DEAR SIR,
I am santimoy gorai[protected] we have bsnl broadband connection now in this time
we suffaring lots of problem about bsnl net running slowly, we are complained many time
to our nearest bsnl office, but they are no action about that.

so plz do needful about that.

I have BSNL Broadband connection.(750 unlimited plan). I got connection on January 26th.
In March 10th I got a bill two month bill.
1. 1703
2. 728
But, i used one month only.
What is the solution.

SIr i have been making complaints since the month of Feb that my broad band connection is not working. many time i have talked to you executives and engg. but no satisfactory reply was given to me. Apart of that i was told to call some private macanique to solve the problem..
Sir, i have a complaint that if we customers pay rent for whole month, than our connection should be properly work for whole month as well. At every call to your call center i request them to send some engg. to solve the problem but i didn't gt any engg. just a call from your side is thr and they ask some question regarding connection and tell me to wait until some one come to repair it...
What shall i do... shall i deduct the internet rent for the time it doesn't work... coz even you can see the usage how ong it has not been working...!!

Sir 2 days before also i have registered a complaint that since last week of Feb., 09 my broad band connection on phone no .2711889 is not working, i have talked many many times to 1957 and also to local office regarding this comnplain. but no action has been taken yet.
People sitting in office use to given us suggestion to repair it ourselves, whereas nobody from dptt. has been send to sortout the problem..!!
now the thing is if da connection is not working for whole month (as you can see in your account) why should i pay the rent of BB.
Plz suggest me what to do from my side... shall i go to consumer court for this matter or you will suggest me something...!!
I request you to repair/sortout the problem of BB and charge my rent for the days my BB coneection worked for in a month.

Till now i have received good services from BSNL but since last month i am unable to see my usage on www.dataone.in because of which i am unable to judge my limit and last month it exceeds and i had to pay for that extra limit.

Unsatisfactory BSNL broadband signal. While doing some work with internet, the signal goes off.
and there are repeatations of such incidents

I am Martin Marthw, I gave an application for BSNL broadband Connection on 4th July 2009.still now I didn’t get the connection, if I go through any private connection it will get with in one hour, but I paid Rs/500 for that .what I will do?

FAULT : DATA CONTINOUSLY NOT FLOW, SO MOST OF TIMES PAGE ERROR DISPLAYED . SO MANY TIMES REFRESH THEN PAGE LOADS SLOWLY
bsnl is not sucess to broadband feilds bsnl customer paid very high rent & broad band service is very very cheap and third class so bsnl close all broadband connection .

i currently have bsnl 750 + unlimited plan at my home.according to the plan i should get 256 kbps speed but getting just 28kbps speed
Its really worst in connection. Always there will be fluctuation. It will not connect easily, even though its connected there will be fluctuation. Please repair these problems for my broadband connection.
BROADBAND IS NOT WORKING SINCE A WEEK. PLEASE LOOK INTO IT AT THE EARLIEST...MY CONTACT NUMBER...[protected]
I have home 500 plan since 4 months now. For the last 2-3 months, the link has been very bad. Broadband allways-on connection has become allway-off !! Every other day, the link is down for 1/2 to 2 hours, and sometimes whole day. I have a telephone fault and it seems nobody at BSNL seem to care about complaints lodged 198 number.
