telephone bill during non working time

My telephone no.[protected] was not working since last april. Bill were raised by department during this time. We paid complete bills for May & june. On receipt of bill of july, we contacted local telephone exchange and they provide us rebate for 21 days. we paid that remaining bill. afterwards they issued another bill for month of august. I wanted to unsuscibe this meaningless service which is provided by no. 51819 on bsnl mobiles. I had made a complaint earlier but today again without asking from me the so called dating service renewed and Rs. 30 deducted from my prepaid balance. I do not want this service. I have not yet been given the same, i have paid Rs. 500 for registration, BSNL is simply raising funds, like this, No connection is given to anybody for many months, what happens to this money collected.

The SDO, Telephone Exchange, BSNL, Padampur is very lazy and stupid to do anything.He is highly harassaing.Takes commissions from diverting and using metered bills of others.
He has burnt down all computer data and the department computer is intentionally made out of order for bill manipulation and corruption.Nonsense thing does not come to light....

Internet not connecting by saying phone busy(error 678) and if internet connects there are link failures many times

not able to unsubscribe from 56505 jokes alert

i had subscribed from my bsnl mobile for 56505 jokes alerts 2 months back, now i want to deactivate the service. i had called bsnl several times and everytime the information given by them proved wrong and still the service has not been deactivated.
kindly look into the matter and help me get the service dectivated as soon as possible because the jokes they send now are now being repeated....

No connectivity for longer time & slow speed

I have ul750 broadband plan of bsnl dataone.In sangamner there are lots of people who used this servies.But when we connect to the internet it gives error "the phone line is busy"
hence we are tried for longer time this error shown again and again.
And company provides 256kbps to 2mbps speed to us but thre is ony 28 to 30kbps speed.Its a bore servies of broadband
but they do not returns deposite & don't...

Excessive Billing for Internet

Sir,
I have an BSNL Broadband internet connection, no is[protected]. My plan is Home 500-Combo, where offers are night unlimited b/w(2 a.m-8 a.m), 1.5GB free b/w(8 a.m-2-a.m).no rental charge, no of free calls 175.total bill should come Rs-562/- per month. Again From 22nd aug - 8th sep my internet connection was faulty, for that I could not use my internet on those days.
But suddenly when I see the online bill presentation...
