I am the Holder of Telephone Connection (with broadband) No.[protected]. I am facing lot of Problem with my Phone since more than ONE Month.My Husbend and I are working.No body is there to go round your Offices in Greater Noida. Regarding Rectification of my Telephone fault, though we made several Complaints, through mobile but no body has bothered to attend the Complaint for more than 15 Days.

I made Efforts to make a complaint through SMS .I called up sdo and requested for help. But all in vain, it is really very frustrating. As i could not find any help after my several efforts, hence there is no other go except to contact you sir.It is very funny that major web service provider is maintaining in such a way.We are very sorry to point out.


I am requesting you GOOD-SELF to kindly direct the Officers for immediate action.

bsnl doesn't give proper bill for broadband users . the bill given by them can't be understand by the customers . and thee enquires toolfree number was not working

Am P.SABHARI I have taken bsnl broadband internet& landline connection Nov"2011, Bsnl Acc.No.[protected], 299 combo plan. with in one week I have changed my plan combp 625 plan, given request form to bsnl, vannarpet office. After 5 days I have checked with bsnl customer care centre, They informed me plan have changed plan Unlimited 625 combo, but i got SMS from BSNL bill amount 2544.87. kindly give the details. kindly do the needfull.

We are reply 4 times to the plan for BB Home Ull 499 you send the number 1500&i will call but no one reply& i will personally go to the office But all are says we haven't no the scheme BB Home Ull 499 they says you should be pay rs- 700 as a minimum charge.kindly change my scheme from BB Home Ul 750 plus combo in BB Home Ull 499 with telephone in a saral home scheme

I have a Land-line broadband connection of BSNL. The number of Land-line is[protected]. it's a connection of rural area which comes under LODHA exchange in Aligarh.
I am registered for unlimited plan. but I am suffering from great mental harassment because of worst service of BSNL. i am unable to use my net connection from
10th of December. there is a great problem of disconnect. i use net only for 10 minutes thereafter i can't connect the net. because the signal which is called DSL which is must
for net connect , does not come. I informed the responsible authorities but after complete one month the problem is in same condition .so I am completely helpless in front of your
careless and lazy authorities .now what I should to do ? I am requesting to you please look in to the matter and help me. I know that I have an another option CONSUMER FORUM.
I hope that you will look into the matter and take effective action. it's completely mental and economic harassment of mine. I am paying 500 rupees per month but your service is nil.

I am using BSNL broadband and it discunnect so frequently that i even could not register a complain online. My number is[protected].
When i tried to dial 1503 it does not have any option to register your complain.
I am planning to get rid of BSNL.

BRAOSBAND IS NOT WORKING FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH. EVEN LAND LINE DIDNT' WORK FOR 3 WEEKS. ON COMPLAINING FOUND THAT CABLES/CARDS CAUGHT FIRE IN THE EXCHANGE. LATER LAND LINE WAS WORKING BUT NOT BROADBAND. SEVERALTIMES COMPLAINT GIVEN BUT NO REAQCTION. ONLY ONCE ONE PERSON CAME AND TOLD THAT LAPTOP HAS VIRUS. NO USE EVEN VIRUS WAS SCANNED AND REMOVED. EVEN HARD DISK FORMATTED AND TRIED. THERE WAS NO USE AT ALL. NO BODY IS ATTENDING EVEN AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS.

Cheating in Rent
Dear Sir,

I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 1 years. My BSNL landline number is[protected].Till now i was happy with the billing of BSNL. But from 6-7 months i saw that an additional amount of Rs.149/- has been charged against MoD(Music on Demand). When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com . I am tottaly not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service and understood that the service was not activated without my consent, neither i didnt get the activation details for the said service.

I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.

For the past 3 months , i am trying to escalate the issue with support.[protected]@hungama.com, but i am not getting a proper reply from them.

It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this , as i feel it really humialing (as Rs 149 makes bigger amt). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.

If i am not getting a proper respose from hungama OR BSNL, i will be forced to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating.

I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassled. I request you to intervene and guide where to complain about this.

I HAD GIVEN MY DRIVE TO REPLACEMENT(UNDER WARRANTY) THEY TOLLED ME 15 DAYS TO REPLACING TIME AND NOW 45 DAYS HAD PASSED THEY SAID TOLLED ME IN EVERY CALL TOMMORROW WILL COME I DIDN'T GET PLZ SOLVE MY PROBLEM

Dear Sir,
My land line number[protected] frequently gets disconnected. Now it goes off line even in 2-5 minutes and takes time to re establish connection.
I am sure you have modern equipments to monitor such problems. We have lodged complaints several times but they give same reply " it will be done in next 24 hour" perhaps complaints is registerd but not attended properly. There is no system to confirm that problem is sorted out.
Pl do the needful.

My land line & Broadband No[protected] is not working since last one months and I had lodged complaints many times. But the Manimala BSNL office has not taken any action.

Please do necessary action to get it repaired immediately to avoid inconvenience...
