Sir,
The land phone No:[protected] ( Consumer No:3356748)in the name of my father (AK Chindapoduval, an aged and illiterate man) is under plan-600 and paid up to 31/05/2009 on 16/06/08, with 30 free calls /month.
But in Bill No:86282703 Dt . 05/04/2009, They have added a fixed monthly charge of Rs.220/- !! Since I came at my home, this mistake was noticed, other wise that old man will be cheated.
On this very day I tried to call 1661, [protected] from 12.00 noon to 12.45.p.m..Wonderfully, it was engaged!Also I contacted [protected], [protected] and [protected] and I could not get a clear cut information, all that they did was re-directing me by providing another number!
The most wonderful thing was, I called [protected] for 28 times at first..eventhough ringing sound, noboby attended my call!
It is in this pathetic condition, I spend my valuable time and sending this complaint, waiting for an early necessary action, in all means.

BSNL Land Phone — IMPROPER BILLING
After several times of complaining against the improper billing to my local exchange BSNL is sending bills to my house. the telephone connection is dead from 15 months but they are sending bills every month. they have also send me a lawyer notice to pay the bills which i have not consumed.
