I also have the same problem with my ADSL link. At the behest of the BSNL personnel, I have changed the cabling in my apartment, tried with a different BSNL modem, disconnected my telephone and and tried only with the Network connection. But, still the ADSL link is not stable. I have put in enough complaints, BSNL Engineers have come to my flat and checked up all the connections, but to no avail. And Finally BSNL tells me it is a problem at their end. If so, what is stopping them from fixing it?
As i am composing this message, the link has again gone down !!

THE ABOVE MENTIONED PHONE NO: WAS NOT WORKING FOR THE LAST ONE MONTH.
ITS CABLE HAVE SOME SHOCK AND IT GETS BURNED SOME TIMES AND AT OUR OWN RISK WE ARE RECTIFYING IT . WE DIDNT GET ANY SERVICES FROM BSNL. SO WE NEED A FURTHER
ACTION FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE FROM YOUR SIDE.
