[Resolved]  BSNL Chennai Telephones — local shift not done in 19 days

I applied for same exchange local shift for my no 25952289 on 9th april 2009, but till date no response from the department. Since then i am following to the following numbers and e mail id but no care been taken. Shif request no.91240437 . no body responding over phone when go in person they console and send the customer back committing some days for work . Numbers tried 25987171, 25987000, 5960100, 28520333, 25976789, [protected]@bsnl.co.in id of DGM . i[censored] could do something plese help.

BSNL Chennai telephones — Phone Dead for more than 3 weeks

I have booked complaint for more than 3 weeks, no one has even reposned to the complaint and the phone is still dead

BSNL — Shifting of telephone not done

Hi,

It has been more than 20days from the day i applied for shifting of telephone.

It is very urgent for me to have the phone connection at home. As I have to use broadband connection too.

This is regarding shifting of Telephone No : 24005185. We have applied for shifting of our telephone connection on 18.08.2009 from one Block to another Block in the same area at New Alipore. Till to day it has not been done. One short height man had approached our office on 25.08.2009 with a commitment to shift the same in next day, but it has not been done till today evening. You are requested to attain the job a an early date.

reference 110095 on 24/10/09 i give the complaint to bsnl chennai telephones that i shifted my home to ground floor because of my knee problem

that i already complaint to change the internet to ground floor

there is no one came till now itself.....

BSNL Chennai telephones — SBI ATM debit card not accepting

I wanted to pay my mobile bill using the SBI ATM Debit card . It was not possible in January this year while it was accepted earlier. My mobile number is [protected] . Let me know why and how this will be rectified.
