My landline was not working for more than 15 days from 9th March to 28th March under Docket No.320. My Landline No. is 25549114. I was not able to make any urgent call and hence had to go out to STD booth to make calls. I request that the rental for the said period may be deducted from the bill due for the coming month.

Hope you will do the needful

    please disconnect my broadband service as i am not willing to take service . regarding this i already talk to customer executive at airtel help line service but get no response. so you are requested to disconnect my broadband service before 25 april 08.

      i have bought a bsnl modem type 2 from company and it is not working properly and i have contact them and they said that we will not do any thing and it is ur responsibility.note:-every comany give 1 year warranty against their product.

      God!! i really hate BSNL broadband services. i buy a modem paying Rs.2800/- before 2years.. now that its spoilt hes telling me they gave me that modem with some offer.. All ... and they give me some wired type1 probably modem that too making me pay 1000bucks.. Their customer service is just pathetic. I dont even kno my user id even after 2years . one that they gave me notifies me its invalid whenever i try checking my usage online. I want a type 2modem only. but unfortunately i have lost my receipt of payment when i bought the modem 2years back . Dont they keep track of those things.. PLEASE HELP

        I have subscribed to BSNL Broad Band service phone number[protected]and I have not abeen able to access the service for last one month. I have dialled atlest a set of 10 numbers without any support. The toll free number given on the bill"1500" I finally got through the number after trying for $ hours> Mr. Karthik Raja gave me a complaint number, next day sombody called and said tht a field technician will come in, at 3;50 pm when nobody turnd up I called the same number to know that that the complaint has been closed by one Mr. Vinod without actioning on the issue. Supervisor Ms. Ambica has given me another complaint number stating that it will take 24 more hours to resolved the issue. I am dead frustrated with the lack of response and want to complain about the same.

        I am subscriber of BSNL CellOne mobile service, phone number (+91 [protected]) and I have not been able to get the service for last two months. It is impossible to get Incoming and outgoing call from my mobile phone.

          I am a dataone custommer (HOME-250 PLAN) of BSNL since November 2005.I have never noticed such abnormal usage charge in past time what is happened in last four days[protected] to[protected].During this four days the upload/download usage is more than 3.0 GB which I know is completely absurd and illogical for home plan user like me.I have comlained immediately to the bill section of BSNL Durgapur, but no action had been taken.They have not made any clarification to me.What will I do.Suggest me.

          Bsnl Broadband Connection — Abnormal delay on BSNL Broad Band Connection

          Dear Sir / Madam

          I introduce myself as a BSL Customer with Land Line connection. Iam residing at # 52, Kaidondarahalli, Near Bus Stop, Carmelram post, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore 560035.

          My land line # is[protected], if first place this shifting from Kanakapura road to Sarjapura took more than 2 months & at last with great pains i got connection of the same.

          Now on 2nd of August 2008 based on the above land line connection we have applied for Broad Band connection at BSNL Kormangalore Customer Service Centre situated in Kormangalore BDA Complex.

          But it is quite surprising to note that it is alomost a month now and till now we have neither got the connection nr we have seen any sort of development in this regard.

          AT LAST I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER WE WILL GET THE CONNECTION, IF YES WHEN???????????

          If this is the situation for the initial connection itself what would be the service part next!!!

          Trust i would get some reply from BSNL authorities for the delay

If Bsnl is unable to provide broadband service then why making poor show & waistaging time & money of subscriber .Pl.Check how many times subscriber tried to connect for your useless service? in this month Sept 2008. when subscriber is late to pay BSNL's bill then panelty charges are to be recovered by BSNL.Now who is responsible for not providing Broadband Service?           BSNL Broadband — Account usage site is useless

          I am reporting this complaint inder landline No 22485035 attached to Pammal Exchange. Till yesterday "Account Usage site" shows utilised M.Bs so far. to-day when open my account usage it shows "No records found for Jan 2009".Iam now under 500 c Plus with a downloading of 2.5 G.B.Since the site is showing no records for jan 2009 can I proceed to downlaod 2.5 G.B for this jan 2009 from to-day.Where goes the transperency of this site. this has been the practice during last week of every month. Will the authorities look into it? Don't set aside this complaint, kindly take necessary steps to rectify the mistake. If you allow the customer to suffer like this, gradually cutomers will run out of your fold. kindly look in to it.

          i want to know my broad band useage chage
          I want to know the bsnl broadband consumption of this month till 22.07 2009.
          I am on BSNL combo 500 plan for the past 1 yr. Throughout this period, I have paid the bill (around Rs. 450 - 600) only for the telephone speaking/minimum scheme charges that too mostly within the free call itself, I have not paid any amount towards interenet usage .i.e., the usage had been well within the prescribed limits under the scheme. But for the month of June, I was shocked to notice that my bill charges imposed by BSNL was Rs 8800/- I was further shocked to notice that internet browsing had been recorded continuosly through out almost on all days for a long period, even for the days we were not at home (my husband was hospitalised during the above period and nobody were at home but internet usage is recorded). Iam and my husband are employed and we leave home early and come back only in the late evenings.But usage is recorded during day time on week days too. Our usage on net is also very very minimum only.

          I approached BSNL on this issue but I was informed that the technolgy cannot go wrong and the usage recordings have been examined and found in order and I have been instructed to pay the bill immediately. How can I pay such a huge amount for the usage that was not actually done by me?

          Iam put into severe mental agony on this .I being a Govt servant and I resorted to BSNL owing to its genuine service . But if BSNL itself is like this where can we go? Iam helpless. Please help me and render justice on this issue.
          what about the broadband usage detail view.?
          Is there no alternate for that facility. Users are completely isolated from such broadband service...

              Sir, i have been using BSNL post paid mobilse corporate CUG plan-299 with gprs plan-199 unlimited internet connection
              they have sent me a bill of 5000 above in which roaming charges counts to 3000+ showing that my roaming outgoing call time is aroung134 hours which looks rubbish as i was in roaming for 7 days.
              when i have contacted the bsnl office on 03.03.2008 for the first time, i was advised to request for an itemised bill and received it 0n 28.03.2008 after a series of phone calls to bsnl authorities and i was asked to send this bill to the concerned A.O. to settle the matter again. he asked me to fax the bill and i did so.

              If they have billed me wrongly, i could not understand why i should again spend money and do all these to prove them and moreover they have barred my outgoing even before reaching the credit limit of 10000 thay provide me

              i could find asingle person to whom i can contact and have my grievance solved in bsnl
              also the same is the response from the bsnl customer care i.e., 24365

                I have applied for a new BSNL Land Line Connection with Broadband (900Package) on 22-March-2008. BSNL advertisements are staking tall claims that within a week phone/broadband connections would be given. But till now no response on my application. Call centre 1500 repeatedly says that the application is "In Process". Are we still living on that "Apply and wait for 10 Years to get a phone age ?" If this be the case why BSNL should waste Tax Payers money on advertisements. Why dont BSNL awaken and grow up to the competition, if not atleast spare Tax Payers money on enticing Ads.

My question is are we in 60s and 70s to get a phone connections in 3 or 4 months. It is almost 9 Months is over. Is this the BSNL service. Let me have the confirmation to when this will happen? For shifting of telephone within the same exchange, I have applied to your Rajbhavan exchange on 13th May, 08( Request reference no: 81257168, Prov AN: 82267034, Dt: 13.5.08) with a request to shift the telephone by 14.5.08. But I am very surprised to inform you that being stay within a metro and that to within IIT Madras, till today no initiative has been taken to meet my request.

                I have applied for BSNl UDL750+ unlimited plan 256 kpbs on[protected]. And I have not received anything from them.
                Then I contacted the office of BSNL Neelangarai.

                The one employee told me as secretly." We have received your application we have to be put the phone on within 3 days". But the working person who will connect the line to house. He is wasting time. Then I called him and asked about this. suddenly he came to my hosue within 10 minutes. and he checked all specialities and he assured that we will put the connection within 2 days. But still he is not coming to connect the line.

                BSNl is going very bad...
                I donno why these peoples even after being paid well, are not ready do their job. I wish that these kind of peoples and their kids never lead a happy life.
                I have applied for the BSNL landline with net connection on[protected]. I got the phone on[protected] and the connection on[protected]. The modem was given on[protected]. I was surprised by the response from the BSNL. My friends have told me that it could take about 1-2 months to receive the connection and for modem another month.
                I'm residing in chennai.
                I don't know about other services and region of BSNL of how they are working. But in our area its very fine. Thanks to the private operators.

                These bsnl people are dickheads...i have applied for land line & broadband connection in Ahmedabad. My land line is connected and working but my internet has not been activated since 1 month however the adsl link is on. i can't access the net...they are taking ages to get it activated from there stoneaged server...
                Guess where there main server is...thats right bangalore--down south...whereas Ahmedabad is in the west.

                Why can't they have there server in various places which are near to consumers.

                Now i can't even put airtel in my flats because of some chairman not allowing private connections. I feel like stabbing these stubborn [censored]s !!!

                ya, you are correct i too appled for a new connection, im living in tirur its area which comes under chennai tele. but the exchange people say that they do not have enough cable to provide a new connection in my area and those advice me to take a WLL connection which is a . I am gonna write a letter to chennai tele under RTI. you could also do the same.

                  Sir, My phone number is[protected]. Daily I interact with the Public Grievance Cell of BSNL, AP Telecom Circle. I lodge complaints on behalf of others at their request.                   Hi,
                  I've applied for broadband connection on 21st June 2008 against my base number[protected]. Till date the connection has not been established. Meanwhile I have called up your executive so many times and every time got a new committed date. Every time they said unavailability of infrastructure as reason of delay in connection. Here, I would like to know, if there is insufficient infrastructure then how come my application was accepted and committed to provide service with 7 working days? This is not at all acceptable from India’s biggest telecom company.

                  I have applied for new phone connection line on 10th November, 2010 vide Receipt No. N 1191178. Order Number for the same is KKR 29095 - Even on today's date i.e. on 14th December, 2010, I have neither received new connection nor any reply.                     I m a post paid BSNL User .I found one bill for the month of January 2008 as Rs.13000/- but there is an option if the bill exceed Rs2000/- then the mobile out going connection will be cut.Rather it is showing Rs 13000/- & next Feb 2008 bill is also remain so..its Rs 6000/-Morover all post bill is for one month only..but SDO Telephone says it is 2 months bill..

                    Mr. Arup, it's a matter of common-sense Why not you are asking for the bill details, you can just cross check all the out going numbers, charges etc.Then you can go for FIR if you think its misused or its a fake bill...!! :) ... I hope you are not a child...!!

                      Rs.500=00 broadband installation charges
                      Rs. 150=00 other charges.

                          While calling from landline to any company where the telephone is automated electronically, and ask to dial, example: please dial 1 for english, 2 for Hindi, 3 for Telegu etc. or any other extension, my telephone does not extend this facility and I can not call the required extension.

                          Please rectify this problem as I am facing it since a long time. Even though I have complained, no action has been taken.

                            Myself P Saha and I am lecturer in a Govt Unversity.
                            After 6 months of waiting I get the connection of broadband service (Phone no. [protected]) this month from my local telephone exchange (Nimta Telephone exchange). They connect it and then I get the ID, password also, but unfortunately till now the internet line is not working. When they connected the line, modem etc, they charge extra money etc for better service, but after that nobody come to see the matter. I also dont know what is the use of the helpline no, and the exchange phone number given in the list when this are either useless or nobody entertain the call. Whenever we try to contact the helpline no. given in the list, nobody receive the call. I tried again and again, but no result. One day they recieve it ans tell to call after 2 hrs, but after that nobody receive the call. After trying 2 days, they have received the call they told to contact local exchange, and local exchange told to contact to kmain exchange evert time. But they dont have any time to verify the matter of connection problem and to help us. Rather they misbehave with us whenever we try to call to main exchange. Is this is the service of BSNL and we have to pay monthly subscription of this useless type of service?

                                1. I have applied for new BSNL landline connection and got it on 19 Feb 08. Along with new line registration I applied for broadband connection also, my seniority for broadband must start from date of registration. However, my modem, user-id and password for broadband was issued on 05 Mar 08. For first month telephone bills is also cleared.

                                2. Since then Fibre Optical cable was damaged between Yelahanka Exchange and Air Force Stn Exchange, it was restored on 12 Mar 08 in the noon for land line. After 07 days, on 19 Mar 08, they restored broadband in this Air Force Station, Yelahanka Exchange. However, my connection not made good. The details of my broad band connection are as follows:

No of time and on 20th Mar 08 morning I approached JE Prakash in person for starting of my broadband connection at his office, it will be done by evening. “People are on job”, this was his wording since from 05 Mar 08. But till now my broadband connection not was provided. He says a new DSLAM is installed in this exchange is not working; your connection port is in that. Even I heard the Existing old DSLAM is having one or two port empty due to surrender of broadband connection by some customers. I requested him change the port to old system, he said port cannot be changed due to software difference in new DSLAM.

                                4. Even once I approached DE, Yelahanka Exchange, he said, it is not under my jurisdiction and you talk to JE only and don’t approach me for anything because he is ultimate. I could not understand being the senior officer and in charge of Yelahanka circle, why he had talked in such an irresponsibly. On 22 Mar 08 I talked to Personal Secretary of PGM, Bangalore around 1.30 pm on 22868687, she has noted down the complaint with my contact no.

                                5. It is not clear, why such long time is taken for restoration of OFC and faulty new system is not rectified after having good engineers in network and provided service to customer. It is competitive world and Bangalore IT hub in such place is having long delay and poor service is not understood. Restoration of any such failure is possible within 24 hrs in today’s world. Plenty of machines are available to assist the man for restoration of failure.

                                It became routine business for me to visit daily for Yelahanka exchange for broadband but no positive result is yielded yet. Due to lingering of my connection has mentally disturbed me and wasted my precious time and money by visiting regularly exchange Yelahanka. My umpteen steps taken to get through the connection is futile and I am forced to write this mail to you

                                I have a BSNL broadband connection. Phone number 26423825. I registered a complaint on 29 Apr 09 That my modem was not working properly. Complaint number: 88345148. The response from the call center is extremely poor and they just informed me that they cannot do anything about this and that I have to contact the local office. They gave me 2 phone numbers - one did not exist and the other no one answers. I had no choice but to then register it as a telephone complaint as the broadband department didnt seem to care. Someone came and checked the modem after 2 weeks after the complaint was registered and said the modem was faulty and had to replaced and promised to bring a new modem and we havent heard from them for the past 2 weeks. Today someone called from the telephone department and told me not to register telephone complaints and said the modem could not be replaced since the person who came and checked it had gone on leave for 2 weeks. I guess when someone goes on leave their work comes to a stand still! Lame excuses in this day and age. This man was extremely rude and told me if I wanted to get the problem solved I had to give them a written complaint and meet their chief and banged the phone on me..very shocking indeed..which company would dare to hang up the phone on a customer except a government office? This happens only in India I guess and they do this inspite of knowing that they have a lot of competition with so many private players and all it would take me is a phone call to change my service provider.

                                BSNL Broadband Yelahanka is does not work most of the time. On enquiry, we are told that there is a 'server problem'.                                 I made a request to install broadband on 12th October, i was informed that it will take max 10 days to be installed. To have broadband first of all BSNL will install a phone line then they will activate broadband on that line.                                 BSNL — no service since long

                                I have BSNL broadband and am subscribed to the 1350UL plan. It is a very expensive plan as it provides high speed internet, which is very crucial to my work.

                                But the service is very poor. frequently the connection to internet is down and rest of the time i get lower speed.
                                Paying Rs 45 a day for high speed internet is going futile. BSNL people come check the internet and go, customer care people just take a docket number and no one really sees if the service is consistent or not.

                                I have even considered to sue BSNL in this regard but then my lawyer advised me to report the complain in the consumer forum first.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  My name is M.B.Angadi, I have been working in Aeronautical Development Agencey, Min of Defence, Govt of India, Bangalore.

                                  I have shifted my government alloted quarters, D-13/2, DRDO township, Phase-I, CV Raman Nagar to another quarters E-52/6, DRDO township, Phase-II CV Raman Nagar, on 27th Aug 2007.

                                  Subsequent to this I had applied for transfer of my land line to my new address on 27th -Aug 2007. Unfortunately, the BSNL division also changed from Indira Nagar to KR Puram. When I enquired with GE KR Puram, I was told taht a work order has been issued (No.[protected] and the work will be completed within three weeks. This did not happen. I kept on calling following personnel repeatedly, but nothing worked out except promise.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  With reference to your e-mail regarding shifting of your above
                                  telephone to DRDO Phase II, it is to intimate that the shifting could not be
                                  carried out immediately due to cable non-feasibility in that area. The
                                  cable laying work is under progress and it is expected to be completed
                                  within 3 weeks time. As soon as the cable is laid, action will be taken
                                  to service the connection.

                                  The inconvenience caused is regretted.

                                  I have sent again mails to both official on[protected]. This time they (both) did't even show the curtesy of replying to my mail.

                                  Please tell me what action I have to take in order to get my BSNL land line connection trasnferred? Will there be any disciplanary action againest these neglegent officers?

                                  Please advise me on this problem.
