This is Vijayakumar, resident of Madhava Nagar, Miyapur (500081), Hyderabad, Andharapradesh. I am a BSNL customer since November 2007 (both landline - One India Plan as well as broadband - Home 500C Plan). I received a SMS from BSNL portal on 10th June 2008 stating that my bill amount for the month of May 2008 for the connection number 23041261 as Rs. 12722/-. The above bill amount was surprising to me, because my monthly bill amount for the past 6 months i.e. from the date of intallation ranges between Rs. 263/- to Rs. 1637/-. Since I was not in station for the past 20 days, I could not follow it up with the customer care. After returning back on 26th June 2008, when I checked with the customer care (Phone Number[protected], I have been informed to write a letter to the Area Manager, Lingampally, Hyderabad to investigate the matter.
When I registered a complaint on 27th June 2008 with the Area Manager, I have been informed to make the payment first because the investigation will take 2 - 3 months of time. If I wont make the payment, connection will be disconnected. If the difference is Rs. 1000/- to 2000/-, I can make the payment and wait for BSNL investigation result. But in this case it is 20 times of my normal bill. I kindly request the respective authorities to take necessary action to help me out of this problem.

I am santimoy gorai[protected] we have bsnl broadband connection now in this time
we suffaring lots of problem about bsnl net running slowly, we are complained many time
to our nearest bsnl office, but they are no action about that.
so plz do needful about that.
