Dear Sir,

With due regard I want to bring this to your kind notice that since the BSNL department of Jodhpur is causing lot of harassment to me and members of my family in matter of raising bills, recoveries, over billing, demanding money (bribe) to settle the claims, missbehavior on telephone etc.
The following are some of the examples :
1. I applied for telephone connection in my name Vipin Bihari Goyal, after installation I was informed that my telephone number is 2716634 about four months back and now today on dt. 3.5.2008 the department again informs me that my phone number is 2716095. In the past also such changes were made and huge claims were raised against me. There is some manipulation or trick by which the outstanding claims of one person are made the liabilities of other person. One such case of Paliwal STD Booth at Deonagar Road, Jodhpur was published in News Papers and I suppose that some similar type of trick is being played with me also. Kindly conduct a detail inquiry in this matter, so that action can be taken against them.
2. Since I am working as FA & CAO in Rajasthan State Government Department, I am frequently transferred from one department to another. On such occasions my resident telephone also needs to be shifted . Every time the authorities of BSNL delay the matter and cause lot of harassment. They remove the telephone of the old department the very day but do not install another telephone of new department where I have been posted for many months.
3. For example when I was posted in Rajasthan Aayurved University, Jodhpur the official telephone at my residence was 2711442 and during my posting in that department from July, 05 to July, 06 bills of very high amount were raised since government permits only 200 calls per month. I have to deposit that entire amount personally from my own pocket. When the authorities of BSNL were contacted they said that there is some technical default that we are trying to remove but no correction were made and I deposited amount worth 50, 000 to 60, 000.
4. One telephone in the name of my wife Smt. Pushpa Goyal was install at my residence 11/634 Chopasni Housing Board, Jodhpur and its number was 2701485 for quite a long time we were regularly making payment of the bills. Ultimately for the month of August, 2005 to Nov., 2005 BSNL raise the bills of Rs. 10516/-. We were so fad up that we requested the department to adjust security amount with interest against the above pending bill and can take balance amount from us. But the authorities of the department demanded bribe specially Senior AO Shri Paliwal was adamant that either I pay bribe to him or he will lodge an FIR in the police station. Since we wanted to discontinue the phone, which was our legal right, so we continue to request to adjust the outstanding amount. He even sent two persons to our house that threatened my family members and misbehaved with them. Ultimately Shri Paliwal made a complained to Police and we being law-abiding citizens deposited the amount on 30.4.2008.
5. We have also received a notice for outstanding recoveries for Rs. 1140/- for a telephone No. 2704873 in the name of Smt. Pushpa Goyal. This telephone was never install at our house.
6. I informed to General Manager BSNL Jodhpur Shri Anupam Sriwastava vide letter No. 2660 dt. 29.6.06 about some of the discrepancies in the capacity of Registrar, Rajasthan Aayurved University, Jodhpur but no attention was paid to it.


Kindly take action on all the above points of my complaint filling which I will have to a go in the shelter of law. Meanwhile I request that all the following connection of BSNL in my name and also in the name of my wife must immediately be disconnected and I am ready to pay any outstanding till today. If you continue after this day we will not be responsible to pay the outstanding bills.

Dear sir,

I started using bsnl in the month of sept and i never got the bill. it was in the 500rs home plan after 2 months we got our bill for 1000rs. wen i went to pay the bill the person behind the counter asked me to pay 2894rs i went to the office regarding this and they said it was the previous users balance amount carried over to our bill. They appologised for their mistake.But wen i called the customer care and tried to explain to them, that i paid my bill and that it wasnt our mistake for them to disconnect our connection, i was shocked to hear wat they said"madam we cannot do anything u got to pay 2894rs" apart from that i had lot of problems with my modem wen itried to go online my modem lights go off and their had been no connection at all i did make a lot of complaints about that too but no response they took my modem and brought it back the very same day telling me it was all fine but i had the same problem i erquested them to change my modem but even they never cared all they kept tellin me was its good and its working and the mistake i made was to migrate my home plan to unlimited plan thinkin that i would get more response if iam using a superior plan, well it didnt work..I was asked to call few landline numbers and people(i do not want to mention who they are) and wen i did they made me go on hold for about 20mins and all i heard was their sons educational discussions...
I was so hurt and disconnected our bsnl in the month of nov after which i started receiving bills for 900rs and now i get a letter from the accounts department asking me to pay 6000rs.

I dotn think this is really the way for bsnl to earn its losses from customers.

Well i got the connection even after i knew bsnl was worse due to the ads but now i am so under tensed and nervous about these huge amounts that arise and the way the bsnl treat us..

What are the officers gona do about this??

    Roaming facility is getting affected in my mobile since last two months. I have prepaid BSNL service and two times I visited delhi in last 2 months and both time I was not able to call anybody from there. When I contacted at [protected], they replied that everything is OK. many times I made complaint but of no use. This time again I am visiting delhi and I am hoping that BSNL will take notice of this compalint.

      Hello sir,

      There is no provision to Check the BSNL landline usage, All you have is 1679 Number which is again Charged, is there any Toll free numbers to check the Landline usage please let me know ??
      also if there is any way to know this pls ilet me know like thru internet, ??

      My BSNL Landline Phone No. is 2360035. It is under the exchange of Katemanivli, Kalyan East. Since one month my phone is not working. During this one month period, I have complained several times. They have attended once. However after restoring the connection, connection got DEAD within few minutes. Thereafter, I have given repeated reminders. Still the connection has not been restored. Everyday I call in the telephone exchange, Katemanivali and remind the same. However, the telephone connection has not been repaired.

      Anyway, BSNL is charging monthly rent irrespective of working the telephone connection. We are the loosers and suffering financial loss and get stress due this type of negligence from your side. Please let me know why it has not been rectified yet.

      Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at earliest.

      bsnl being the no 1 landline provider in ndia we people expect some smarter ways to analyse our bills.mean through online.

      Is there not a provision to know the consumption at the end of the month in landline phone usage
      bsnl try to cheat the customers
      I also would be very much interested in knowing my landline usage at any given point of time for the current month. If there is any provision kindly let me know.

      No provision for checking landline usage from bsnl is surprising. When credit card companies are able to provide such service, the non provision by bsnl appears to be a deliberate and non-transparent.

        Respected Sir,
        In April 2008, I had booked a broadband connection with Rs 500/- plan (limited usage). I got the connection April-15th. After one week the connection was deactivated. When I asked them, I was told that it is free trail plan so that it was de activated and they asked us to give an application for re activation. When we ready to give an application, they are telling that still there is time. We went more than 10 times to the BSNL office at Golkonda Cross Roads, Hyderabad, and there is no proper response from the staff.

        I request you to investigate this matter and help me in this regard.

        Hey BSNL government, , can u solve the indian problem or we have to call the forigner...!!???
        For the past 3 months I've been conctatntly repeating my complaints to BSNL Customer care regardig the poor Broad Band services.My Broad band was unlimite and was unde freedom 900 pack.Always I face the problem of Link failure in the Broad band Service.Often during busy Downloads and chatting times the Link will be off suddenly and I have to restatrt the computer to make it up again.

        Even Last week also i lodged a complain to BSNL Customer care (Complain NO:[protected]But till now the problem was not repaired.

        Having paid the last 3 bills promptly I was not treated with the best of BSNL service.
        I am frustated with BSNL Service and its team leaders.
        my wesite is not opening for the last 15 days . my complaint to varius officials did not yield any result. i am using Broadband supplied by BSNL
        your service is very fast & amezing . what are expirionce
        but i have not setesfited to your customer care services. if not attend my call to any time any were.
        so check this my complaint.

        Date: 25th Sep 2012

        I have applied for a broadband connection 8 months back and I haven’t received the connection or my payment of 600RS. A person from ‘BSNL BROADBAND & DATA CARDS’ came to my office and collected all my documents and informed me that I will receive a call from exchange and they will come and give the connection. I got a call from the exchange (Jalahalli) and they told me that the area which I am staying is under Peenya exchange. I went to the exchange and came to know that even Peenya is not covering the area where I am staying. I took a USB internet dongle for a temporary use, but now I have decided to use that permanently.

        It would be of great help if I can get my initial payment of 600 RS ASAP. I am totally frustrated with the service. I have registered for the connection through internet to save my time. I don’t want to lose my money. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

          Hi,

          This is Saurabh. I have land line with broadband connection at my home(Paharia-Varanasi). I have been using BSNL broad band services since 2 years. I want take all of your attention towards problem with broadband service. My internet is not working since 3 weeks. I have spoke to complain deptt at least 4-5 times and also personally visited your local bsnl office for the same and also logged a complain. After all those tries also my internet services not yet resolved. I don't know to whom should I contact. In local BSNL office there is nobody who can take care of my broadband service problem and get it rectified. Please let me know what to do?

          I think there is some problem with modem configuration or local BSNL server because my land line and desktop is working fine.

          Please do the needful.

          Regarding Broadband usage,

          In spite of my 3 early complaints no proper response is there. I have taken connection in Aug 2008 but after change in my password Broadband usage is not displayed regularly whenever I complain it works for that particular month but not display of previous month.

          I request u to please solve my problem permanently to avoid unnecessary complain

            Dear Sir,
            We are regular users of broadband connection in HOME 250 PLAN. As per COMBOPLAN brochure, early hours from 02 00 hrs to 08 00 hrs down loading is free and not to be accounted in service records. Please note that the quantum of down loaded bytes between 06 00 hrs to 08 00hrs is taken in account in service records on[protected] ie 0.082 GB). Please check and conform that the down loaded quantity is free or chargeable. please clarify. My BSNL LAND LINE PHONE NO IS[protected].

              I have been using BSNL Broadband connection home 500 plan for the past three months. I was not able to open many websites using this connection. I got fed up after launching so many complaints to customer service and they does not seem to revert back on the complaint.

              Being the largest broadband connection provider, the least people could except from BSNL is the faster and reliable service, but in my case besides acting slow on the complaint they did not revert on the complaint.

              Would be grateful if I can get any solution through this forum.

                DEAR SIR

                I SUBMITTED APPLICATION AT RAMACHANDRAPURAM EXCHANGE
                UNDER BSNL RAJAHMUNDRY DIVISION FOR CONVERSION OF MY
                CELL CONNECTION FROM POST PAID TO PREPAID ON 28/3/2008.
                I PAID CONVERSION CHARGES RS 112/- ALSO. BUT TO MY

                  In some of the BSNL Prepaid sim cards, account balance and last call charge are coming as a message alert just after the call. In my mobile this does not happen. Since it is a useful feature I would like to enable the same in my mobile. One of the customer support employee at BSNL said that this facility will available only for few series of mobile numbers. I don't think this is not genuine answer. Please advice how I can make available this feature in my mobile.

                    Dear sir, I have two mobile numbers namely:[protected](A/C NO:[protected] and [protected](A/C NO:[protected].I have cleared my payments in cash at state bank of india, NRL complex branch, Assam on 31/10/2007.The billing amount were Rs.433/- against mobile NO: [protected] & Rs.91/- against mobile NO:[protected].The billing amount were for the billing period:01-Sept-2007 TO 30-Sept-2007.But.the paid amounts were not updated in billing period: 01/10/2007 TO 31/10/2007 at the above mentioned two mobile numbers.I did not pay the bill on that months just thinking it will be updated on next bill. But that not happened.Both the amounts again added as previous balance on the bills for the billing period :1/11/2007 To 30/11/2007.That time I personally paid the bills at the OFFICE OF SDE, BSNL;BOKAKHAT, ASSAM showing & explaing the matters and cleared the bills deducting the non-updated added amounts on 4/1/2008.The BIll/D.N. Nos.are:[protected]against mobile no.[protected]; amount: Rs.417/-) &[protected]mobile No.[protected]; amount:Rs.1049/-). But, no correct bills found on next bills i.e. at the billing period:1/12/07 To 31/12/2007.The amounts Rs.433/- & Rs.91/- which were paid on 31/10/07 for the billing period 01/09/07 To 30/09/07 against [protected] & [protected].Again I cleared the bills at the Office of SDE BSNL.BOKAKHAT on 29/2/2008 for the billing period 01/01/2008 To 31/01?2008 for the both nos.the Bill/D.N.Nos. are[protected] &[protected].Amounts were ;Rs.1391/- & Rs.450/- after dedunting non-updating amount Rs.433 7 Rs.91/-.But no update/correction found in next months bills & still upto Feb.08 & March.08 no correction made by your OFFICE.So, I have the request to give a look into the matter and give a immediate solution at your end.                     The above mentioned note was supposed to be sent to BSNL. But by mistake of Selection of Product/Company column, it goes to NRL. It is really a mistaken case, and I deeply appologise for the same. The whole matter is related to BSNL only.

                      I am Sancharan Roy having BSNL postpaid number [protected]... I contacted one of the BSNL's customer care executive named Mr. Manibhusan karmakar on 28th april.. He is having very poor communication skill and very bad attitude also. He acted so busy like he is some MD of some big company. He used bad words and he didnot listen properly my problem also. He should understand the customer's problem properly.

                      I faced the same problem while calling them..1 Rohit Kumar picked the fone, he was very rude in his words...BSNL WB perhaps...
                      my no is [protected] and i have activated the caller tune but i have not received any confirmation but only my money is decucting in my mobile if i call customer care they will receive and not reply properly at all and they will disconnect the call as if they r having some problem, this is not once but every time and even my signal is not proper from past 9 months

                      That iam using ur services from past 4 years.I realy happy with ur services and ur response in time its ok, but ur employee one from ur customer care center is are unrelaiable to spoke in english atleast they are not leasening our complaints.

                      They does'nt understanding wht we are saying then how we can proceed with our complaints so our humble request is keep the employee who knw any language perfectly or fully or else its makes u and ur prestagious down fall .
                      Recent days i spoken with a fellow who was working as customer care executive in ur organisation his name as "Hari".This fellow dosn't knw how to speak in english even i concern to speak in telugu but he dosn't know telugu tooooooo.See one thing i meen to say dont spoil the good will of BSNL and dont continue with the worst employees without skill .So i expect you can take action on "Hari"

                      Wht they thing themselves is there the owners for ur BSNL services so say them to keep the sence while talking with customers or else we to knw how to handle such type of people.
                      i have registered for the activation of caller song on my cell phone, nearly a week is have to pass but no reaction from the bsnl. Also the customer care executives don't listen about the complaints and their behaviour is so much rude. necessary actions shoul;d be taken against them. every second customer of the bsnl have the same problem.
                      plz take the necessary actions.
                      I wonder any BSNL officers look at these complaints.

                      I have read the comments given against the Customer Care executives here and I have also had some bitter experience with BSNL . I have really wondered about the behavior of these dumb brutes (or more...?). These people at least listen and guide the customers. It is just like we are begging them to get answered for our queries. To whom we have to complain for our chaos and we are only paying for all these naïve people for being there and shouting us... what a fate for the people of India. Also I guess this BSNL is not giving any kinda training or guidance to their employees who are working at the rushed bottom of the Org.

                      BSNL CUSTOMER CARE very poor service provider .. executives are not really bothered about customers compalint . most executives do not have proper product knowledge ..a service named bsnl phone back was activated on my no .monthly rental of that service is rs 30 /month.i just asked pls tell me the procedure to deactivate the service they told me that they will loged the complaint for that service as this service will be deactivated from there end only & will be deactivated in next 24 -48hours .they also provided me the complaint id for that .and told that shortly u will be recieving the sms for that in next few minutes ..no such sms recieved and when i inquired for the stutus of my complaint after 48 hours there was no such case registered from my number .no tl and senior executives are ready to take call .calls are put on hold for 15-20 minutes and atlast disconected ..when i inquired from one of the executive he told me that we have recieved call from yours number at the month of aug10.but i make 4-5 call for this issue and same complaint was loged twice .finaly i got the procedure to deactivate the service from internet only .usless people sitting over there .they are not there to help the people but there to make the things more complicated ..what the managment looking and the service they are providing ..really very poor service.

He is having very poor communication and very bad attitude also. They all are MD of comapany. He acted so busy. He used bad words and he didnot listen properly my problem also. Unfortunatly I have connected BSNL prepaid department and want to transfer my call to GPRS department but no body had transgered my call to GPRS department, They all are transfer my call in prepaid department again and again. I was so troubled this type of company excutive. Can anybody help me to treat this type of excutives.

                      But this is my sugession--- Use another network except BSNL, Because they all are better than this.

                      This is Soumik Majumder having the prepaid number [protected]. From the last couple of months I am facing a ridiculous problem regarding the connection that is frequently my prepaid balance is getting deducted and after deduction i am receiving a message that for some bsnl service the balance has been deducted and if i want to deact the service, i have to dial some number. Even today, (03/12/2010) when I recharged my phone with Rs. 124, which gives me 1month validity along with a balance of Rs. 50 (approx), 30 rupees has been deducted on that very moment on the basis of some Bsnl alerts and the alert message came from the number: 51234030. I dialed the customer care number and some cust care officer Mr. Joydeep Basu received the call (time - 9;08 am). Now he listened to the complain and provided me a docket number ie, 6534658. But when I asked for the time span of getting it solved, he could not say anything. Even when I asked for my deducted balance, then also he could not say anything. I asked him for any BSNL CUST CARE email id where I can mail my complain but alas!! the same result (don't know sir). Now my point is, even where I never asked for any Bsnl Service, why it has been activated on my phone and its the money (whatever the amount is) which has to earn. So I cant allow it to flow for some 'BSNL ALERTS'. So please give my balance back and stop those unwanted services or else I have to go to the appropriate authority.

He is having very poor communication skill and very bad attitude also. He acted so busy like he is some MD of some big company. he didnot listen properly my problem also.                       I tried to reach BSNL customer care through [protected]. I got connected with a THIRD CLASS executive. I was asking information for internet connection cost in mobile. I was more interested to complete the call without giving proper information. When I continued he get disturbed and said some wrong word in low voice. He is some S. Bal in Bengali voice.

                      I tried to make complain against this behavior but BSNL website also giving error. All other options working except the customer feedback option. You can check this third class service from a big organization like BSNL. Is it INTENSIONALLY with ERROR?

                      Am using one BSNL connection in kerala circle and now a days am facing some difficulties in getting incoming calls. Last week i have registred a coplaint for the same through kerala bsnl cc, the associate promised me that issue will rectified with in 24 hrs. But not rectified so i again caled to cc and got the reply that there is no complaints registred yetrday. So i have request her to raise a fresh complaint and she also told me that yea new companit have been regisred and she gave me the complant number. Issue not rectified so i have repeated my complaint today and i got a superb reply... Contact to the nearest BSNL showroom... So i askd the address of bsnl cochin office he gave me one LL number [protected] i have called to that number but no reply... So called again got another associate and repeated the same and received an FANTASTIC reply... Go to ALUVA town and check with anyone for bsnl office address. and am disputed for the address he disconnected the call( The most panishable offence in call center under ethics of call center_

                          I have taken a BSNL Broadband (500C+) plan in B-126, Kendriya Vihar, Noida Sector-82. Though BSNL person came and installed the ASDL Modem, but he has not given password to operate internet. It's become almost one month since he came and installed the MODEM. I don't have any contact no of anyone to contact and get the installation done. I urged BSNL to look into the matter and get the Installation done.

                          BSNL Broadband — Internet issue

                          I have been using BSNL Broadband service of internet from last 3 years. I have opted for Home Plan750 which supports speed of 1 MBp/s. From last 2 months I am facing problem related to connectivity. The message stating bandwidth is not sufficient is being displayed.

                          I have called twice in the BSNL Office regarding the resolution of the issue, but unfortunately no proper response is given at the problem I am facing. I request you to look into the same and please help me to resolve it as early as possible.

                              I have a CellOne mobile in which SMS Sending is failed from last 4 days. I tried switching ON/OFF and checked the message center number and found everything was fine but I could not send SMS to any other mobile numbers.

                              I complained to the great CellOne Customer care about this on 27th Dec 2008, customer care person told me as below

                              "CHANGE THE MESSAGE CENTER NUMBER IN USE TO SOME DUMMY NUMBER AND SWITCH OFF THE MOBILE AND FOR 10MIN AND THEN SWITCH ON AGAIN AND THEN ENTER THE CORRECT MESSAGE CENTER NUMBER AS [protected], THEN SAVE IT AND THEN RETRY SENDING SMS AGAIN"

                              I did the above and found I was unable to send SMS. Called CC again and this time I was to repeat the same story to her. Now she was about to say the previous capitalized words and I told her that I have tried all whatever I did then she booked a complaint and gave me the complaint number as 190834 and she told the problem will be rectified in 24Hrs.

                              The complaint was booked on 29/12/2008 and after 24Hrs I called up customer care again on 30/12/2008 around 11.30am. This time CC person told that the complaint is rectified and the SMS Sending will work from evening, NOT SURE WHY, once the complaint is rectified means it should be working fine immediately but she said it will work from evening.

                              The CellOne Customer Care people are Highly Technical as they know that once the problem is rectified **** will work from evening but not immediately.

                              Again I called customer care in the evening around 6.30pm as I was not able to send SMS. This time there was a gentleman talking to me and he asked my mobile number and the complaint number and said that as you are already informed that the problem is rectified you just have to do some changes in the network selection option.. change it to Manual and then switch off the mobile for 10Min and then switch it ON and then you should be able to send SMS.

                              I did whatever the ******** customer care person told and still not able to send the SMS. What I understand from this is that if setting the mobile to send SMS is this difficult then how difficult it to actually the send the SMS out of the ******* network by BSNL.

                              This is the worst quality of service ever seen. I would like to suggest NOT TO GO FOR BSNL/CellOne mobile connection if someone is trying to get one.

                              I have no hopes that my problem will be rectified.

                              I am using the bsnl mobile [protected] since 5 years. This is a pre-paid facility. validity of the number is july, 09. I got two massages from 56700 saying <you have been charged rs 12/- and rs 25/- respectivily for bsnl tunes>in Feb, 09 and again rs. 10/- is deducted for same reason. I do not know what tunes and why it is being charged. i have not made any request also therefore total ammount of rs.37/-+10/- may please be reversed to [protected]. Pl. do not deduct any money from my balance in future. This is not a good apractice of charging for bsnl tune without getting a request from customer.pl. stop doing such thing.

I received the same message from 12630019, on Jan 10th 2009, that I have been "Successfully" charged 19/- for unwanted Radio Service.. that too without my concern. Atleast I did not expect this kind of cheap tactics by Public sector company like BSNL. From then I have been charged 19/- each month (i.e., Rs. 114/- till June 2009).
                              When I contacted the customer service center regarding this issue, they give me a reply that, I pressed some buttons while talking to somebody and that’s the reason for enabling the Radio Service... Ridiculous...
                              Dear BSNL, Even if any type of such arrangement is there in your system, it is your minimum responsibility to send a request to me for confirming weather this facility enable or not.
                              Further whatever procedure they gave to unsubscribe from this scheme simply did not work. So, I here by request the concerned authority to take action against such schemes and refund my Rs 114/- talk time.

                                  Beware of Customer Care of Broadband Internet services of BSNL . I am a customer of dataone broadband. The answering by the customer care is so RUDE AND RASH that you will fear whether to call or not the next time. These Govt people work in these manner only. The present customer care person first asked me in a rash...What is your problem? ( as if i am burden to her and as i have done something harm to her) . Then i asked what is bill amount, she said...wait ( in a rude manner)...then she took 15 full minutes and was bussy discussing personal ### and fantasies with her colleague. And after 15 mts, I had to keep off the call...I amgiving the complaint now and also thinking of disconnecting the connection since other private players doesnt have so much of EGO problems in answering thecall in a pleasant manner.                                   I had been using BSNL telephone since 2000 and we got the Broadband connection recently under Home 500c plan. My phone number is[protected]. I returned the modem to the concern authority and submitted a covering letter to Madhavaram Exchange, Chennai as I got my own modem purchased and hence requested for refund on Security Deposit. I received my monthly bill amount for the month of September 2008. I had few clarifications regarding my bill amount, since there was an excess amount charged. So I called[protected] around 2.25PM on 23/08/208 thinking I would get my doubts clarified by BSNL personal. But my bad luck, one lady picked up the phone and never gave proper details regarding the bill amount. She was UNPROFFESSIONAL and VERY RUDE to me. Finally I decided that I am not going to get any help from her and eventually when asked for the name, she said her name was SOUNDARI, Accounts Officer. She hung up the call before I could complete my conversation. I am really astonished by the service which I received from an Accounts Officer. It made me feel bad as this was a frustating experience which I never had through out my life time. I am not interested and have to think about continuing my relationship with BSNL Service.
                                  Ohhhhhh...BSNL has the worst customer services in the whole word...even not only phone (i m telling my real experience)..i[censored] meet them personaly at their office they guys don, t reply u..they just say go to website and findout details...i think really they don't know or they are not able to their job..."salo kamino ko kuch aata hei nahi haram ke paise dus rahe hein..."
                                  I have a more addition to the comments that BSNL call logging system is also very poor. Because the Call centre number is never accessible and if you call on 1500, sampark then they will receive the call by automated answering system and give you a call log number but after that what happens god knows. They don't have any helpdesk person to talk over phone so that I could clarify my problem & take help online. I think if BSNL improve in this area, so they may reduce the call solving problem and in many cases they might not have to attend the customer place to solve the problem.

                                  This is the extention of the previous complaint below:

                                  The BSNL sent the 2 linemen at 12 PM today who are not at all technically sound. They did not able to find out the problem. They asked me to come to BSNL office along with the modem, splitter, cable, etc. That too, not today; On Monday.

                                  I am frustrated with this situation. Why can't the BSNL send a technical staff?

                                  Do I need to cancel the connection as I am paying unnecessarily for last 45 days? Is this the only solution for the BSNL customers?

                                  I have been using BSNL broadband with landline telephone for an year. When I was living at "A C Guards, Hyderabad", it worked good. In the month of May 2009, we shifted to "KPHB Phase 7" in Hyderabad and I applied phone shifting before we left from the previous location but it took more than 17 days for them to give connection at new location. We were not satisfied but we felt we can do nothing with them. For this, I had to call more than 30 numbers as the customer care people kept on giving different numbers to contact different people. Some more numbers did not answer.. When giving the connection, the BSNL technical people demanded some bribe even though they knew that I was not working anywhere. One of the technical persons children are earning more than 30K every month and himself earns a lot as it is BSNL job. I felt ashamed on behalf of him.

                                  After installing the connection, the real problems started. They do not neglect to charge for the services but they neglect customers problems. The broadband never worked well after that day and it continuous.. I called up customer care many times and the lineman/technical staff closes the complaint without letting me know whether they did something or not. Again, when I contact customer care, they give me another complaint number. The complaint numbers are 44829, 44953, 45713. My telephone number is[protected]. Each time, I contacted the Lineman also on his WLL number,[protected]. He gave me one more number of some Mr.Murali [protected]. He never answered the phone for the last 15 days. Today, by luck or good fate, I got his call back. He replied very rash. He just said that the telephone lines in this area are not good and they are not going to change. So, he suggested me to take WLL phone with 144 kbps speed. It was not actually a suggestion; just like an order. He did not take any word from me and disconnected. I am getting mad with these people and their services.

                                  Is it the way should BSNL consumers should expect from BSNL staff?

                                  Please, please, please take action to let me enjoy the service properly and give some value to my money.

This is very strange, are they really working or its just like a vacation for them to come to work at bsnl. I face this problem every month, landline goes dead and internet doesnt work. The most negligent customer care service and the most non-courteous, negligent employees.

                                  Looks like BSNL customer care no.s are available only for personal use of its employees and not for general public. When you call up these numbers some time it says that line is busy with conversation. Again if you call back it rings and no one response. Looks like only its own employees will be using it for making personal calls and not for public. This is really true for banaswadi customer care bangalore. 25421100. There is already more number of complaints on this area of division.

                                  A very gud morning. am using BSNL Broandband home plan 250 by the last month.Land line no. is[protected].On 30th oct, i requested bsnl to change my plan as home combo 500C. They told that the plan will changed within 3 days. On 4th nov, i make a call to customer care(ph:1500)at 8.30pm, they replied me that, your plan has been sucessfully changed, you can avail 2am to 8am free browsing and 175 free calls per month. since i feel happy and wake up 5th morning and browse the net. On the next day when i saw my usage details am shocked. because the browsed details in free time has been included in the usage chart. its nearly 400MB.
                                  When i call the customer care(1500) on 05/11/2009(12.30pm), they replied that till now the request for plan change has been not yet processed.

                                  I have received BB bill for month Oct 09, in which they give me excess charges. I complain to all official but no body response me.                                   BSNL Broadband — The people don't give proper info.

                                  I have launched a complaint because my phone is dead. It was due to an overdue bill which i settled immediately. Ever since the people who took down my complaint keep divertingme to new numbers and never give the correct information. They promise that it would be attended within 24 hours but it has been 3 days. They do not even bother to follow up.

                                  After calling various people i got the number of Mr. Shetty who is supposedly the line manager of the area. Even he was clueless about the issue and said that the problem would be resolved the same day. After that when i have tried to reach them to ask the progress they say eveyone is in the meeting.
                                  I availed bsnl broadband connection from Chennai Madipakkam about six months back. It took three months for me to get my land line through after getting the broad band connection. Moreover every month the service will go at least for one week, there wont be any response from the exchange immediately every thing will happen at their will and pleasure as if they are providing a free service. Of late in February 2013 I exercised three breakdowns and the latest is on[protected] which complaint id is:[protected] dtd.[protected], no action till date. The previous complaint was on[protected] which ID was:[protected]. It is very difficult to meet any authority to explain my complaint personally. If any customer oriented bsnl authority sees this mail request to do something to give trouble free service to me since I am paying for the dead service, this is only a desire since I cannot expect service from any government department.

                                  Bsnl customer care staffs are very rude they even tease us when we ask some plan change which is correctly mentioned in the website. I just want to know how can I identify the person whom I talk and whom shall I complain about this incidents. These staffs are really worse than coolies. Somebody has to taken severe action against them. We couldn't identify the person whom we r taking at the other end. So I can I lodge complaints. Give me a favourable reply

                                    I am Somasekharan. My landphone is complaint from last 4 weeks(ie 1 Month).I have put complaint 3 times in complaint box, in automatic compliant system, informed techical staffs, engineer of that exchange (Mazhuvannoor)and higher grade of officers of our distict(Ernakulam).Still this time they neither the came to fix it nor any action.Still this time we have no payment due . We also taken the BSNL broadband connection.Why did you(BSNL people) opening the office regularly with taking any job ????????????????????.You can sleep in house very well rights. There are lots of educated people(youngsters), who were ready to work in any condition expecially in India, still why should BSNL hold such lazy workers.I[censored](BSNL) CONTINUE THESE TYPES OF SERVICES IT WILL NOT EXIST EXPECIALLY IN THIS CENTURY...

                                    i am Aravind Pillai, working in UAE as an Engineer, my hom-exchange pulamon. KOttarakara, near kollam, kerala. im my hom from last 3monts phone having repeated proublems. my parents repetedly informed diffent officers for this purpusesin exchange, but 2 or 3 tims lineman is came and checked, they collect money and went, angin aftr 5dyz same proublem. now also same proublem. means on last 6dyz we dont hav land line connection,
                                    til now nobody is came .so iam planing to report this issue to central telecom minister, because my parents, both are patients alone there, i cant call them daily. if something will happen, how i can? so hope you will consiedr as a serioues matter and will do something early as far as possible.

                                    BSNL Services — IRRESPONSIBLE FUNCTIONING

                                    I'm one of the customer of BSNL SERVICES and I transformed from 2G to 3G network before 1 month but I could not have a 3G signal,and when I called to the CUSTOMER CARE it hardly connects.I request you HIGHNESS to take the necessary action for the very reason to improve the Services of the Govt. Department.,and to buill a better INDIA..Hope your Majesty take the necessary action against this type of irresponsible functions..

                                    All old people in bsnl ...........cannot even understand what we are saying..............Appoint some young people and why internet plans are expensive????.........They do not cost much in foreign countries................WHY????.............IF there are youngsters BSNL will be the outstanding..........

                                    BSNL — BSNL broadband- irresponsible actions from bsnl

                                    I am writing this letter with extreme disappointment on the actions of our great BSNL officers. I have submitted an application for BSNL broadband connection on 28th December 2011 to Oachira exchange. But due to lack of sincerity towards the responsibilities of BSNL officers, we are still NOT connected to the internet world.

                                    From Oachira exchange, they have sent a technician to my house couple of times to setup the connection. It was not so easy for him to establish the connection due to some error. As per his opinion we bought a new modem after 3 weeks of try. But the technician did not turn up for configuring the connection and hesitated to give us the user name and password when I called them to Oachira office.
                                    Then we have decided to go further a “level up” to report it and tried to contact BSNL Kollam office. It was also a useless try. They did not pick up the phone despite of 3-4 times of dialing. The phone nos are [protected] and [protected]. You can test it if you want.

                                    In the mean time our land line phone got faulty as usual. My father made a visit to the local exchange (Oachira) to report this problem on 30th January 2012. They have given zero response for this issue. We made a complaint through “call 198” but received no help from BSNL.
                                    We always make sure that the monthly rental payment is made in time to BSNL for their land phone service. Are they not valuing the money which we are earning?

                                    Now in effect, we neither have land phone connection nor have broad band.

                                    I am Suhrit Dutta, working as developer. This month I need unlimited plan as for I apply it in the first week of this month but it has no work on my request. This month is now to gone. What Bustard people works in BSNL, Nobody give me right information in a right way.
                                    They told we have a problem but my word if you can't solve it so give your resignation. Your fault I can't bare. This will not fare.

                                    So I will not give any money if it comes to much as my exception due to your late in work.

                                      Noise while talking over a call
                                      Hi

                                      My telephone number is[protected].Since 15 days there is a disturbing noise while talking over the call. I have already complaint twice but no one rectify this problem. Sir I m too much trouble without using the phone. I enable to connecting with my relatives & other persons & not doing the urgent work without helping the phone. I were faced this problem many times earlier also. Please rectify the problem in the telephone line as soon as possible.
