BSNL — error in usage details

All these days i havent been able 2 check my details due to the diificulty in loading the page and now when i can, iv found that the website bbservice.bsnl have changed the format of details.

The WORSE PART IS IT SHOWS ONE OF THE DETAILS OF DOWNLOAD STOP TIME AS TILL 25/7/08 WHICH IS DAY AFTER TOMORROW!!!

Please rectify it & change the format..THE OLDER ONE WAS MUCH MUCH BETTER, showing the total MB !!!PLEAASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

i have not gatting any information of data one internet useag through wb site

I AM ALSO NOT GETTING INTERNET USAGE INFORMATION ON www.dataone.in SITE. TO CHECK THE USAGE OF DOWNLOADING INFORMATION, . SOMETHING WRONG IN SITE. also tried ip: 10.240.48.195 .

I have recently changed my account type from 750 unlimited plan to 250 plan.Then when i went to www.dataone.in website, so when i am clicking the usage details port its showing this error message

bbservice.bsnl.in is not opening.. it displays like enter your portalid and password to know the usage details..but that is not a link.. where i have to give those details...to know my usage...handling a customer is a main thing in business...but this is not good way of maintaining a web page...there is no quick response, there is no quick updation, there is no quick process...always slow...since many people complaining about this..

I have been trying umpteenth time to get my usage details but the menu doesn't show up and a printed pade shows up that the page can not be displayed.

iam not getting usage details in broadband...everytime it is showing invalid username and password...

i am getting my user name/password as invalid although i have typed it correctly.my usage is not being displayed

sir i have taken from sep 08 the home plan 250 on my p c phone number[protected] . till then i could not have to verify my monthly uses of my data one plan .as the server of my p c not allowed pl sir do the need full user name abkamat phone no[protected]
