BSNL — broadband

Dear Sir/Madam,
The worst broadband connection anyone could have is BSNL broadband connection due to the following reasons:
1. NO proper Customer Treatment.
2. Not cared about any complaints.
3. Most of the days Internet not working but money will be deducted on the exact date.
4. For some days, most of the sites not connecting, we get the error message "Server Not Found".
5.Most of the Days telephone line not working.

Expanding the Customer Base is not a great achievement, Retaining the Customers is most important for any organisation.

Therefore I request you to kindly take necessary action againt this at the earliest to retain the customers of BSNL or they will through this off and move on to private players.

Could any one give me any Sales Rep No or office no for the same.
And is there any fecility to get the connection without going to exchange office.
bez my working hours are from morning 9 to evening 6, only sunday is holiday... :( .

my bsnl provided modem was not working, so i bought new D-LINK modem from outside and it is not connecting.Also i cant check my data usage.

Repeated complaints to 1504 and[protected] and the respective officers at Bidhannagar Tel Exchange and Kalindi Tel Exchange have bourne no results.I hope some one in the office of the CGM Calcutta telephones reads this complaint and advise what I should do to be heard.

I would like to know the usage of my broad band connection.

last month i changed my broedband plan from 250 to unlimited 750. I gave them application on *th of last month. There isn't any facility to check the plan changed or not. So, on10th of last month i asked them in the office whether my plan is changed or not? They told me that my plan has been changed. so i downloaded data on 10th. then on 14th, i checked my portal id where i came to now that the plan was changed on the 11th. as a result my bill came out Rs. 8000/-. There isn't any fault on my side.. so if anyone can help me.. please tell me the solution or i've to pay this all????

i am using bsnl broadband service for previous 4 months my plan is 750plus home plan,the download speed i will got from the bsnl is only 20-25 kpbs but the actual plan speed is 256 kpbs i will complaint several times for exchange there is no response from there .....i am stay in a rural area,what can i do now....

i have taken 500 home plan
and the portal id you gave me is not working it says invalid username or password please give me my correct portid please and soon
