I deactivated value added service on[protected].But no use, they cheated many time by deducting Rs.5 every time from my account and sending message 'your pack news is renewed with Rs.5'.Actually I didnot subscribing any VAS from bsnl.Tell me how I legally complain to recover my loss...Balasubrahmanya V.S. I haven't subsribed to any such service. I want to get it deactivated.
