BSNL — broadband

Dear sir,

i took BSNL BROAD BAND CONNECTION in ugadi mela[protected], the speed of the net is 100 mbps where there was promise of providing 256 kbps. what should i do now please help me out.

In my office at jabalpur vpn conection installed. From one remote office I am able to conect the application of my office. Now another vpn conection installed in new remote office. (here ip address are different from privious/old office) But from this remote office I am not conect. All possible Pinging in working from this office. At present now new ip addresses are generating from bnsl for vpn conection.
Pl suggest me any solution.

Everymonth I am having problem for my broadband connection and phone. I complaint again and again but they have not been rectified. I am receiving the bill for every month

My boradband connection is recently installed. The technician could not connect to internet while configuring modem on 11th April 2009. He said it will be done from server side and i will get it in next 4 hours. That never happened.

I tried searching on the net and i could see that it should be a problem related with DSL link not being stable. Could some one from BSNL act on this compliant and send some one to correct it.

We have the BSNL land line no.[protected] in Pahari village, District Chittrakut (UP) and we also apply for broad band connection in 25 March 2009 but your emloyee have not conect thr broad band connection in our telephone we dont know what is the reason. So please you provide to to us a broad band connection.

The site where we can see our Broadband Usage is occasionally not responds so we are unable to see the actual usage. Some time usage are more than the limit due to this. Is it a BSNL's policy to increase the revenue in such a way (by keeping us in darkness) . Please don't play the game with us and keep your usage website ok every time or kindly send daily e-mail o[censored]sage so we can use broadband within the limit.

I have recently got internet connection. On having checked profile, it is found that wrong landline no. is put instead of 2400756 in the name of sikandar shaikh. Kindly correct the same.

Sir, adsl light is blinking means there is problem /errors in your telephone line.Your phone may work properly but your broadband will not work due to these errors. So contact to BSNL/OR your phone service provider.They will chk telephone line and solve your problem.

I am DR. Malini Eapen - my telephone number is[protected] its been a week since i complained about my broad band service. the modem was not working. i was made to call the local exchange, 1500, 12678 etc to register the complaint. 12678 never works as in its constantly engaged from 9 am to 7 pm and after that there is no response.

they gave me other numbers[protected] / 2375500 . both these numbers no one picks up .

so it is status quo and the broad band is not working and i am paying 1500 rs per month for the same.

its affecting my work really bad.

My tel no.[protected] is working properly but my broad band connection is not workin since last one month.Ihave complained at least 5 times at ur good offices .But like a typical govt. organisation no body even bothered to look at the complaints.how many months u want me to pay bills without usage.kindly see if any thing can be done
