where to see how much m.b are being used .i ve taken Rs 300/month plan.

SANJAY P SHAH & ASSOCIATES — BSNL BROADBAND NOT WORKING

I HAVE REGISTERED COMLAINT FOR BSNL BROADBAND SINCE LAST ONE WEEK BUT TILL DATE NO BODY HAS ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT. THEY HAVE ALSO GIVEN COMPLAINT NO. 38041 BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I M TIRED OF TALKING TO THIS LAZY PEOPLE SINCE NO BODY IS READY TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. WHAT FUNNY ANSWER THEY ARE GIVING TO ME IS THAT THEY HAVE OUTSOURCED THIS ACTIVITY AND THEREFORE THIS IS THE SITUATION. I M REALLY SURPRISED BY SUCH ANSWERS.

IF YOU CAN HELP ME SOLVING THIS PROBLEM THEN PLS.
I am a customer of Broadband 750 plan with the telephone no[protected]

I am writing this mail in order to see if there is anyone in BSNL who cares about this customer. First of all, i am being given a huge bill of 4000 rupees for broadband which is for the past 4 months. You guys never billed me before.. and when i asked him for a split bill or something like that he said you are helpless.. i asked him to show me at least one point where he is helpful, he extended my bill to 7th of July.. That was the first story. Please not that in all previous months i went to your customer service located at Thodupuzha asking where is my bill.. again a F**ing group of helpless fellows.. there..

Now, i asked for a plan change.. they said i will happen by July 1st. Its never happend.. its never happened on 2nd.. so i called your broadband helpline..No response there.. then i called 1500.. i got a guy who just answered me for the sake of answering.. answered me he is helpless.. and gave me this no to call..197. i called 197 then gave me the no 229068.. accounts office in Thodupuzha.. for info.. i called them. someone picked up.. she was not at all listening to me.. i explained once my issues.. she again asked me what is it.. it sucks.. to explain again and again.. If it was in my office, it is a cause of termination of employment.. They spoke to me as if they dont know what is BSNL broadband and gave me this no 229068.. i called this no... they were also helplesss. they gave me again another no.. 225422.. i called this and luckily there was no dial tone at all.. so no more numbers..

Please dont spoil the name of our Country. Change your name to something like HELPLESS TELECOM...

I am pretty sure that you would also be helpless here..
It is just to inform you that i am quiting all of the BSNL services as soon as i get another one.
I dont want you to help you out or resolve my isssues.

my usage detail shows plan change in night of 3re july 2009
but now the company says
ur plan has not changed ot will change on 7th july 2009
but the usage detail shows plan change
and me use acc to shown data
and no body can not help in this matter please help

i connected broadband since last year november and the problem i have had since then was the moment i connect broadband after 2minutes i got disconnected again after 1minute reconnected which continues this way forever cant even open the page properly the error Nos keep being displayed and to open one page also very difficult for me so pls see into this i keep complaining but uptil now nothing is being done its very difficult from my part ...my phone no is [protected]
BSNL is told to be No. 1 in service, but is providing a bad service. I stay in Hulimavu. I am facing a very bad broadband connection, it fluctuates because we have been given a connection from the next road. There is no underground digging provided. A lot of complaints was given, but JE tells to complain to AE and the AE is a very bad person who does not even bother to speak. Nowadays, BSNL has become No.1 bad service provider. There is no response. Also, the call center, there will be no one to respond, one who calls should wait for 15 to 20 mins without any response. Please, if anyone who knows where can I get a response, please send a mail to me.

From last 6 months, my landline connection is dead and even though on my several complaints about this i m not getting any kind of reply from Vatva Tele Exchange.My Broadband is not working from last 6 months and then also i m getting bills of broadband as rent o[censored]sing it though i have not used it as my landline connection is dead.

my net is getting frequently disconnected. i have given a complain on 21/07/09 and the complain number is[protected]. since then i have contacted them number of times but nothing has happened. kindly help me

i am a broadband user .i have been told by costumer service that there is website which allows us to change plan and check usage something like selfgainsdc.bsnl.co.in .can iknow the website address correctly .
is there any way to get the previous month usage of my land line no.[protected]
I cant open the page of bsnl portal to see my usage. Sometimes it opens but shows internal server error after login. please look into this immediately.i can say this is not good thing towards the users
