sorry to sat that,
bsnl saral anath sms service was not satisfied to me

and no offers in this saral ananth plan..
I have excel anant connection last two years, I want to change plant to saral anant, so Iam sending six sms; (replay is true) talking with customer care but dont change by bsnl west bengal team.please help me.

hello, , right now i am using EXCEL-MEGA STUDENT pack... its valid till aug 20th... i want to migrate to SARAL plan... what procedures am i to follow??? could you please guide me?
I was a subscriber of Excel Ananad. On getting a message that Call charges of Saral is Rs. 1/-, I converted to Excel Saral. Subsequently I know that recharging with vourcher of denominations 200 and above is must in this scheme. How can I reconvert to my Excel Anand.

    i have BSNL (Cellone) mobile no([protected]).
    On 03/07/08 i used GPRS sevice for only 2-3 minutes but when i see my balance on 04/07/08 my balance was reduced by Rs 200/-
    i can not understand how they deduct my this much money?
    when i contact customers care they told me that they can not help me and told me to go in consumer forum.

    Whenever I want to see my CELLONE DUPLICATE BILL DETAILS, THE MESSAGE SAYS " NO BILL EXISTS" every time I log on to. My other friends can see it easily except myself
    Kindly correct the problem and post the bill on Net so that I can see the bill amount and pay it early.

      Telephone dead
      Sir,
      My BSNL PCO Phone :[protected] is dead since from[protected] and the complaint has been logged with the firm on[protected] and the docket No:3. The complaint is not attended till today. The frequent follow ups with concerned Divisional Enginner do not fruitful and most ofthe times no one is available to attend when i tried to contact Area manager and General Manager. Totally I feel it is negligience & attitude problem towards customer satisfaction, beacause to attend the complaint it should not take more than a week in worst condition. Due to this reason I have cancelled 2bsnl pco lines & alternative I have a
      Reliance ISD PCO I suppose to have a 4bsnl line due to this reason
      I have to surrender the 2bsnl line at present I have 2bsnl PCO and
      1reliance PCO.
      I hope atleast now the authorised people will awake from their deep sleep and satisfy the customers like me who are facing one or the onother problem with regard to servive in this telecommunication line.

        Dear Sir,
        I'm utilising BSNL broadband service for past 10months. Now i have a repeated problem in intra-net connectivity last 10 days. Customer sevice responding my issue and assured with in a day it will be corrected . Still this connectivity error ( not connected in service 815 error found) is coming continously. Can you please rectify this issue.

        BSNL Broadband is full of BLOODY PEINCHODS and MA CHODS thats what i comment for BSNL
        Dear Sir,
        I'm utilising BSNL broadband service for past 10months(Home 250). Now i have a repeated problem in net connectivity for last 50 days(25th july '08 onwards). I logged the complain in the proper way and I also visited concern SDO several times and told about my complain in verbal and also in writings but till date it is not corrected . Still this connectivity error ( ADSL not blinking or fixed ) is coming continously. Can you please rectify this issue at the earliest, as I am paying the rent for this in regular course without getting services.

        BSNL/Broadband — Connection Error

        I am not able to connect to the net from the next day of connection.. I reported/complained to bsnl authority a number of times. But they are not even reponding. As I got connection for education purpose it is too difficult for me to study. The FIRST COMPLAINT I REPORTED WAS A MONTH AGO, STILL NO ACTION.

        BSNL BB — BSNL connection issue

        I am using BSNL BB for last one year, often i am getting connection issue. There is no proper response and its very worst service. :(

        i m using mtnl broadband connection of rs 600 unlimited plan but i am sorry i think i made a mistake because i dnt knw wat to do for using it.
        continuously from the first day ,its giving me headache ..i have complaint so many times at shahdara branch ,even i have changed my line after a long struggle but stillll its nt wrking .the line man they sent or can say so called problem solver is such a dumb his name is suraj .he dnt knw anything .how to solve the problem even he dont understand what the problem is ...thats making me frustrated so much .
        i already had a loss of rs 10000 because of that great mtnl connection ..so plzzzzzzz plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
        do something so that we consumer can say that we are mtnl users proudly

        BSNL Broadband — broadband connection error

        after getting connection for braodband & modem from BSNL, there is an error in conecting broadband connection. Error no. is 678 : Remote computer does not respond. Though I got link (broadband connected), link disconnected within 3 to 4 minutes. Also lot of time is required to connect the link. Kindly help ??

          Broad band is slow.
          It stalls every now and then between 10.30 AM and 3:30 PM every day
          ADSL link light goes off every evening arround 5:00Pm(17:00) till next day morning.

          but otherwise BSNL Broadband is a Heven and not SEVEN but now it is so.
          This is the status since a month
          efforts to bsnl is difficult but after effort no result

          My no is[protected]. From Sasaram Bihar. I have brodband connection on it 750 Home unlimited plan. from some days I am not able to connect my internet, I have complained about it to 1957, 1500 And to my nearest bsnl branch, but no one is helping me
          The DSL light starts blinking and the video chat stops. Soon after the internet connectivity goes off. Mostly happens on Saturday and Sundays.

            Sir,

            I was out of station from 02.06.2008 to 20.06.2008 to Eastern UP. Before going there balance of my mobile no. [protected] was approx. + Rs. 4000/- During this period I called rarely 2 to 4 calls and receive max.10 calls. After returned from there on 20.06.2008 when i checked my balance it was approx. Rs. 2500/-. I shocked due to this and immediately cotacted to customer care, but they told me that you deduction of balance is right. But they are not giving me details. They have filed complaint in this regard also. I was in touch wid them for 7 to 10 days. But finally the officer shown their inability to resolve my problem.

            Sir, I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and check my calles during 02.06.2008 to 20.06.2008 and do the needful please.

            Looking for favourable action please.

              I have Sony Ericsson w200i.
              when I insert my SIM into it, it starts sending message automatically. then it gives error ' message sending fail '.
              My message centre Number is also OK.
              and when i complained in customer care they told me 'they can solve it' But they hadn't did that.
              My SIM CARD numbering[protected] is not yet active.When I fix an arrore report came"Invalid SIM" Kindly make it active.All bill are paid in full.

                Ref. : Complain No. KHB 36446 dt. 23.06.08.

                Dear Sir,

                With utmost regret I wish to inform you that my above mentioned telephone had gone out of order on 5.6.08 about which I had lodged complain No. KHB-35015 dated 5.6.08. The problem was rectified only after 15 days i.e. on 21.6.08. But my phone connection again got disrupted on 22.6.08. Again I got my complain recorded vide No. KHB-36446 dt. 23.6.08. More than a week has passed away but my phone connection is still out of order.

                Here I must mention that my father is very old, and is a Heart Patient. I am my self employed in a Private Company is Patna itself. I have to remain out of my house from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. every day. Except my mother & my wife there is no male member in my family who could take care of my ailing father in the event of an emergency. The only source of connection with me from my home is my telephone.

                It is therefore prayed that you kindly get my telephone connection operational immediately and oblige.

                  I am Ashish from Indore Today on 04th of july '08, I got a message from BSNL "Thank you for chosing BSNL Tunes. You will be charged Rs. 20 as monthly subscription fee in your current bill". I was not dialled any no., not sms any thing even not press * button then how can the service activate on my mobile. Costumer Care says we can't do anything (they always do nothing)

                  It is a crime to charge any money on fake basis and it comes under the Consumer Protection Act and you, the BSNL will be charged at complaint as I Am Dr. SPS Rana MA, M Phil. Ph D, LLB and this feke charge of tunes by BSNL is a very poor show, I strongly criticise this type of practice. I am literate but think of those Indians having BSNL prepaid mobiles and dont even know to read your parasite massaging that you have deducted a certain amount out of their innocent account. Why and why is this so? BSNL is an accused entity before the court of law and is liable under 420 of IPC and the Consumer Protection Act. The only thing is that BSNL must return the fraudulently deducted money from all the prepaid mobiles of India within 24 hours. Shame on BSNL and I will throw the sim in a gutter.

                    Dear Sir,

                    From the date of 21st June, 2008 (Saturday) my telphone number 2387376 is dead. It is due to reason that HUDA is laying pipe lines on sector road near to Belvedere Appartments. All the cable lines are cut /destroyed miserably. BSNL, DLF Phase II authorities are not sure how much time will it take to restore the connection.

                    I would request BSNL, DLF II, Gurgaon not to charge any kind of rental/service charges towards phones and dial up Internet connection from the customers of DLF Phase III from the date of 21st June, 2008 till the lines are restored.

                    The issue rest in the court of BSNL and HUDA and public/customers should not suffer any financial burden.

                    Pl expedite restoration of cable connections.

                      cellone prepaid sim — sim is not working properlly

                      My cell no is [protected] whi is not working properlly, when iam calling it is suddenlly it is telling insert sim, frequentlly it is happening

                        Hi I am Balaji living in Ambattur, Chennai.

                        I have a BSNL Landline 26252548, this number is been dead for the last 2 weeks. I have filed more than 3 complaints for the same and yet to receive a proper answer from BSNL.

                        Except for the number of Ad'S BSNL is not doing anything for these kind of problems.

                        Being a technical person i understand the difficulties faced in keeping a service up forever. But a customer paying ~1000Rs/Month requires an answer like when this line would be rectified and what the problem was.

                          I have a bsnl prepaid connection in kerala.my number is [protected]. i had deactivated bsnl tunes 1 month ago.But even after the deactivation they have been taking the money from my account for the renewal of the bsnl tunes.i called the customer care and they are always saying excuses.i already lost more than Rs. 40/-.I don't know what to do now.They are robbing my money.

                          BSNL Customer service personels / employees are totally waste . they are not properly listening and very bad feedbacks/ answers to the customers. i have a problem to deactivate jokes from 56505. for this i was called almost 50 times with customercare, still the problem is not solved. they have given someny complaint no, even one is not given correctly. Realy i am very pity to the bsnl customercare. first give them proper training, othervise they are looting somuch public momey for nothing in their work results.

                            Sorry but BSNL broadband usage detail page was give you problem if there are cookies enabled in your service. If you really want to get rid of this problem just Open FIREFOX-->on menu select TOOLS--->Options---->open Privacy Tab----->Show Cookies and click on clear all cookies option.                             Bbservices.bsnl.in — Broadband user details

                            I tried to open your website bbservices.bsnl.in to find out my broad band usage details several times but in vain. Inavailability of customer services is not appreciated from such a well renowned service provider like you. Please look into the matter urgently.
                            i am getting my user name/password as invalid although i have typed it correctly.my usage is not being displayed
                            from last 3 days my bsnl bb is not connected today it's connect
                            but the problem is when i want 2 see my current/monthly usage on www.bbservice.bsnl.in is not opening login page it open http://bbservice.bsnl.in/wps/portal which is not having usage page so plz help me & my freinds & speed r 2 slow i check on culcuttaspeedtest it shows me 536kb of speed.
                            is there any solution on excess biling?
                            i'm getting excess bill in feb, march, may & june in june i get 1124 rs in my bsnl bill but when i research in bsnl main office i found my bill is only 192 rs.so i'm not compaining in consumer forum but if i complaining on c.f. can they refund me?
                            my second q.is if we r pay bsnl & they r not providing good service
                            what should we do for that ?my bsnl bb plan is 500c & from 3 days it disconnected. plz help us.

                            Full fledged cheating these BSNL guys, when I got my first bill it came as 13, 3000/- for the BSNL proposed 12GB upload/download, on enquiring it came down to only 300MB only and 500 monthly rental.

                            this time, the bill comes up to 6000+ RS, now they say i downloaded 9GB of data which is not true.

                            No control on issuing bill these guys, must be published in paper like times

                              i am a bsnl subscriber from last 2years but i am totally unsatisfied with this company because of the poor network. i never get any messages from this company about any new schemes from the purchase of my sim and the calls are also being disconnected everytime. when ever i try to call somebody it shows connection error. i request you to please concentrate on my problem as soon as possible.

                              Sir, I am a user of BSNL mobile since 3 years. My no. is [protected] and I reside in 153, Samta Colony, Raipur.But since few months I am receiving very poor network signal in my home. I am loosing business as I miss many important calls. Earlier the network was not so poor but now a days its worse. Even most of the calls made or received on Bsnl mobile is cross connected.

                              I am living in Pune in Model Colony
                              Until a few months back my BSNL mobile was working pretty OK,
                              but from the past few months friends using other service providers [Airtel, Idea & Vodafone] are unable
                              to reach me. Same problem when I try to call them. Worst is the calls gets connected & then they cant hear me. I'm billed for the call.
                              But from same location if I try a BSNL number the call goes through.

                              Is there some transaction going on between BSNL & other service providers have not paid-up & thats why BSNL is restricting access?

                              If yes, BSNL is making a BIG mistake because if inter-portability does not come soon,
                              I plan to change from my plan of 550 Rs a month to 99Rs plan for old incoming & buy a Reliance CDMA hand set & take a prepaid plan with per sec billing
                              [billing has increased to 1000 Rs b'cos of dropped calls from average of 600 per month]

                                Hello,

                                I have requested a shifting for phone line with the number 23655117 from Kavalbyrasandra, RT Nagar, Bangalore to Gururaj Layout, Marathahalli, Bangalore on 28th April 2008. Its as of now 02 July 2008 there is no clue on the status. I went to Indiranagar Exchange and gave a complaint to Babi Maran (Area Manager) 3 weeks back, he wrote the details on his dairy as if he is going to do some help to me... but there were no proceedings from his side. If the Area Manager of such a huge exchange (in Indiranagar) feels so responsible just think how can people trust these government services. I would feel all these government services should be privatized and throw such people like Babi Maran from such organizations.
                                Only GOD knows when our country INDIA is again going to be in SAFE hands. Pray to GOD for our country friends.

                                I strongly agree with you dear friends Srinivas, if praying can help to change our country INDIA I would be there in front of GOD 24/7/365. I think some miracle should happen for these government organizations.
                                That was a nice posting Srinivas, changing INDIA govt is too far. But if the superior of Babi Maran at least feels himself responsible he should at least warn him and say not to repeat these type of mistakes. If his superior is also of the same type... as you said only GOD can help...

                                Guys you demand your requirements from the GOVT AUTHORITIES, they are the public servants... Its you who are paying them from your taxes... Please feel responsible and demand your requirements from them.

                                But please... please you guys be sure of what you do.

                                  I am, Samarjit Majumder, residing in Kolkata. I have a BSNL Lifetime prepaid connection. I wanted to convert it into general prepaid due to heavy call charges in Lifetime connection. I called BSNL Customer Care to know all the details and needs of plan conversion. They informed that a simple sms will do the same immediately after sending it. So, i sent the sms on 21st May'08. Unfortunately till today(1st jul'08) my plan hs not been converted. I send 2 more similar sms on 22nd May'08. But all were of no use. I called customer care many times. Everytime they request me to wait for sometime but ultimately no result comes out. I raised a complain for this on 28th May'08. Customer care people told me that within 24 hour my problen will be solved. But that too passed 3 days and my connection is still not converted. Everytime i call customer care people, they tell me various problems like server down, network failure, request under process etc etc.
                                  Can you please help me out in this matter because I am unable to call anyone due to high call charge of lifetime connection.Please help me.

                                  my mobile no [protected] mai pahlay se life time tarrif tha , lekin BSNL nay apne aap hi khatam kar diya mushe dwara tarrief lena pada
                                  BSNL does not care customers. I had problem with my general connection. BSNL metering do not follow the normal clock. They always deduct at least 1P more on each call. Once they deducted Rs.30/-. I did not know what the reason was. I called up Customer Care but they could not tell me the reason. In one and half month I complained three times. Every time they gave me fresh complaint no. Finally I threatened them to switch over to other service provider. But, they did not bother. Finally, when balance amount became NIL. I applied for MNP. After that BSNL called me up and asked me for the reason. I told caller that they neither informed me the reason for deducting Rs.30/- nor refund the amount after three complaints. On hearing that caller asked me whether I will be with BSNL if the amount was returned. I replied that I have already spent Rs.19/- for MNP and do not want to remain with BSNL for NO CARE for customers.

                                    My Telephone and Broadband connections were faulty from 25.06.09 and complained to the Exchange authorities and

                                    Telephone fault booking system on 26.06.09.Since no action has been taken by the Pattazhi Telephone authorities I contacted them

                                    They replied that the TM is on leave and nothing can be done till he arrives. Then I contacted your office and Office staff informed that I may Contact Phone No.[protected], then I contacted them many times and they informed me that they are unable to get the fault rectified by the pattazhi exchange authorities. They advised me to contact Phone No.2799990 for further action. Then I contacted the authorities at Telephone 2799990 and I was told that my Telephone and Broadband connection will be made serviceable immediately. Finally on 3rd July JTO came to my house and the telephone line was made serviceable. The JTO told me to bring the modem for checking at the Exchange and it will take some days to get the Broadband modem repaired. I should not make any phone call to my superiors as it will not help you. On 6th of July I took the modem to Exchange at 10.15 AM and the JTO made me wait there till 12.15 PM and gave me a modem. I took the modem and connected to my computer and found it is not working. Then I informed the JTO that the modem is not working. He told me to bring the modem to the exchange. On the next day I took the modem to the exchange. He gave me the same modem and told it is working properly and fault is in telephone line .After connecting to my computer I found that modem is not working and telephone line is working properly. I informed the JTO the same. He then came to my house and took the modem with him. On 09.07.09 I have given a written complaint to the JTO that Telephone and Broadband connection remains unserviceable for longer period and this type of service provided by BSNL is not suitable for me (copy of the letter attached). It is very unhealthy for the government department, that the staff of the organization not having team spirit and cooperation. Staffs are blaming each other, instead of solving the problems of customer. You may also kindly refer may letters dated 14.09.07 and 23.11.07.



                                    I therefore, kindly request you to disconnect the above service, if your department cannot provide uninterrupted Broadband service. If you are not able to provide satisfactory service for my connections, you are requested to arrange payment of my deposit and other charges levied on me for installation of the broadband because I have availed the service for few days only.

                                    I have BSNL Broadband internet connection (with phone line). I have Huawei Quidway WA1003A Modem.
                                    The problem is whenever I tried to connect to the internet the connection will be on 5 min. or so, then the connection stops. Refreshing does not help. Sometimes I switch off the Modem and switch on. Sometimes I get the connection. But again the problem persists. Thus, if I want to listen to a song online, it will take an HOUR or so.

                                    I complained to BSNL, Banglore. They responded and the connectivity was OK then. But again after 2 days the same problem continues.

                                    I do not know whether the same type of problem is faced by other BSNL Broadbank users and what is the real problem. Whether it is line fault or failure at BSNL server.

                                    On the modem the following lights will be on:
                                    1.Power 2.Status 3.ADSL 4.Wireless 5.USB (this light stops blinking whenever connectivity fails)

                                    I request you to take up the matter with appropriate authorities and solve the problem.

                                    We have applied a Broadband Connection in our Telephone (With No: 0476 – 2821795). The applied plan is Rural USO Combo 250, as per the plan the modem should be provided by BSNL free of Cost. But I came to know that now modem is not available in BSNL.
                                    So you may please do the needful for the free supply of the Modem. Revert to us if you need any for their clarification on the above. Awaiting a favorable reply from your end.

                                      we suffaring lots of problem about bsnl net running slowly, we are complained many time

                                      SIr i have been making complaints since the month of Feb that my broad band connection is not working. many time i have talked to you executives and engg. but no satisfactory reply was given to me. Apart of that i was told to call some private macanique to solve the problem..
                                      Sir, i have a complaint that if we customers pay rent for whole month, than our connection should be properly work for whole month as well. At every call to your call center i request them to send some engg. to solve the problem but i didn't gt any engg. just a call from your side is thr and they ask some question regarding connection and tell me to wait until some one come to repair it...
                                      What shall i do... shall i deduct the internet rent for the time it doesn't work... coz even you can see the usage how ong it has not been working...!!

                                      Sir 2 days before also i have registered a complaint that since last week of Feb., 09 my broad band connection on phone no .2711889 is not working, i have talked many many times to 1957 and also to local office regarding this comnplain. but no action has been taken yet.
                                      People sitting in office use to given us suggestion to repair it ourselves, whereas nobody from dptt. has been send to sortout the problem..!!
                                      now the thing is if da connection is not working for whole month (as you can see in your account) why should i pay the rent of BB.
                                      Plz suggest me what to do from my side... shall i go to consumer court for this matter or you will suggest me something...!!
                                      I request you to repair/sortout the problem of BB and charge my rent for the days my BB coneection worked for in a month.

                                      Till now i have received good services from BSNL but since last month i am unable to see my usage on www.dataone.in because of which i am unable to judge my limit and last month it exceeds and i had to pay for that extra limit.

                                      I am Martin Marthw, I gave an application for BSNL broadband Connection on 4th July 2009.still now I didn’t get the connection, if I go through any private connection it will get with in one hour, but I paid Rs/500 for that .what I will do?

                                      bsnl is not sucess to broadband feilds bsnl customer paid very high rent & broad band service is very very cheap and third class so bsnl close all broadband connection .

                                      i currently have bsnl 750 + unlimited plan at my home.according to the plan i should get 256 kbps speed but getting just 28kbps speed
                                      Its really worst in connection. Always there will be fluctuation. It will not connect easily, even though its connected there will be fluctuation. Please repair these problems for my broadband connection.

                                      my postpaid bill is paid up to july 2010.and i have not recieve the bill of july 2010.i have get it from taar ghar saharanpur.after the 2 days of last date of the bill.the billing officer took from me extra charges due to late bill.i ask him that what is the my fault i[censored] donot send me the bill by post.the officer says that submit this case to consumer coart.and now my problem is given below:-

                                      i have complained so many times. but there is no impact on my bsnl exchange. my phone is every time disturbed and loud noise. there is every time disturbance and loud noise in my telephone line. i use bsnl broadband also so my internet connection speed is very slow and link off due to this fault in my line. i m suffering from this problem from 2 months. my connection provide from salam DP which is located in 56 set kumhar toli p.o dorand ranchi jharkhand . plz help me and suggest the bsnl exchange to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        I could not make any outgoing calls from my mobile No [protected] from Gurgaon, haryana i.e. in Dolhin network from 18/06/2008. My sim is BSNL Maharashtra. I have made complaint to the custemor service centre but no use. My registered complaint docet Nos are 2426195 and 2438308. Incomming as well as SMS fecility is available. Connection is of postpaid and balance available is Rs 2714/- and validity up to 4th Sept 2008.

                                        dolphin — outgoing calls not operative

                                        my mobile phone no [protected] is not being allowed outgoing call facility since monday 16.2.2009 despite the fact that bill was cleared by me. pl. look into and allow outgoing calls immediately and oblige.
                                        I could not make any outgoing calls from my mobile No [protected] from mahabaleshwar (pratapgad) i.e. in cell one network from 24/12/2011. My sim is BSNL Maharashtra. Incomming & outgoing as well as SMS fecility is not available. Connection is of prepaid and balance available is Rs- 200/- and validity up to life time my email id is [protected]@gmail.com...pls do it needful
