I am subscriber to phone no.2791766.at Jaipur.I request you to please go throgh the following facts.


1. On 24.04.2008 I applied for Super Economy plan with amonthly rent of Rs.475/- providing 500 free calls in amonth, to make effective from 1.05.08.
While accepting my application at Pratap Nagar exchange, Jaipur. BSNL official didn't cared to cross check the demand w.r.t.name of plan and the facility demanded in monetry terms, they arbitrarily put me on higher plan, that too w.e.f 24.04.08 against the demand of 01.05.08, further instead of continuing the old plan or contacting me over phone to reascertain my requirement, as the demand was not clear.It clearly shows the arbitrary working attitude of BSNL officials

2. On 31.05.08 I wrote a letter to Sh.Mahajan, Sr.Accounts Officer, Bajaj Nagar for the same, but I am sorry to say that I have not received any response from his office.

3. I put a fax message to Mr.Dolly also.

4. I knocked every possible door of BSNL but no body guided me correctly, nor helped me.

5. On 10.06.08 I received a mail fron pg cell informing as under:
Tue, 10 Jun 2008 PG Cell wrote :
>Rebeit of Rs. 249 is given as admissible & AM(S) has been informed to change the plan from Super of Rs.1475 to Special Plan of Rs. 375/- as an early possible to avoid wrong billing in future.
>AGM(PG) % PGMTD, Jaipur

I again responded for the above mail on 11.06.08 as under:

Dear Sir,
Thank you very much for your response.

you are requested to provide me the full detail of due Bill as per One India plan which was to be operated during April, 2008, extra charged Bill and how you arrived to the figure of Rs.249/-.Total Bill for April 2008 was for Rs.1475.00(Rent Rs.392/-Call charges Rs.328/-Broad Band Rs.593/- taxes Rs.162/-)

Further you are requested to inform me on what basis you are going to change my plan to Super 375, it has never been demanded by me, I demanded to change my plan to Suoer economy 475.which provide 500 free calls in a month at a monthly rent of Rs.475/.

You are requested to respond me with full details and justification.

6.Above the all I inform you that I have not received bill for April 2008 and May 2008.

7. My bill for May 2008 is for Rs.1910(Rs.1450 Rent, Rs.210 Taxes, Rs.250 for broad band )
8.My bill for June, 2008 is for Rs.1761(Rs.1198 Rent, Call charges Rs.47/-Rs.266 Taxes, Rs.250 for broad band)

8. Now my humble request to you is please allow me credit of all excess billing done in 4/08 and 5/08, and 06/08 due to arbitrary allotment of plan .

Thanking you in anticipation, with the hope to receive the favourable response at an early date to avoid the financial and mental hardship of mine.

This was my whole Story how BSNL has charged me arbitrarily.

My argument is this that when a particular product is not available on the price customer is demanding, the should have refused to give the same, ( Mismatching of Plan and Tariff) instes of taking the action at their on sweet will and harrasing the customer, these are the reasons due to which people are opting private service providers.

I personally met with Sh.Rameshwar ji, DGM(TR), who has not even talked properly .

I Dr.Tushar Dashora, resident of 5-da-25, Jawahar Nagar on 12-06-08 received a bill dated 08-06-08 which is amounting to Rs.56085/- and for the period of 01-05-08 to 31-05-08.

As my plan was Home Unlimited I approached the departnment with this complaint & I was told that the matter will be looked up and the bill revised.The same month I recieved a bill for Rs.14, 000/- againg for the succeeding month for which I was specifically instructed not to deposit the bill as the matter was under consideration.

The matter was well taken up with Mr.K.G Pareek (AGM Pr & Mkt.) who said that revised billing will be done if the plan was Home unlimited I need to pay as per the tariff only.

FInally, I recieved a bill of Rs 879/- on date 8/08/08 Bill no.[protected] (Copy attached) which was paid through on 25/08/08.(Copy attached).

My phone & internet connection were revived & I was recieving both call & net services till

18/08/08.

To my surprise, once again my net & phone have been disconnected (announcement being -this number does not exist).reason told from sanganeri gate exchange is Non-payment of bill of Rs. 58, 000/- & Rs. 14, 000/- once again!!!



I am a Doctor and had taken a Home unlimited plan for Broadband.

All these events are annoyin & distressing.Further, the level of mental harrassment I have undergone is unexplainable.

Now, I request you to kindly disconnect my connection and stop harassing me as I have regularly been paying my due bills.I am unable to run door to door & office to office pleading to each clerk & officer that I have paidmy bills and my paln is under Home-unlimited type & recieve no/blank responce form them.

It is etremely sad to note the apathetic responce of BSNL officers & clerks.

I shall be forced to move to consumer court & TRAI if this matter is not solved as all this is lingering form May-08 onwards.

    'My name is Vineet Pugalia from Chennai. My residence is just less than half-a kilometer from the BSNL area office. I have been a BSNL subscriber for more than 2 decades now and that’s the reason in spite of my glitches with it; it still opts to continue with BSNL in spite of so many better service providers.

    In recent times I have been facing a host of problems with BSNL and in connection to this I have also written to the higher officials at BSNL; however still I haven't received a single response from their end. My complaint is evident in the mail I have written to one of the higher officials (below):

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I’m Vineet Pugalia S/o: Mr. Kanhaiya Lal Pugalia, who is a subscriber of your landline & broadband service for last 2+ decades. As stated above this mail of mine is to bring to your notice some of my grievances and also to share with you some of my bitter experiences with BSNL. Before, I proceed further I request you to pardon me if any where through my mail, you feel offended.

    From the point ‘a’ on the subject line I’m sure you must have guessed what my grievance is about. Let me brief you about the sequence of problems that I have faced when it comes to services offered by BSNL. They are:

    My telephone line was dead/nonfunctional for the period of about 15+ days in the month of May i.e. starting from the very 1st week of May. In order to restore my line back the first step I took was to lodge a complaint with BSNL official automated tele service i.e. 1500 and as consequence I was granted a Docket Number to track the status & progress of my complaint. However, even after a couple of days when the problem was not resolved I tried to check the status of my complaint by dialing 1500; to my hardship this number ceased to work (it rings – some one picks the phone – but does not answer; this happened for nearly about 10 times; beyond which I lost my patience and stopped trying). Owning to this I went in person to my area BSNL office (Kelly’s Branch) and informed them of my situation. The gentleman over there attended me very patiently and made note of my number and assured me the problem would be resolved within 24hrs. To my plight even after 3 days the problem was not resolved. You may find it hard to believe; I never received even a single call from BSNL informing me the cause or the status of the complaint. I wonder if at all any authorities monitor the complaints registered with the automated tele service? Also, I wonder if the responsibility of the public relation officer in the front desk of the BSNL office is to only receive the complaints and not pass it on the concerned authorities. This is just the phase one of my problem, to introduce you to the later half:

    On the 14th May ’08 (until when my phone was still DEAD) I had filed an application in the BSNL office (Kelly’s branch) requesting them to shift my Landline and Broadband connection to my new residential address. The person on the front desk told me that the procedure would take about a couple of days. However, as expected a week passed away and I did not hear from the BSNL authorities. So, I visited the BSNL office again and enquired the status of my request. To which the front desk official responded very harshly as though it was a crime to learn or question on the status of our complaints. However, he assured that the line would be transferred by evening the same day. To which I agreed and without a word I left being convinced that this time for sure my request would be served promptly (though the actual mentioned time has elapsed). However, I was proved wrong and the line was not restored until even 2 days; which caused me to check with the authorities again. And, over there I learnt that they had by missed to hand over my application to the divisional officer who is responsible to allocate the line to my new address and I was asked to meet him in person and inform him of the issue (I would like to know is it a part of my job to make complaints/request and also resolve them?). Still, as I was the prey here and wanted my job to complete as I had lost hope in the way the BSNL office functions; so with a positive gesture I met the divisional area in charge, who assured me that the line to my new address would be granted within 24hrs. In spite of the sequence of my problems I was left with no choice than to accept his words. To my great surprise the line was granted to my new house within a day. The next formality in the pipeline was to choose a new number; since my exchange was changed. After, I choose my new number within 24hrs my phone was up and working. The above paragraph speaks about the phase two of my grievances. The next phase is as follows:

    When I submitted my application for a line shift I very clearly and precisely stated that the shift involves landline phone and broadband connection also. The front desk officer also made note of this requirement on the top of my application. However, when my landline was migrated the broadband connection was not enabled. To which I registered a complaint with the automated tele-service and as a conventional practice I was allocated a Docket number to track my complaint. And, as a conventional practice with BSNL the problem was not resolved even after 2 to 3 days, neither did we receive any communication from BSNL. Owning to which I attended the BSNL office to know the status of my problem and without any embarrassment the front desk official bluntly informed that my complaint has been closed due to some unknown reason and I have to lodge a fresh complaint. (Imagine, if I never went to the BSNL office for a year; I would have never known that my Docket number has ceased to be valid even without being attended). As per the officer’s suggestion I lodged a fresh complaint on 1500 and was assigned a new Docket number. And, it is nearly about a week the problem is not being attended yet. My wife and I have made numerous visits to the BSNL office (Kelly’s) in the last one week (almost 2 visits daily) in regard with this problem; however no proper response has been received from the front desk officials. Also, the in charge A.E’s and the other senior officials to whom we have been directed (one-after the other) have only made empty promises and our problem still lies unattended and at the mercy of the BSNL administration.


    Sir, what is most painful here is:

    I have lost a lot of my precious time just to enquire the status of my problem; just because some one who is in charge of attending customer complaints has simply not done his/her job.
    Though the BSNL Landline and Broadband rentals are very competitive; however will I be spared from not paying the bill for the period for which I have not been able to avail the service?
    Though we have so many initiatives like: automated tele service, area offices, etc. still what is the accountability? Now, in my situation is there any one single person who can be held accountable? If yes, please bring into my notice.
    The list may be endless…

    Sir, I would like to let you know that I belong to a middle-class family and have to earn for my daily bread. I just cannot afford a single day off from my office; which would completely turn disastrous to my monthly budget. In spite, of which when I can take out time and enquire the status of my problem and also pay for the service when not in use; why don’t the officials who are in charge take responsibility to resolve their mistakes? In regard to this and the tremendous mental agony caused to me and my family; I request you to investigate this matter and get in written an apology note from all the people responsible for the above mentioned problem.

    I request you to please excuse me; if any where I have offended your organization at a personal level. I'm writing you this mail only with the hope that some action would be done to ensure that the job is done and also some initiatives are taken to improve the customer relationship & transparency in the way things function.

Its really sad to know that the countries largest and biggest Telecom company mal-functions, when the rest of the telecom players are fighting tough with each other to grab their pie by offering the best prices, services, etc as the main manifesto.

    I'm not sure how much this forum would help me, since I'm already really distressed and lost all hope in this world to seek recovery in this issue.

    Dear Sir,

    We are residing at Tambaram, Mudichur Road and our land line had not worked for about 20 days from 21st Nov, 2008 till 10th Dec, 2008. Though we had launched complaint about this to BSNL personnel, nobody turned up to correct the problem during the above said period. Due to this, we had suffered a lot without landline connection.as we could not contact our shop clients on time.
    So, will I be spared from not paying the bill for the period for which I have not been able to avail the service?

    And also I hereby request you to deduct the rental charge for the above-said number for the said period & do the needful.

      I have transferred my address from Chandra Layout to S.G. Palya, Koramangala, last month but till date they have not done it. They are giving numerous chain of numbers to contact, but whom ever I will contact they are saying they they don't know what to do and some other silly excuses. I am totally fed up of their service.         The Telehone bearing No.2223 0714 in the office of the Project Director, Project Implementation Unit, Karnataka State Highways Improvement Project, K.R.Circle, Bangalore is having cross connection/cross talk problem since 4 months. Even after repeated complaints to BSNL the problem is not solved even today.

        Hope the problem will be solved immediately and permanently without waiting for further complaints.

          I am one o[censored]sers of BSNL Landline telephone since 15 years and my phone no. is 23516373 in Bangalore at Sanjaynagar exchange.The phone is dead since two months : but I am promptly getting the bills for payment.I have lodged complaints so many times that, I am fed up with the indifference of the authorities.The ready made answer the line man gives is that there is a cable problem and he asks us to conact the "higher ups" and the "Higher Ups" (sitting very high as usual)when contacted tell us to bear with the problem or we are at liberty to change the service provider.
          My son has put the poster of Priety Zinta who is the brand ambassador of BSNL and he is planning call her or send mail to her explaining to her about the corrupt and ineeficient practices of BSNL, so that she can explain the darker side also to her compatriots.
          Can somebody really save us from the apathy of these BSNL authorities. Is there no accountability at all? What are the senior officers and the Top management doing? How can such a thing happen to the faithfull consumers of BSNL? I also have got the Bsnl Broad band which never worked for more than a month. BSNL was after me till the hardware was sold.Please do something in this regard

          our bsnl landline phone is not incoming please repair mym phone
          Sir,
          You are not alone.
          We are bsnl customer for the last 1.5 decades and also bsnl broadband.

          Our land phone and broadband is dead almost 40% of the time.
          With repeated complaints no corrective action has been taken so far.

            Subject: Delay in attending complaint and poor response.
            Complaint no 13984 dated Sep, 28, 2008.

            Sir,
            There has been a complaint regarding broadband connection, with the complaint no#13984. I am a resident of Alwal, and should say that there has been a very poor response regarding it. The complaint was registered two days ago, and it has been unattended.However, I have been at home for two days( absent from my work) waiting for technician to attend my complaint.

            Secondly, a technician gets away unreadily without even entering the apartment and checking on the connection on Sep, 30th-Tuesday

            I am very upset with the employees with such rude and poor behavior. BSNL has been a reputed Govt.establishment, but lately there haven’t been such good results when a customer complaint is launched.

            I, therefore, kindly request you to take strict action about it. Please do not keep the customers waiting.

This breakdown is not cleared since last week i.e. from 11/07/09. The BSNL money in improving there service rather than advertising seeing this many people would like to get its connection.               BSNL Land line service — Our Phone is always faulty

              It has become a regular affair to visit the local MR. Prasad -JEO Bsnl at East Maredpally Every fortnight with a complaint about the faulty telephone service. After 3to 4 days technicians will do something and again the same old problems. Our connection is more than 10 years old inspite of repeated written and Oral complaints BSNL is not capable of providing proper receiver. They gave me again age old discarded set which causes problems. This intern has caused family misunderstandings and problems. We are paying the fat bills regularly and Never get the proper service!!! we are sick of Such a lethargic department.

                I have been using Dataone connection for almost a year...
                But since the past few weeks, when i connect the connection hangs in between. The status remains ' connected' but the data transfer stops resulting in the hang state.. It does not allow me to disconnect either. !!! This is very irritating, beacuse it happens frequently .
                Sometimes twhile connecting he server does not respond at all... !!!

                Plz tell me why is this happening ...

                  I am trying to see the dataone usage account for last 7 days or so as it is refusing to display, though I am able to check the inbox. It is important for me to check the account regularly so I should not use more than 1 GB.

                  Kindly look into this. If you have any comments to make, either you can mail at [protected]@dataone.in or my husband's mail id [protected]@yahoo.com. The monthly landline bills are regularly sent to my husband's mail box becuase he is a regular user of your broad band service. He deals in every matter on behalf of me.

                    I stopped Coin box PCO of Bsnl before 6 months. I gave application to disconnect my BSNL connection, i gave an application to disconnect my connection, their no due amount on me of bills and i wrote in application to payback my deposit to me.
                    But still they are sending me bills and not returning back my deposit. the worst customer service across the nation. still they will not improve there CUSTOMER SERVICE, a day will come when their is no Customer to them.

                      I am one of the customers of BROADBAND INTERNET CONNECTION HOMEPLAN provided by BSNL and have been using this since 2006 september. Unfortunately our modem(Dataone smartex MT882) has got damaged on march20th 2008 accordingly i contacted our nearest customer service of BSNL also commercial office ernakulam-cochin on 19th April 2008 we applied for a new modem and already paid Rs 1248/- in the commercial office ernakulam (refer bill/DN No: 23750/[protected] /KY0033352)

                      My name is Robin Varghese and I belong to Bangalore Urban Circle.Iam located in BEML Layout 6th Stage, Kundanahalli gate, Marathahalli, Bangalore.

                      I have applied for a new BSNL Telephone connection with Broadband connectivity on April 3rd over Internet.Till date no one has contacted me regarding this new connection.I mailed all the people whom I got from BSNL Site, still no reply.

                      Till date I have contacted the toll free no[protected] then 1500 and finally they asked me to contact the Marathahalli Commercial Office and given the nos 25289421/25289411 which unfortunately no one is picking up.

                      Kindly help me if you can.
                      BSNL has got one of the worst customer service.
                      THIS IS REALLY BAD.. HEIGHTS OF TAKING ADVANTAGE FOR BEING A GOVERNMENT SERVANT..NO ONE TO ASK ABOUT THERE RESPONSIBLITIES .. THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE IS V BAD..                         My land line telephone number (+91+[protected] has been dead since June 2008 and despite telephonically registered complaints the company----BSNL Pune----has not repaired the connection till date. Meanwhile, it has billed me as usual for the service they are supposed to provide.

                        I wonder whether it is a dead telephone line I am paying for or a dead bureaucracy and its dead technical services department.

                        My landline telephone at Pune 25422595 is not working since last 2 months, We gave copmlaints 2 times but the phone is dead. Some time we receive a call thet the phone will be put to order very soon but it doesn't work. Our above landline is dead since 2 months and we have no alternative to switch to new Mobile Connections. If the things continue till December end 2009, we shall surrender this landline connection and discontinue.

                        Hope this time the complaint will be resolved

                        My landline telephone at pune 26111557 is not working since the last 15 days. Have given a complaint personally as well as by phone. The concerned person mentioned that we need to go near ladies club he also gave a number but there is no response on both the numbers.

                        The landline keeps going dead for 15 to 20 days every second month. Kindly see that the sameis resolved at the earliest.

                        Our Landline No. is 25673508 is not working since last 2 months. we gave complaints on phone as well as I personally visted twise. My Father who is 76 yr. old he visted twise. I spoken to Mr. VITANKAR in Model colony Telephone exchange, Pune, Maharashtra on last Friday 12 th Nov. He told me the line man was on leave and i will send the Other area line man to relive the problem on saturday.
                        AS usuall no one come to see . Today I am trying to speek to Mr. Vitankar but he is not taking his phone and when i call on landline they told me he is not yet come to the office.
                        If it is not possible to solve this problem let us know, we will surrender our phone.

                            My friend applied for EXCELP fecility to get cheaper call rate
                            at 2 nos, following standard norms., by sending SMS to 53733.
                            one STD NO was wrongly activated,[protected] instead of

                            After, repeated assurance to rectify their fault, now they are now telling in helpline that same cannot be rectified before 180

                            I have taken BSNL GPRS Voucher for Rs.99 on dt.3.3.09 and get recharge for 30days. Then I access internet for one day, for next day it was disconnectd automatically. Then after when ever I try to connect GPRS my mobile shows "Pocket data not available". Then I complain to Costomer care, they assure me for resetting but they did not. This was negligency or not.

                            i think all the gsm mobile service provider company is not providing good enternet speed on 2g user, not only bsnl, but also aircel, airtel is giving the most worst speed.they have given a limited usage of 2gb and must provide a minimum speed of 15kbps.

                              This is Mukesh Sharma, #2994, Second Floor, sector 15, PKL (HR). As i was in need of a Brodband connection and my area no other ISP is available so i was left with the option of BSNL only.

                              So i have applied for the same on August 19, 2008. I have deposited the security amount of Landline connection and One Month Advance rental o[censored]L Home Plus 750 plan. At that time the concerned person told me that my telephone connection will be installed with 7 days but..
                              I waited for a long and after vising the BSNL, Telelphone Exchange sec-5 Panchkula (many a time), at last it got installed with the telephone number 2592994 on 7th or 8th of September 2008. When the BSNL people came to install my telephone connection i asked them of the Broadband connection and they told me that it will be installed within few days.
                              And after that i keep started waiting for my BroadBand connection. At last on September 16, 2008, Contractor Guy Mr. Manish came and installed the modem and all the related equipment at my home and he have added a UserID "[protected]@bsnl.in" in the Network Connections and told me that my user id will be activated today itself or tomorrow. Again i keep starte waiting for the same.
                              And till date i am still waiting for the same.
                              I have called the Customer Service on 12678 and 2713000 hundred a times but all was in vein. One of guy used to told me many a times that these id are activated from Banglore and it will take around a week. and on Thursday 19 sep, 2008 i got a call from BSNL stating that your Userid "[protected]@bsnl.in" and password "password" has been activated. I tried it same time, but my luck it was not working, i was getting the same error no 691, Access was denied.
                              I keep on calling the Complaint 5 - 10 a day but all was in vein. Nothing worked for me till date.
                              I have also Visited the SDO, Pkl branch for the same, he call the CC in front of me and then he told me that a BSNL guy will come and will check what is wrong with my connection, but that guy never reached my home.
                              yesterday 25 Sep, 2008, a guy appeared claiming that he is from BSNL and come to check my BSNL Broadband connection problem. He tried his best to get it connected but it didn't work. Then he tried his own UserId and password and that worked perfectly.
                              He told me that your userid has been shifted from New Server to OLD server, so he need to do something from the telephone exchange and after that he left for the day.
                              After that i keep on waiting but you know the truth.

                              It is still giving the error 691.

                              So it a request, please do the needfull asap so that my net connection start working.

For the last couple of days, the ring tone of my above telephone is not hear properly, as it is too low to hear from a hand shecking distance, though the volume is high.

My payments were made through ECS but from Dec'19 onwards the payment were not made through ECS why ?. Now, one telephone call has received in my landline no. asking me for payment of due amount physically at Ranikhuti exchange. The online payment option is there in January 2020 bill No EDCWB[protected] dated 06.01.2020 due date is 27.01.2020 for Rs.1035/-. If I pay the bill online will there be problem. There is problem in paying physically in cash that's why ECS option was given. The bill for last 10 years paid through ECS only. Please reply.

                                  I must know about how many calls has been made by my telepone BSNL landline everyday.
                                  Is there any number to call and find out the no of calls has done upto or is there any mail checking is possible for that.
                                  Even if there is a charge (as a call) for that number i want the number please .
                                  If this facility is not there i request u to provide this facility
                                  in future as a call or by using the mail check .

                                  to identify the no of calls made you can look at the printed landline bill.
                                  but if you want more details like how many calls have been made to which number then you have to submit your printed landline bill at the TRA department at telephone exchange office. some office take application for that job and some dont.
                                  afer 7 to 10 days they would call you up and ask to receive your call details from office.

                                    I LOST MY CELL PHONE WITH SIM HAVING EXCEL PREPAID NUMBER[protected].

                                    I LAUNCH FIR IN POLICE STATION AND GIVE ITS REPORT TO TELEPHONE EXCHANGE WITH MY ID

                                    PROOF.

                                    I PAID Rs.112/- AND GOT DUPLICATE SIM CARD HAVING SIM NO:[protected].
                                    I REQUEST THE OFFICER IN EXCHANGE TO STOP OLD SIM BECOUSE SOMEONE IS MAKING

                                    WRONG USE OF SIM CARD BUT THEY SAY TO ME THE THE TECHNICAL PERSON IS NOT ON DUTY

                                    AND IT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY.

                                    I REQUEST THEM A LOT BUT THEY REFUSES ALL BY SAYING THAT IT WILL BE STOPED ON

                                    MONDAY OFFICE TIME.

                                    I CALL TO CUSTOMDER CARE FOR MORE INFORMATION TO STOP OLD SIM. THEY SAY TO ME TO

                                    GIVE THEM NEW SIM NUMBER. THEY WILL STOP OLD ONE AND START NEW ONE. BUT AFTER

                                    SOMETIME THEY SAID TO FAX FIR COPY WITH PROOF.

                                    I MAKE FAX ON[protected] SAME TIME. AFTER THAT THEY SAID TO GO TO LOCAL EXCHANGE

                                    BECOUSE IT IS NOT THEIR DUTY. IT WAS REALLY SHOKABLE FOR ME TO LISTEN THESE MATTER

                                    THAT TIME WHEN A PERSON WHO PICK MY CELL MAKING FALSE CALLS TO THE PERSONS WHO

                                    ARE IN MY PHONE CONTECT LIST AND ABUSING THEM.


                                    I AM IN FULL DEPRESSION AND TENSION WITH THE DEAL OF BSNL OFFICERS AND CUSTOMER

                                    CARE WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO SOLVE A PROBLEM. EACH PERSON HAVE HIS OWN VIEWS TO

                                      Bill not received by due date

                                      This is a great problem faced by me and others that the landline/broadband bill is either not delivered or delivered much later than the last date of payment. So we have to pay the late fee along with the bill. Mostly, they temporarily disconnect the service due to non payment of bill. Kindly look into the matter....

                                      i have mobile (nokia-3110c) i am still not able to get GPRS settings from BSNL. I have made complaint many times for the same and tried many times but no reply was received.

                                      right now i m using BSNL sim and my NO. is [protected].
