[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — LOW SPEED DOWNLOADING

SIR,
IM USING HIGHSPEED INTERNET BY MY WLL PHONE IN KERALA(SULTHAN BATHERY, WAYANAD). IM USING 250/- MONTHY UNLIMITED INTERNET PLAN. THERE ARE NO COVERAGE PROBLEMS IN OUR LOCALITY AND MY COMPUTER IS NOT SUFFERING FROM ANY VIRUS PROGRAM. BUT I CAN'T DOWNLOAD A FILE MORE THAN 10kbps ( EXCHANGE GUARANTEED AVERAGE 40 kbps DOWNLOADING SPEED ) SPEED LIMIT. IN EVERY NIGHT, MY CONNECTION NEEDS REDIALING. AFTER 1-2 HOUR ACCESS, THE BROWSER SHOWS AN ERROR MESSAGE " REMOTE COMPUTER IS RESET WHILE LOADING THE PAGE", AFTER THAT CONNECTION BECOME FAIL AND NEED REDIALING TO ACTIVATE THE CONNECTION AGAIN. BECAUSE OF THESE PROBLEMS I CAN'T COMPLETE MY DOWNLOADING PROCESS EFFECTIVELY. PLEASE HELP ME.

I'm having COmbo broadband plan currently. Most of the time connection speed is very low. I'm in need of good bandwidth capability. Please solve this issue ASAP.

sub; requesting sir to increase downloading speed and 2 make my portal id

as iam using bsnl telephone since from 20yrs recently i have been taken broad band unlimited 750+ plan earlier speed was very good but now speed while downloading is very low so i kindly request u sir do do needful and also plz i request u sir along this plz make me a portal id so i can known what is my usage for month.

helo.. am using unlimited ... the speeed is damn slow ... its almost useless ... some times even 1kbps download speed ... thers no probelm with de line ... its a direct like to de splitter are to de modem...waste meeere waste

i am having bsnl broadband connection in my house.here the downloading speed is very low.if i download a small mb file it takes few hours.please make my connection speed.thank you.
