i payed all the bill of my cellone connection but still my incoming and out goin calls are barred...!!! wt i can do?

My mobile number is [protected].I called customer care on 10-march 2008 in the evening at around 07.30pm ,teja(M) picked my call and he was very rude towards me .For which he was keeping my call in hold whenever i called customer care.I request you to please track my calls from 09-march-2008 and check whether any one answered my call.They were very irresposible towards customers .Not only me many of my friends receive the same kind of responce from these customer care executives .They are unable to respond to my complaint at the same time they were very rude.So i kindly request you to take this as a complaint and please give proper training for the customer care executives.This kind of responce i have not seen in any of the operators.Still i like bsnl.Thanks and waiting for your quick responce.

How can We Pay Bills while Roaming outside the host station.

bsnl is not a good connection because its not providing the explained facility;i am also having aproblem last year december 2005 : my cellone no.[protected] never getting the sms facilities from my relatives and my friend :no. of times i have given the complains, but their are no response:last time saturday i am again gave acomplain(complain no.D[protected] and customer care executive says that in 24 hours we can activate your service :

i got Rs.2900 bill for the month of May. i did'nt pay that money as i forgot the due date instead of cellone remainders. now i paid Rs.2000 on 2nd June'08 but my account is still not released. i just want to ask u that, if we want activation we hav to pay the whole amount or what to do. kindly reply.

i seleceted the caller tune 4rm the cattogry of hindi last week and till date its not been activated...i also complaint it 4 time 2 customer care but no one response me any time only the out come i got was it take siome time i dont know how much time ????????????
