My landline number [protected](Add:#49th, 8th Cross, Venkatapura extension Kormangala, bangalore-560034).
I have applied for broadband connection where BSNL office koramangala CC said we dnt need to deposite any amount for broadband& Landline...To get a connection I had to keep running and bribing people to listen to my application status for 2 months.Atlast I got connection and 1st bill came as Rs 3000 + Approx. Rs 1000 for landline deposite(FOr this I dont have even STD active, for what you want this deposite GOd only knows), RS 750 for Internet deposite, Rs 250 for installation charges(I only went to office to take all instrument and have myself installed it at home, these people never look at customers face but BSNL will charge Installation charges).
+My Landline bill: 750 broadband, Rs 180 Landline bill(It was told to me as free), Rs 122 taxes, Rs 62 for calls(I never used it), modem charges & something else.
When I went to BSNL CC in Kormangala BDA, no one seems to be borthered, When I requested that I will normal Broadband amount except landline extra charges since I am putting a request complaint for it, they denied that part payment is not possible.I paid all amount and they said it will be resolved.Nothing happend till next bill...again they send same 1200+ bill.I have put how many applications for it. but no Response.Can anyone atleast tell me what suppose to be done??DO I earn money to give and waste like this to customer service provider like this that tooo gov.?????
Is This is What we are In a country?? Or any use to go to consumer court even... thats also Govt. only!!!

BSNL Mobile (Excel) — Can't able to change my prepaid plan
I have a BSNL`s prepaid connection and having Kolkata99 Plan, now i want to migrate from this plan to some other plan but the authority told me that I can not migrate from this plan.
