we are a three star reputed hotel in baner, Pune since 11 years working in the hotel industry. we are using 4-6 bsnl landline connections as well as the broadband connection. The complete ordering, billing and closing system is dependent on the internet for which all the computers are connected through LAN and our day to day work is dependable on the broadband connectivity. I am facing toooo many problems regrding the broadband connectivity since last 6 months. On an average thrice a month I have to register a complaint for broadband as well as the landline. The only no. for complaint is 198 on which we can register a complaint but no one is there to receive the call ever. When we pursue with the given complaint no. the only automated reply we get to hear is that- " technical work is in progress" If we try to contact directly to the exchange no one ever receives the phone. ( phn no 25893333 and many more given by the exchange) And if at all it is received accidently no responsible answer is given for the querry. We are just forwarded and given the other numbers of the exchange. This whole working system is pathetic. No effecient automated service and assistance can be given by BSNL and it is really hopeless. Therefore with regret I will change all my connections to the private service providers since it is affecting my business. BSNL Broadband — worst service
Dear Sir,I had taken broadband connection of bsnl in March 2009 but its not working properly since its installation. i have registered many complaints for that but no action is taken and bad words are used by officers of bsnl.
So kindly help me in this matter,

My name is Shankar and I am writing to you regarding my frequent trouble with my internet connection.I'm getting authentication error and the internet get disconnected atleast once in a 2 days. And the problem exists for past 1 month.
I'm spending more than one hour with your custmer support whenever I face the problem. But the problem is fixed for temporarily. Later it's keep repeating.
I got frustrated. Though today morning, someone from your customer support told that, they will be sending one person, but I need to pay them Rs. 200 as a service charge.
What's going on with BSNL??? I have lost my patience. Kindly fix the issue as soon as possible. And that should be the final and permanent solution for this issue.
If you are not able to solve this issue permanently, I will surrender the connection and BSNL Bangalore Telecom is the sole responsible / Liable for my further decision.
This is frustruted issue...Last thirty days my bsnl broadband connection is gettin disconnected each and every thirty seconds..i called to customer care...gettin an irresponsible answer/..Bsnl Sucks...Am doin online business coz of this problem lost over 10000...Who is goin to repay this...BSNL DISCONNECTING INDIA

BSNL — Worst Broadband Connection

Broadband connection : HOME - Unlimited Plan
Problem : SO MANY TECHNICAL ISSUES!!! (ALWAYS)
Though I am paying for this connection since 4 to 5 years, I must have hardly used it for a few months.
Reason being that it is always NOT Conecting and I have to make a complaint, and next day it works for about 1 or 2 days.
Then again if you want it to work, you again raise a complaint.
Call 1504, many times and there is never a response so then you call 1500.
This problem is so often that I have done whatever the BSNL representative have asked me to do.
Purchased three MODEMS from BSNL till now, just a month back a new one for 1800 Rs!!!
I have spent nearly 1000 and got the wire completely changed.
And still the excuses continue and the connectivity is the same PROBLEM.
I need a broadband and I need WiFi, I cannot go in for a USB from private comapnies and the worst part is that my house is in a place where there is no other fixed line service from private companies.
So I am stuck to use BSNL.
I Cannot understand that in todays era, how BSNL cannot manage to fix connectivity problem?
Why they do not have technically aware staff to fix issues?
The line men they send home have absolutely no knowledge of the technical issues and jargon.
Why should the consumer pay for the whole month when his internet connection works for less than a week.
Why should he pay when BSNL is not giving the service.
Is this NOT abuse of the consumer.

DATAONE REALLY SUCKS . IT HAS TO IMPROVE. CALLCENTER TECHIES EVEN DONO ABT THE BASICS OF WINDOWS SOMEONE HAS TO TEACH AND EDUCATE THEM:pEVEN LACK OF PORTBINIDING AND OTHER HACKPROOF FACILITIES, SO OTHER CAN ACCESS AND USE OUR ACCOUNT(ONLY 30% PHONE IS PORT BINDED) .
AND MAJORLY THEIR SERVER 10-15MIN BEHIND THE ACTUAL TIME- THIS REAL FACTOR WASTING OUR BANDWIDTH UPTO 800 MB .
AE AND JE'S ALSO IN SOME AREA ARE DUTYBOUND .
