I have ul750 broadband plan of bsnl dataone.In sangamner there are lots of people who used this servies.But when we connect to the internet it gives error "the phone line is busy"
hence we are tried for longer time this error shown again and again.
And company provides 256kbps to 2mbps speed to us but thre is ony 28 to 30kbps speed.Its a bore servies of broadband
but they do not returns deposite & don't exchange modem worth rs 2000(Modem=1200 rs +deposite=800 rs)
my broadband servece is very poor
I have ul750 broadband plan since june 2008 .but from the first day whenever i connect my connection it automatically disconects without showing anything .And its speed is very poor . i have made complains many time (3189 )-this is my complaint number .And mr. Yadav @Mr.bhasin s.d.o. of D.dun .says it will be ok .from 4 months they are saying this i want my 4 month bill back and my security .else i m going to consumer court ant will sew B.S.N.l .
Frequently it is observed that connectivity to BSNL is not possible due to error in connection or unplugged .
I'm confused wheather it is a technical snag or any sorts of malpractice by BSNL STAFF incollusion with private staff.

    BSNL — error in usage details

    All these days i havent been able 2 check my details due to the diificulty in loading the page and now when i can, iv found that the website bbservice.bsnl have changed the format of details.

    The WORSE PART IS IT SHOWS ONE OF THE DETAILS OF DOWNLOAD STOP TIME AS TILL 25/7/08 WHICH IS DAY AFTER TOMORROW!!!

    Please rectify it & change the format..THE OLDER ONE WAS MUCH MUCH BETTER, showing the total MB !!!PLEAASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

    bbservice.bsnl.in is not opening.. it displays like enter your portalid and password to know the usage details..but that is not a link.. where i have to give those details...to know my usage...handling a customer is a main thing in business...but this is not good way of maintaining a web page...there is no quick response, there is no quick updation, there is no quick process...always slow...since many people complaining about this..

    Broadband — can't access usage details

    I am using broad band plan of Rs 125/-, and i am not able to check the account usage.Whenever i attempt to check, user name and password are not accepted which was given to me.
    Please find a solution to this problem by sending user name and password to this e-mail account.
    Problem.. I uses NET only 4 days..
    But When i am trying to open any other website..
    It is redirect the link to BSNL...and saying u have used ur free memory 1GB and asking for username and password...
    I gave... but it's saying not valid...
    After few hours.. Other websites get opens...
    Now i want to view my Bsnl usage details... but it not opened...
    Only a blank window displays..
    What is the problem???

    Since last twodays(from[protected] i was unable to see the BSNL Broadband usage details of my account.My telephone number is 2533499, which belongs to ERODE telecom service. When i enter the password i got the following error message.

        Dear Sir,
        I was a consumer (Consumer No. [protected]) of BSNL Telephone (Tel. No.[protected]. resident of Plot No.6, Wimco Housing Society, Talwadi, B Cabin Road, Ambernath(E). I have applied for the closure of my telephone connection on 18.07.2008 after paying my last outdtanding bill (Bill No. [protected], Exchange - KNSI) of Rs.863.00. I have surrendered my telephone instrument on 24.07.2008 at TM(Stores)BSNL, Ambernath(E). But till date the deposit money have not been refunded to me. I don't know what is the reason behind it. I have enquired at Kansai Exchange, Ambernath where the closure of connection had been applied & instrument surrendered. But they could not give me the reason for delay. Please do the needful to get me back the deposit money.

        I was applied for the new connection before 3 months. I was instructed by line that there is no port avil. in the my address so cancel this connection and take another one. Because in one side of road line is not avil. and on the same opp. of road port is avil. still he is not ready to give the line.
        So as per there instruction I registered for another no. this no. I am taking for internet use.
        however after 3 months still my landline phone is also not installed and not the internet
        this is the kalyan east area exchange comes netivli
        no budy over them so work can get done from them..

          I have an BSNL Broadband internet connection, no is[protected]. My plan is Home 500-Combo, where offers are night unlimited b/w(2 a.m-8 a.m), 1.5GB free b/w(8 a.m-2-a.m).no rental charge, no of free calls 175.total bill should come Rs-562/- per month. Again From 22nd aug - 8th sep my internet connection was faulty, for that I could not use my internet on those days.
          But suddenly when I see the online bill presentation for the month August, I could not hold myself, it was Rs/- 73002.00.
          I didnot understand any reason behind this bill. As my last month chargable uses were 663.93MB out of 1.5 Gb.Extra call charge is 12. So it should be 562+12=574. So it was a heartbreaking shock for me, now how can I pay this ridiculous bill.
          So my request to you plase save me from this problem, otherwise I have to cut the Phone line.& there will be no other option of broadband. It will hamper my studies and Project.

          Sir,
          If you rifle through your records, you will find that never ever in the past did I receive or did you serve any bill against the above phone with broad band facilities for an amount more than Rs. 700/- per month at any given time. It would be evident from the following as well as the particulars of the bills hereinabove.

          When the above particulars are the true and the actual state of fact I fail to understand as to how and why effective 06.11.08 the bills have shown as upward trend and that too beyond the imagination, use and ability of mine. In between you have issued the bill dated 06.11.2008 for Rs. 2, 222/- and dated 06.12.2008 for Rs. 758/- which though are on the higher side, yet I paid without murmur in order not to create any controversy. And you should remember that such billing has been done immediately after raising the bill for 2222.00 and just before the bill dated 06.01.09, when actually the usage of broadband was also curtailed since I was busy with other affairs.

          I simply fail to understand further as to how the statement of broadband use could also be issued on demand, showing therein the usage of the broadband at occasions and on time when they were not used at all. It is thus clear that there are aberrations and lapses in your billing section and record maintenance section also.

          I am sorry the bills have been exorbitantly raised and I cannot comply with your demand for the payment unless you amend them and make them on an average of last 6 months billing for payment as per the orders of the Honorable High Court. Only after getting the amended bill will I be in a position to pay up and till then you are cautioned not to resort to any penal action as such acts may compel me to approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum seeking remedy at your risk, cost and peril.

            hello every one i have taken connection from bsnl hyderabad charminar i heard bsnl is a good service provider well may be bsnl is good but surely people are rude, dont offer help for sure, lots of courroption i have to pay them money cause they gave connection of 100 mts i dont know why this people are so greedy . its one week know but there is no broad band connection when i called them they are saying it will take 2 days more every time i cantact them they say the same thing if this continues i dont think that bsnl can keep its name it will be a big isp but without satisfied clients/customers so bsnl people pls improve.

            While connectin to brodband I am getting error 678.
            I have to change my 125 plan into 750 unlimited home plan. I have requested for it 3 month before but I have not got any feed back
            I got the BSNL modem on July 30, 2008 but till now the connection is not established. I have complaiant many times through website/using customer care and many times I visited the BSNL office and registered the complaints. But no use.I din't see such a bad service from BSNL, because of this only everybody is opting private conncetion.Their service will be super.In BSNL, everybody says within 2 days the problem will be solved, but nothing happened after many weeks also!!!I have complaint to Divisonal Manager also, same result.Now I don't know who will solve this problem.And one more they are not ready to solve this issue but they are very much interested to send the bill.Now I have to pay the money for my broadband connection without using a sinle bite.The most funny thing we need to keep on logging the complaints otherwise they will clsoe all the complaint without informing and without solving that also!!!

            We are using Broadband serivces from last 5 years. In the month of Feb 2011 we received a call from BSNL that there will be free games on demand for 20 days after that if you want to continue u can continues or else cancel with in 20 days. I check that site & within 2 days i cancelled my account from games on demand. From Feb 2011 on they are charging me 200 Rs every bill till April 2011.
            What i have to do I gave complain lot of time to customer care exeuctive they informed me with 24 Hours.But till know no body clear my problem. I think still there 24 hours not happen.

            My name is Mohammed Basarath Farooqui. I am having a Phone line Connection with broadband connection[protected] its been a year that i am having a connection but since 5 months i have been facing problems but the problem was not sooo big they solved then and there it self........ but since 7th April i am not able to use internet at all the phone line is toooo noisy and the internet connects and get disconnects automatically so since then i have beeen giving complains on the nubere[protected] which went in vain.......then i started using 198 service to lodge complain but even thay are closing my docket the next day i have even spoken to mr. Mohan (SDOP) a lot of times but every time i had a reply "we will see to it".

            I request the BSNL people to correct my problem or els withdraw my Connection by canceling my bill produced for the month April and May.
            No from BSNL office is coming to set the wifi connection. they want us to carry the laptop at Bolpur BSNL Office. Is it possible to carry the phone also to get the set up done? or is there no employees for customers services? or is govt not paying them well...I'm really annoyed and clear about the fact why people are running to get airtel or other connection than BSNL. want an immidiate solution

              Respected sir,
              I have taken home 500 C, bsnl broad band plan in june itself,
              since some days back e.g 22 to 24 bsnl broaband usage site
              showing me radiculos usage figures.
              it is showing i have downloaded minmum 1 GB of data in around 40 minutes in day time.
              i had used 5-6 times internet on 24 june, out of 4 times is showing minimum 1 GB download e.g 4 GB total on 24 june day time.
              i was just surfing webpages. not any specific downlaod . like movie or something else.
              when i called BSNL personel they gave me illogical answers,
              they said right now BSNL is giving 2mbs download, so it is possible to downlaod 1 GB in 40 mins.
              i told them, it is not possible to get download speed to more than 50 to 80 kb/s from BSNL at anytime in day time as have telephone broadband not even cable broadband.
              if i calculate, i[censored] require 1 GB in 40 mins, you should have 450 kb/s download speed in day time.

              my complaint is, , there is problem in BSNL usage calculation and BSNL simply cheating customer. and they dont have technical answers to such questions.
              they simply said, if it is showing, then you would have downlaoded this. this is simply radiculous answer.

              anybody can help me out to tackle this problem or any way to get details of download from BSNL.
              or any person who can check out what is the problem

              Whenever I call customer care and ask to cancel my account they put me on hold and eventually the line is cut.The most ironic thing is that they keep saying my call is important to them then why do they cut me off?.If their service is good why do we have to take such steps?                   I took my Internet connection on 14th july, 09.The operator from Rajinder Nagar Sec.-2 misguided us while connection.He did n't tell us about the Portal Id through which we could check our daily internet usage.He also misguided us by telling that the buffering of data would not be considered as downloading.Although we asked him frequently abt the difference b/w downloading & bufferring.His intention was very bad as he did n't provide us the proper information abt the needful facts which was his & his Head's responsibility.

                  the number is 2773698, with broadband connection. For quite a long time, the both are not in working condition. People on the other side complain of very low audibility and lot of noise, while the broadband is totally off. My personal visit to the Kaushambi exchange also is of no use. Unfortunately, you people never fail to collect the dues from the subscribers in time but service in return is not of the same quality and speed. I do not blame the linesmen since they have given their sincere efforts to the best of their abilities with the available resources. Dreaming o[censored]ninterrupted decent, if not top, quality functioning of both the land line as well as broadband.

On Sep 13, 08 I have sent the message for converting prepaid connection from excel gold to normal and received confirmation also stating that the scheme will be converted within 24 hours.                         This is Satish. The internet connection was taken only 3 months back. Right from the first month the bill is on a high rate. But last month statement was unreasonable and I am very much annoyed on BSNL. Coz we were not in use of the internet last month and the Statement shows an amount for a whole year. Its of 7000 plus.
                        I have never seen such a huge statement even when the net was not in use.

                                The bills for the month of Apr & May are as follows
                                April 2008, Download 24.1, Upload 18.7, Total GB 42.9, Rs 42001
                                May 2008, Download 7.21, Upload 5.98. Total GB 13.2, Rs 13017
                                I have registered complaint with BSNL and received reply as actual usage. Reasons for huge up/downloads is not clarified even after reminders. The services are discontinued however, min bill is continued. In view of court notice threat I have to pay the bills along with late fee.
                                I have not used connection for online entertainment, downloading audio / videos, Commercial usage, etc nor, shared Modem. Therefore, trust overall usage to be below 1 GB only.
                                Please help me out and advice to avoid recurrence

                                Sir, I am R/o Bhanudas Nagar Chanai Tq. Ambajogai having Land line Telephone No.[protected] . I have been using Boroadband Internet since last one year. I have opted for Home Plan @ Rs.250. My average monthly bill is around 600-800. But this month i.e. for the month of December 08 the bill has been charged as Rs.3799/- which is far excess than my usual bills. I suspect there is something wrong in the process of billing specially in respect of the bill shown towards the broadband usage charges and the amount of data shown. Please kindly look in to the matter and revise the bill immediately.
                                I too have experienced the same. My July usage showed 39 GB extra and have been charged Rs 24000/-. Now, after the complaints, I was suggested to go for Samadhan scheme and after all the settlement, I still have to pay Rs 12000/-. I am also trying to see what are the alternatives that I am left with. My details are as follows:

                                1. DataOne user for more than two years and have never had a case of excess usage in spite of Skype usage.
                                2. Suddenly from June, started getting excess usage and have paid Rs 4000/-.
                                3. From July onwards, started getting crazy bills charging Rs 24000/- etc.
                                4. Wanted to test if the recording of data by BSNL is fine or not. So, removed all unsecured access. Kept the modem switched off when not in use. To my shock, on the 5 days of trial where we noted down the times of modem being kept on, the BSNL data usage shows usage during hours where the Modem was OFF. In one instance, the BSNL portal shows an usage of 300 MB downl load, when the modem was OFF.
                                5. The local customer relationship officers have reduced the bills by half, but even then, the charges are highly unacceptable. Now I have to see what best I can do...

                                  Yes I agree that it is little confusing as these are not provided to you by the BSNL office when you collect the MODEM.

                                  The subscriber ID is your landline number with full std code suffixed.
                                  and the subscriber circlr ID is the region of your loaction. i, e SOUTH /NORTH /WEST etc...

                                  Hope this will help you complete your registration.

                                      BSNL — Telephone and Internet service down

                                      The phone and Internet service is down for last 7 days and not sure when it will be up as the whole road has been dug, Its not the fault of the customer if the telephone lines has been dug up due to the faulty contract done in previous days by not placing the telephone lines at the distant which is on papers of contract to keep the lines under ground. We will be billed for the entire month without any consideration as the lines were down due to the ineffeciancy of the telephone department. The phone number to register complaint is only accessable through bsnl phone, if the person does not have access to bsnl phone around he is handycap to file a complaint for his phone and Internet service .


                                      The service is down in Shanti nager Gurgaon Haryana 122001, its not the question of one phone, but all the bsnl phones in that perticular area.
                                      I think action will be taken soon to rectify and compensate people by not charging for the time service was down

I dont know how it is got activated, more over there is no response from the number to be contacted ie 12630033 which is as equal as fraud and simply getting reply in the phone as number not in use. But even today my amount is deducted and Iam unable to contact that bloody service personnel. I have lodged my complaint with customer care centre my complaint number given as 316186 dt[protected].                                         My mobile number is +91 [protected]. I received the same message from 12630019, on Jan 10th 2009, that I have been "Successfully" charged 19/- for unwanted Radio Service.. that too without my concern. Atleast I did not expect this kind of cheap tactics by Public sector company like BSNL. From then I have been charged 19/- each month (i.e., Rs. 114/- till June 2009).
                                        When I contacted the customer service center regarding this issue, they give me a reply that, I pressed some buttons while talking to somebody and that’s the reason for enabling the Radio Service... Ridiculous...
                                        Dear BSNL, Even if any type of such arrangement is there in your system, it is your minimum responsibility to send a request to me for confirming weather this facility enable or not.
                                        Further whatever procedure they gave to unsubscribe from this scheme simply did not work. So, I here by request the concerned authority to take action against such schemes and refund my Rs 114/- talk time.

                                        my number is [protected] and i am having prepaid connection, suddenly one day bsnl has send me msg that u have been subscribed to mobile radio and Rs.25 have been deducted from your balance, getting this message immediately i called to customer care, i told them that they have subscribed me to mobile radio without notifying me, and even i dont have radio in my cell and i myself do not have time to subscribe me to these stupid topics.but no response was taken from there side.again next month they have renewed me to radio subscription by deducting Rs. 25.
                                        now i have unsubscribed myself, but i want to know how dare they subscribe me to these stupid things and deducted my balance, you can have the details of my call and every necessary documents from their office(dhanbad), .they have deducted the amount in the month of june and july 2009.
                                        kindly look after the matter and help me to punish them so that next time they do not use fraud path for their benefit...if people subscribe themselves to these A.d's, its bsnl 's profit.and though i have not subscribed myself, they have done this fraud to get profit.all necessary help will be done from myside, jst let me know.

But to the surprise in that ivrs there is only option to press the key no:5 which is meant for mobile radio activation. Besides that if we press the key no:4 a comment had been received that "you've presssed the wrong key". If it is so, then what is the procedure to get away from this unwanted, unwilling, unknowing, scrubbing of Rs.19/ from our account. It is not fair.

Music Station added and deducted Rs, 19/-without my consent. I immediately contacted the costumer care they asked me from which number I got activation of two services. When I searching the numbers she disconnected the line. Since morning I tried to contact costumer care after all steps and finally asked me press 9 to contact person but coming voice record stating that my pressing 9 is wrong. This very bad to say that today itself I loosed Rs, 39/- unwanted services. Kindly deactivate this two services immediate and add my amount other wise i want to proceed consumer forum for getting justice. The BSNL is a government company and it is very bad that cheating the costumers by using this type of cheap tactics.
