BSNL have Portal service for purchasing ITC CARD in online.

I purchased one ITC Card in the on line Yesterday[protected] . I select 200rupees card. amount also deducted from my SBI account Rs 221/=
The display also show payment transfer successfully.

I got SMS from SBI BSNL payment successful like that.

After that system display shown BSNL sever is not responding like that ,then automatically...

i am a subscriber of BSNL BROADBAND 500 COMBO,
as per the plan i am required to pay a rent of 500 per month and i am given 1.5GB free download,175 free call and phone rent is cut off.
i got connection after august12
when they came to connect,i asked them whether we can switch off WIFI,they said a key is there behind mode,but that was false information.....the key Offs the modem.
so somehow my first month usage...

I bought one ITC BSNL Chennai Telephones for Rs 110. While scratching for the secret PIN the number was removed and I did'nt get the PIN. The serial No of the ITC card is IFE033029 and PSN No is [protected]. Kindly provide the secret PIN for using the ITC card....

For last about 3 months the broadband had been having some problem or the other. I had been giving regular complaints, it becomes alright for a day or two and then again becomes out of service.
Now even the officials have started not taking any cognisance to complaints given to them,

This time I used only 1866 MB (This is shown on BSNL site)
But I got 779 Rs. bill This is written in Debits Charge.
Now what to do?

I have requested for shifting of telephone connection for Jeevan Bheema nagar to Marathhalli around one and half month back.
My previous telephone number is 25277821
and Order no is 73024708
They said that it will be shifted in 15 day still now it is not shifted. I have called them several times there was no proper response. I have gone to the BSNL office at Indranagar , they have made me to go to one department...

sir at the time of outgoing on my m no[protected] message displayed check operator service &i have complaint to call center on 5/10/2009 at 4.50p.mthey give me comlaint no [protected] when on 6/10/2009 i enquired about complaint they ask to wait as 24hrs has not been passed but as on date 8/10/2009 when i again requested they replied that their is no complaint & asked to report fresh complaint...

I am working in Reserve Bank of India and having a landline connection at my residence vide[protected].
The telephone no cited above is completely dead for last three days and complaint was booked vide docket no. 93521743 dated 05.10.2009.
I am surprised that no body has attend yet.
I hope, BSNL authorities will take necessary action to redress the problem....

Iam from Dehradun and I have been using NIC data card for almost a year now and even after getting full signal the internet speed is very low. Their clam of 153.6 Kpbs is a mere joke, that speed does come but only for a few minutes.The signals in the instrument are always full with all the five bars visible but still the speed in very low and most of the time when i try to connect the instrument does not respond.
