge for denomination of Rs.110 through bsnl online recharge service through transaction ID-TXT[protected], and i transfer the amount through ICICI bank service, every thing goes fine.at last there was an error in the page after entering the Grid value.when i check the ICICI bank account Rs.100 was debited where as the Top up has had not happened.

                        I had several times complained to No[protected] . I have spoken several times. No action taken. Yethadka tower when it was opened I was getting full coverage. but now when more and more private towers are commissioned there is no coverage. Sometimes not all getting the coverage. After around 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm daily out going calls are not going. This was reported several times. No action taken. Now not at all getting coverage several times at Gosada near temple ( temples temples south west corner about 400 mts away. Range is fluctuating from high to low always. noe it has become very serious. I doubt the interferance of Private Towers. Please take action

                        I am a regular user of BSNL Land line (No.[protected] since 1989. We have Broad Band Connection in this line. There is no any bill remains pending. I used to deposit the Net Amount payable of the bill which is approx (Rs. 1200 to Rs. 1400) were paid within due date. In May, 08 I received a bill for Rs. 22884/- (Rs. Twenty Two Thousand Eight hundred Eighty four). I was very surprised to see it. This bill contains the Broad Band Charges from sept, 06 that have already been paid. I have each paid bill. How can they raise this type of bills. They have send me the legal notice. But I am not in position to pay the bogus bill. They are not honestly behave with me. I want they should apologies me & reverse this bill as earliest. Otherwise I will have to shift to another Network.

                        i am from andhra pradesh, now a days in order to improve the sales, probably, bsnl has come up with variety of plans. but there is no improvement in connectivity. the phone automatically disconnects generating loss of monies. is this a type of business or where do we really want to go for a complaint. is it a consumer court or the trai or the customer care which always says that our call is important and keeps us in wait and terminates the call automatically. This actually is not happening with any other network like vodaphone, airtel or reliance. is it that the BSNL really wants its customers to shift from bsnl to other networks.

                        We are supposed to get good service for what we are paying. this should happen
                        i got my post paid to pre paid connection 2 days ago but till now there is no out going and incomig facilities despite my several complaints to local and regional bsnl offices i think the bsnl takes every thing granted from its customers, we are paying money no free offer by them this makes me to think to switch to some other network

                            Hi,
                            i am using BSNL Broadband startup plan 250, for may2008 i have got too much bill that is Rs4000/- By this month(june 2008) i have observed in the data usage records, one day i have used my internet up to midnight 12.30, later i shutdown my computer. Next day i saw the usage record. It is showing as I stopped internet by12.30a.m and again started by 12.32am and used up to 2.00am. and also it is showing as I have used nearly 200mb in this time. Same thing is happened many times. I thought somebody is misusing my connection without my knowledge. So to avoid this I have changed my login password. After changing password my account had been not opening. I made a call to BSNL executive and informed this problem. I got a reply as we can’t change password without their knowledge. They should have to know my password details to re-activate my account. If this is the case how can we protect my internet against this kind of excess consumption?
                            After receiving Rs4000/- bill I have gone to BSNL office. There I felt very bad with the response of BSNL employee. They talked to me very rashly. On 23rd April 2008 I have submitted application for changing my plan to Unlimited Home plan at BSNL office. But simply they are saying as they have not received any applications from me. And also they were saying it might be missed because of staff change in the office. Even if staff changed also how can they through out my application? Because of BSNL staff negligence for the June month also I have to pay huge amount.
                            BSNL is charging more and providing very poor quality net service. Many times net has been disconnecting. And it was not worked completely for some days.

I gave letter to change my plan to Unlimited ... but they have not updated it... and this months bill has come to Rs.13000 ... my average bill is Rs. 800 to Rs. 1000... How can they do this...                               We are really frustrated following with BSNL for the new landline and Broadband connection, their advertisement claim so many things but in reality nothing happens

                              I stay in Bangalore, On Nagarabhavi Main road, Saraswathi Nagar, Vijayanagar, Bangalore 560040

                              I applied for a new Landline telephone and Broadband connection in the month of Dec2007 on line in their website, it was a combo offer. After a week i contacted them, they told me that they got all the details and Work order is already raised and a connection will be provided within a week...i was following with them many times and even after 2 months they did not provide me the new connection, finally they have written me saying that they cannot provide the same due to non availability of the new pair of cable( as the port is full) for expanding they are not getting permission from BBMP for digging the road. i contacted them last week same answer and they are estimatiing one more year for providing the same...this is the MONOPOLY BSNL is having

                              me too facing the same type of problem.last two weeks there is no link for the internet and my complaining for that on daily basis but always get a new contact no where i can complaint.i daily dial 10 different contact no to launch my complaint and till not not able to register that.

                              Dear Sir/ Madam,
                              I have a combo connection of Landline & broadband router from BSNL Indore. I took this service seven months back. The nature of my query is at the time of Installation i asked the engineer to provide me with User ID & Password to secure my WLAN but on the contrary of the answer I expected he has given me a condition that I need to pay Rs.700/-for getting the line secured. I just want to know whether is this a regulation of BSNL. I have taken a plan where i get unlimited downloads all the time 24/7.
                              Isn't it wrong on everybody sake when we hear every now and then about emails from unknown persons giving threat to people including goverment establishments. There is a possibilty is this case that my privacy has been compromised. I even purchased the router from BSNL people only. Do suggest me for the necessary step to sort out the matter at earliest.

                                  I have broadband connection of BSNL.My telephone number is [protected]. My problem is that without using the broadband connection much, I was sent abnormal amount of bills in two cnsecutive months by the BSNL office, Samastipur, Bihar. I was shocked to see that. So I decided to change the password of my userID keeping in mind any possibility of leakage of password. But when I tried to login using my old password, I got the message that it is the incorrect username/password. I tried again and again but failed. Before this I also tried to lock my phone dynamically but I failed to do so that also by the suggested procedure. When I contacted the local BSNL office, I did not get satisfactory results. My userID is sweta_prasad and my password is "password" as per record issued by the local BSNL Office.

                                  I, therefore request you to kindly pay attention regarding my problems as soon as possible as I have already suffered a lot. I will be very thankful to you for this.

                                  - FIrst of all i would like to say, when we gave password for bsnl telephone, broadband connection was not their. now we have broad connection on bsnl telephone. Now i have to change the password but i am not able to change the password.

                                  - Is there any diferent procedure for changing password on BSNL telephone when it is connected to broadband. If so please intimate me procedure or steps to be done for changing password on my email ID s.[protected]@gomassystems.com

                                    it is a national service...but customer care is extremly annoying...perhaps they are government servent.. so there is no fear of bosses..or inquiries...and.. sometimes theyv are not trained enough about the solutions..

                                      It appears that the fact of complain lodged on 29.05.08 was denied on03.06.08at01.44pm and accepted onthe same day at 01.45pm.My question is as 29.05.08 was earlier date than03.06.08 at01.44 pm, then for which purpose they send the said e.mail that the complain was not properly lodged?
                                      I think that it is an example for their non efficiency in every sphere and non caring attitude to the customer.

                                      My uncle, aging almost 77 plus, leaves alone at Bhowanipur. His greatest link to us all, as well for other important civic requirements essential for an old man, is through a telephone having No[protected].                                       Three complaints have already been lodged with no result worth mentioning except a call against the first complaint when someone from the telephone department took notice of the exact nature of the complaint.

                                      The nature of all the complaints and the responses received by each leads to one bottom line...

                                      "Fate of poor customers are in the hands of the all mighty BSNL, and they refuse to be customer-friendly, come what may..."

                                      When it comes to service, I have faced similar problems with my broadband connection, lodged complaints only to receive new phone numbers each time to correctly solve my problem, and the last one I received "24352200" is "out-of-order". And quite inevitably my problem remains unsolved...

                                      Ironically when BSNL themselves have their exchange telephones "out-of-order", its useless for us to depend on them to resolve our problems. Its better to surrender your lines and opt for some other customer-friendly service provider, but beware of atleast one big name who carries almost similar attitude as of its elder brother when it comes to customer service.

                                      I have been facing tremendous problem with my broadband connection from the day one.My telephone [protected] is also malfunctioning since last six to seven months.After several dockets my broadband connection is restored for a short tenure but again problem with the connection.Moreover for my telephone, if an incoming or outgoing call is made, while the broadband is on, the modem is hanged for several minutes.
                                      I was assured by your office that my broadband and telephone connection is restored but the problem arises from the very next day.
                                      I am really befuddled.

                                      Earlier complaint No. U2692 dated 23.5.2009 lodged in Taratolla Telephone Exchange in connection with the telephone no 2401 2399 has not yet been attended till date. The original complain was about severe disturbance in the telephone line which makes it impossible to hear the voices of either side and some times the inward calls are not available.

                                      I haven't received my telephone bill for the landline no : [protected].Please provide me the customer id so that I can pay my bill online.
                                      My landline No. is 24816877. Last three weeks the line has been lying dead and whenever I complained I was simply advised that "thre is underground fault and it is under rpairing". My last complained docket No.is C5812 dt 27/07/2009. When I visited concern officer I was given the same reply yesterday around 3 pm. Around 4-30 PM I saw one lineman was working on the telephone joint box just in front of my flat. I got down and asked him to check my line. He told me that your line has no fault and he showed me some open cables hanging in the telephon post down my flat. I saw wires of two cables are joined due to wind and when he detached the joint my telephone started working. He explained that in our area concerned lineman never paid a visit and whenevr any complain lodged he simply advised his hireups that it was underground fault. Such happened twice in my case. The matter was brught to the notice of concerned officer Mr. Pandey (at Ranikuthi BSNL Office) yesterday and I had requested him to take appropriate action against the line man in our area. What happend, from today morning my telephone started warning me "You are in default and your line has been temporarily disconnected". I have not committed any default and I have paid all my bills timely which could be viewed in internet. My two Bills of Internet and landline were paid on the 27.07.09 when I lodged my complaint personally.

                                      Under this circumstances I would rather request BSNL to ask us to surrender our line and ask us why are we paying loyality to our Public Sector Company instead of going to companies under Private Sector.

On receiving my Sept'09 telephone bill, I noted with my utter surprise that an amount of Rs.107.45 has been charged as the late fine. The due date of Aug'09 bill was 1.9.09 but I deposited the bill on 5th October'09. As such, a sum of Rs.20.52 should have been charged (as I learnt from Aug'09 bill). I also failed to understand as to how the system showed the Aug'09 as "unpaid" even after making the payment.
                                      I hope you will correct your record and send me a fresh bill so that I can make payment of September'09 bill. I also request your kind attention to this matter and inform me accordingly.

                                      My telephone landline No.27757906 is not working since last five months. I have no dues. The complaint number recently they gave is [protected]. Kindly rectify at the earliest.

                                      I have submitted an application for changing my land line receiver set on 18/11/09 at Behala Exchange and later recorded the claim at New Alipore telephone office on 19.1.09. The set becomes unserviceble during rainy season and at present ring is not audible, sometimes few dialing rids do not work at all. 4-5 years back I repeteadly complained but I was asked to procure personal set. I was using my personal set till 18/1/09. Now I request either a good receiver with caller ID facility should be supplied to me or take back the old set and monthly rent should be deducted in the monthly bill.

                                      It appers that BSNL, a previous Government Dept is sure to face the fate of dinosauers, that is extinction.The Company is not accustomed to treat the consumer with respect and has not come out of the mind set of the government. They are habituated with ordinery citizens queing up for services doled out by a government with scarse resources. Rampant corruption prevails at all levels-its lower level personnel do the most routine service only for some bakshish in return. I had th eexperience of paying bakshish too return an instrument after surrender of land line.

                                      The management of BSNL should introspect whether they can do any thing equal or better than what the private telcos are already doing.They have gone down in the rankings and survive on governmental and PSU customes. Infact for a country like India and its common people a government telecom company is very much essential. But BSNL with its culture and attitude is not the agency for the same.Its personnel were goverment employees.who have no respect for the consumer. Its web sites and response mechanisms are the most ordinery,in fact they are unresponsive.Better dismantle the entire out fit and create some thing new would be the solution.

                                        I have made innumerable complaints regarding the poor performance of BSNL broadband connection on my phone no[protected], the DSL light frequently disappears and the broadband connection stops, many a times staff have turned up but have not solved the problem, they say that wiring is to be changed but take no action. Further it is surprising that the dialup connection works fine, I have compliant so many times regarding this issue.but no one take care of this issue.

                                        I am also having the same problem of frequent disconnection of broadband. I also lodged comlaints. BSNL technicians say that the problem is with wiring. But, as and when the disconnection occurs, I am rebooting the ADSL Modem and I am getting the connection immediately. If the problem is with wring, how can I establish the connection every time I reboot the modem? In my opinion, the problem may be with modem or setting. Alternatively, BSNL may be designating the catogory "connection on demand". If any one has found a solution, please publish in this column to help others to set up the modem properly.
