AND I AM USING BROAD BAND OF BSNL.
SIR THERE ARE SOME PROBLEMS WITH CONNECTING
INTERNET BECAUSE MY DSL LINK IS NOT STABLE.
DSL LINK ALWAYS ON BLINK AND I COMPLAINT FOR ALL THIS
BUT MY PROBLEM IS AS IT IS NOW.
My (Broadband)Portal ID's password & User ID password is to change, but it is not accepted. Now what can I do? My telephone No. is [protected].
i am not able to connect the data.bsnl.in for my account usage. so i cant see my usage so please solve my problems. My telephone no. is [protected]

i have taken broadband connection from bsnl but from last three months it is not working properly. its link is disconnecting after few seconds. every time i complain to bsnl 1957 but they are not solving the problem permanently.i have to make complained after 2-3 days. only phone calls came against complained. if they send any person to attend they are just stupid, they donot know any think

My Broadband installed on 12.02.2009.portal id given today.
This is invalid when I submit. Please help
Iam living in medikonduru in guntur district.iam using broadband for last three months, now i want to disconnect my net.thats why i given application on[protected] in exchange office(sattenapalle, guntur).they people are not disconnect my net still today[protected].what can i do.where will i give the complaint.
I have prepaid mobile connection, in which I activated GPRS connection, but the connectin is working only in mobile hand set(N-73-Music Additin), it is discoonected when I connect the set from my computer .However it works with sim of other mobile service provider like Smart(Reliance GSM) .In view of that it is requested that kindly correct the problems and give me suiggestion.

Dear Sir/Madam,

After lot of followup with your local dealer, I am sending this email to you. This is regarding internet connectivity problem for last 2 months.

I have taken the internet connectivity with great hope but it became so pathetic for me now. I dont know really how to deal with the present situation.

While taking the connectivity I was told that minimum speed would 1mb for download and atleast same for upload. Unfortunately
I never had speed more than 100 kb.

Whenever I tried to contact and explain this problem to the dealer from whom I took the connection, got reply that some enhancement work is going on at the vsnl site and which is causing this problem. I was always told a new time line and it never met.

Its really spoiling bsnl brandname among customer over here. And why only here it will have effect globally as who so ever has taken this connection to be in touch with their near and dear staying abroad would get bad impression about vsnl.

Kindly look into the matter and try to provide acceptable after sale service as other company does.

i took bsnl connection on october 2008. but i have not recived not asingle bill till now.therefor i could pay the bill.icant understand who is the fault bsnl or postal deptt.my broadband connection no is [protected].

i got the broadband connection on 26/3/2009, its working well but i cant see my usage in dataone.in.
when i click the account administration, it displays that ''you dont have rights to see this'' . so pls correct the problem

I am not getting my bsnl broad band usage detail
My phone no s 2483238, since 8days I am unable to connect internet and frequently it got disconnect, I have booked complaint several time on phone to the concern person but not sort out the problem, I want to proper services. So pls take note of my complaint and find out the solution. Otherwise there would be no option for me except to knock the door of consumer forum.
