I am the user of mobile no. [protected]. Every day I am receiving messages from 53030 asking me to answer their silly questions. Without my consent they have made me a subscriber of AFACT5TOLLY5 and deducted Rs. 5/- from my account. They further stated that to unsubscribe send the message to them as UNSUBAFACT5TOLLY5. When I sent the message to unsubscribe, they replied that the text of message is wrong and again deducted Rs. 5/-. Onceagain...

For last 3 months i have given lot of complaints for net connection problem. they have not taken any proper action for my complaint. Net is working for 1 day and the next day it is not working. Saturdays and Sundays no net connection. Always saying line problem. i have paid it for a year-Rs.8086. Already 2 months waste for this years payment. Please take a proper action against this irresponsible action by a government organization....

I am residing in chinthamanipudur (Coimbatore District). I have BSNL landline in my home. The phone was in out of order for more than 2 weeks in a month, there is no response from the appropriate providers. If we make any complaints the didn't response for that. And also they are charging more bill amount (15 days + phone is in out of order). Plz take proper action.

dear sir,
we purchase a BSNL mobile handset ( one year gaurantee) from GUNGUN COMMUNICATION railway road Ganjdundwara distt kanshiramnagar uttar pradesh.
we used only one months with this mobile handset in purchase date the 9.11.2008 and i give up bsnl G200 CF handset to gungun commounication in december 2008.

I have taken a new Broadband connection from BSNL SHIVALIK NAGAR(Haridwar, Uttrakhand)) office recently & applied for a wireless modem. Hi,
I am a BSNL Cellone customer ([protected]) in bangalore. Since 8th December I am getting SMSs from 52906 (or[protected] and 1 Re is deducted from my prepaid balance everyday for this. I never subscribed for any such service. This is clearly a fraudulent act from company owning the number 52906.
Please let me know how to get rid of this problem and also how to recover the lost balance.
