my phone no is[protected] my phone oftenly become dead. I have complaint so many time to local officer but nobody responding me. DP line is laying on the road so that it damaged by passer-by. My telephone is working only 5-6 days in a month. If you are not able to provide the service you may disconnect immediatly....

I have broadband line,900 plan.link failure from a long time.But no action has been taken against my complain report.My telephone No:25907791.My address is 224,Dum Dum Park.Kolkata - 700 055.Kindly do the needful at your earliest....

I applied for BSNL broadband service on 4th of august for Internet. i was told i will get connection in 10 days... then was told i will in 90 days and now i am told i still will have to wait......why is it taking so long and why no action is taken against it...

Due to the same issue we disconnected the landline but again we thought now the land lines are working fine but our land line is not working for last two months but no response from BSNL, Rayagada, even though giving so may complaints on call.

Could you please look into this matter at your earliest.

On 12th October the phoneline of phone 25530487 was requested to be shifted and on 16th oct. the phone got disconnected but stillnot shifted. Tried to communicate with various authorities but no result.
When this can hapen with doctors who are always on human serviceI cant imagine the fate of common man.
Hope they take note of it. My consumer number is 10394550...

my pco phone no +[protected] is dead from 31st day of octber 2007. i registered my complain to the authority through the computerised complain service on 1st day of november 2007 and they provide me a coplain registered no is 15224.
but still now my phone is dead. so plz suggest me wht can i do now, it hampered me in my business....

The culprit has been using his domestic broadband connection for his cyber cafe named COMPUTECH at 66/R F.D.road Mallickpara,Serampore,Dist-Hooghly,State-West Bengal.He's paying his bills accroding to the domestic bills.The authority has been informed but to no avail.He doesnt have a nessesary permission.He's making huge profits by cheating BSNL where as other BSNL customers are paying huge billd every month and suffering huge loses.br...

i am lijan mathew. i live in USA .whenever i tried to call to my house land line.its always dead.300 days in a year its dead.my dad always complaint regarding this issue to the local office .no action taken so far.even we complainted to GM of telephone bhavan ,thiruvalla, kerala--no use.
is there any other responsible person in your office who can handle this situation properly.kindly do the needful...

I am using sancharnet.in. I am renewal my account (PSTN-50H-REGULAR) on 10 Jan 2007 after 1-2 month i cannot login my account, because my ID and Password does not match. But i can succefull login in administrative panel and change all password, after this step i cannot login in my web account (E-mail Login Page) there is same message again (ID and Password does not match). The BSNL land no.in my fathers name is not working from 10th of Nov.2007 onwards.I have registered a complaint through Telephone Falt Booking Services on 14th.But till date not any action taken from BSNL.Rectify the complaint and give the compensation.

This is muthu from gummidi poondi it is near to chennai. I have applied broadband internet connection in gummidi poondi exchanged before there month. I have asked so many times but there is no response from them. They are telling me there is not stock of modem some line problem etc., if i complain any telephone line problem means they wont care about this. because there is no person for asking question....

My Land phone 28475317 is dead for the last 4 days. I am in infinite loop calling one after another. But no progress so far. I stay in Brokefield, AECS Layout.

The service is very poor. Please advise whats needs to be done.
