I am using BSNL broadband since mar25th, 2008. I am using home 500c. According to this plan, the free calls for landline should be 175, no fixed monthly rental charges for landline and broadband is free between 2am - 8am.
1. I recieved the telephone bill of months of march and april. i was surprised to see that they have not changed free calls to 175 and fixed monthly rental charge was still 180 for the month of april. when i enquired about this in may they said it was a mistake, we will deduct this in next month bill. Its oct now, but they have done NOTHING.
2. I recieved broadband bill of Rs.4500 for the month of july. Now Plz have a look at my broadband usage record (NIB report) for the month of july by downloading here ->

* How many hours make a month??? 24 * 30 = 720, it shows 3577 hrs!!!
* They have promised 2-8 unlimited free net. have a look at the highlighted details. Doesn't make any sense, right?
* Also for few days it has started after 2.
I have lodged complaint about this on aug 22nd. Its oct now. Till now they are giving childish reasons but hvnt done anything.

Sir,Im a first year Engineering student and since last several days someone from this number [protected] is vulgarly harresing me ....Please help me in getting the name of this person so that i can take necesssary action!BSNL — prank call
i am getting call from [protected] bsnl number and the person is is irritating me so much...and he is also using bad language ...please help me out by tell me how to stop this kind of calls and also take some action to this number
