Dear Sir,
I would like to bring my pathetic condition by using BSNL Broadband Service. I have Broadband Service on my Landline number[protected]Hyderbad). Right from the inception, some 10 months back, it is giving problem every time. The ADSL goes off, and the internet is disconnected. I have to wait for some time, and then, the ADSL comes back. Due to this problem, my pages goes off, and sometimes, I need to login again. I have made umpteen number of complaints on this problem, and every time they say, they are going to rectify it, but they never. Right from the beginning, I could not enjoy the un-interrupted performance not even for two hours. Earlier, I was having an unlimited package, and due to this problem, I have shifted to limited package. Even after, I am paying BSNL for poor service they are providing. Due to this cause, forcibly I had to go for a private operator as a stand-bye. I hope, Forum will take this to the notice of BSNL, which is not at all serious on Customer interests.

i have recently done my MNP from Reliance telecom on the 13th June 2011. and i got the connectivity or confirmation from cell one on the 1st July 2011. and the bill came on the 10th July RS 660/- whereas the bill period is for 10 days. but in the bill the billing period is showing from 1st June 2011. and there are some recurring charges which i am unaware. in nongstoin branch, meghalaya, i asked the detail but they are unabvle to answer as the my circle is Assam. kindly reslve the complaints asap. my details are given below:
