we are a three star reputed hotel in baner, Pune since 11 years working in the hotel industry. we are using 4-6 bsnl landline connections as well as the broadband connection. The complete ordering, billing and closing system is dependent on the internet for which all the computers are connected through LAN and our day to day work is dependable on the broadband connectivity.

I am facing toooo many problems regrding the broadband connectivity since last 6 months. On an average thrice a month I have to register a complaint for broadband as well as the landline. The only no. for complaint is 198 on which we can register a complaint but no one is there to receive the call ever. When we pursue with the given complaint no. the only automated reply we get to hear is that- " technical work is in progress" If we try to contact directly to the exchange no one ever receives the phone. ( phn no 25893333 and many more given by the exchange) And if at all it is received accidently no responsible answer is given for the querry. We are just forwarded and given the other numbers of the exchange.

This whole working system is pathetic. No effecient automated service and assistance can be given by BSNL and it is really hopeless.

Therefore with regret I will change all my connections to the private service providers since it is affecting my business. I want to convey this messege to the regional manager of bsnl pune.

BSNL — WORST BROADBAND SERVICE

DATAONE REALLY SUCKS . IT HAS TO IMPROVE. CALLCENTER TECHIES EVEN DONO ABT THE BASICS OF WINDOWS SOMEONE HAS TO TEACH AND EDUCATE THEM:p

EVEN LACK OF PORTBINIDING AND OTHER HACKPROOF FACILITIES, SO OTHER CAN ACCESS AND USE OUR ACCOUNT(ONLY 30% PHONE IS PORT BINDED) .

AND MAJORLY THEIR SERVER 10-15MIN BEHIND THE ACTUAL TIME- THIS REAL FACTOR WASTING OUR BANDWIDTH UPTO 800 MB .

AE AND JE'S ALSO IN SOME AREA ARE DUTYBOUND .
portbinding is automatically done after a preset number of logins from same port.

I had taken broadband connection of bsnl in March 2009 but its not working properly since its installation. i have registered many complaints for that but no action is taken and bad words are used by officers of bsnl.

BSNL — BSNL - Worst Broadband Service

My name is Shankar and I am writing to you regarding my frequent trouble with my internet connection.

I'm getting authentication error and the internet get disconnected atleast once in a 2 days. And the problem exists for past 1 month.

I'm spending more than one hour with your custmer support whenever I face the problem. But the problem is fixed for temporarily. Later it's keep repeating.

I got frustrated. Though today morning, someone from your customer support told that, they will be sending one person, but I need to pay them Rs. 200 as a service charge.

What's going on with BSNL??? I have lost my patience. Kindly fix the issue as soon as possible. And that should be the final and permanent solution for this issue.

If you are not able to solve this issue permanently, I will surrender the connection and BSNL Bangalore Telecom is the sole responsible / Liable for my further decision.
This is frustruted issue...Last thirty days my bsnl broadband connection is gettin disconnected each and every thirty seconds..i called to customer care...gettin an irresponsible answer/..Bsnl Sucks...Am doin online business coz of this problem lost over 10000...Who is goin to repay this...BSNL DISCONNECTING INDIA

BSNL — Worst Broadband Connection

Problem : SO MANY TECHNICAL ISSUES!!! (ALWAYS)

Though I am paying for this connection since 4 to 5 years, I must have hardly used it for a few months.

Reason being that it is always NOT Conecting and I have to make a complaint, and next day it works for about 1 or 2 days.
Then again if you want it to work, you again raise a complaint.
Call 1504, many times and there is never a response so then you call 1500.

This problem is so often that I have done whatever the BSNL representative have asked me to do.
Purchased three MODEMS from BSNL till now, just a month back a new one for 1800 Rs!!!
I have spent nearly 1000 and got the wire completely changed.
And still the excuses continue and the connectivity is the same PROBLEM.

I need a broadband and I need WiFi, I cannot go in for a USB from private comapnies and the worst part is that my house is in a place where there is no other fixed line service from private companies.

So I am stuck to use BSNL.

I Cannot understand that in todays era, how BSNL cannot manage to fix connectivity problem?
Why they do not have technically aware staff to fix issues?
The line men they send home have absolutely no knowledge of the technical issues and jargon.

Why should the consumer pay for the whole month when his internet connection works for less than a week.
Why should he pay when BSNL is not giving the service.
Is this NOT abuse of the consumer.

      Dear Sir,

      I am using BSNL mobile phone for last 7-8 years.

      I am getting Flash Massage on my mobile Screen, If press OK by mistake then My balance may be deducted. So made call to BSNL customer care to stop such a flash massage, then they told me that your all massage will be stopped. But sir I want to stop only Flash Massage.

      Please help to stop my Flash Massage. I don't want to stop my all scheme massage received from BSNL.

      BSNL — Flash messaging services not available...

      i have nokia 2626 mobile and using bsnl prepaid card..
      i can't send flash messages..
      if i send tha flash message it recieves the destination as normal message..

        Dear sir, we are facing a serious problem regarding our broadband connection but after 3 month till date we are not satisfied with service. We are some time register complain about no connectivity and paid my all bills but not use broadband connection properly. We only use few days from last 5 month and register more then 3 times my complaint. Bsnl had said me that maybe passable your modem is faulty. Bsnl have checked my modem and said your modem is ok. And tolled me please register your complaint. I have registered my complaint against broad band modem link failure. But my problem is still as it is same before.

          i m useing bsnl sim whose number is [protected] . two week ago i had to visit haridwar and befor that i had subscribed the sms pack of rupes 31 and while i was on romng my sms pack which was subscribed on my number doesnot work and when ever i use send my sms to my friends it diduct the balance from my main account nd for i had also lodged an complain to network suscriber ... they said to me that my problem will be solved soon bt till i was in haridwar my problem was not solved .....and when i enterd my home state the sms stared working but according to my complain my balance which was deducted while i was in haridwar was not refunided to me and when i complain for the custmercare persons said that my sms a/c bal was deducted while i was in romeing .which was not that huge amount of balance is been deducted ..please help me sir/madam .the number from which my balance is deducted is [protected].. my name is ashish sinha my contact is : [protected] email: [protected]@gmail.com

            I wanted to do a data recharge for my 3G mobile([protected]). Just checked to confirm about recharge amount so Google it & went to Official BSNL page. As per info. displayed on the page (151 recharge for 1GB data - 7 days validity) [Source:http://www.bsnl.co.in:9080/opencms/bsnl/BSNL/services/mobile/3g_prepaid_... ] I did online recharge with an amount of 151 Rs.

            Even I got confirmation message also:
            u/r BSNL a/c is credited with Rs. 151 as Recharge from [protected] on 05/10/2012at 03:17:22 AM hours. Ref No. [protected].

            Actually I didn't get any data balance after that recharge. So, I called customer care, one stupid fellow attended my call and told me that(recharge voucher) was for BSNL-BSNL free offer & is not data recharge. He told that you need to verify before doing recharge.
            Didn't I check?
            What is my mistake?
            Do I need to visit BSNL office each and every time to do recharge?

            I had asked to take complaint regarding this but he declined to take complaint and then he disconnected my call abruptly without my consent. He doesn't seem to be having manners at all.

            Called twice but no resolution. I don't know what is the difficulty of them to take a complaint with this regard!!!

                    My BSNL telephone no.[protected] is out of order since 21.09.2012.After filing compaint to the concerned dept. no adequate action has been taken so far and rather after repeated telephonic conversions with the responsive authority officers from my side it seems that the authority is just bounding me to surrender this telephone no.
                    Sir,during the preparation of the Bill the rental charge of the period from 21.09.12 to 30.09.12 should be exempted.

                      My Cellphone no. [protected] with BSNL CellOne service. Just now today (03/10/12---12.45pm for Rs.30) I got an unauthorized reduction from my prepaid amount Rs.30 towards the subscription for Videobar. Immediately I unsubscribed (02-45pm today 03/10/12). Three months before the same had happened. That time also I immediately unsubscribed and made a complaint to BSNL with an appeal as well to get the refund of Rs.30. I did not get any reply and also no refund/topping up was made. But it was unsubscribed. Again today the same technique. This seems to be a deliberate trick on/cheating the customers. So far I lost Rs.60. Please get me the refund.

                        On 03.10.2012 i made online BSNL Landline Bill Payment for Rs.414 through my AXIS Credit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please conatct us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries".i came to know that Rs 414 was debited from account and same was reflected in my transaction list today. Here with this complaint i had attached error screen shot.Seeking your esteemed help and advice in this regards.

                        Adjustment of Bill amount for interruption of service during the period March 08(One month) and 15 days between 01.06 to 15.06.2008 01/Jul to 31/Aug/08 not done in bill for the period
                        01/Jul to 31/Aug/08 as per letter issued by Customer Relation Officer(NE) dated 01.July.2008 (against interruption of telephone services for One month in March 08 & 15 days from 01.06.to 15.06.2008).
                        In the bill received on 17.Sept.2008 the adjustment amount towards rental Not taken care.

                        Unable to contact concerned BSNL - Bangalore by telephone at[protected]. Telephone number always engaged.
                        Hence this e mail.

                        Pl do the needful & send revised bill immediately.

                          I have registered myself with BSNL regarding sending monthly bill on my E-mail ID.It has taken 4 months and BSNL has failed to forward the Pass word after a lapse of 4 months.BSNL,for want of this I could not get the bills on my ID. More over they are not sending the bills by post.It is not possible for me to maintain the Bills.Some times it becomes trouble some in producing the bill when required.
                          Kindly look into the matter and instruct BSNL to send the bills regularly and manage to send the PASS WORD on my E-mail ID , so that I may be able to down load the bills.I hope that you will co-oprate in resolving my matter.

                            I am Arun Kumar, my Mob. No.- [protected], I am facing problem from your customer care side July to till now. Problem is that, from my Mob. balance is deducted (Rs. 3) in ever three-four days. When 1st time (on 26/07/12) my balance deducted then I called to customer care (1503 & 155223 ),I humble request to customer care please dis-activate whatever value added services activate on my Mob. and I also told him that, I am not want any type of service on my Mob. no. so please don't activate anythings in future without my permission, He simply told I registered your complain ( complain No.- G26TN319379) within 48 hr. this service will deactivate, I told OK no problem but after three days (on 30/07/12) again my balance deducted, I again call and simply ask why this happen again and again, what you did, he simply reply i registered your complain (complain no.-G30TN332316) within 48 hr. service will deactivate. After that I called several time to customer care they always said that your complain registered, service will deactivate within 48 hr. any money also refunded in 48 hr.s.

                            BSNL — deduction for non subscribed service

                            Respected Sir,

                            I am a resident of SAS Nagar and I am having a prepaid connection of BSNL, mobile #[protected]. There has been Rs. 19 deducted from my phone for Devotional portal subscription, which I have not subscribed ever. Kindly help me in this regard and help refund my money. I got a sms from 12630019 stating that I have subscribed this facility, which I have never subscribed and they have deducted 19 rupees for it. Kindly help me in this regard.

                              I have a BSNL3G Sim. from last 2 weeks 3G is not working. The 3G symbol sometimes appears & suddenly disappears. i have told this problem to at least 15 customer care executives, but no result. Nobody knows what is the problem. Everybody have their own suggestions and most of them are Similar to each other, some executives are so dumb that they disconnect the line when told about the problem. I don't know why BSNL had recruited such employees. If Any responsible person from BSNL is reading this he will know about my problem if he check the calls which are recorded for their internal audits.Its the 3rd week now, I am still facing the problem & have decided to change my BSNL Sim. Thank you for your great service.

                                MY TELEPHONE NO IS [protected] LOCATED IN KODIGEHALLI AND is dead almost 90 days now. I registered complaints over phone which hardly yielded much result. i HAVE ALSO GIVEN COMPAINT IN WRITING ALSO. The normal reply was "cable fault". I have been registering complaints almost everyday and my has been begging everybody in the department including at Sahakarnagar and and RT Nagar. No body is cared about the complaints here.The service is in such poor state that I just want to change to other pvt service provider. I am Using land line for accessing Internet. Now they are not lifting the phones at all.

                                My telephone no 26491979 is dead for the last 5 days. It is happening every month, when we complain and they will correct it without visiting the premise.
                                My telephone number is[protected] is dead for more than 6 months. There was a metal pole near my house from the connection has been given. The line man removed the pole and sold it in scrap shop and connected my number overhead cable. I registered the complaint on line and visited many times at Old Madras Office. The reply was given to me by the Engineer there that to apply for disconnection. I am told that private service providers have booked these officials as such nobody want to take any action so that I can go for a private service provider. I have been paid bills for the four months hoping that this will be adjusted in regular bill. This has has not happened every month bill is initiated but no service has been resumed/provided. Three days back line man has called to my mobile no.[protected] through my land line number i.e. 5600093 intimating that my line will be resumed and asked for the location. On visiting my house he has collected Rs.300/- for purchase of new cable from my wife and earlier occasion has also collected money. whenever money is given to him he connects my telephone. Will authorities concerned look into this and take necessary action to restore the service and initiate proper bill after adjusting the payment made without availing the service and for the month no service is restored no bill is to issued. Please bring the concerned personnel under the law and stop these irregularities.

                                    i am a lic chief advisor, i paid a land line shifting application( for a distance of near by 100 meters)in bsnl office, after two months i see for higher authority for taking action, but i insulted in public by a fish merchant, later i under stand he is a part time line man instead of employees, now i am waiting past 4 months,for his favour. this is b s n l service.authorites keep silence. my telephone number[protected].
