I applied for 20% concession in the BB rent provided by BSNL to the retd govt officers on 07-01-09 by enclosing my PPO, issued by Raj. Govt. I have been contacting the consumer centre, they said that my application has been accepted but the concession in the rent has not been given with effect from Jan 09 to date.
I contacted AO revenue who allowed the concession in the latest bill for the month of Mar 09 but he did not allow concession with affect from the date of application.He asked me to give an application for such concession that has been given to him.

I however do not reconcile for such delay in granting concession and asking me to give an application for such concession.When the computer shows the grant of concession as early in month of january, I shall be thankful if the remaining concession for the month of Jan and Feb is provided to me.

I applied for 20% concession in the BB rent provided by BSNL to the retd govt officers the concession in the rent has not been given.
an application for such concession and the nessessory dacuments are submited to bsnl office at Sakoli Dist - Bhandara Maharastra

I do not know for such delay in granting concession please inquar the mattter, and the grant of concession as early. I shall be thankful if the concession will provided to me.

    Kindly reinstate both the telephones, one in the name of me other in the name of my daughter, Sumaja Somasekharan Nair.

    One is disconnected years back and the other is not working for 3months and taken for repair. We have internet connection as well, but we are unable to use it so far.Last month telephone bill was Rs.2000/-without any call. As I am unable to contact my wife and grownup daughters, kindly reinstate the telephone at the earliest. It is supposed to be a cable connection. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Whatever is the expenses, I will be ready to meet.Underground connection and everything is already there.

    Hope that you will do the needful at the earlist and diffuse the tension of a pravasi.

    I have applied for new landline connection from Haripad exchange. It has been more than a month after i paid all the initial charges, but i didnt get any response from them till now. I personally met both the JTO and the Sub Divisional Engineerbut they are acting like they are not responsible for anything and they cant tell me when i will get my connection. Please help me to resolve this problem.

    First of all, thank you for getting back the Tel.[protected] and the account being settled amicably. Muttom exchange returned the telephone on 6th of March 2010, but internet system not working because of the password change. Kindly make necessary action for getting the internet connection.

    Please do necessary steps to reinstate the Own Your Telephone(OYT) No.[protected]. Hope that you will do the needful at the earliest

    We just want to confirm that the wire to be used from ground floor to 10th floor at the time of taking new landline connection is to be provided by the department or the consumer has to take this line at his own from outside agency at his own cost?

    Our landline is not working properly more than one month. Now it is not working. We have already complained to our exchange but no response. A technician came and told us that the cable is damaged and he returned back..

    As I am a Pravasi, I am facing problems to contact my old parents and kids. So please do the needful as early as possible.

          I have taken broadband connection 500C home combo plan in which 1.5 GB is provided for uploading/downloading and night unlimited[protected].I have taken connection on 26th Nov..So, I just want to know that I must use 1.5 GB before 1st Dec. or not so as to completely utilize my 1.5 GB as I have heard that the bill comes of 1 month.So, in the bill for the first month the chargeable days will be from 1 Nov. to 30 Nov. or 26th Nov. to 30th Nov. ?

            My tel num is [protected], also i do have broadband connection from february.usually i got 50 to 100 rupees bill.now in feb month i got 800plus, also in the month of march i got 8000 plus.now it cross 10, 000.
            i got shocked when i conformed from bsnl authorites,

            Dear Sir,

            You contact the nearest BSNL office and show your history of telephone calls as per old bills. Request them to reduce the bill. They may ask you to pay the bills first. Ask them to reduce the amount may be less than half the bill amount, and then pay it. Visit them frequently for the adjustments. Do your correspondence and complaints in black and white (i.e. in writing).

            If you have a Broadband connection then you should go for "unlimited download plan".

              I LODGED COMPLAINT NO. 6079646 WITH 12678 REGARDING NO FUCTIONING OF BROAD BAND ON 06.04.2009. I RECEIVED A RESPONSE ON 13.04.2009 THAT PROBLEM RELATED TO SERVER HAS BEEN RECTIFIED BUT FOR MAKING IT FUNCTIONAL YOU HAVE TO LODGE COMPLAINT WITH CUSTOMER CARE I.E. 1500. I THEN APPROACHED 1500 AND COMPLAINT NO.6095103 WAS GIVEN TO ME.
              WHEN COMPLAINT WAS NOT SORTED OUT UPTO 15.04.09, I APPROCHED SDO MEENA JI AT VIDYADHAR NAGAR OFFICE, WHO SAID HE IS HELPLESS AS NO BODY LISTEN TO HIM AND THE MATTER ACTUALLY RELATES TO BROAD BAND A SEPARATE ENTITY FOR WHICH ONLY THAT PARTICULAR DEPTT. SHOULD BE APPROACHED. HE FURTHER ASKED ME TO GO TO SHRI D.K.CHOUDHARY SDO INCHARGE, AS HE CAN ONLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM
              MR. D.K. CHOUDHARY SDO INCHARGE IS VERY EFFECTIVE, CARING & GENTLE OFFICER, WHO IMMEDIATELY TOOK THE MATTER WITH YOUR DELEGATED SERVICE AGENCY AND GOT THE BROAD BAND IN WORKING CONDITION SINCE16.04.2009. LOT OF THANKS TO HIM ONCE AGAIN.
              BUT I HAVE 2 POINTS IN THIS REGARD. 1. FOR EFFECTIVELY SOLVING THESE PROBLEM AN ADVERTISEMENT IN NEWS PAPERS ETC SHOULD BE GIVEN THAT CUSTOMER CAN DIRECTLY REGISTER THEIR COMPLAINT WITH YOUR AGENCY/CALL CENTRE AT ONE PLACE I.E.1500/12678 THAT TOO WITH A RIDER THAT SDO LIKE MR. MEENA ACTUALLY DEALING WITH THE SEAT SHOULD BE MADE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOW UP OF COMPLAINTS TILL THESE ARE RECTIFIED EFFECTIVELY (2) MY REQUEST WITH THE EXCHANGE VIDYADHAR NAGAR, FOR NOT CHARGING RENT FOR THE PERIOD IT WAS NOT WORKING I.E. 8.04.09 TO 15.04.09 MAY BE GIVEN EFFECT TO DURING NEXT BILLING CYCLE.

                Sir, I just recieved my bsnl bill for the past FOUR months... and everthing in my bill is normal apart from the "DEBIT" .
                My DEBIT has been conted to be ->151, 570.27
                TAXES : 15, 061.84
                GROSS AMT. : 166, 632.00

                However i have 750 UL plus. I can say that certainly since my Phone Rental is 0.0 . and it has been given that "fixed charge" for broadband usage is :750.
                I have a Sulabh plan so my metered calls is 0.

                    Sir,
                    I am Bijay Prasad Shah of NE II circle, Dimapur(Nagaland). I have got Saral Anant Sim bearing mobile number [protected]. As BSNL website for NE 2 promise to extend the recharge time by 90 ( Ninety ) days if recharged by Rs. 112 and 180 (one hundred eighty) days if recharged by Rs 225 top ups/recharge coupons but to our horror the BSNL has failed to fulfill its commitment as no time extension take place if recharged by Rs 112 and only 90 days extension take place if recharged by Rs225. On 17th March 09 I complainde at Customer Centre Kolkata Vide complain no.3450259 and was promised of redressal and information by call but still waiting for either. As per my last recharge, the time is 23/04/2009 and I recharge it with Rs 112 without extension in time on 14/03/09. Should I surrender the sim and Go for Airtel whose rechage time is Rs 10 per month for 30 days extension under the same call charge.

                      my broad band is breakdown frequently.i have complained for several time though i dont get any response from the service provider. every time i make complain nobody want to accept complain. every time they give me new number to contact. i collect more than 10 number. i had tried on all. still i am suffering from the problem. i m helpless that nobody is there to give solution. so kindly assist me how to reach to solution.

                        these are in service in our company. If your service is like this, then all these connections will be stopped till 1st may.

                        i am neeraj kumar i am a user of bsnl broadband service in allahabad u.p. my problem is within 2 to 3 days my bsnl broadband is not connecting with 678 error. when i go bsnl office they said every thing is correct. then next day i checked my bsnl modem to a bsnl costmor then he made modem correct with configuration .
                        i want to know what is the problem and how i troubleshoot it. this problem comes in my modem in 2 to 3 days .

                          A month ago i changed my BSNL broadband plan from HOME 250 to HOME 500 C...
                          From the past few days, i hv been encountering error 691.But strangely my PC does connect sometimes
                          which means there is no hardware problem or any invalid username-password problem.I am also not able to check my broadband usage n change password coz there the page doesn't load.Please help me....

                          I too hate the Caller Tune facility which gets actiavted without our knowledge. BSNL must provide facility to confirm copy of Caller tune on press of *, because am not sure i[censored]nknowingly Caller Tunes gets activated for my number or BSNL simply puts the caller tunes and charges us.

                          Did u try the following,

                          Send SMS 'BT DACT' to 56700

                          Send an SMS with content,
                          BT DACT
                          to 56700 and this will deactivate ur caller tunes within 24 hours. And I think BSNL will charge Rs.2/- for the SMS.

From that very day the speed of internet on broadband is irregular or without connectivity which is being regularly displayed on my screen. Due to this I am not able to see videos etc.Sometimes the situation is such that I am not able to hear songs on FM .I hope that after lodging this complaint somebody from the department shall do something, so that I may get relief and enjoy the internet services. My Plan is Business 3300+ and 2000 8 mbps plan Monthly i have Pay Rs. around Rs. 7000/- Pay in BSNL. Service is Very Very Poor. Pls Generate BSNL Broadband Customer Care Service.                                 We recently shifted our home from podanur, coimbatore to Eachanari, coimbatore. We requested BSNL for transferring the BSNL connection from Podanur to Eachanari on March 5th. The connection was thereby disconnected from Podanur on 7th March. We were informed like we will be getting the connection to our new house at Eachanari in couple of day’s time. But we did not get any response from BSNL for one month time. We were regularly requesting the Kurichi branch telephone exchange, but no positive reply till April 2nd. Line man visited our house on April 2nd. We have three BSNL junction box located within 75m range near to our home. But the line man is demanding RS 4000 for anonymous reason to give us the connection. This really looks like bribery. The fake reason told by them is to get the cables for giving connection. Is it really true? Do we need to bear the charge? Even if we want to bear will it be Rs 4000? Request you to clarify all my questions. My son is Studying engineering and he is working for his project tediously. Since we have a very good opinion we are not interested to go for other service providers. Also I have been waiting for the connection patiently for more than a month.

                                Looking for a reply at the earliest.

                                    I want to deactivate the bsnl cricket alert service 51234030 which got automatically activated . I had lodged a complaina several times to the customer service center but the service is not deactivated yet I even send an SMS for deactivation on the following number but, the serivce does not support it. Money of my account is affected due to it twice for the services which i have not even demanded. Customer service is very poor it is never available. In bsnl never a problem is been solved.                                     I have charged Magic plus on 10.07.2009 for three months in my Mobil no. [protected], but the same become un effective nearly a week back i.e. it give me services for only 40 days.
                                    The most worst customer care is the BSNL one. The guys working there, are hesitating to talk to the customers. Hope they are not qualified and got the job by showing their a_ _ Hole to the higher autherity or by giving bribes.                                     Rs-15/-rupees was cutting my balance.please sir returned my rupeesin my mobile.First my balance was cutting then 56505 send cricket massage again & again without my permission it can be possible.Please sir solve my problem & take action queckly.
                                    I want to deactivate the cricket alert service from 55888020 immediately for which I had already send a SMS unsub cri to 55888020 for which no reply received so far. They are charging Rs. 20/- each month without my consent.Cricket SMS received so far is outdated and delayed too much which have no relevance to the play. So I want to stop this useless messages and save my money immediately. PL help.

                                    my self saroj kumar dash my mob no [protected] i registered a complan that, i hav not subscriebd the cricket sms from[protected], but receiving it and @ 5rupees every day has been deducted .The complain no E170R585620. but there is no response from custermer care office..and there answer to my problem is very irresponsible ..who would pay the terrif?we are paying enough to bsnl..for there salery to solve our problem..what the hell they were doing for last 4 days.do the required immidiately.

I had lodged a complaint several times to the customer service center but the service is not deactivated yet I even send an SMS for deactivation on the following number but, the service does not support it. Money of my account is affected due to it twice for the services which i have not even demanded.                                     Dear sir it is to bring to your notice that I sri kandena santosh of chonangipur haddubhangi dist gajapathi that i had given all my relevent documents to the dealer of bsnl parlakhemundi dist gajapathi odisha)on 02/11/2012 for MNP(mobile number portability) of my reliance number [protected] to bsnl. At my place the bsnl network is better than other network. So i thought of MNP. The dealer of parlakhemundi dist gajapathi has taken my relevant proofs of documents for MNP from reliance to bsnl on 02/11/2012. Only for 2 days i had my incoming calls.But from the third day onwards i am not getting any incoming and out going the calls. Also the validity voucher of Rs 46/-is not accepting.I have given complaint to customer care officer several times against this issue. They are simply saying that we have forwarded a request to the technical department. Besides i have again given a call to the customer care officer for the same issue. Than they have given me the complaint Number K17OR300347 dt 14/11/2012 time:10 am. The mobile number which i have mentioned is very important. This number is circulated to my office staff, superiors relatives etc.
                                    since 15 days i am facing a lot of problems for giving of calls on necessity purposes.Kindly take necessary action against this matter and do my needful at an early date. Also please intimate to my alternate mobile No: [protected]
