to unsub actress of the day a msg is come from a no. 58888 is that your actress of the day will be renewed on 30/09/09. to unsub click here http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp?i=739. i do everythingh but this doesnot unsub i also give complaint to customer care but they also dont do anything. plz help me for deactivate this service.my mobile no. is [protected]

wap service have been activated by mistake on my phone.its no is +91-[protected].rs 30 is being cut monthly.so many sms are coming from the no +58888.also the message telling that the cash is deducted is coming from the no +[protected].so please deactivate this as early as possible

The wapsubactress pack service is activated nearly 13/08/2009.
After this amount of Rs.10 reduced every week .
I conferm many times to costumer care for this problem but there is no solution.
Now I want to deactive this service .

I am a user of idea net setter in patna. I recharge it on[protected] @399/- (1 gb free for 30 days).after 20 minutes net was working stop.when i contect c.care, he told me that you have used this pack in 19 minuts.then i approached to grievance cell by email in proper way.he told me that you have used this pack between recharging and activation, so you have charged @ 2 paise per kb i.e 20971/- per 1gb.no incorrect charge is found.as per trai guidline i request him for disclose terms & condition n rate of charge. he neglect my query.then i send mail to head office of idea with cc to all related higher authority. there after mr.rupesh/manish idea cellular office, patna approached me for settlement of claim by free recharging @ 399/-pack and accept the fault by idea net.
"so many idea net user facing the same problem and idea earn money in illegal way."
