I think there is problem with the modem and i have been giving compliant in the toll frree no1500 but there is no reponse. I want my modem to be replaced.expecting response at the earliest.

excess charging

Dear sir /madam,
i m a bsnl landline customer. before 6 month i requested to change my tariff plan i.e. stop 99/- month atplan & activate the 199/- plan. BSNL starts the 199/- plan but he is charging me for both the plan i.e. charge 298/- month instead of 199/- . i had complaint there several times but still there is no response.

Conversion from New Anant to Saral

I was told by customer care to send sms" new to saral anant" to 53733 which I did three times but didn't get any confirmation. Now I have been again told by customer care to sms"chgpln anant to saral" to 53733. This time also the conversion has not been done. And everytime this sms costed me Rs.1.50. BSNL mobile service is extremely poor. Customer Care service is useless. It is very difficult to connect customer care....

Not able to get connection

I had applied for BSNL broadband after receiving landline connection from the same.
I visited number of times to BSNL office for getting the connection but everytime they say that they will first check the line and the connection feasibility. its over a month but not a single BSNL employee is seen looking into the matter. i m looking for the connection as early as possible but it seems to me that it is not possible in near future...thanks...

Very slow, poor data transmission rate

I am a postpaid mobile customer of BSNL. I have been using the GRPS (Rs.200/-) plan since 2007. First, the data transfer rate was pretty good at 10.15 kbps. But, now, the transfer rate has come down considerably to as low as 1 to 1.2 kbps. I tried to complain to BSNL authorities, but their website does not provide any help to the customer who wishes to lodge complaints about their poor GPRS service. i got a message to download any dialer tone FREE FREE FREE, and the call would be Rs 4/- min. When i selected the tune i got a message that Rs 12/- will bededucted for the Dialer Tune And Rs 20/- will be deducted monthly . Caller Tune Not Needed

I have BSNL Cell One -Punjab- [protected].
1. For the last three months I am being charged Rs 20+12=32 per month for a caller tune I never requested.
2. Customer Care is not approachable-after following 123 ... procedure!
3. Customer Care is not appraochable thro' the mobile number given in the Newspapers- with photo of Ms Preity Zinta!
4. Trying other SMS methods has resulted in Rs 4/- per minute loss BUT...

BSNL Complaints - Erratic behavior

I got the Broad band connection in March 08 and I am happy with the speed and service. But the erratic behavior of the internet connection i.e unable to get connnectivity for three to four days continuosly, so many days makes me little bit uneasy. How to solve the problem. I have given complints at local office of BSNL, but the problem persist....

STD calls not activated

Sir,

i have taken a new BSNL post paid sim two weeks before. From that, i'm unable to call STD numbers. i was asked to call cellone services. i searched for that number online and called them. But they didn't take up my complaint. Instead they gave me another number to contact. when i contacted that number, no one is lifting the call. The ring goes on for more that 5 minutes.

Delay in providing landline connection

I have applied for landline connection at my residence- 3A, Rajeshwari Paradise, Ideal Homes township, Rajarajeshwarinagar Bangalore 560098 on 19 June under Senior Citizen category for non-oyt-general .Till date nobody has responded or visited to provide the connection.As a 75 yr. old and partially disabled person I need the connection badly.

Very slow transfer rate(downloading rate)

I have been using BSNL Broadband from 13 May 2008. I have 'Home 500' scheme. For this scheme, the actual transfer rate(downloading rate) is about 256kbps to 2mbps. But, from the date I am using broadband, I notice that the downloading rate is only between 30kbps to 40kbps. Delay in New Landline Connection

I had applied for a new telephone connection on 11th June 2008 (in R.T.Nagar, NEW BEL Road) & i was told that the connection will come in just 2 weeks time. Today it is almost close to 4 weeks time & we have not got the telephone line. Everytime i call up the Customer Care they give me some new number to followup. Everybody just pass on to a new contact. i was given even the line man's number to check but all efforts is wasted....

Misbehave by BSNL Customer care

I got a message from BSNL/Jharkhand that "New tariff Vouchers introduced LOCAL/STD calls free on BSNL N/W with Rs. 549 and LOCAL Calls free on BSNL N/W with Rs. 298 Available through CTOPUP" on 07.070.08. I approch to one shopkeeper to recharged the same. After several efforts by the shopkeeper my number could not be chareged and he advise me u contact with BSNL Customer care, so I contacted to BSNL Customer case over this no....
