BSNL — non working of a landline number though my cellphone,which registered under excel power service.

I am a user of Cellone prepaid service for last four years . My cell No. is [protected] . I am using Exelpower service for approximately 20 months . The two numbers registered under this service are:- (a) [protected] & (b) [protected] . Fore last four days i.e. from 19/March/2008 I am not being able to dialthe second number of the above from my cell, as whenever this number is being dialed it says that " The dialed number does not exist " In order to settle the problem I called the customer service centre ([protected] ) on 21/March/2008 & appraised them about the problem & was assured that they would soon fix it . Today I again called & told them that the problem is still persisting & requested them to do the needfull . But today I received a regret from them as they told me that this is a problem which relates to the local CCN office & that they could not handle it . Now for last five days I am not allowed to call my parents as the number blocked on my cellphone is of my parents, & the customer service centre of this department which is claimed to be the right place for solving the problems of their customers has not been able to help me after wasting so much time of mine . Besides it is also surprising that what the use of a customer service centre which instead of fixing the problem, has become a place where after wasting time I can get another address to go to & then hope that will again not find another address to go to !

BSNL power plan — Delay in activation of power plan

I opted for power plan of BSNL which was suppose to be activated in 48hrs.This was promised to me on 10th of February 2009.Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

I have rechage Rs399/- magic rechagarge on last Monday(16.02.2009), but till date it is yet not activate. Regading this I have also lounch complain to your customer Care vide complain # 3450863., but yet not I have got any feedback from your end. We have registered complaint of our Residence Phone No.[protected]Y.Jayalakshmi), R.R.Nagar, Old Bowenpally., Secunderabad - Complaint No. DOC.No.[protected] dt 15.12.09, We regret to inform u that No person have attended the Complaint and resolved the problem, very frequently we been following through phone reg.complaint, but so far the complaint is not yet recitified, but yesterday when we called to customer care they informed that the complaint is closed as the problem is solved. We are really wonder how come it is closed when the complaint is not attended by anyone from BSNL.

This is been happneing very frequently. We been calling to BSNL no proper response from your end.As soon as this mail is reached to u, and if the problem is not rectified as early as possible, it is better to close the connection of BSNL and we go for other connections, where do we have good service. Phone will not work for half of the month but Bill charges are supposed to pay for monthly bill. We are not at all satisfied with this connection. As per your action to this reaction further connections of BSNL will be continued. Or else treat this letter that we will disconnect BSNL connection. This is for your further information.

I have BSNL Excel prepaid (UPE) with mobile no. [protected] in the name Vishal Agarwal.For last one month message is coming from No[protected] giving thanks for subscribing Sm Pack and every week they are deducting Rs 8 from my balance though i have not subscribed this service many times . Many times i have given message for unsubcribing but not given positive response. I have complaint on customercare no . 1500 and[protected] they have noted my complaint but no action has been taken one complaint number i am mentioning one complaint number 6217298 on 28 may 2010.I have told the person who talked to me to deactivate this permanently this service but no positive reponse .

    i got a message to download any dialer tone FREE FREE FREE, and the call would be Rs 4/- min. When i selected the tune i got a message that Rs 12/- will bededucted for the Dialer Tune And Rs 20/- will be deducted monthly . I DONT UNDERSTAND WHERE DOES THE AMOUNT COME WHEN IT WAS ADVERTISED AS FREE???? WHEN I CONTACT THE HELPLINE NO I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD NOT GOT ANY INTIMATION ABOUT THE FREE SERVICE AND HENCE THE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED AND THE ONLY THING THEY COULD DO WSA TO SAY "SORRY".

    To be honest BSNL cal centre are the most disgusting, illiterate and i think they are just chosen from nowere.They juat cnt explain the simplest thing and if they do the thing doesnt works properly.For past four days i 've been asking those emplyees how or whats the procedure to get a pre chosen caller tune, one of the fella from from cal centre asked me to just press the very first 4 letter of the song and you will get all the codes but i told him, with just mere four forst words of the song might not help but he never listened to me so i sai ok, lemme try and till date i 've been trying, , , and if my sayings eally concerns you(BSNL Department) then kindly guide how will i get this song TU MANE BHAGWAN EK VARDAAN AAPI DE(Gujarati Song) and set it as my caller tune..will be highly apprecaited..Thanking you..one of your a decade old BSNL user..

      Sir,
      many time I set new Caller tume but every time my caller tune not changed but BSNL get money for old Tune when i complint to BSNL this Number [protected] but ther dont give me Prper Answer.

        I have BSNL Cell One -Punjab- [protected].
        1. For the last three months I am being charged Rs 20+12=32 per month for a caller tune I never requested.
        2. Customer Care is not approachable-after following 123 ... procedure!
        3. Customer Care is not appraochable thro' the mobile number given in the Newspapers- with photo of Ms Preity Zinta!
        4. Trying other SMS methods has resulted in Rs 4/- per minute loss BUT no result.
        5.Trying to Change to some reasonable tune has resulted in further loss of money.

        Will Punjab Circle Cell One Authorities will stop my caller tune???

        58888 service occasionaly sends messags :used WAP service on Charges Rs 10. I have never used this service. Nor I have givren requisition for this service.Can they tell the reasons for this?

        I have already complained about charging of Rs 10 every now and then in the name of wap subscription service on 20th of february but today again the company has deducted Rs 10 on account of this service.There appearrs no check of these complaints.This is a good source of revenue to bsnl.The company is going in doldrums and clinging to straws for revenue.I am thinking of shifting to Vodafone on this very account.

        This is my third complaint within a span of 20 days. I recieve message"Thanks for using wap subscription service at...........Your total cost is Rs 10.I have never asked for nor subscribed this service. I have previously also sent complaints about these charges. But it always falls on deaf ears.It appears that nobody reads these complaints.

        1. For the last three months I am being charged Rs 30 per month for a caller tune I never requested.
        2. Customer Care is not approachable-after following 123 ... procedure!

        Please stop charging these undesired collections and reimburse the charges you have already taken.

          BSNL — Spam SMS

          I have constantly been bombarded by spam SMSs from IDs that start with 'BT-'. I have complained many times to the call centre but to no avail. They tell me to meet the Junior Engineer who in turn is most unhelpful. My phone is a DNC registered number but that seems to be not applicable to our national telecom provider.

          BSNL — Spam

          I have a BSNL pre-paid mobile service. BSNL spams me with SMS advertising of caller tunes of all sorts. The sender of such SMS is always one BA-611111. On an average I receive about 5 or 6 such SMS everyday. There is no way to block them all permanently but only delete them one by one patiently. Fed up of this!

            I got the Broad band connection in March 08 and I am happy with the speed and service. But the erratic behavior of the internet connection i.e unable to get connnectivity for three to four days continuosly, so many days makes me little bit uneasy. How to solve the problem. I have given complints at local office of BSNL, but the problem persist.

              Sir,

              i have taken a new BSNL post paid sim two weeks before. From that, i'm unable to call STD numbers. i was asked to call cellone services. i searched for that number online and called them. But they didn't take up my complaint. Instead they gave me another number to contact. when i contacted that number, no one is lifting the call. The ring goes on for more that 5 minutes.

              Also, with this new sim, i'm facing some problems. While i'm on the call, the call drops down abruptly and i'm to call again. Beacuse of this, my bills would be raising,

                I have applied for landline connection at my residence- 3A, Rajeshwari Paradise, Ideal Homes township, Rajarajeshwarinagar Bangalore 560098 on 19 June under Senior Citizen category for non-oyt-general .Till date nobody has responded or visited to provide the connection.As a 75 yr. old and partially disabled person I need the connection badly.

                Tel no.[protected] is not working properly since many months. At times it is working with disturbance and then it gets

                since last 2 years the underground cable in our area has developed a snag. we have been complaining for it since then, as there is a lot o[censored]nwanted noise in our phone and we cannot hear anything properly.                 Applied the form and paid the amount as mentioned , got reply from the person who collected money " your connection will be through in next 6 days " but after 60 days also , there is no indication for getting my line . Even there is no response for call.
                Approached customer care, diverting call to SDE office. Now I am in condition, where to demand.

                BSNL — Delay in connecting the landline telephone

                I have applied for shifting of our residential telephone on 22.05.2010 along with all the necessary documents. The order for [censored]ing the phone was prepared on hte same day. I was informed that the shifting will take about one week's time. Now it is about to one month since I have applied for the same without any result. When I have re-visited the BSNL office, twice, meanwhile, I was assured that it will be over in one or two days.
                Can you please help me in getting the telephone reconnected at the earliest?

                  Very slow transfer rate(downloading rate)

                  I have been using BSNL Broadband from 13 May 2008. I have 'Home 500' scheme. For this scheme, the actual transfer rate(downloading rate) is about 256kbps to 2mbps. But, from the date I am using broadband, I notice that the downloading rate is only between 30kbps to 40kbps. This consumes a lot of time to download which is so irritatting and also clearly shows that it is far far below the advertised/assured transfer rate . Hence,...

                  Three years when i first used BSNL broadband for two months usage i got a bill of 60, 000 rupees. They told me that i have uploaded 16 GB while I have not uploaded more than 4 GB. I have payed some 60% of the bill amount because it is waste to fight with the government and you cannot win the case.

I visited the local telephone exchange ( Noonmati Telephone Exchange, Guwahati, Assam) twice and the first time I met with the JTO and he assured me he will send someone asap to install the telephone but after a week passed by and without any connection I went to the telephone exchange again and this time met with the SDO and he jotted down my address and contact no. and told me he&#039;ll send someone within two days, its has been a week since my last visit with SDO and no one has even turned up at my door or even made a phone call. I need the telephone connection urgently as i&#039;m starting a new business and need access to the internet.
                    Please ponder over this and give a good resolution to the matter.

                      BSNL portal for usage details not opening. With limited account, it becomes difficult to control the usage. Consumers are at a loss on both counts. Because usage details cannot be seen, they may underuse or overuse. If they underuse, they do not get full value of their money. If they overuse, they are charged heavily. Such a tactic is unethical on the part of BSNL.
                      my internet connection very slow in downloading speed just 12kbps to 76kbps.

                        I got a message from BSNL/Jharkhand that "New tariff Vouchers introduced LOCAL/STD calls free on BSNL N/W with Rs. 549 and LOCAL Calls free on BSNL N/W with Rs. 298 Available through CTOPUP" on 07.070.08. I approch to one shopkeeper to recharged the same. After several efforts by the shopkeeper my number could not be chareged and he advise me u contact with BSNL Customer care, so I contacted to BSNL Customer case over this no. [protected]. He replied u try after some time it will do.
                        After my several effort but it did not rechage my mobile no. [protected] with this new tariff.
                        On 08.07.08, I again contacted with BSNL Customer care at 10.05 hrs, Some Customer executive Mr. Abhishek received my call. I asked him why this tariff is not working in my no. [protected] then he begain to start misbehave with me and told there is no solution of your sim no. so u dont call again in customer care for this purpose.

                        Therefore, I approch to your kind honour kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the Customer executive and let me know taken action.

When I enquired about it the person in the franchisee told me that he has instructed the Girl in the showroom not to issue RS.225/- card and issue only Rs.220/- Card as value has been changed, but the bloody idiotic Girl/Lady in the show room has issued the Rs.225 Card. He added that since BSNl is updating the software it will get charged on 1st march 2009, but in vain even after several attempts.

                        It is very clear that Most of the Cheats are bloody Girls/Ladies.

                        Please don't mind on what I am Complaining. This is really to much the way BSNL mobile service is providing to the costumers. I am using BSNL mobile since its start mobile service at Aizawl. But this is too much the way which disconnect my mobile without my knowledge. Its ok I am late for one week on giving bill. But what is Rs 2000 credit means which is written on the bill. Is it a joke making to costumer or real? My bill is only Rs 540 but credit limit given is Rs2000. Then, why the BSNL is disconnecting my mobile without giving further information? I am running a small business, mostly require mobile. This is quite enough. Please don't behave like this on future to the costumer. If you don't like me to use BSNL mobile, Its ok, I don't mind, Many other Service providers are also available in Aizawl.                             I have taken broad band connection - unlimited plan - Rs. 900.
                            i am getting only 256kbps, but one of my friend who took unlimited plan Rs.750 is getting 2mbps!!!

                            My BSNL Broadband is Very good next Phone line is very good, but not downloading speed support. Downloading only Transfer Rate 7Kbps 10MB Files Downloading time 1Hour.
                            Here i changed ADSL Router in three times. I had already complaint 45 time but no service persons not will come. I seen 6JE, 7Line Man, 45Calls Booking But not effect.

                            So please you kindly help us.
                            So i am in final stage disconnect only. Monthly 1000Bill Regular.

                              i want to know whether BSNL keep track of web sites i visited erlier?

                              bsnl dataone service [censored] you .
                              they have all time server down problem .
                              they unable to provide the satisfactory service.
                              i, m using my 750 unlimited plan .i got my connection in23 days .but i got internet service only 3 days .
                              i[censored] think to get a dataone connection .
                              please try airtel broadband unlimited.
                              dataone...so never try dataone .i[censored] think abt this .so plz try at yr own satisfaction. and trust me u never got the satisfaction.
                              u are always standing outside of the service provider office.

                                  i have a telephone (bsnl landline) no.[protected]. i got a broadband connection more than 2 months back. right from the first day the broadband is not working.either it does not get connected or even if it gets connected, it is very slow and gets disconnected within 10 minutes. however hard you may try you do not get reconnected. net one gets connected and works though at aslow speed. i have got the modem checked, the computer checked & formated but of no use. i have complained to local bsnl office only resulting disconnection of phone connection. i have complained to bsnl bhopal twice but without results.i do not know whether somebody will listen to me and do something.

                                    I got a BSNL Data one connection with Home 500 plan.
                                    When i checked my usage on the 3rd of july, it shows that i exceeded the 1.5 GB limit, where as I was using only during the night frre time.
                                    The download shows when my modem was actually switched off, that during my office time.
                                    Either some one in BSNL is using my account or billing is fraud. Please rectify this issue.
