[Resolved]  BSNL — Rebate of tele bill of MAY-9 as phone was dead for more than 20 days in May-09 and it was repeatedly complain to bottoem to higher Authority

Sir,
My telephone no.[protected] was dead in May-09 for more than 20 days.several times I had complain to SDO Mr. Panchal., DE Mr.D.J.Patel.I have broadband connection on this number also.Several times complain also registered. Ihave documentary proof also.At last I complain to Area manager east.Due to his effort my telephone was made ok. but after one day broadband failed. then Icomplain to DE but he did not do any thing then I complain Mr.Solanki DE internal. He do some thing and my phone was started with broadband.
During this period I had to suffer heavily.My written complain is there with AREA MANAGER EAST.
I have also one copy received by AM
So, kindly please help us to get compansation of that time .New bill is coming in june-09

I am Mohammed Karimbil Manalath from Alankode under Changaramkulam Telephone exchange and since on Thursday our land phone[protected] is not working since then my family members were made many complaints at Changaramkulam office and they promised tomorrow and tomorrow, now nobody pickup the phone then we lodged our complaints to Ponnani office, though the situation is same. I would like invite your attention on this issue as soon as possible.

i am musthafa pulinkunnthel For kunhippa pulinkunnthel from naranipuzha pulinchode under changaramkulam telephone exchange sir our land phone no-[protected] its not workng from 8-3-2010 TO stil; today my othrised person many complaints at changaramkulam office he viseted in the location he promised we will do tomrrow but they not com until today so We would like invite attension on this issue as soon as possible Yours faithfully
I have purchased a 3G Data Card on Saturday i.e 12th of Feb 2011,
Charges are Rs.2000 for the Device + Rs. 50 for Sim card + Rs.110 for additional top up.
The lady told me that they do not have any number so they will activate it on Monday.
Monday, Tuesday I wait and they did not activated my SIM. So my data card was useless.
I went there and enquire why it is happenning ? Aagain That BULL lady told that it will be activated with in 30 minutes.

Still it was not activated and Again I went to BSNL office at CMS, Coimbatore, then infront of me they activate it and told that Now you can use it SIR?
I checked the device is activated but the balance is still "0", I am still unable to use the card.

That BULL lady, I don't know her name but I had a very bad impression on BSNL, RS. 2000 is not at all a big deal for me. I will anti - Campaign against BSNL data card in our office and ask every one not to take BSNL data card . I will put this in the Notice Board.
