[Resolved]  BSNL — usage

hi,i have bsnl broadband connection.though i have my id and password,i cant check my usage.it shows Invalid 'Username or Password Please Try Again'.so plase help me.

For renewal/changing of package of BSNL Broadband online facility should be available.

i am not getting my usage .plz help me

i have typed my user name & password correctly but my usage is not displayed

while connecting to broadband it takes lots of time. an error message showing error number 815.what does this mean .plz explain.

have been using UT-300R2U. A week back, it suddenly stopped working. The LEDs are all flashing normally, but I am getting the msg" Error 678: Remote server not responding.the phone line is busy.". My old dial-up connection is working fine. The BSNL guys gave the same old excuse-" as long as the LEDs are flashing right, its not our problem. Your computer caught a cold"

Guys pls help me out. I have re-configured the router a thousand times, but still no response. Do you suggest re-installation of tht OS?Currently I am using XP and connect thru ethernet cebal
