Sir without any request caller tone have been added to my mobile no. [protected] and Rs 32 have been deducted from balance. I am not at all interested in caller tone.

recently i have taken power plan 225. the problem is i am unable to send sms from my phone but able to receive sms. i have entered the message center number [protected] but the sms is not going so plz take this as complaint my no is [protected]

i have talked to ur customer care but i was unable to understand that procedure. so plz remove it as early as possible.

i called a friend, heard a message that i[censored] want this tune just press star. so i pressed the star.
first Rs 12 was deducted then Rs 20 was deducted.
this way of earning money is total cheating. we should not be fooled when talking to any of our friends.
after one month i received a message that ur caller tune will expire in one day please renew it.
i never renewed it but again Rs 20 is deducted automatically.
that was again cheating.
you are requested to reimburse my money.

I had a caller tune from bsnl so far.But now am not interested in persuing with the existing caller tune.My mobile phone no. is [protected]. I am fearing I may be deducted the caller tune fee from my cell phone balance. I shall be greatful if the same is disabled immediately.

My cell no [protected] I want to convert the plan exel gold to exel general. i followed the proces as per custmer care centre from sep 28th sofar not converted the plan . myself tried somany times but no use.
I sent sms to 53733 MGEN i received secret no[protected] if i recharge this number i am getting that is error code that indicates voucher is not found. whenever i sent smsto 53733 i am getting same secret no which i received on sep 28th .
finally more than one month passed plan was nat converted.

i am not able to deactivate my caller tune... i sent DE ACT TO 56700 with no use... my no is [protected]...

I am not able to sent the messages even i the customer service people are unable to help me. They told me change the message center number to [protected].But still i am facing the same problem.Solve it today.my number is [protected]
