Connection hangs

I have been using Dataone connection for almost a year...
But since the past few weeks, when i connect the connection hangs in between. The status remains ' connected' but the data transfer stops resulting in the hang state.. It does not allow me to disconnect either. !!! This is very irritating, beacuse it happens frequently .
Sometimes twhile connecting he server does not respond at all... !!!

Cannot open account usage page

Dear Sir
The bsnl account management site from where the broadband usage is seen could not be opened for more than 5 days. Its very irritating because we cannot find out if we have acceded the limit or not.

not returning back deposit

I stopped Coin box PCO of Bsnl before 6 months. I gave application to disconnect my BSNL connection, i gave an application to disconnect my connection, their no due amount on me of bills and i wrote in application to payback my deposit to me.

I am one of the customers of BROADBAND INTERNET CONNECTION HOMEPLAN provided by BSNL and have been using this since 2006 september. telephone landline dead since June 2008

My land line telephone number (+91+[protected] has been dead since June 2008 and despite telephonically registered complaints the company----BSNL Pune----has not repaired the connection till date. Meanwhile, it has billed me as usual for the service they are supposed to provide.

I wonder whether it is a dead telephone line I am paying for or a dead bureaucracy and its dead technical services department....

Faulty Telephone instrument

I am a subscriber of BSNL, Kolkata Telephones, under 2421 Exchange, my telephone No. is 24214072. For the last couple of days, the ring tone of my above telephone is not hear properly, as it is too low to hear from a hand shecking distance, though the volume is high.

how to identify the no of calls has made instantly

I must know about how many calls has been made by my telepone BSNL landline everyday.
Is there any number to call and find out the no of calls has done upto or is there any mail checking is possible for that.
Even if there is a charge (as a call) for that number i want the number please .

Bill not received by due date

This is a great problem faced by me and others that the landline/broadband bill is either not delivered or delivered much later than the last date of payment. So we have to pay the late fee along with the bill. Mostly, they temporarily disconnect the service due to non payment of bill. Kindly look into the matter....

Poor Customer Care and portal service

I m user of cellone prepaid within orissa circle bearing no. [protected]. I had called cellone c.care for 100 times for cellone gprs setting. Every person said me "I have already send the setting to u, u will receive the setting within 5 min". Then result is the same, no setting deliverd to my cell.
And another drawback any one can see in cellone portal. oneday I just clock on a wallpaper download link, then next one...
