cant open the page of bsnl portal to see my usage. Sometimes it opens but shows internal server error after login. please look into this immediately.
I have a broadband connection on telephone no:[protected] from more than two years. Now I unable to get speed from more than a month, it running like a dial up connection. after registering several complaint there is no responce from BSNL.
I have recieved braod band connnection in may but still now i couldn't able to see my usage statitics. data.bsnl.com is not recognizing my user id and password. also i got user id and password through BNSL representive who came for installation. I haven't recived any mail or post with these details. i have been trying BSNL help line continuously. all the time no body picks up. once my luck succeeded and the operator told, she cannot resolve the problem and asked me call next day. again my woes continues.

please help resolving my userid and password issues.
i am not able to login to the bbservice.bsnl.in with my portal id and the password provided
It is saying invalid username/password.
so i m not able to check my usage now.
kindly look into the matter and let me know.
i have no problems accessing the internet with my changed password but the bbservice.bsnl.in
is giving problems.

i am using broadband service since one year details of data one site yo cheack user account was being open normally but for last two months i am feacing problem in opeaning this site and hence i not in a possition to know the uses details.secondry i have not been provided my email address.

i have learnt that now a days broadband connections are being provide with portal id which helps the opeaning above account for portan id i connected authority concern but coud not succeed their are the openion that my broadband account is older one and need not portan id but without portal is i am not position to sea the uses details on dataone site.

i therefore requestyou to solve my problem and do the needful so that i may be provided portal id.

whether I am not able to know all o[censored] r checking the mail or not. with full of regret I am explaining my problem i[censored] have answer plz revert back to me
1. there is not transparency between Telephone Bill as well as Broadband Bill . Y so plz?
2. If I am complaining to your Call center to take complain No of not working broad band it lastly refer me to the Exchange and after that the exchange person asked to contact me to the lineman of my area.plz let me know y will I do so?
For what shake the company hiring the people who cant solve the customer problem.Make a call to ur exchange; if they will pick the phone mean u will get t god (they have lot of time to talk to their relative nd engage the phone, plz check it).

I want transparent bill plz let me know hoow will i get it.

When I type bbservice.bsnl.in it comes bbservice.bsnl.in/wps/portal and then, the entered userID and password is shown uncorrect...How it could be when I am using it with correct id and password??????????????????????????
Sir my Name is D.Vijaya Ragavan. My broadband connection No.22243608. When I connected broadban I was assured 256 KB speed. Now I donot even get 25 to 30 KB speed. My download is very slow. Pl advise.

I've BSNL landline and internet connection at home. I've VPN installed on my system. But I'm not able to connect to VPN through internet. How can I make VPN connection. I was told that BSNL has to provide access/open up some ports so that one can make VPN connection.

areyy u stupids and java should be installed in ur pc's to be able use the things like checking up the broadband usage!!!
For the last 2 weeks i am calling the BSNL to get portal id and password to login to "check my account usage " portal of bsnl but i have not been provided yet.
hey! i got net(dataone broadband) facility on 1st week of june 2008 under 500 combo plan and i hav opted for monthly payment but, still i have not got the bill..
wats the reason... i hav provided username and password, but if i try to check my account using this, i get information as invalid ...
wat should i do to view my account?
I am disagree about {bbservice.bsnl.in} because it is not showing the usage.The site is opening but it is not showing the details of my usage.

this is a reminder again. start running the internet otherwise I will disconnect your broadband connection. I have very much work to do on internet. See to it. Firstly the phone was not working. When phone get's well now internet stops working.

Sir,
My phone no is 256747 is working properly and my broadband also working properly (more or less), but I can not see my daily
uses of my internet use in brodband side bbservice.bsnl.in as I can't open my account by the userid & password, given by the concerned telephone exchange. Each and every time it is shown that the userid or the password is wrong.
Please provide me the procedure or correct userid & password.
