It is stated that the counter clerk had activated the SIM card. It is seen that local calls are also being charged @ Rs. 2.40/- per minute. The undersigned has tried to charge tariff of Rs. 100/- on this SIM card but the SIM shows ‘’Voucher group service class error’’. The customer care of BSNL has been contacted but no fruitful guidance has been provided.

It is requested that the matter may kindly be checked up at your and my SIM card may be activated in an appropriate manner so that tariff card may be charged by me. An early action is requested.

      I have being using broandband connection of bsnl at evening, i do not get connectivity continues it breaks quite frequently, even i have complained to bsnl still there is no fruitful result!......

        Hello Sir, I m very frustrate to tell you that I have purchase bsnl broadband service before 8 month. And I had continuously Complain that it is not working properly. It disconnect in moment. And After 6:00 PM is not working until next morning. And one superior person in BSNL Exchange named Patel who install service at my home told me that Leave BSNL service and use another service. And he also knows there problem in Phone line wiring he has to just make new wiring and my problem will solve. But he is not ready to take any action. Does this make any sense!!! This is the value of bsnl to his customer. Please do something and solve My Problem. I m very tired about this lezzy service provided by BSNL.

        BSNL Broadband — Regarding BSNL Broadband service is not working properly From Ahmedabad, Krishananagar

        i have bsnl brodadbad & is not working properly for this i have complained in the exchange so many times but no one come for solution so help me out
        I am facing same problem. In one month around 15 days Broadband is not working and no one solving problems, BSNL broadband is waste of time and loss of Money. BSNL must be "BOGAS SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED". They are not interested to provide any kind of customer service and charging for full month even if customer is not able to use the service because of problem from BSNL side. And each DIWALI their line man asking for money. There is not any proper complaint department and even when customer visit their offices no one gives proper answer. BSNL IS JUST WASTE OF TIME.
        i have bsnl broadband connection, and my broadband connection is not working from last 1.5 months. i dont know why bsnl services are so careless? even bsnl broadband customer care persons dont give proper reply.

        now i have decided to take new broadband connection from other good broadband provider
        DONT TAKE BSNL Broadband CONNECTION.. ITS worst Broadband SERVICE
        I have a BSNL broadband connection. It's worst coneection in the world. It's a broadband connection. I tired from it's connection. Whenever i open my webpage it doesn't work. The service of BSNL is the worst service in the world. I would suggest Airtel or Tata broadband connection. Relience is also like BSNL. The spped is lower but service is good,
        since i have taken bsnl broadband connection i am never satisfied with it... frequently link breaks up and redial starts...
        so pl help me out
        Recently in March 2011 I have shifted my telephone 23291565 from my earler address A-25, Nigam nagar, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad-382424 to my new address A-103, Devnandan Desire, Motera, Ahmedabad - 380005 bearing no 27700608.

        Sir after my repated request I could not installed my broadband till date i.e. 13.06.2011. When I or my representative approched to Motera BSNL office I was given a telephone No.[protected] to contact.When we approched to this no we are told that we are comming soon but after a lapse of more than 2 months all in vein.

        sir, thereore I am requesting you kindly look into the matter and solve my problem as early as possible.
        I applied for a BSNL broadband connection some 15 days back (tel No[protected]. Installation was carried out by a man called Amit bhai. He came with a modem the first day which did not work. He later came back with another modem after 3 days which rarely works - on and off erratically. Installation was incomplete and he said it was line fault. Since then I have called his mobile No [protected] several times but he refuses to pick up. I have visited the BSNL Circle officer - Mr. Thakker at Subhash Bridge office but no help from him. Meanwhile the Modem's ADSL line keeps blinking and very often the internet light is off. I have also complained on the toll free No 1504, 1957 (complaint docket Ref: BF 1800580 on Monday, 20 Jun 2011. No one has attended. Please help !

        BSNL Broadband — broadband not working continuously

          My mobile no is [protected]. My credit Limit is Rs 20000/- Bill amount not paid is Rs5010/-. Incoming and outgoing call facilities have been blocked from 8PM of 05.10.2008. This has been done intentionally by a person of BSNL Bhagalpur office with whom I had a talk on the no.[protected] at 5.29pm on 05.10.2008 on the issue of bill payment. I had informed that person that due delayed receipt of last bill, bill Payment is pending. Our local BSNL office at Kahalgaon does not receive the bill payment of mobiles after 10th of the month. I assured him that I shall pay the bill this time with arrears in a day or two.

          Incoming and outgoing facilities on my mobile have been withdrawn only to harass me inspite of the fact that dues on me is much lower than my credit Limit.

          RESPECTED SIR, I am u.p. government empolyee&bsnl postpaid mobile customer. a massage autoactivate &run since three months on my mobile . type of massage as follows; MARKET ALERT SENSEX 9500 (+90) % CHANGES 3.0% NIFTY 5000 (+800 % CHANGES 9% SENDER 55500. the following action taken for above massage to stop ; 1-i send UNSUBID massage to 55500 daily to stop but answer of massage sender is YOUR REQUEST COULD NOT PROCESSED BECAUSE COMMAND HAS EXPIRED tilldate. 2-i write a application to bsnl customer care office Renukoot, SONBHADRA UP to stop above massage &request personaly also but no action taken tilldate. 3- i call to customer care executive daily since three month to stop above massage which is verify by customer care phone recard . THE above massage came 10 to 15 times daily which is panic &create lot of distress.so it is requested that pl.stop above massage earliest possible, thanks SRIKRISHNA 3 /703 A.T.P.P.COLONY ANPARA, SONEBHADRA U.P.

            My BSNL prepaid number is [protected]. I have been in Ahmedabad since 1st October. I am not able to send any sms from my mob; it showa an error "retry". Making calls alsi is dificult or impossible sometime; it gives a message of "not allowed". But my friends who have post paid connection do not have this problem. Is BSLN giving low priority to prepiad users? Why it is happening? and why the complaint is not attended to even after repeated complaints through net or over customer care number? Pleasssssssssssssse help me out!

            now it started working. what i did was-added country code to the service centre number under "settings" in "message".
            Dear Sir,
            I have been facing a great experince with your prepaid services since 22-10-08 when I by mistaken purchaged your prepaid sim. Since then no outgoing clls are made from this sim [protected]. I have complained 9 times to your so called customer care from that date but the answering machine of there have one and only one answer-" wait for 24 hours" there is no feelings of regreating even they feel great insult in saying sorry or please. Day before yesterday I also complaind in your sight by mail thinking that there will be a way to sort out my problem but still waiting for your answer. Even in between I personally met with your circle officer but he also find himsel[censored]nable to sortout the problem and satisfied me with saying that you are not only the one person several others are facing the same problem and noted my number and said I will forward it and also suggest me thet it might be solve in first chance otherwise you should wait for few days more. That day was 27-10-08. Now I think he was right in his second sentence. Even yesterday I also inquired again your customer care but as I expected the answer was in the next 24 hours your problem will be resolved. It seems that there will be a magical word/stick which solve the problem and the key word ' wait for 24 hours'. Now I think to lodge complains day after day till the date of solving my problems.May god bless BSNL.

              There are still people who lend patronage to BSNL as the public sector telecommunication giant in preference to those private outfits. Yet it is a shame BSNL cant care less for customer satisfaction. The BSNL broad band is a connection which either doesnt connect, if connects, keeps bucked, goes on and off on its own accord. To work on the net with BSNL broadband is has become so tiresome pouring cold water on all enthusiasm.

              I have checked and rechecked my computer, the bb connection has been checked again and again by the concerned exchange and even the admn office is so very helpful. So at which level the lacuna lie? In short BSNL even being a public Company is selling its wares short. It is a pity such a pioneering and leading institution is slowly withering.

              BSNL who cant even maintain reasonable speed in its bb services already provided and commited, is claiming that they have covered so many villages is all tall claim and sheer propaganda gimmick. May be it is at the expense of other subscribers who already reel under slow speed and disconnections.

              Really frustrating.
              I am one of bsnl's esteemed service receiver. As far as I am concerned I AM UNABLE TO AVAIL THE BROADBAND FACILITY- because ever since i have got the broad band I AM DEPRIVED OF THE SPEED----IT IS TOO SLOW THAN dialup
              my broad band is working poorly, no fully down loading facility .the link is break in the way
              they are not responding even after regestring my complaint that my broad band is not working properly from last 2 months please do hel me

                  my internet is not wotking properly since i got the connection, every time i gone to the BSNL exchange (bhrampuri, meerut) they only given me fake promesis that we would do it soon but still my connection is disturbed
                  as i m the student of B.Tech i gone through many online exams but due to failure of connection i face many problems my project is also in the middle phase i m unable to complete it

                  Kindly either repair my phone or disconnect my phone .deduct my two months bill otherwise I take sheltor of consumer court. So please take a serious action on my complaint otherwise i will disconnected your connection .

                    i rechrded my mobile with power pack card on 26sep2008 still knw my outgoing & sms charges are as per genernal plan ihad logged complian t so many times still knw thers no result . till today iam contacting c.car for about three times a day and spending 2and half hours aday ithink i am doing call center duty still no there is no who is going to ans icould no. but after every three to 4days anew compliant no was giving to me i also contacted sr.call center executive but no result .my compliant nos recent on30sep 383747 and on 04oct 384659 iam calling to c.care frm last 9 days who is going to pay may accumulated losses & my valuable time

                      Dear Sir:

                      I have cleared all the pending bills and advance payments concerning activation of my broadband connection through BSNL on first of this month i.e., (01/10/2008), but even today I am not connected to the net and what I am most frustrated about is tomorrow is again Sunday. Though I have been given a user name and password, yet they have not be activated.

                      Do you think I should wait for more than 3 days just for activation of the account(I have already had the modem and phone installed).

                      Please see that I am connected to net ASAP. you can reach me @ [protected] and the number to which I need broadband activation is [protected].

                        I am using BSNL broadband since mar25th, 2008. I am using home 500c. According to this plan, the free calls for landline should be 175, no fixed monthly rental charges for landline and broadband is free between 2am - 8am.

                        1. I recieved the telephone bill of months of march and april. i was surprised to see that they have not changed free calls to 175 and fixed monthly rental charge was still 180 for the month of april. when i enquired about this in may they said it was a mistake, we will deduct this in next month bill. Its oct now, but they have done NOTHING.

                        2. I recieved broadband bill of Rs.4500 for the month of july. Now Plz have a look at my broadband usage record (NIB report) for the month of july by downloading here ->

                        BSNL — can't see usage details after 30th july

                        I can't see my usage details from 31st july please give me a needful solution as quickly as possible
                        BSNL's Billing & usage frauds

                        LOAD UNIT TOTAL MORE THAN 7000MBS DOWN LOAD 1500MBS
                        UP LOAD 5500MBS . I WAS SURPRISED AND LODGED COMPLAINT.
                        UP TO JULY i RECEVED BILL FOR MINIMUM CHARGE OFRs.562/- only . sudden increase by ten times. I am awaiting for reply to my
                        complaint letter dt.01/11/2008. I also attached dinamalar message under the head FRAUD IN BSNL BROAD BAND USAGE WITH MY COMPLAINT LETTER

                        I am Tapan Dhar from brackpore (West Bengal) I am using Broadband connection from last 3 months. I am not able to see my usage details from last months. I lodge complaint for that reason but they are not fixing my problem. I am eagerly waiting for the action taken toward this.

                        Sir if this is the Broad Band Service No one will able to access it, It have a good speed, and except its Customer care problem it is looking fine to me. No customer care executive are not able to speak properly they have a vague concept about the Net Service.

                        I am eagerly wating to hear from.

                        i took bsnl broad band connection in 3rd april 09, with download limit upto 1gb pm with Rs 250, but hardly i have down loaded 1gb, when i call bsnl office after 1 month, because i did not recieve thier bill i surprised to know that my bill is Rs 8000+ for one month, during my usage i was not able to even see my usage details due to their problem, site not openning even i didnot got any information that my usage limit has crossed 1 gb, so what can i do now,
                        I wish that this case be looked into deeply and I may be suggested appropriate steps for the correction in the Bill.
                        Moreover with such silly statements from craps is causing great amount of loss to the entire nation in terms of monetary implication.
                        An early look up in this case shall be highly solicited.

                        Hi, I have been using BSNL broadband sinnce March 09. I have home 500 plan and till Feb I got only the minimum amount as bill since my usage is minimum. My broadband connection went dead during April but I got a bill for Rs.3900 inspite of not able to connect to the net!! When I checked my usage, it showed around 7.5 gb download when actually I was not able access the internet!. It was evident that someone had managed to hack into my account and use my user id and password to connect. While the BSNL staff continously claim that the user id is bound to the telephone number and therefore nobody else can acccess my account, this claim has proved to be false in my case. Somebody did manage to use my account froma different number and I am being asked to pay for it. I have registered a complaint with BSNL and eventhough the connection has been restored, I have not been given the proper bill yet. I got a hug amount for May 2009 as well, eventhough my connection was restored around 20th of May.

                        Sub: - Complaint on BSNL services, Billing, Customer Care and Broadband Services.

                        Brief History:

                        I’m unable to check my usage, bsnl have provided a website selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in but that broad band is not working from last 20 days and also I’ve registered in that complaint in Malleshwaram BSNL people didn't give any intimation.

                        Kindly note that I will be not doing the payment from 03rd Oct’10 till 23rd Oct 2010 as there is no usage for 20 days. And also from 30th Oct’10 till 7th Nov 2010.


                        And you will be billing me for from day one the date of BSNL Broadband Connection is disconnecting. Who is responsible to for the non-usage for 20 days?

                        I am having broadband connection under plan Home 500 C. Earlier I used to usage account at the click of the mouse with full details; but now after changing the web site to self-care nothing is working. It is not understood why the BSNL discontinued the previous system when the present system is not at all working and I am completely in the dark not knowing how much i downloaded or uploaded as mine is restricted usage of 1 GB per month. BSNL should revert to the old system o[censored]sage account immediately.

                        Broadband billing meter runs even without using the internet
                        Broadband on landline connection No:[protected] without using computer, I get a Billing alert of 17228 + MB usage. We have taken bsnl broadband connection 2 months ago. We are not satisfied with your services. Worst service that I have experienced. I can’t guess how much is remaining? its to much bad service provided by bsnl, n if there will b over usage then u will going to add extra charge for that, right, so what to do?

                        Current Problems:

                        There are two things which have to be rectified again:

                        My interest earnings

                        BSNL's Billing & usage frauds

                        Local Shift was pending from 23 Oct 2010 from Yeshwanthpur Exchange to Malleshwaram Exchange. The after personally following up many many times by visiting the BSNL office at Yeshwanthpur.

                        Bill No. [protected] was raised 01.11.2010 for net amount of Rs. 45441/-. This was further revised when I had taken this up with the Customer Relations Officer and the Jr. Accounts Officer on the 19 Nov 2010. The revised amount is now Rs. 8648/-.

                        I hope that looking at the history you would understand the reasons for my dissatisfaction and frustration that I have been undergoing for over four and half years on having a connection in my name with telephone line at my residence. At least this time I need to tell everybody the reason due to which all this built up to an unsatisfied customer for BSNL. I still remember the numerous visits that I had made to the BSNL office for a solution and when I was asked to meet different people and even people were transferred in between the period and there was not end to my problem. Finally it was only on the interference of Customer Relations Officer &
                        AM (West) that I got the present connection. I also know that even when my connection was pending for technical feasibility, there were other connections that were given from the same post/area during the interim period.

                        It is a pity that experienced and qualified officers at BSNL is now not able to comprehend and look into the facts in my complaint which is now being formally raised the fourth time here.

                        Just restating from my previous latter:

                        I received broadband bill of Rs.11560.00 for the month of Nov 2010. Now Plz have a look at my broadband usage record (NIB report) for the month of Nov by downloading here ->

                        We have been BSNL Customer for a long time. During this period .We are paid all out standing bill as Oct 2010.

                          My Mobile No. is [protected]. Before 2-3 days i calling to 123 for De-Activation of BSNL Tunes. As 123 is a toll free number then why customer care has deducted 25 Rs. for that call. Pls. Either you says 123 is a toll free number or dont deduct the money for calling to that number. This is not right way to behave with your customers. deposit that money in my account at the earliest.

                            Sir, my mobile Number is [protected] and I have the Saral Anand plan. Sir I was doing calls local/STD @49 paise per minute. The tarif was expired on 14 Dec 2011. I renewed the tariff ( STV 49) on 15th Dec 2011 from mobile No [protected]. The call rate 49 paise per minute was not changed. Again I recharged for Rs 49/- on 16 Dec 2011 from mobile No [protected]. Both the time I got the message in my mobile but still I am being charged Re 1.00 for local call and Rs 1.50 for STD calls. instead of 49 paise per minute. Please look into this and kindly do the needfull.
                            I have UP East pre-paid Mobile Number [protected] (Saral Anand life time Plan). I recharged the tariff of Rs 49/- on 15th & 16 Dec 2011 to make the call @49 paise per minute. But still I am being charge Re1.00 for local call and Rs 1.50 for STD calls. If the plan is not being implemented why they are accepting the amount, So I paid twice for this but everything is in vain. So please look into the matter and implement the plan accordingly. otherwise ask the Customer Care service to refund my money ie Rs 49 +49 = Rs 98. Thanking you.

After 2 hour i received a message conveing that i have been suscribed to BSNL VCS service where as nothing such type of request was sent by me for the subscription of the service.

                              landline 26692868 is dead since 07/07/2008.I have already lodged complaint at BSNL exchange, yerawada, but still no action is taken.The telephone is very much need due to some medical reason to our house.It has been noticed that some culprits are playing with the wires at junction box to which my phone is connected, as the box is without shutter.So kindly do favour for me.Also if possible change the instrument as it some times get faulty due to its loose cradle & buttons.

                              In the last month I have taken broadband connection. 25 days before I have made complaint & requested to provide smooth & effective service. But my request not considered & gone in vein. Because
                              again I am experiencing very irritating services. First of all the connection is not established showing error No 678 that REMOTE COMPUTER IS NOT RESPONDING. By luck if at all it is connected, it frequently disconnecting. While typing this complaint connection dissconnected at least 30 times withine 10 minutes.
                              This is very miuch irritating. It is nothing but harashment of customer. Shall you mean that we have not option of other service provider. It is also heardt that TOP MANAGEMENT of BSNL not giving proper attention to give better & improved services to the customers because they want to sale the company to private service provider. The TOP MANAGEMENT only knows the best reasons of it.
                              But at present we are harashed by BSNL. I will complaint to TRAY for inefficiency in the services by BSNL..
                              Please take the note that I have received your Bill for payment of Rs.2900/- which includes modem charges. But I am not going to pay it. Your services are worst. No qualitative & effictive in services.We are westing our valuable time & money by proccuring your services. Therefore I wish to change my service provider. Dissconnect my land line & broad band connection immediately.Please do not persue me for payment of Bill being your services are worst.

                                My phone number is [protected]. This is a prepaid connection from Kerala. Currently I am in Ahmedabad. Most of the time, I can not call or send sms from my number. It shows "not to be connected". This happens whenever I go out from Kerala. But my friends who have postpaid connections, they do not have this problem and many a time I use their phone to make calls. It is quite unfortunate and embarassing situation. I am seriously thinking of switching over to a diffrenet service provider. I understand that other service providers do not have such issues. I have contacted your customer care service number [protected] several times, but the problem persists, in fact it has become more worse.

                                  I HAVE A TELEPHONE CONNECTION NO[protected] BSNL AT MY RESIDENCE AT P-24A SECTOR-23 SANJAY NAGAR GHAZIABAD, INDIA. fOR LAST TWO YEARS I EXPERIENCE THE PROBLEM OF DISTURBANCES AND ROSS-CONNECTION ON MY TELEPHONE. dESPITE REPEATED FOLLOW-UP THE COMPLAINT HAS NEVER BEEN ATTENDED . dUE TO THIS FAULT, I AM ALSO NOT GETTING THE DESIRED SPEED ON MY BROADBAND INTERNET CONNECTION WHICH IS INSTALLED ON THIS NUMBER. pLEASE HELP
                                  Dear Customer Service Officer,

                                  My telephone connection 2771082 is not working since last three four days.

                                  I already loged the complaint in BSNL Kaushambi center yesterday.

                                  Would you please activate the Phone connection or if there is any problem to activate it please let me know.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  My telephone no. 2840392 linked with pratap vihar exchange is dead for last 12 days I lodged a complaint the same day and I talked to line man, Junior Engineer and SDO but they says repeatidly there is fault in cable and the same will be repaired today. I am quite helpless since I am not able to manage my e mails and other business activities related to land line.

                                  If I dont receive a satisfactory feed back I have no option but to get all connections of bsnl disconnected I am using for such a bed customer carring where there is no room for attending complaints
                                  and I dont think there is any check by the senior officials on such day to day activities.

                                  customer care centre no-1500 not working properly and a std. word is using for giving satisfaction i.e. "APPKA CALL HAMARELIYA AMULYA HAI, HUM KUTCH SAMAY ME APPKE SAMAKSHA UPLAVDHA HONGAY, PRATIKSHA KARNEKELIA DHANYABAD" I was wait for apporx. one hour. but fail to contact with deptt. executive for my complain.and I dont think there is any check by the senior officials on such day to day activities. kindly look into the matter. My broad band connection line frequently breaking the link thats why I am getting very mutch problem kindly arrange to repair the same. my Ph. no- 2623492

                                  We are leaving in Adhyatmik nagar NH-24 near dasna railway crossing. We are facing a problem of "network busy" from 5:00 pm to late night(1:00 am). There are many users of bsnl . So the single tower not provide the facility to all bsnl users. May be it will due to single tower for more users.

                                  So please solve the problem. To increase no. of tower or if there is any other problem then solve it.

                                    Hi,

                                    I Have taken bsnl broadband conection on 16-06-08 and it was working good but due to some reasons i have to format my system, after formating i'm unabel to connect internet to my system and it is giving error 676. I want bsnl people to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    Note: When i call bsnl broadband customer care there was no proper resposnse and they are diconnecting the call in between conversation, i think dont know how to solve the query's .

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam

                                    After giving several call they indicted that broad band conected on 12.7.2008, but password not received -- collected
                                    the passsword through phone on 15.7.2008 but unable to connect the internet. When contacted they informed some one will go for configration of Modam --- but till date no one turn up.

                                    I was using the Bsnl road band only but since I was away from India as such last year now I have surrendered and it took me nearly one month to get the Modam.

                                    If you cannot give the service please tell so that I can surrender
                                    and go for other private who give better service.

                                    Awaiting earlier installation of Broadband.

                                    My bsnl broadband conected 12-07-08 and I am not able to connect the internet. I want bsnl people to solve my problem as soon as possible so that I can utilise the internet.

                                    Note: When i call bsnl broadband customer care there was no proper resposnse and they are disconnecting the call in between conversation, i think dont know how to solve the query's .And most of the time they take telephone number indicating that they will call back

                                    I Sandip Kr. Paul send a sms for activation of GPRS in my Prepaid BSNL Connection . My Mobile No. is [protected]. But unfortunately my good luck is that i do not received the facility till the date i.e 18.3.09. I think to leave the prepaid mobile connection.

                                    i am a bsnl pre paid customer and on 18-10-09 i asked the customer care service to connect internet in my mobile.but the process is harrasing and even after long trying i could not contact them.i am awaiting the service but some sort of foolishness of some irresponsible person in the service makes it more tougher.

                                    I Nasreen TAj have taken thenInternet connection through the package Internet networking from Jame-ul-Uloo Group of Institutions at City Market BAngalore-2, in thelast month April 2011. on yearly basis of Rs. 1125 every year. After giving broad band conection on 5.4.2011, it worked hardly for 10 days and it is now stopped the Phone connection and the broad band connection, but if we call from outside it is ringing tune to the caller but for us. tehre is no sign of working in our connectioin. REgarding this we have given written complaint to the Mysore Road BAngalore-26 TElephone Exchange also last week but still nobody has come and repaired it so, we are unable to connect the internet. Please do the repair or configration of Modam --- but till date no one turn up.

                                    If you cannot give the service please tell so that I can surrender
                                    and go for other private who give better service. . Because of the poor services of BSNL the people are not interested to take any connection from BSNL.
