bbservice.bsnl.in is not opening for the ten days due to which i am unable to check my usage

sir last one week i am unable to acess the usage details of my bb. i havent seen such a worthless service provider in my life. respectable authority must answerable to us . they must be sacked...

I m unable 2 know my broadband uses 4 the last month.Pl. solve the problem enabling me 2 know the uses.

There are many coplaints about bbservice... y r u rectifying this problem? we cant check our usage... we people always use broadband by checking our usage.. but now we afied to use broadband... becos we dont know the usage. so pls rectify this problem as soon as possible...

I have purchased BSNL broadband connection. But the usage site i.e bbservice.bsnl.in is not opening due to their server problems

I cann't open bb service from last 2-3 days.how i will able to view my broadband usage?

before three month ago that means june yhe branch of bsnl office sarni they will giving to me a bill of Rs. 1029 after some days i will payed. and before two month ago that means july they will give me a bill of Rs. 3517 for extra ussage, then suddenly i am going to bsnl office and find what is actual problem then i understand i will payed Rs. 3517. because 4 month ago i will take Rs. 250 home plan. after payed a bill of Rs. 3517. i will change a plan. then i will take a plan of Rs. 750... in these plan i have to use unlimited surfing and downloading. today i am goes to bsnl office because they will call to my home and say you'r bill is not pad. then yesterday i goes to bsnl office and find out he will say to your before three month that means june your bill is Rs. 5 thousand something is not pad... and they will not give proper bill in month at a particular time.. now they will give me a bill of Rs. 5 thousand something june month how could he do that and... please solve this problem i am not able to give this amount... i will already pad a large amount of bill... thank you
