i am a subscriber of BSNL BROADBAND 500 COMBO,
as per the plan i am required to pay a rent of 500 per month and i am given 1.5GB free download,175 free call and phone rent is cut off.
i got connection after august12
when they came to connect,i asked them whether we can switch off WIFI,they said a key is there behind mode,but that was false information.....the key Offs the modem.
so somehow my first month usage reached 1900 MB,because someone used my connection
but when bill came i was shocked,
i got 2432,
when i enquired they said i got connection after 12 days from august1 so my rent,and my benefits are cut off proportionally,
that was a new information to me because they told nothing about such a billing in the application forum.
i told i would pay the rent but i need my free usage and other bonuses.......but they deny
a lady even insulted me by saying "YOU DONT ARGUE,JUST GOTO SDO IF YOU NEED"
also when i asked to enquire about WIFI securing,noone knew it from there,they asked me to give back the wifi modem as i applied for ordinary one,
unlike them i was decent and returned modem,but the modem they gave didnt work and almost a day`s usage was wasted.....i walked to that exchange,passing the hill&i got tired.after that one day i got it repaired......
THEY BILLED IN UNJUSTICE,THEY BEHAVED RUDE,THEY GAVE FALSE INFORMATION,WASTED MY TIME,MADE MY TIME WASTE.....
I need justice and loyal compensation
i suffered a lot because of this,please help me....please charge the highest punishment against such a disloyal company........

BSNL Landline — Landline plan not yet changed
Initially my BSNL Landline plan is for only incoming. But recently i took broadband connection of home500c plan. This home500c plan has 175 free calls. But my landline plan has not changed yet. So iam unable to use my 175free calls.
