bsnl sms — Repeat sms

i use BSNL cellone postpaid service a long time... but i had and still i have head ache with this service... i received sms from my friends.... they send only one time but i received many time the same sms on the full day... repeatly.... this will make me a head ache

    I GETTING DAILY MORE THEN 5 MESSAGE FROM BSNL MOBILE SERVICE EVEN AT MIDNIGHT OR NOON AT LUNCH HOURS
    Please dont send unwanted message to my number
    This is my Fifteenth complaint. I am the user of mobile no [protected]. I have lodged a complaint on 15.1.10, 27.1.10, 28.1.2010, 29.1.10, 30.1.10, 31.1.10 & 1.2.10 at 10.30 AM, 12 PM & 3 PM, 02.02.20at 10:43AM, 12:52PM & 3:02PM, Tomorrow 02.02.2010, 3.2.2010 Again Rs 5 Deducted From My account, Also 03.02.2010 at 10:02 Am, 12:52PM Message are Continuous Disturb Me, regarding unnecessary deducting money from my mobile prepaid account by +[protected]. The message are continuous forwarded on my mobile Even Today 04.02.2010 at 10:04AM, 12:54PM & 04:39PM, & Today 05.02.2010 At 10:31AM also, Each & Every Day 10:00 Am, 12:00 Noon & 3:00Pm Three Time Every Day Message Disturb Me, & Today Also Rs 5, Deducted From My Account, Please Cancel the Service 53030, which is UN necessary disturbs me. They used to send unnecessary messages and unwanted questions. They further stated that they are renewing my subscription for TWOMEN5 pack and deducted a sum of Rs. 5/-. Earlier also they deducted Rs.15/- from my mobile account. I have never been a subscriber for the above pack and I cannot understand how they can steal money from me like this. Is there anyone to look into this matter? The unwanted messages are received continuously on my mobile through 53030. I request every day but your service provider does not help me, kindly take positive action as possible as quick. I[censored]nwanted message are not stopped by your service provider, then I will go in Judiciary Consumer Court.

    I want to unsubscribe from unwanted SMS (TJOKES) from 53030. After every two days message received from[protected] that your subscription renewal for 2 days and Rs. 5/- deducted from my prepaid balance. How can I unsubscribe and what message and whom 53030 or[protected].

      My phone[protected] is lying dead since[protected] in Chikmaglur, Karnataka. Though all phones in the neighbourhood are functioning properly it is only my number that is always down. The bill contains all weird calls during the periods that the phone remains disconnected. Being a hindi speaking person I cannot lodge complaints on 198 either as the computer accepts complains only in Kannada. Please solve my problem.
      my land line is dead since last 6months non of the bsnl staff are even bothered to check the fault even after complaining severel times. realy pathetic service. i recomend kindly avoid bsnl connection.

        Dear Sir,

        I am having a Jodi Plan from May 2009. Under which I am having a rent plan of Rs. 225/- under this Jodi Plan. BSNL provides 2 Sim to us in which we can make the free call from one Sim to another Sim or vise versa.( Only above said 2 SIM , rest of the no we have to pay as per plan 225)

        1. I am facing a problem since starting itself. There is no free call type of facility On base no. BSNL charges amount for Outgoing calls.

        2. Many times I have asked him to resolve the issue. Even after my daily follow-up they have not correct my bill or correct my facility.

        3. Today dt.13-Oct-2009 I met with Mr. Anil Verma who sits at Windlass Shopping complex. He asked us to meet Mr. Babu lal Ji. Both the BSNL Officer treat us very well. We sits there 20-30 minutes & listen his views about the Jodi Plan. then I meet Mr. Babu Lal who sits at CTO. He pin points our querry related to the plan & bill related issue.

        4. They told us that somebody has changed our plan from Rs.225 to Rs 99/-. After taking all his views he asked us to resolve our issue with Mr. Sahdab Ali to whom I have met many times to resolve our all above said issue but every time he decited us.

        5. Today dt. 13-Oct-2009 I meet him & ask him that who have changed our plan. he said that there is some problem in 225 Plan that's why we have changed your plan from 225 to 99. Without any intimation. When he hold us that there is some problem in Plan 225 I called Mr. Anil Verma to ask related to the plan & ask him to speak Mr. Shadab Ali (CSR). Mr. Shadab Ali denied to speak to him. But Mr. Anil is a senior guy than he speak to him from my Phone.
        When i asked him to resolve our issue he start shouting, I asked him why you were shouting he abused us. (Maa or Bhen ki gali dena suru kar diya). He also ask their security to hit us.

        6. Than I meet Mr. Balraj ( GM ) he sits at Patel Nagar Exch. I raised all the things in front of his table.
        I have not received any solution from him also. Because he said that we will take action or we will ask from him or you have also said something to him.....

        request you to please take necessary.

        I am in Chennai.I have also got a jodi plan.Free calls are given between two sims under jodi plan.But last few months I see if I speak for one minute or above immediately Rs.3.20 is charged for local calls.My mobile no.is [protected] and [protected].I think someone in BSNL office is tinkering with the plan.

            Sir,

            i'm facing problem since 3 week there is no bsnl broadband internet connection. i have called the bsnl customer care twice and my complaint numbers are ([protected] date 26/9/2009) and another one is ([protected] date 1/10/2009) but there is no response from the technical person. After these i have called the kupkatpally office more than 5 times to fix my issue/proble.

            Mr. Suryanarayana (Technical person) he told me to come to my home to fix the problem but he didn't turn. Some time line man pick the phone and told to me Mr. Suryanarayana is on leave but i don't know exactly he is on leave or not.

            i'm getting 678 error, when i'm trying to connect to the bsnl broadband combo plan.


            Please i don't know what to do for this type of late service from bsnl.

            i am a user of BSNL broadband service of 625 unlimited plan. I had posted a complain due to 678 error of pppoe error in my internet connection in 1 month and also speed is very slow i.e 25 kb/s .So sir, you are requested to do the needful.

              My self Gyan Prakash Sharma r/o 19 Maruti Estate Phase III Shahganj Agra and my phone No. is[protected]. I have got internet broadband connection on this number in Dec 2008. In This number Intenet service is becoming un-available very frequently since its installation. I have made so many complaints to Local SDO to solve this problem. but till today my problem is not yet solved. I am regularly payming broadband internet connection bill without utilizing its services. If you are unable to provide me internet services kindly disconnect my internet connection under these circumstances and refund my balance money deposited with you.

              Since 6 to 7 months this problems persists and even complaints put, not one is bothered to solve.
              When ringing up 198, automations takes to customer care, where nobody, no not a single soul picks up the phone. Only today morning 6 am some one picked up and gave me the complaint number. [protected] and said the complaint will be looked up after 10:00 am till now nobody has turned up. From exchange they will call up and say everything is ok and put the phone down and that its this is how the HUGE BSNL takes care of peoples problems.
              They want hike in pay but can't work for the customer.
              My internet is working, the page shows the internet is not connected. and takes one hour to open up the page. When asks about this the people in the exchange will say your software is problem and not the internet...
              So this BSNL has given me only headaches...

              Is there any one to solve this problem only to be written on the side of the net page.

                    bsnl lindline phone no [protected] not working
                    maine apna phone 03-07-09 ko ambala cantt se ambala city shift karne ke application de thee.par mera phone 18 aug 09 tak shift nahi kiya gaya. mere bar bar chakkar lagane par mujhe batya gaya ke naye cabel dalne padege. par 45 din bad maine 18 aug ko maine cgm ambala ko apne likhit complaint fax ke through bhaje aur usse din mera connection laga diya gaya.jabke unhone koi naye cabel nahi dale pehle cabel se he connection kar diya.
                    uske baad maine bsnl broadband ke liyen apply kiya.mere apply karne ke 3-4 din ke baad mere ghar ek private admi sanjay aaya aur modem rakh kar 2552525 link ke le phone karne ke liye keh gaya.par mere bar -bar phone karne ke bavzod bhi mere broadband ka link 15 din tak nahi kiya gaya es ke complaint bhi maine cgm ambal ko fax ke through ke.complaint karte he mere broadband ka link kar diya gaya.
                    uske baad mere landline phone bar-bar kharab hota raha aur aab maine apne phone ke complaint 03-10-09 ko ke...par 03-10-09 se aaj tak na toh mera phone theek kiya gaya..aur dubara complaint karne par wahe complaint pending dikhaye jaa rahe hain. aaj tak bsnl ka koi bhi karmchare connection karne ke alawa na toh mera broadband rakhne aur mera phone theek karne aaya.
                    mere sath aisa behaviour ba-bar kiyon kiya ja raha hain.mere complaint ke uuper karvahen kar mujhe koi jawab nahi diyan gaya.
                    pleaze mere problem jalad se jalad solve ke jaye.landline ke wajhen se mujhe bahut pareshane uthane pad rahe hain kyonki mere govt. employe hon aur mere emergency duty hain.aur mere pechle 2 complaint ka bhi ans. diyan jaye.

                      i am couster of bsnl prepaid card. accoding to scheme of bsnl there is one year validity with recharge of rs. 149.00. but after recharge of 149.00 scheme is not available to me. and dealer's 149 rs was deducted. coustemer care executive now tell that recharge should be done after including service tax. but according to msg from bsnl there is no such disclosure. afterwards i talked to bsnl coustemer care executive he told me to recharge with 164 rs for that scheme of one year.

                      i lost my 149 rs without any benefit.
                      to avail that scheme i have to recharge another 164 rs.

                      what should i do to solve this problem.
                      pls guid me and take necessary action.

                        i am haveing a land line with no[protected] its of tatiband exchange of raipur district.Last week i gave request to change my bill plan to 120 plan,when i caled the call center they sugested me this plan i explain me all out going rates and charges,but today 12 oct 2009 they stoped my all out going calls n std calls,please help me to start my phone conection again as before.

                        BSNL Landline — Landline plan not yet changed

                        Initially my BSNL Landline plan is for only incoming. But recently i took broadband connection of home500c plan. This home500c plan has 175 free calls. But my landline plan has not changed yet. So iam unable to use my 175free calls.

                        BSNL — Change of Plan.

                        Dear sir,
                        This is Ajay from Ranchi (Jharkhand). I took a new Life time prepiad mobile connection from BSNL in last year (@Rs.495/=). After few months i saw that the tarif rate on this connection is very-very much high which is not possile to manage. where as now a days a lot many private services are available who is providing their services at a very low cost i.e. all local from Rs.0.30/- to Rs.0.60/-. But in BSNL (specially in this plan) the Local cal is Rs.1/- for BSNL & Rs.1.40 for others, STD is @Rs.2.40
                        then i decided to change my plan from Life time to Normal Plan i.e monthly plan. for that i sent 2-3 times SMS to customer Care, they replied me through SMS "yr. changeover request have been registered, u will be shortly intimated after execution ". now it is more than 2-months after getting this SMS, but still no action has been taken from BSNL.
                        now please reply me what should i do now ?

                        My plan changed without informing me. When i asked to customer care, they gave irresponsible answer. Now what shall i do to get back my old plan.

                        I want renew my current landline plan for next one year
                        We have four land lines in our organisation of which Rs.2450/- 3 billing plans are available and 120 billing plan is available. We want to change it to 120 plan of all phone numbers, since the bill is increasing drastically. Please advice the procedure.
                        Kindly Change Plan for my land line no[protected] for a minimum amt as we are not using it for more than 3 months as we are out of station. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                        I have a BSNL landline number [protected] .On 27 Feb 2017 given request to disconnect Bradband service to above mentioned BSNL connection.but till no action from BSNL people.I have not utilise brand band services from 1/3/17 to till date .Due to negligence of official staff customer facing​ problems.

                          Dear Sir, I am enjoying internet connection since 4 to 5 years . I have already paid Rs.1000/- advance amount. Subsequently I switched over to unlimited internet connection from August 2009. Your people recovered additional amount of Rs.750/- in the bill for the month of September,09 ignoring the advance amount of RS.1000/- already paid.. I personally approched your billing office with the details of amount already paid. As requested by the officer I gave complaint cum request to adjust the amount at the time of preparing next bill.The Officer in charge accepted the mistake and promissed to adjust the amount at the time of preparation of bill for the month of September,09. On receipt of my September09 bill, I observe that they not adjusted the amount I do not know why they asked me to give letter in this connection and gave a falls promise. Please look into the matter and give your reply immediately. My Telephone No. is 2222822 attached to your Race Cource Office, Coimbatore.

                            We are getting wrong calls from last 10 months, For every 3 months once thay will call and they are talking badly. Even in last 20 days we got the same wrong call twice and the same person is talking like that. so i want to know incoming call details of my landline phone on From date[protected] To date[protected]. Plz send the details quickly as soon as possible ...plz ...plz... why bcoz we are struggling a lot due to these wrong calls. Plz send it quickly to my mail id... plz send it fast sir plz... even i had complaint to bsnl customer care... but there was no proper response... Plz sir don't take it easy.                               Dear Sir,
                              I am a customer since 2005 and have been paying the bill regularly. Aii on a suddenon 1.10.09 I saw mu outgoing and incoming are disconnected.On enquiry I came to know that a bill dated 31.07.09 was unpaid as my cheque was dishonnoured.In each and rvery month I used to receive E-mail and SMS for payment of bills but unfortunately non-payment of the bill iwas not informed to me by any mode.Without intimitaing and returning the Cheque my line was disconnected.
                              However, after getting the information I have paid the unpaid bill on 08.10.09 by cash in 8 No Hare Street Kolkata 700001.But to my dismay , the line is still not restored.My landline no is 25954279.On enquiry from AO (TR ) of Hare Street Office I was given a No 25942361but nobody received the line .I am really shocked to know there is no system of seeking apptt. with higher Authority for redressal of grievances.

                                I have a very strong compaint regarding digitech telematics Pvt Ltd directors Mr SOLANI who are greedy enough to fetch or exort money form the poor retailes for the BSNL bill colection services in West zone . they have colected Rs 18000 as payment comrised of deposit without interest & have not given return of any rupee since 18 Months

                                we have decided to dissociate from the company dealership abhishek
                                we have suffered a lot we had collected fund from retailers and yet to receive money from the company
                                we have suffered a lot due to worse service. also monitory loss and mental tensions. we are yet to receive money

                                  I am using this data card for last 10 months . Initially they assured me that their services will improve within one months and it will work in every major cities in India .But sorry to inform you this data card is not working outside the Guwahati city and its network is so slow that sometimes it takes 2 to 3 hours time for internet connection and the peed is so slow it takes hours for openig awebsite. It is hardly possible to watch video through this connection. When I had taken the connection BSNL charged 250 plus service tax but now they are billing 600 plus service charge. How the BSNL has increased the exoribitant rate without informing the consumer for no additional services. So there fore I request you to refund my excess billing and increase the speed and networking area.

                                  The service provided by this Govt company is very poor. Since it is a Govt company nobody is bothered about its services . That is why people shifted to private company. I had made complain several times but i received very poor response. Please do the needful.

                                    my moble no [protected] (trichy division) is activated with gprs facility . I used browse and eligible charges will be deducted now and then. On 2/10/2009,bsnl gprs has deducted Rs150 from my mobile account. when contacted bsnl customer care,they said it was downloading charges from no 54471150
                                    On the above said day being the holiday I was at my home at Trivandrum kerala state .So swiched off the mobile from 1/0/2009 6.30 pm to 3/10/2009 8am My workilng place is near thakalai 50 km from tvm
                                    I have not downloaded any thing on 2/10/009 at that time my moble was swiched off
                                    If some thing is downloaded from my mobile on the said date.clearly it is misuse by somebody at bsnl gprs end .I am not responsible for this charges. kindly clarify this and recreit the recovered amount to my mobile.

                                    I have complaint manny times since November 2008 to BSNL all officers and customer care through email.but they cannot take any action for poor service as well as call connectivity, my mobile no.[protected] Robertsganj (UP East)

                                    BSNL GPRS — Unacceptable Charges of Game Downloading

                                    I have used BSNL GPRS WAP site on 23 dec 2009 on my number [protected].I have click on a link named as Premium Mobile Game but in this site neither i download any game nor click any game link but at 4 PM I received a SMS from Number 55678 that they charges Rs 100 for downloading game. I want to know that if I did not click any game link then this charge is acceptable. If not then what can i do?

                                      I have a general plan prepaid cellone conection no. [protected] in Bangalore. My connection validity expired on 19 Sep 09. Within the grace period on 30 Sep 09 I initiated a recharge through internet using citibank to recharge my account with Rs 550 to increase my validity period. However when the payment was done to the BSNL my mobile was topped up for Rs 550 with expiry on 19 sep 09 instead of increasing my validity period as per scheme by 50 days. The BSNL was not able to resolve the problem and did not register a complaint. I had to then carry out an aditional E-recharge of Rs 170 to get the desired validity period. I recieved the credit from no. 177181 on 30/09/09 at 08:16 pm, valid till 19/09/09 REf No.[protected]. Inspite of not having validity period the BSNL wrongly topped up my mobile and there after failed to correct the error and said that option available was to carry out an additional recharge. They did not register a complaint stating that i did have a transation ID.

                                        i've bought a bsnl EVdo card recently for the first 2 days i was getting a speed of about 180kbps but after that on wads i've been no even gettin 25kbps speed. my EVDO number is [protected]. irequest you to look into the matter n respon immediately.as if im subjected to this speed its waste of shelling out 850rupees for a internet connection which is not even 25kbps.
                                        i have bougth a bsnl evdo card but its speed is less than 200kbps...my evdo number is [protected] ...please help me out regarding this query
