I am Suresh Kr Sahu, Assam ([protected]). I updated my prepaid account with lifetime recharge. Presently I am at Gohpur area and my incoming and outgoing are barred. I recharged my mobile withing every six months as required. I have tried customer care several times but no solution is found. I have to be outside for business tours very often. And my family is suffering for the interruption of service. I have no direct contact with them for months. Please restore the services and let me know if any action required from my side.

i my no recharge sms free package 20 oct. 2008 and my problem free sms only 27 oct. 2008 sending then 28 oct. 2008 to and today my sms charge cut to 80 p. sir i compalnts to 31 oct. and 3 nov. 2008. total sms sending only 50 sms.

My cell no [protected] I want to convert the plan exel gold to exel general. i followed the proces as per custmer care centre from sep 28th sofar not converted the plan . myself tried somany times but no use.
I sent sms to 53733 MGEN i received secret no[protected] if i recharge this number i am getting that is error code that indicates voucher is not found. whenever i sent smsto 53733 i am getting same secret no which i received on sep 28th .
finally more than one month passed plan was nat converted.

I am not able to deactivate the "RADIO PACK" from my bsnl-prepaid MSISDN-[protected].Even I never subscribe this pack but my acc balance is gettion deduced every month. Whenever I tried to call the costemer care but I was socked when call is getting disconected every time whenever a prerecorded prompts is saying "PRESS 6 TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE".

So request you to please deactivate the mentioned packs from my Prepaid MSISDN ASAP.

Hi,

I have a CellOne mobile in which SMS Sending is failed from last 4 days. I tried switching ON/OFF and checked the message center number and found everything was fine but I could not send SMS to any other mobile numbers.

I complained to the great CellOne Customer care about this on 27th Dec 2008, customer care person told me as below

"CHANGE THE MESSAGE CENTER NUMBER IN USE TO SOME DUMMY NUMBER AND SWITCH OFF THE MOBILE AND FOR 10MIN AND THEN SWITCH ON AGAIN AND THEN ENTER THE CORRECT MESSAGE CENTER NUMBER AS [protected], THEN SAVE IT AND THEN RETRY SENDING SMS AGAIN"

I did the above and found I was unable to send SMS. Called CC again and this time I was to repeat the same story to her. Now she was about to say the previous capitalized words and I told her that I have tried all whatever I did then she booked a complaint and gave me the complaint number as 190834 and she told the problem will be rectified in 24Hrs.

The complaint was booked on 29/12/2008 and after 24Hrs I called up customer care again on 30/12/2008 around 11.30am. This time CC person told that the complaint is rectified and the SMS Sending will work from evening, NOT SURE WHY, once the complaint is rectified means it should be working fine immediately but she said it will work from evening.

The CellOne Customer Care people are Highly Technical as they know that once the problem is rectified **** will work from evening but not immediately.

Again I called customer care in the evening around 6.30pm as I was not able to send SMS. This time there was a gentleman talking to me and he asked my mobile number and the complaint number and said that as you are already informed that the problem is rectified you just have to do some changes in the network selection option.. change it to Manual and then switch off the mobile for 10Min and then switch it ON and then you should be able to send SMS.

I did whatever the ******** customer care person told and still not able to send the SMS. What I understand from this is that if setting the mobile to send SMS is this difficult then how difficult it to actually the send the SMS out of the ******* network by BSNL.

This is the worst quality of service ever seen. I would like to suggest NOT TO GO FOR BSNL/CellOne mobile connection if someone is trying to get one.

I have no hopes that my problem will be rectified.

i use bsnl prepaid connection.my cell number is [protected].last three days ago in the evening 5.00 pm my balance was 65 rs. but after 2 hours i checked my account i found 40 rs balance.when i contact bsnl customer care executive he tell me you can known about this after 24 hours. then next day i call but there is no answer for my complaint.please tell me why my balance deduct by bsnl.this is not a good service. i hope you can help me in this matter.

I am using the bsnl mobile [protected] since 5 years. This is a pre-paid facility. validity of the number is july, 09. I got two massages from 56700 saying <you have been charged rs 12/- and rs 25/- respectivily for bsnl tunes>in Feb, 09 and again rs. 10/- is deducted for same reason. I do not know what tunes and why it is being charged. i have not made any request also therefore total ammount of rs.37/-+10/- may please be reversed to [protected]. Pl. do not deduct any money from my balance in future. This is not a good apractice of charging for bsnl tune without getting a request from customer.pl. stop doing such thing.

I have received SMS (like this :- You have been charged Rs.12 for your BSNL Tunes request) from no.56700 on 25/3/09, 23:32:47 (message centre [protected]) and one more SMS also like this :- Dear Subscriber you have been charges Rs.25 for ur BSNL tunes. Enjoy the service for the ext 30 days. Ur next bill date is[protected] from no.56700 on 25/3/2009, 23:24:13 (message centre [protected]) WITHOUT MY REQUEST BY ANYMODE. So I am requesting you to cancel this charges Rs.12/- & Rs.25/- and give credit to my account immediately. This is the first time i am receiving this type problem in my past so many years. Really i am very much shocked to see this type problem in my Cellone card. Please do the needful immediately. Thank you very much for your good service.

I received the same message from 12630019, on Jan 10th 2009, that I have been "Successfully" charged 19/- for unwanted Radio Service.. that too without my concern. Atleast I did not expect this kind of cheap tactics by Public sector company like BSNL. From then I have been charged 19/- each month (i.e., Rs. 114/- till June 2009).
When I contacted the customer service center regarding this issue, they give me a reply that, I pressed some buttons while talking to somebody and that’s the reason for enabling the Radio Service... Ridiculous...
Dear BSNL, Even if any type of such arrangement is there in your system, it is your minimum responsibility to send a request to me for confirming weather this facility enable or not.
Further whatever procedure they gave to unsubscribe from this scheme simply did not work. So, I here by request the concerned authority to take action against such schemes and refund my Rs 114/- talk time.

After checking my account status I sent sms to 53733, at that moment I have not get any response from there . when I called cus. care, a gentleman recevied my call, he told me that generallay we start the service within 48hrs., if there is not any problem . from 16th to18th july I talked to free on which I want DOSTI, but on monday 20th july when I called that number, my balance deduted .I called cus, care, a mam recived call, she told me you are not registered . she took my request mannuly after till now there is no activation on my number .I do not know what should I do.

BSNL the worst and bad service provider in India, may be in WORLD also. Every employee of BSNL is very lazy . They will be shoted in front of public for their negligence .

      Hi all,
      Beware of Customer Care of Broadband Internet services of BSNL . I am a customer of dataone broadband. The answering by the customer care is so RUDE AND RASH that you will fear whether to call or not the next time. These Govt people work in these manner only. The present customer care person first asked me in a rash...What is your problem? ( as if i am burden to her and as i have done something harm to her) . Then i asked what is bill amount, she said...wait ( in a rude manner)...then she took 15 full minutes and was bussy discussing personal ### and fantasies with her colleague. And after 15 mts, I had to keep off the call...I amgiving the complaint now and also thinking of disconnecting the connection since other private players doesnt have so much of EGO problems in answering thecall in a pleasant manner.       I had been using BSNL telephone since 2000 and we got the Broadband connection recently under Home 500c plan. My phone number is[protected]. I returned the modem to the concern authority and submitted a covering letter to Madhavaram Exchange, Chennai as I got my own modem purchased and hence requested for refund on Security Deposit. I received my monthly bill amount for the month of September 2008. I had few clarifications regarding my bill amount, since there was an excess amount charged. So I called[protected] around 2.25PM on 23/08/208 thinking I would get my doubts clarified by BSNL personal. But my bad luck, one lady picked up the phone and never gave proper details regarding the bill amount. She was UNPROFFESSIONAL and VERY RUDE to me. Finally I decided that I am not going to get any help from her and eventually when asked for the name, she said her name was SOUNDARI, Accounts Officer. She hung up the call before I could complete my conversation. I am really astonished by the service which I received from an Accounts Officer. It made me feel bad as this was a frustating experience which I never had through out my life time. I am not interested and have to think about continuing my relationship with BSNL Service.
      Ohhhhhh...BSNL has the worst customer services in the whole word...even not only phone (i m telling my real experience)..i[censored] meet them personaly at their office they guys don, t reply u..they just say go to website and findout details...i think really they don't know or they are not able to their job..."salo kamino ko kuch aata hei nahi haram ke paise dus rahe hein..."
      I have a more addition to the comments that BSNL call logging system is also very poor. Because the Call centre number is never accessible and if you call on 1500, sampark then they will receive the call by automated answering system and give you a call log number but after that what happens god knows. They don't have any helpdesk person to talk over phone so that I could clarify my problem & take help online. I think if BSNL improve in this area, so they may reduce the call solving problem and in many cases they might not have to attend the customer place to solve the problem.

      BSNL Broadband — Rude response

      This is the extention of the previous complaint below:

      The BSNL sent the 2 linemen at 12 PM today who are not at all technically sound. They did not able to find out the problem. They asked me to come to BSNL office along with the modem, splitter, cable, etc. That too, not today; On Monday.

      I am frustrated with this situation. Why can't the BSNL send a technical staff?

      Do I need to cancel the connection as I am paying unnecessarily for last 45 days? Is this the only solution for the BSNL customers?

      I have been using BSNL broadband with landline telephone for an year. When I was living at "A C Guards, Hyderabad", it worked good. In the month of May 2009, we shifted to "KPHB Phase 7" in Hyderabad and I applied phone shifting before we left from the previous location but it took more than 17 days for them to give connection at new location. We were not satisfied but we felt we can do nothing with them. For this, I had to call more than 30 numbers as the customer care people kept on giving different numbers to contact different people. Some more numbers did not answer.. When giving the connection, the BSNL technical people demanded some bribe even though they knew that I was not working anywhere. One of the technical persons children are earning more than 30K every month and himself earns a lot as it is BSNL job. I felt ashamed on behalf of him.

      After installing the connection, the real problems started. They do not neglect to charge for the services but they neglect customers problems. The broadband never worked well after that day and it continuous.. I called up customer care many times and the lineman/technical staff closes the complaint without letting me know whether they did something or not. Again, when I contact customer care, they give me another complaint number. The complaint numbers are 44829, 44953, 45713. My telephone number is[protected]. Each time, I contacted the Lineman also on his WLL number,[protected]. He gave me one more number of some Mr.Murali [protected]. He never answered the phone for the last 15 days. Today, by luck or good fate, I got his call back. He replied very rash. He just said that the telephone lines in this area are not good and they are not going to change. So, he suggested me to take WLL phone with 144 kbps speed. It was not actually a suggestion; just like an order. He did not take any word from me and disconnected. I am getting mad with these people and their services.

      Is it the way should BSNL consumers should expect from BSNL staff?

      Please, please, please take action to let me enjoy the service properly and give some value to my money.

      Sir, it is surprising that no response is there to attend the bsnl mobile tower, which is situated at Panchapatmali Bauxite mine. the tower is down since last 4 days, and this type of no signal complains are very common at the mine The communication depends mostly on bsnl signal at this place. We work in Nalco a public sector undertaking, and in the present day communication age, we feel are at the mercy of bsnl officials to attend such complains,
      Most importantly the root cause of the irregularity in signal is yet to be established and rectfied. . This causes lot of working in convinience. Can I expect a suitable solution.

This is very strange, are they really working or its just like a vacation for them to come to work at bsnl. I face this problem every month, landline goes dead and internet doesnt work. The most negligent customer care service and the most non-courteous, negligent employees.

      BSNL — BSNL Customer Care only for Personal

      Looks like BSNL customer care no.s are available only for personal use of its employees and not for general public. When you call up these numbers some time it says that line is busy with conversation. Again if you call back it rings and no one response. Looks like only its own employees will be using it for making personal calls and not for public. This is really true for banaswadi customer care bangalore. 25421100. There is already more number of complaints on this area of division.

      bsnl home 500C — weak customer care replies

      A very gud morning. am using BSNL Broandband home plan 250 by the last month.Land line no. is[protected].On 30th oct, i requested bsnl to change my plan as home combo 500C. They told that the plan will changed within 3 days. On 4th nov, i make a call to customer care(ph:1500)at 8.30pm, they replied me that, your plan has been sucessfully changed, you can avail 2am to 8am free browsing and 175 free calls per month. since i feel happy and wake up 5th morning and browse the net. On the next day when i saw my usage details am shocked. because the browsed details in free time has been included in the usage chart. its nearly 400MB.
      When i call the customer care(1500) on 05/11/2009(12.30pm), they replied that till now the request for plan change has been not yet processed.

      I have received BB bill for month Oct 09, in which they give me excess charges. I complain to all official but no body response me. One day I meet to DGM (finance) he is a nice person he entertain my complain .he immodestly correct my bill and write actual amount on bill as well as counter file I deposit the same.       BSNL Broadband — The people don't give proper info.

      I have launched a complaint because my phone is dead. It was due to an overdue bill which i settled immediately. Ever since the people who took down my complaint keep divertingme to new numbers and never give the correct information. They promise that it would be attended within 24 hours but it has been 3 days. They do not even bother to follow up.

      After calling various people i got the number of Mr. Shetty who is supposedly the line manager of the area. Even he was clueless about the issue and said that the problem would be resolved the same day. After that when i have tried to reach them to ask the progress they say eveyone is in the meeting.
      I availed bsnl broadband connection from Chennai Madipakkam about six months back. It took three months for me to get my land line through after getting the broad band connection. Moreover every month the service will go at least for one week, there wont be any response from the exchange immediately every thing will happen at their will and pleasure as if they are providing a free service. Of late in February 2013 I exercised three breakdowns and the latest is on[protected] which complaint id is:[protected] dtd.[protected], no action till date. The previous complaint was on[protected] which ID was:[protected]. It is very difficult to meet any authority to explain my complaint personally. If any customer oriented bsnl authority sees this mail request to do something to give trouble free service to me since I am paying for the dead service, this is only a desire since I cannot expect service from any government department.

I just want to know how can I identify the person whom I talk and whom shall I complain about this incidents. These staffs are really worse than coolies. My landphone is complaint from last 4 weeks(ie 1 Month).I have put complaint 3 times in complaint box, in automatic compliant system, informed techical staffs, engineer of that exchange (Mazhuvannoor)and higher grade of officers of our distict(Ernakulam).Still this time they neither the came to fix it nor any action.Still this time we have no payment due . We also taken the BSNL broadband connection.Why did you(BSNL people) opening the office regularly with taking any job ????????????????????.You can sleep in house very well rights. There are lots of educated people(youngsters), who were ready to work in any condition expecially in India, still why should BSNL hold such lazy workers.I[censored](BSNL) CONTINUE THESE TYPES OF SERVICES IT WILL NOT EXIST EXPECIALLY IN THIS CENTURY...

        I'm one of the customer of BSNL SERVICES and I transformed from 2G to 3G network before 1 month but I could not have a 3G signal,and when I called to the CUSTOMER CARE it hardly connects.I request you HIGHNESS to take the necessary action for the very reason to improve the Services of the Govt. Department.,and to buill a better INDIA..Hope your Majesty take the necessary action against this type of irresponsible functions..

        BSNL — BSNL broadband- irresponsible actions from bsnl

        I am writing this letter with extreme disappointment on the actions of our great BSNL officers. I have submitted an application for BSNL broadband connection on 28th December 2011 to Oachira exchange. But due to lack of sincerity towards the responsibilities of BSNL officers, we are still NOT connected to the internet world.

        From Oachira exchange, they have sent a technician to my house couple of times to setup the connection. It was not so easy for him to establish the connection due to some error. As per his opinion we bought a new modem after 3 weeks of try. But the technician did not turn up for configuring the connection and hesitated to give us the user name and password when I called them to Oachira office.
        Then we have decided to go further a “level up” to report it and tried to contact BSNL Kollam office. It was also a useless try. They did not pick up the phone despite of 3-4 times of dialing. The phone nos are [protected] and [protected]. You can test it if you want.

        In the mean time our land line phone got faulty as usual. My father made a visit to the local exchange (Oachira) to report this problem on 30th January 2012. They have given zero response for this issue. We made a complaint through “call 198” but received no help from BSNL.
        We always make sure that the monthly rental payment is made in time to BSNL for their land phone service. Are they not valuing the money which we are earning?

        Now in effect, we neither have land phone connection nor have broad band.

          Noise while talking over a call

            BSNL Landline — noise in phone since long

            sir, my landline phone no. 2356230 is so noisy that it is not possible to hear. The problem is continuing sinse last 4 months.I am lodging complaint on198 every 3rd day.Everyday at least 3times it is asked by BSNL if phone is o.k. Everytime my reply is NO it is still noisy. And THEY TREAT IT AS IT IS ALRIGHT. Again a fresh complaint is lodged.This can be verified from the computerised record of complaints.I am thinking to surrender it.               We have landline connection at my home under my mother's name - Saraswathi S[protected]. Before 6months our landline stopped working. We raised complained to our local exchange (Ayarpadi - Attur - Selem). No response from them. we have raised to Attur exchange also. but no response till date. But we are getting bills at each term(once in 2 months) without fail. we are also paying that too.

              I dono what to take action on them. I have raised online complaint on BSNL customer service, no response from that also. I dono how this helps. Raising this with some expectations.

                I shifted from quarter nO.C 217 A.G. staff quarters, . Erragadda to Plot No.47, Sri Ram Nagar colony, Hydershakote, hyderabad 500 008 in July 2007.I contacted the CRO /Erragadda telephone exchange on 3.7.2007 to shift my telephone No.23815462 to my new residential address. I contacted many a time, the officers at Hydershakote telephone exchange to arrange shifting of my telephone immediately. I was informed that there was shortage of cable to shift my phone. Many a time i visited the exchange and requested the officials to do the work at once. Though 10 months have elapsed the phone has not yet been shifted so far. To my amusement i find the BSNL is sanctioning on the spot telephone connection in Hydershakote recently. I wonder the way the existing customers are treated, causing lot of inconvenience. I therefore request the top authorities of BSNL to look into the matter and arrange to shift my phone immediately or else take action to refund my deposit forthwith.

                  Sir,

                  I am surprised at the fat telephone bill I have received for my landline number[protected]consumer no.[protected] for Feb.-March 2008. Of course, I have taken broadband connection, bought modem paying Rs1248 and an annual subscription of Rs 2698 under 250 Home plan. But I have been billed for a total Rs 6260.My telephone usage is minimum and I have not down loaded/uploaded more than one GB from Net in a matter of 27 days as I got my connection just on 3/3/08. I find some problem with billing.

                  All this is because I was moved from ‘Dial –up-connection’ to ‘Broadband connection’ after about a month.

                  Worst is I am yet to get the e-mail connection. My compliant (No[protected] made on 13/4/2008 is yet not attended. Several calls made to enquire to various BSNL help lines are unattended even after long wait holding the line.

                  Kindly look into this issue.

                  i recieved a SMS on my mobile no [protected] on 5 Feb 2009 that 25% exta talk time is available on recharge of 500, 1000, 2000 and 3000 denomanation till 20 feb 2009. Thus amount that should be credited should be 625, 1250, 2500 and 3750. I recharged my moblie on the 13 feb 2009 with 1124 recharge coupon but instead of getting 1250 as talk value i got 1125 only. On asking customer care no one was able to anwer my query and i was told that the value recharged is correct. However other schemes for recharge were getting 25 % extra talk value. It appears somebody has wrongly calculated 25% of 1000 and the poor public has to suffer. I would have happily recharged for a different amount to get the benifit of 25 %. Also it is come to light that BSNL is charging extra tax on 1124 recharge and only giving 900 as talk value instead of 1000, while in 564 we get talk value 500, 2241 talk value is 2000 and 3373 talk value is 3000. It is felt that BSNL is fooling the people who are recharging for 1124.

                      Sir,
                      I posses a Landline of BSNL, bearing number[protected]. I requested for Data One connection about one and a half month back. The technician informed that there was some problem in the line and there was a complaint raised for the same and since then there was no action taken towards fixing the problem. I was calling the customer care and the concerned officials all the time, but there was no action taken. Can there be a better customer care that BSNL can provide or does it mean that we need to switch to a provider with better service.

                      bsnl dont have that much experience persons for troubleshooting at local end they call to the head office takes your valuable time with no output.

                      now bsnl required to change all old employees with the new one who have the capabilities and sense.

                      all the employess currently have no sense, regarding same problen with me they said that i[censored]r phone is working then the line also fine. dont worry...

                      i think we have to kicked them out from bsnl . they dont understand the router's log, dont understands the what the log file says. they only knows to connect phone only phones...

                      god dont bless them b'cause we pays for every sec for it and that they dont care about it :(

                      I have paid the pending bill amount for my BSNL land Line[protected] on 19th May 2009.
                      I have got the telephone working on 23May2009. On the same day ( 23-May-2009) I had applied for the broadband connection. But still I have not yet got the connection yet. I have visited the Pappireddipatti
                      BSNL office and asked if the broadband line has been enabled. But they keep saying that they will do it in the next, but still its not yet done.

                      Please do the needful. We are badly in need of the broad band connection.

                        On Apr-02-2008 a work order was created for providing broadband internet connection in my house in Bangalore. It was told me that it will be done in 10 days. It's been 20 days now & absolutely no activity from BSNL. If I try to reach the concerned BSNL office, nobody picks up the call(tel[protected]. It will be busy & if you keep trying incessantly finally you may feel relieved that it is ringing, but none will pick up the call. You can very well identify that someone was using that phone when it is busy & suddenly when it starts ringing no one responds to it. It sounds as if the number is just meant for their outgoing calls. It is very pathetic to know that BSNL do not want to listen to their customers. It is a very pity state that BSNL cannot provide good service to customers. Also there is absolutely no co-ordination about the information each of them provide in their office. They are extremely irresponsible.

                        After having got frustrated & tired of contacting the Indiranagar & C.V.Raman Nagar BSNL offices, I finally sent emails to Customer Grievance Manager([protected]@bsnl.co.in) to solve the problem but no response yet.

                        BSNL DATAONE — Could not get DataOne Broadband connection since one year

                        Hi,
                        I have applied for BSNL broadband (Dataone) one year back and till now I couldnt get the connection. Please do not imagine that I am living in a jungle or something. I am living in a huge apartment complex where areounf 350 aprtments are situated. Also for your kind information, the broadband has been given to BSNL officers living the same apartment complex. I have met several senior officers in the concerned Circle of BSNL. They always say that there is no adequate bandwidth/ some aparatus is supposed to come. Since one year I am hereing the same story.
                        Unfortunately in this one year Reliance and Airtel have come into the complex and have set up thier operations. I strongly suspect that BSNL officers are not giving new connections only to give more business to AIRTEL and Reliance. I have sent mails to several redressal forums of BSNL but recieved no response from them. I can give my details (phone number etc) if a mail is sent to my address/ a comment is written here.

                        I have cancelled my BSNL broadband dataone connection for the telephone number[protected] held on the name of Jayan C J on 26-March 2008. I was using the monthly 900 unlimited plan and had paid a caution deposit of 900 while getting the connection. The SDE in charge at Trivandrum, Pattom unit had said that the caution deposit will be refunded by not including the monthly charges (900/-) for the March bill. But when we received the bill for March we had to pay the monthly charges and no refund was given for the caution deposit. When contacted through my friend (as I am currently in Hyderabad), it was told that you will get the refund through cheque only, which is fine. But now when the next bill came, they are again charging for the April usage also. I just can't understand this attitude from BSNL providers. When we had already cancelled the broadband connection on March (have proof in this regard Acknowledgement No: A159328) why do we need to pay the monthly usage again. Please do the needful. I had contacted several times on this customer contact grievance cell at Trivandrum pattom (No[protected], it keeps on ringing and no one is picking up the phone. I really dont know what this SDE is up to ...Maybe the person is not coming to the office or deliberately not attending the phone. It is high time something is done in this regard.
                        i have been complaining to bsnl right from may20th that my connection isn't working till today 9th june. Every day they jus ring up and check the ip address and ask if all the modem lights are glowing. One day i lost my temper and asked them to terminate this connection, which made some sr. official to call me up suddenly and that day my net was working & after that it started again. I repeatedly urged them to visit my system and make a check. But none of them came fwd... ( does bsnl people need extra allowance of petrol for visiting their customer's premises)..                         I am Latha. I have taken a BSNL Data one connection (500 Combo Plan) some three months back in the name of my brother. First two months i received bill amount of around Rs.500 to 600.But i shocked to see my third month bill as it was gone to around Rs.3750. When i went to BSNL office to inquire about the same, nobody bothered to give me proper explanation as everyone is directing to someone else. All my efforts have gone in vain, so finally decided to change the plan to unlimited one on August 19 and did the same.
                        My net connection was not working properly after Changed to unlimited plan. I have given so many complaints to their customer service no.1500. But nobody turned up to resolve the issue. Moreover whenever i call their customer service, some song will be going or they put me on hold for long time. One day I got frustrated and called their customer service. One of their executive in the customer service spoke to me very rudely. Then one of the superior there compromised me and gave me divisional officer contact number[protected], whenever I call this number, no one bothered to pick the call.
                        I am totally unsatisfied with BSNL data one service and quality. Now i decided to take off the connection. But before that I want someone from BSNL to repair the MODEM as I have purchased the same for Rs.2000 from BSNL. My complaint was about not proper working of MODEM for which nobody turned at all. I want either new MODEM or adjust that 2000 in my bill amount as I can't do with that useless MODEM. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                        Re- Discontinuing Broadband Services – Customer Complaint –

                        I am L.T.Upadhyay resident of B-27 Navnit Park Socy. Harni Varasiya Road having telephone connection no.2489803.I have handed over my complaint to your B.S.N.L.Office Karelibag Vadodara on dt.16th Sept.2008 with the request to discontinue immediately Home Plan BROAD BAND with monthly charge of Rs.125 for which I opted in March-2008.The reason for discontinuing was, very poor services and no response from your department after calling on various numbers. I have mentioned there in that in case it is not discontinued latest by 1st October 2008 I will not b liable for paying any charges.

                        I had received bill for August 2008 after lodging my complaint and found to my shock and surprise that the telephone bill for Aug 08 is for total Rs.1810-. I am having land line since April1999 and I have never been required to make such huge payment as I never use phone to such extent. Out of this Rs.1820- I have been charged Rs.1320- for broad band connection. Kindly verify my statement with the bill no.TO-[protected] which I have already paid.There after I gave again complaint to your Karelibag Office on dt.[protected]. Where in I had mentioned that I have lodged earlier following two complaints over phone which are not attended by your dept.

                        2-complaint no-13858 dtd.31-08-08

                        I have registered these two complaints related to broad band service over phone but no body attended and still I got bill for total Rs.1810-for Aug08 and for broad band Rs.1320-. It is very bad that when there were complaints for not making available broad band service how can I be charged Rs.1320-. I have requested for refund and discontinuing broad band service i.e. home plan of Rs.125 which I had opted to be discontinued immediately.

                        You may kindly ascertain these facts having looked at my two written complaints dtd.16-09-08 and dtd.27-09-08 and also your own record of having lodged referred two complaints dtd.24-08-08 and 31-08-08 over phone.

                        It is really again harassment to us that for the bill of September 2008 I found of having charged me Rs.75- towards Broadband stating “BBRNT” I had paid full amount of modem & had also opted accordingly when scheme was launched and paid accordingly Rs.1302- in March 2008 which was first bill towards broad band as total bill for February & March 2008 was for Rs.2138-.

                        I request you to verify again and refund me amount of Rs.1195- wrongly charged to me for Aug-08 bill (bill no.TO [protected]) and Rs.75- wrongly charged for Sep-08 bill (bill no.-TO [protected]) and discontinue immediately broadband service and I shall not get any type of charge towards broad band. If your office will still continue to charge and harass customers like this the customer like us who has continued with land line will be compelled by your department only to discontinue landline also. Further I will like to mention that unfortunately there was no single phone, no enquiry and no response from your department towards these complaints.

                        I am using the Dataone Broadband provided by BSNL. I reside at Berhampur, Orissa.

                        Ever since I have bought this modem (which is about year and half) I have suffering from poor quality of service being provided by the customer support. Every now and then the modem shows problems and when I call them up to register a complaint they simply don't listen. When I ask them to send technicians to check for problems they never do it on time. And when I complain about a problem in the modem, they ask me to come to them with the modem instead of sending someone to my home to check it. And they hardly know anything about what they are working on. Poorly trained executives simply work with hunches and guesses.

                        Its so frustrating to use BSNL Dataone in Berhampur Circle that I wish I could throw away the modem.

                        I suggest everyone not to ever take the 250 Rs plan of BSNL. It sucks money. I got a bill of 5000 Rs, and then 35000 Rs!!! I wasn't even there in Pondy and yet they told me that it came from my port and that I hadn't locked it with a web key. Even after showing evidence that I wasn't there for 10 days in Pondy and yet there was a downloading from my port, they did not listen. I told them nobody uses the internet other than me but they went on with the web key. I do suggest all of you to go for the 500 plan or 750 but not 250. They are very clever, as they will not tell you anything about web key and how to do it at first but once they get a huge amount they are always ready to give you that information.

                        This is only for those people who don't know about a web key. All the best. Don't you worry if you get 5k+ amount as bill one fine day. It's normal!!!

                        I cann't agree. BSNL has great service in Berhampur area also the support persons are excelent. You should know atleast the basic principles of networking otherwise your observations would not be accurate and your complains will be wrong. As a result you have to suffer. Download and read some free E-books on networking instead of surfing porn.

                        I have a UL750 plan from a small town in Tamilnadu.

                        For getting the connection, we had to go thru raj-style licensing and approval which took 15 days. The employees at the local office came to seat at 11:00 AM and promptly took off at 4:00PM(including 1hr lunch and tea sessions). For getting anything done, you would be shuttled across 2 or 3 desks before you would get an answer.

                        Mother[censored]ers, what a waste of people's money.

                        Then the a**holes never showed up to configure the modem. I had to do it myself looking at internet tutorials.

                        All this and the broadband link is spotty and is slow at 256Kbps, not the promised 2Mbps.

                        I am a BSNL Dataone customers for years. April 15th 2010, my internet got some problem. I have given report to the officials through all possible ways like: Customer Care, Direct meeting etc. But even after 10 days I didt get any response from the irresponsible employees in BSNL.

                        So now I am going to charge case against the officials for there irresponsible behavior.

                        BSNL Dataone — No support for CPE(Modem) for Vista

                        There is no support for BSNL broadcom on Vista. When we contacted they said USB mode doesnot support in Vista.. When I tried to give them feedback, the feedback links is also not working, It shows clearly they are not willing to take any feedback from the customer and inhance the services... no wonder private service providers are benifiting from this negligence.

                        I do not know to whom a complaint should be lodged. However, I am sending this mail to you with the hope it will reach the proper person.

                        For the past one week the BB connection goes off frequently and any
                        number of complaint lodged with 1500 has not had the desired effect of
                        rectification the defect. The line gets disconnected once in a minute
                        and takes another ten minutes to get reconnected.

                        If this is the way Dataone is working, the customers may be informed
                        so that we can switch over to some other ISP. Your BB connection is
                        worse than the dial up connection. I do not understand your working
                        system which only proves what the media says about your service and
                        deliberate plan of closing data one once for all.

                        Will you atleast now care to set right the defect?

                          Dear Sir
                          On behalf of my father I am lodging this complain as he is a brain hemorrhage patient and our BSNL landline connection is in his name.
                          Last year my basic phone (No.[protected] went dead. Inspite of my registered complaint it took about a month to get it functional. But BSNL have charged the rental fees for the dead period. After asking for the adjustment 2 to 3 times I left the things in fear that they might again disorder my telephone connection.
                          Again my phone is dead from last month i.e., March '08 and my complain no. is SKP00735. Inspite of repeated reminder my telephone is still dead though there is no cable fault.
                          My mother is too a patient and is suffering from blood cancer.
                          Through telephone we used to be in touch with Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai for medical monitoring.
                          More over telephone is the only source through which they can share their suffering with relatives.
                          In absence to telephone connection they are moving to the state of depression which is very harmful for their health.
                          I have already mentioned the condition of my parent to BSNL .
                          As I do not see any other way than to lodge a complain to Consumer Forum.
                          I can't play with life of my parents nor do I let any body to do so.
                          In compansation of mental agony we are facing every now and than by BSNL, Patna, I would like them to pay at l east 25 Lakhs to my father.

                            sir,
                            My BSNL Landline Telephone No. 2500701 bill was not received by me from Febraury-2008 onwards & my telephone was disconnected for non-payment of bill. I searched duplicate bill via internet and I am surprised to see my outstanding bill amount of RS.12224/-. I can't even dream of such a huge bill, Because my landline telephone is rarely used by me & moreover my residence is closed for moe than 12 hours in a day & nobody is there to utilise my telephone. Before this my monthly bills are of rs.800 to Rs.900/-.This is also not a correct billing. I complained several times to BSNL, but in vein. My problem is not at all solved. Moreover it is increased this time by slapping me a bill of Rs.12224/- & also caused a lot of inconvineince to me by disconnecting my telephone.

                            NOW MY TELEPHONE IS DISCONNECTED FOR NON PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING BILL AMOUNT OF RS.12224/- WHICH ACCORDING TO ME IS NOT AT ALL PERTIANING TO ME. I LODGED COMPLAINT WITH BSNL & ALSO ASKED FOR CALL WISE DETAILS OF SUCH A HUGE BILL. BUT AT BSNL OFFICE NOBODY IS BOTHERED TO ANSWER MY COMPLAINT.

                                Dear Sir,

                                1. I found BSNL service for broad band is very unprofessional.

                                2. I have deposited Rs. 1200 for new BSNL broad band coonection in June 2007 against my telephone number[protected]. I have received a message from BSNL office to collect modem from their office after a long wait of period 9 months. I collected Modem from BSNL office on 01.4.08. After two days they have intimated my login ID and password.

                                3. Today it is twelve days passed but they have not given link to my connection. Number of complains have been made through personnel visit and telephone to the BSNL office. They are noting down the complain every day but after that no responce from their side. Their is nobody to listen. I think it is the duty of BSNL office to get installed the new Broard band connection and confirm. Not a single person have made a visit to my residence for my B/B connection.

                                4. I am residing in Saharanpur (U.P.). My office working hour is 0900 A.M. to 0600 P.M. It is very difficult for me to come out from during my working hours and stand in front of BSNL office. I will be highly obliged If you guide me for getting my connection. The LAST OPTION WOULD BE TO SURRENDER BSNL SERVICE AND GO FOR PRIVATE CO.

                                Broadband 250plan — Broadband connection

                                Sir,
                                I have applied for bsnl broardband connection which is almost a year ago. I have also paid the advance for one month. But the sad part is the broadband connection is not yet installed. Whenever I try to inquire with one of your officers they tell me that this area is not yet covered for broadband. I want to ask you if this is so why in the first place was I allowed to apply for a connection and also to pay for one month.                                   i tried to activate my call back tone three weeks before form 19-04-08, through a bsnl web site.after my steps of activating a call back tone, i called care center of bsnl to verify whether i call back tone procedure is started of not. they answered me that no your call back tone procedure is not activated plz send a message on 56700 to activate your call back tone, but i didnt do tat thing.But on 19-04-08 at 10:21am i received a msg from bsnl tat i have been charged 20rs for a call back tone after almost 3 weeks.and wen i contacted care center they didnt gave proper ans to my questions. first when i called they said tat i have activated my call back tone on 16-04-08 morning 10:30am. next when i called the after 3 hours they answered me tat i activated my call back tone by sending a message on 19-04-08. plz help me i am feedup of this services provided my bsnl for giving proper ans to their customers. try to solve my problem and plz reply for this complain

                                  i have bsnl cell one corporate connection since my no. is [protected], recently i have purchased one handset of sony ericsson w950i, which is 3g enabled handset. also i have bsnl unlimited gprs plan. my problem is since last 20 days i am getting the problem of drop the signal in the area wherever the 3g signal towers. i am not able to complete my calls because of drop of signals. i have visited to bsnl pune office, they have been activated the 3g facility to my handset, but still i am facing the same problem. can any body please help me in this regards.

                                    and i had complained lot time but there is no positive replay. i am unable to connect net and paying money without using net so please do something.

                                    bnsl has any value of his customer or not ?

                                      sir, my village phone no.[protected]. my parents who are over 74 years old live alone there.we pay our bill regularly and there is no due.
                                      i am living in kolkata very far from my native place, every time in a month or two our phone goes dead.
                                      when ever our driver goes and complaints the person name babusingh at complaint centre wants my father to meet him.
                                      when ever my father goes to meet he shouts at him saying why is he sending the driver for fault booking
                                      as i said my parents are very old they need telephone service and we trust bsnl hence took the service but this is regularly happening since last two years the same person babusingh reply rudely without respecting old age people what to do?
                                      i have given number of complaints regarding bsnl staff misbehaviour they are rude, unfriendly and not at all helpful to senior citizens one such complaint still lying un attended.

                                      WHAT IS USE OF WRITING COMPLAINT AND SENDING EMAIL????????
