Deficiency in dialing system

While calling from landline to any company where the telephone is automated electronically, and ask to dial, example: please dial 1 for english, 2 for Hindi, 3 for Telegu etc. or any other extension, my telephone does not extend this facility and I can not call the required extension.

Please rectify this problem as I am facing it since a long time. Even though I have complained, no action has been taken.

Useless broadband connection & service

Myself P Saha and I am lecturer in a Govt Unversity.
After 6 months of waiting I get the connection of broadband service (Phone no. [protected]) this month from my local telephone exchange (Nimta Telephone exchange). They connect it and then I get the ID, password also, but unfortunately till now the internet line is not working. When they connected the line, modem etc, they charge extra money etc for better service, but after that...

Telephone Transfer

I had personally visited the Hoskerehalli BSNL branch on 15th march and applied for the transfer of my telephone. But still the work order is not issued. i am trying to call almost all the BSNL offices but not getting any response.
Could some one please check the same at the earliest ???????? Unnecessarly i am ending up paying the Rent...

after issuing userid, password and modem on 05 Mar 08 till now broad band is made

1. I have applied for new BSNL landline connection and got it on 19 Feb 08. Along with new line registration I applied for broadband connection also, my seniority for broadband must start from date of registration. However, my modem, user-id and password for broadband was issued on 05 Mar 08. For first month telephone bills is also cleared.

2. Since then Fibre Optical cable was damaged between Yelahanka Exchange and Air Force...

SIM card failed to register

Sir,

I have sent application/s to correct my name as "SREEDEVI MOHANAN" instead of SHRIDEVI MOHANAN appearing in the bill. But no avail.

Also I have writtem my email ID as
"[protected]@rediffmail.com"
but always they send sms intimating that "my billing details sent through e-mail Id wrongly. Now they requested to send correct email ID for e-bill, to Custoner Care Centre....

most third grade service provider

i am having a prepaid connection of bsnl.from last two years i am complaining about network.but the company is least bothered about network.from last three weeks i am unable to receive any calls as well as make any calls.i am fed up of complaining it to customer care.i request every individual personally that never take a connection of bsnl.ITS A REQUEST!!...

Instrument is dead

We have a BSNL Landline connection at our home (Phone No is[protected] in Yerwada rigion.Its a only incoming service we are using.We have already made telophonic complain whose complain Id is 16180. Till now we did not get any kind of response from bsnl. Thats why we dont know whether line is dead or instrument .

My friend have life time validity sim of BSNL.He recive message from BSNL Save your talk value Recharge in one or two days.He reacharge with 56Rs. TOPUP but his service expire.When

magic voucher

I purchased Excel Magic 75 on 13March, 2008. According to the plan the call charge during 10pm - 7am should be free for a call to a bsnl land line phone. But I found that it was not actually free when I called to land line phone No. [protected] at about 10-15pm on 18March, 2008. On enquiry, bsnl personnel told that due to technical fault the call is free only for the period 11pm - 7am!...

I am having a post paid Cellone No. [protected]. My name appearing in the bill as Mrs. Shridevi Mohanan INSTEAD OF correct name as “MRS. SREEDEVI MOHANAN”. BSNL Maharashtra gave a big Advertisement in paper (Lokmat dated 18/3)titled EK KA DO OFFER for prepaid mobile phones EXCEL offering double talk time for the cost of voucher for TWO days 18th and 19th March only. Broad band connection not yet provied

I have applied for broadband connection on 19th Feb 08. During depositing the money I came to know that it will take 15-20 days at max. But till date I didn't get installed the braodband connection. I have applied for the broadband connection for my education purpose & I am suffering.

Phone dead from last 30days!

My landline number is2535366. this was cancelled on 2007 itself. but now they send the register letter for not paying the bill amount in[protected]. whats all this .actually they cancelled my landline and i returned everything . my family is not in the sititution to pay that huge money. please verify and confirm .Due to this problem my parents are in trouble... please help us... please....

SIM block

i have been trying to block my SIM which i lost yesterday but unable to do so.the caller is calling allthe numbers in the phonebook and harassing us.repeated calls to so called "24365" is useless.the people of BSNL customer service can not speak well they do not know the procedure.
please help me out in this regard.unfortunately the card is postpaid....

Billing confusions - irresponsible on customer complaints

I hold a post-paid one india sim from bsnl and the nightmare has started by the time i subscribed for bsnl hello tunes. When i unsubscribed, i was asked to send the message and the confirmation message said its done.
