Sir, I upgraded my 2G postpaid sim to 3G Sim on 10.12.2009 but till date the BSNL has not been able to provide me the speed of 3G, though on phone i got 3G symbol and my phone is in dual mode.i registered a complaint with BSNL customer care who gave me the complaint number 6073622.

i had spice connection in samsung star but now i switched 2 bsnl cash card...
but my mobile show their is no sim in mobile...
n its not workin, not showing any signal...
but the same sim is working in all other mobiles
wht 2 do...??
plzz help me...
tell me how 2 do these settings???

i want to say that there is no setting for handset model no. Samsung GT-S5603 & along with me there are
lots of people who are suffering from this problem, plz pay attention to it . I shall be highly obelized .
