No one picks up the phone line at BSNL offices. i wanted to go for new connection but after reading these blogs, really afraid to go for it, I have around 20 numbers of BSNL offices to try with, but no one was picking so i thought that I will search some more numbers of BSNL office as i want to go for new connection. But really thankful that I came across this site and came to know about the unheard services our BSNL org provides to existing customers. Thanks to all o[censored] for posting awareness about the same. I dont know as if these poeple are still sleeping in BSNL office. Dont worry folks, one day no one will go for their connections i am sure.

BSNL - Bangalore — New connection problems

Dear Sir,

my bsnl landline number 25433004 is out of order from past three days.
please do the need ful as soon as possible.
i have applied online for broadband 15 days back, still nobody responded. I called up BSNL office and asked if they have service in Sarjapura road bangalore. If anybody know about how to get internet on Sarjapura road, near bellandur, bangalore, please let me know, thanks in advance, Sandeep, [protected]

Good evening senior officers..

Pls have look at my bill attached below. I am amused on seeing that I have spent 3 Hours and 57 Mins between 24th and 28th May 2008 for rectifying one error on my broadband connection. I am really sorry to mark this to the entire group. I did this because I am not sure who the right person to complaint and if I have marked you by mistake pls forward to the right Person.

Let me explain you my problem with BSNL broadband connection. I am annoyed by telling the same old story. But still I don’t want to leave it as it is.

I had a connectivity issue on 24th May 2008 around 01:00 PM. I called up the Toll free number and explained that I am not able to connect any of the internet websites. Customer care executive started diagnosing my internet connection (as usual - Checking IP address, pinging the IP address, Default Gateway, Internet options etc.). Later he asked me to change the complete Internet setting of the Modem and my computer. Even after that it didn't work. Out of the box he realized that there might be a server problem in the local exchange. He checked the same and said "There is a server problem in RT Nagar and Internet will work after 6 PM". Problem for me here is customer care executive didn't bother to check the server outage and started diagnosing my system. Finally he ended up with wrong configuration my system.

The same thing continued for the next four days. In the mean while CCEs (Customer care executives) have good reasons to end my call like "Sir, can I put you on hold and revert", "Sir, your voice is not clear".

Finally I lost hope on CCEs and tried reaching the Local JTO on her WLL phone. Always not reachable and the landline number for complaints in KBS[protected] nobody picked the call and even if someone picks the answer will be "Pls speak to JTO". Tired to speak with CCE and landline number of KBS and decided to visit my own Kavalbysandra exchange on 31st May 2008.

JTO was very polite and took my modem to the instrument checking center and said there can be a problem in the Modem. And asked me to come on Monday, 2nd June. Unfortunately I work in the same timing which BSNL works. So I was forced to wait till Saturday, 7th May. Another round of Modem check happened on that day and finally they sent my modem for replacement. They replaced the modem on the same day and handed over the replaced modem without my local number broadband configuration. What is the use of a modem with out configuration? Again back to square one. Waited for Saturday, 14th June and handed over the Modem to the executive in KBS exchange for modem configuration.

Tried calling KBS number[protected], it went ringing and nobody answered.

It’s been 21 days my broadband has not been working which resulted in

1. Waste of 4 hours in Toll free number
2. 3 Visit to KBS exchange and would have spent another 3 Hours.
3. Charged with the monthly rental for inactive connection.
4. Unnecessary Stress due to repeating the same story to CCE & KBS Officers.
5. Another 1 hour to write this mail.
6. My first complaint ticket from the toll free number has been closed without my knowledge

Even after over coming all the problems I would request you,

1. Rectify my broadband connection as soon as possible.
2. Waive off the rental charges for the period when it was inactive.

Just wanted to tell convey couple of things.

1. Put yourself in customer’s position and think.
2. How bad you will feel if you are sick and you are forced to tell you health problems to 20 doctors and finally none of the doctor came out with a solution to cure you. Today, I feel in this way as I have come across the problem

If you are not the concerned person related to this query pls forward the same to the respective officer. If you do this, you are stepping to help BSNL grow. Ending my long mail with lot of hope that my concern will reach the right person.

I would like to keep you posted regarding my Landline Reception.
As I could hear lot of disturbances while on call. It is so noisy. Wherein I am not able to hear them properly nor they Getting me on the other side.

I tried Airtel since i was satisfied with their service...But no luck No free ports available in Electronic City...

i approached Tataindicom...they only provide Wilreless B.band...i paid 4496 (4 months advance)...they provided new connection...but i am not at all satisfied with their service (it takes time to connect initially...after long wait it connect...but very poor download...

i am tring to approach BSNL ([protected]) <----why did they put ad. on most of the places (Bus, posters, bills, hoarding, cinema stars...it is of no use)...No one is picking up the phone as i could see others also facing same problem...when BSNL will become like other private companies...i really shame of our Gov. Organitations...they should wake up after seeing these kind of feedback...

Sir, why do we give Ads to make an organisation popular if we are not able to handle what we have?Should we think that the Ad Money being spent to have a land line connection as an identity for a house is a hoax?Even the complaints are not responded to which prompts one to complain again knowing it will be in vain, but still doing it with lots of patience.
Sitting in a field area I thought that Govt Org will take care but BSNL is yet to take note, if it ever thinks it fit to respond.

I am the unfortunate user of BSNL Land Line bearing No:28525382, which works only for 10 days in a month, my Line falls sick when it starts to rain I can hear coughs as soon as i lift my reciever, otherwise it sleeps and does not disturb other's around for the next 20 days of the month . I hope you would send me a doctor who can cure my Line of this disease.

Yes BSNL is not giving the service that it should be giving instead they have wasted lot money paying to Pretty Zinta for there BSNL advertisement instead if they work on the complaints and get it fixed it would be of great help to all including the BSNL people if not one day there won't be anything like BSNL.

BSNL Broadband — Waiting for new connection from may 2008

Hi,

I have registered online bsnl broadband connection and next day a person from Vasantha communication(P) Ltd came and collected the amount RS. 500. Bill no 954 dated 22-May-2008 !!!.

Still i didn't get the connection. Whenever i have called they said they will get back me in a day.

I am looking for the solution. I am not able to find any specific complaint link in bsnl. All links need landline number.

This is regerds to my broad ban connection to my residence(my phone number[protected] which the form was submited on 6th of october which is almost 28days where in, the concer person has brought the modem & kept it at my residence which is almost 5days & he says the line is still not connected.And there is no responce on either side.from the BSNL office & the person whoc has come & kept the modem at my residence where in i had contected on phone number[protected] where in a madam picked up the call & refused to disclose the name & said will inform the concern department.this reply i have been getting whene ever i call up to the above mentioned number .kindly look into my broad band connection & do the needful.

BSNL — landline phone outage

My land line phone[protected] is out from 19-12-08, I lodged a complaint on 29-12-08 for rectification of fault, which is registered at S.No. 546. Even after various reminders and visits to Exchange fault is still unattended, however fault doesn't appear too big.

Hello every one, I am suffering a great problem regarding my bsnl internet connection. My landline number is[protected] every time the connection goes off. There is no support from customer service I have to call attest 10 times in a day to check, some people tell me the problem is in modem or cable what is the problem? No one is responding in bsnl office Bangalore I have come from night shift and run like mad dog to bsnl office I am really frustrated with this connection and more over there is no feasibility of airtel in my area. This is my 1st month o[censored]sing this freaking connection. Can any one help me this please?

I am a proud user of bsnl internet connection, we at home are taking full advantage with the speed access. but i have to tell you a negative side of bsnl-dat is sir i have been requesting for a tariff plan change of the internet connection as am using the internet for a very short time.and the bill is being heavy for my pocket. sir i had come many times to ur office, but never got the right answer for my query. so i hope this mail of mine would make you aware of the problem and make you do the needfull.

Hello dear people,

Its really pain for me to write you people mail about my frustration associated with BSNL broadband connection.

I paid 500 Rs for land line connection plus braodband around 2 months ago(March 28, 2009), till now NO response. I contacted nearly 10 officers incuding assistant manager, local manager, clerk, line man and many more. Only one reply "It will come within a week, cable connection is under process" OR "Contact this person bla bla ".

I got really frustrated and visited BSNL excahnge twice, made naerly 80 calls. Visited Koramangala main office 3 times, no proper response.
On saturday (May 30th 2009) I went to BSNL local exchange once again, They told line man will come on Monday morning 10 am, i waited for him till 12(putting half day leave to my office). No one came, No one is receiving calls.

Such things are not only happening to me, many have such complaints.

Consumer no:51737038 and Work order no :45020861. (Bangalore Bellandur location).

One more shocking news !! I am getting calls from some Franchisee people telling they will provide BSNL broadband within a week. How can these guys do this ? Who is behind them ? Do govt directly involved in bribing and promoting it ?
All these incidents have made me to lose hope on Govt departments, I have started hating Govet services. I hope you people understand this.

Anyways, I will be going for Airtel broadband connection if you wont provide service in a week. Who cares for BSNL? All lazy irresonsible people.

BSNL Broadband — Applied for Connection on 14th June 2009 not yet received

i have bsnl broadband connection but i have e71 mobile with wifi facility i unable connect connection. i called to cc but nobody known there so i'm dissatisfied for bsnl cc.

    i dhananjai ram working in nhdc as an junior engineer, i have paid Rs 538/- dated 25.03.08 in narmada nagar post office which receipt no is 192, for the telliphone bill on mongth of feb.2008, which bill no is 39559835.that bill is reflected in bill of april 2008 as due, so i have show receipt no paid bill in nearest bsnl office(beedh, khandwa) and thus amount has been dedected from bill of april mongth and balance amount Rs 337/- paid.again we has found that telliphone bill on feb.2008 is showing as a due in bill of may, 2008.
    so kindly make correction in your system so that i chould not inconvenience with bsnl sevices.

      i am not able to know data usage of BSNL broadband because when i log on to www.data.bsnl.in it asks for user ID, & password, when i click it says check your user ID & pass word. and my bill 01/03/08 to 31/03/08 is 4008 Rs and i have take the 250 Rs/month plan it is very high.

      Issue : I Raise issue regarding provide poor service from BSNL to me(Customer.)

      Description : As i am very old customer of BSNL(Since 1999).
      Last year we add the BSNL Broadband connection rate is 500 per month.
      1) From starting like mdem installation to connecting BSNL Broadband, BSNL provides me poor service.This is aslo i agree.
      2) First month at night only get good speed but after one month phone line is dead and till 2 months is not working and we are not able to use single minute Broadband connection and phone calls.
      In that period we give bill (500 for Land line and 500 for broadband).That is very serious issue regarding BSNL service.
      3) After 2 month it is started regularly but again...it in loop.
      that is phone line is dead again 15-20 days wait for starting.
      4) Same condition ragularly repeating till date.
      But, BSNL not take one single step to overcome this type of problem.

      I don't know this is consumer is usable or not.

      I am using BSNL Broadband since 1 year and had no complaints but after i have shifted from one place to other and had a new connection found that the bills dint match my estimated bills
      I don't know why am i getting that huge amounts. so please consider my request and provide me any solutions on paying my bills
      I am having DataOne connection (Rs.500/month plan) for the last two years. I only use it for browsing /online share trading/ financial transactions and never use it to download songs/movies. My total monthly download never crosses 500MB, hence, I always receive minimum billing. But last month I received bill of Rs.3500, showing total download of 6GB ( that too in the period when I was out of station), no one used internet in my absence.

      I lodged complaint, till now i haven't received any favourable response.

      Is there any method to prove that there was no download on my computer and incorrect billing. It's like BSNL can force any charge on customers and since its government firm, there is no heed to the complaints. There should be laws to protect consumers rights.

      I'm utilising BSNL broadband service for past 10months(Home 250). Now i have a repeated problem in net connectivity for last 50 days(25th july '08 onwards). I logged the complain in the proper way and I also visited concern SDO several times and told about my complain in verbal and also in writings but till date it is not corrected . Still this connectivity error ( ADSL not blinking or fixed ) is coming continously.       i m connected with broadband from[protected] it has not even completed 1 month and i hav recieved a bill of Rs 2500 on[protected]. i hav a bsnl landline connection since more than 10 years therefore we hav already paid the security is it applied again on broadband connection again?

      On top of all i had applied for 750 Rs unlimited plan, according to which 24 hrs I was suppose to be downloading free of cost by paying 750/month but when i checked my usage it shows that night time is unlimited. therefore i could make out that the plan is wrongly changed by the staff of bsnl as such i had mentioned about the 750/- unlimited plan kindly solve my problem

      one more thing was there in my knowledge that all those customers applying after 1st of september will get the benefitt of 2 months free internet and after completeing 2 months one has to start paying so kindly tell me that if it is so then this facility is on my connection too? as such my net is activated on 24th sep 2008 and if so then why do i hav to pay till 2 months kindly take out solution for my problem

      I am Paavani Naveen, I have applied for the Dataone Broadband BSNL connection and paid 2000 INR to the BSNL employee named B.Raj on 16 June 2008, but still we didn't get the connection. They have just given us the telephone set. And when we are making calls to the number provided they are not receiving it properly.

      I received one telephone bill for broadband connection before two weeks. for the period upto 31.03.09.
      I already paid this bill for the amount of Rs. 3258/-. That includes modem, one month rent for broadband,
      & one year rent for telephone bill.

      I received another new bill for broadnad saying bill upto 01.03.2009 to 31.03.09. for the amount Rs. 350.

      I am not able to know data usage of BSNL broadband because when i log on to www.data.bsnl.in it asks for user ID, & password, when i click it says check your user ID & pass word.wht is mail user id ?. help me.
      I m using a 500 Rs. Plan and got a bill for 3300. I do not use torrents or download anything.
      This is too high. What should I do ?
      i am also suffering with the same problem whenever i log on to data.bsnl.in it asks for user id and password but when i type everything correctly it asks me to recheck it.So i cant see my usage every month please help me to know my download capacity in any cross way.

      Hello Sir/ Madam,

      This is regarding Billing Issue for the month Of Dec-2009. chargeable units (Excluding night usage) as 494.92 MB but the bill is generated for the usage of 7029 MB.
      you can find details of the actual usage in attached document.

      I had requested for plan change in December from unlimited 750 to 250 RsPlan from Dec 15. But the bill is generated as per the 250 Rs plan for the entire month of Dec 2009.
      Also, I was not in Bangalore from Dec24 to Dec 29, but during this period it is showing as internet usage which i have not at all used.

      I have given the written complaint regarding the above issues in BSNL office, Near Viresh Theatre, Magadi Road Bangalore and had called the customer care, Customer relations officer to get it resolved but i got a very poor response from them. I am very sorry to say that BSNL is really not caring it's customers.

      Please do the needful. Hope the issue gets resolved ASAP

      I have received an inflated bill this month from bsnl. It was baseless and useless to receive such a bill. My broadband dataone of Rs 250/- I wish u pl check the bill and make the necessary changes otherwise I wish to publish in the newspaper.

          My telephone number is[protected]. I recently got my telephone shifted. Though the broadband has been activated, I am getting user name and password: incorrect. On 192.168.1.1 page, under WAN it shows Authentication Failure. The password has been reset as per the call centre people but it is still not working.
          My docket number is 0632 but no body has attended to the problem.

              Dear Sir,

              With due regard I want to bring this to your kind notice that since the BSNL department of Jodhpur is causing lot of harassment to me and members of my family in matter of raising bills, recoveries, over billing, demanding money (bribe) to settle the claims, missbehavior on telephone etc.
              The following are some of the examples :
              1. I applied for telephone connection in my name Vipin Bihari Goyal, after installation I was informed that my telephone number is 2716634 about four months back and now today on dt. 3.5.2008 the department again informs me that my phone number is 2716095. In the past also such changes were made and huge claims were raised against me. There is some manipulation or trick by which the outstanding claims of one person are made the liabilities of other person. One such case of Paliwal STD Booth at Deonagar Road, Jodhpur was published in News Papers and I suppose that some similar type of trick is being played with me also. Kindly conduct a detail inquiry in this matter, so that action can be taken against them.
              2. Since I am working as FA & CAO in Rajasthan State Government Department, I am frequently transferred from one department to another. On such occasions my resident telephone also needs to be shifted . Every time the authorities of BSNL delay the matter and cause lot of harassment. They remove the telephone of the old department the very day but do not install another telephone of new department where I have been posted for many months.
              3. For example when I was posted in Rajasthan Aayurved University, Jodhpur the official telephone at my residence was 2711442 and during my posting in that department from July, 05 to July, 06 bills of very high amount were raised since government permits only 200 calls per month. I have to deposit that entire amount personally from my own pocket. When the authorities of BSNL were contacted they said that there is some technical default that we are trying to remove but no correction were made and I deposited amount worth 50, 000 to 60, 000.
              4. One telephone in the name of my wife Smt. Pushpa Goyal was install at my residence 11/634 Chopasni Housing Board, Jodhpur and its number was 2701485 for quite a long time we were regularly making payment of the bills. Ultimately for the month of August, 2005 to Nov., 2005 BSNL raise the bills of Rs. 10516/-. We were so fad up that we requested the department to adjust security amount with interest against the above pending bill and can take balance amount from us. But the authorities of the department demanded bribe specially Senior AO Shri Paliwal was adamant that either I pay bribe to him or he will lodge an FIR in the police station. Since we wanted to discontinue the phone, which was our legal right, so we continue to request to adjust the outstanding amount. He even sent two persons to our house that threatened my family members and misbehaved with them. Ultimately Shri Paliwal made a complained to Police and we being law-abiding citizens deposited the amount on 30.4.2008.
              5. We have also received a notice for outstanding recoveries for Rs. 1140/- for a telephone No. 2704873 in the name of Smt. Pushpa Goyal. This telephone was never install at our house.
              6. I informed to General Manager BSNL Jodhpur Shri Anupam Sriwastava vide letter No. 2660 dt. 29.6.06 about some of the discrepancies in the capacity of Registrar, Rajasthan Aayurved University, Jodhpur but no attention was paid to it.


              Kindly take action on all the above points of my complaint filling which I will have to a go in the shelter of law. Meanwhile I request that all the following connection of BSNL in my name and also in the name of my wife must immediately be disconnected and I am ready to pay any outstanding till today. If you continue after this day we will not be responsible to pay the outstanding bills.

              Dear sir,

              I started using bsnl in the month of sept and i never got the bill. it was in the 500rs home plan after 2 months we got our bill for 1000rs. wen i went to pay the bill the person behind the counter asked me to pay 2894rs i went to the office regarding this and they said it was the previous users balance amount carried over to our bill. They appologised for their mistake.But wen i called the customer care and tried to explain to them, that i paid my bill and that it wasnt our mistake for them to disconnect our connection, i was shocked to hear wat they said"madam we cannot do anything u got to pay 2894rs" apart from that i had lot of problems with my modem wen itried to go online my modem lights go off and their had been no connection at all i did make a lot of complaints about that too but no response they took my modem and brought it back the very same day telling me it was all fine but i had the same problem i erquested them to change my modem but even they never cared all they kept tellin me was its good and its working and the mistake i made was to migrate my home plan to unlimited plan thinkin that i would get more response if iam using a superior plan, well it didnt work..I was asked to call few landline numbers and people(i do not want to mention who they are) and wen i did they made me go on hold for about 20mins and all i heard was their sons educational discussions...
              I was so hurt and disconnected our bsnl in the month of nov after which i started receiving bills for 900rs and now i get a letter from the accounts department asking me to pay 6000rs.

              I dotn think this is really the way for bsnl to earn its losses from customers.

              Well i got the connection even after i knew bsnl was worse due to the ads but now i am so under tensed and nervous about these huge amounts that arise and the way the bsnl treat us..

              What are the officers gona do about this??

                Roaming facility is getting affected in my mobile since last two months. I have prepaid BSNL service and two times I visited delhi in last 2 months and both time I was not able to call anybody from there. When I contacted at [protected], they replied that everything is OK. many times I made complaint but of no use. This time again I am visiting delhi and I am hoping that BSNL will take notice of this compalint.

                  My BSNL Landline Phone No. is 2360035. It is under the exchange of Katemanivli, Kalyan East. Since one month my phone is not working. During this one month period, I have complained several times. They have attended once. However after restoring the connection, connection got DEAD within few minutes. Thereafter, I have given repeated reminders. Still the connection has not been restored. Everyday I call in the telephone exchange, Katemanivali and remind the same. However, the telephone connection has not been repaired.

                  Anyway, BSNL is charging monthly rent irrespective of working the telephone connection. We are the loosers and suffering financial loss and get stress due this type of negligence from your side. Please let me know why it has not been rectified yet.

                  Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at earliest.

                  No provision for checking landline usage from bsnl is surprising. When credit card companies are able to provide such service, the non provision by bsnl appears to be a deliberate and non-transparent.

                    In April 2008, I had booked a broadband connection with Rs 500/- plan (limited usage). I got the connection April-15th. After one week the connection was deactivated. When I asked them, I was told that it is free trail plan so that it was de activated and they asked us to give an application for re activation. When we ready to give an application, they are telling that still there is time. We went more than 10 times to the BSNL office at Golkonda Cross Roads, Hyderabad, and there is no proper response from the staff.

                    I have applied for a broadband connection 8 months back and I haven’t received the connection or my payment of 600RS. A person from ‘BSNL BROADBAND & DATA CARDS’ came to my office and collected all my documents and informed me that I will receive a call from exchange and they will come and give the connection. I got a call from the exchange (Jalahalli) and they told me that the area which I am staying is under Peenya exchange. I went to the exchange and came to know that even Peenya is not covering the area where I am staying. I took a USB internet dongle for a temporary use, but now I have decided to use that permanently.

                    It would be of great help if I can get my initial payment of 600 RS ASAP. I am totally frustrated with the service. I have registered for the connection through internet to save my time. I don’t want to lose my money. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                      This is Saurabh. I have land line with broadband connection at my home(Paharia-Varanasi). I have been using BSNL broad band services since 2 years. I want take all of your attention towards problem with broadband service. My internet is not working since 3 weeks. I have spoke to complain deptt at least 4-5 times and also personally visited your local bsnl office for the same and also logged a complain. After all those tries also my internet services not yet resolved. I don't know to whom should I contact. In local BSNL office there is nobody who can take care of my broadband service problem and get it rectified. Please let me know what to do?

                      I think there is some problem with modem configuration or local BSNL server because my land line and desktop is working fine.

                      In spite of my 3 early complaints no proper response is there. I have taken connection in Aug 2008 but after change in my password Broadband usage is not displayed regularly whenever I complain it works for that particular month but not display of previous month.

                          I have been using BSNL Broadband connection home 500 plan for the past three months. I was not able to open many websites using this connection. I got fed up after launching so many complaints to customer service and they does not seem to revert back on the complaint.

                          Being the largest broadband connection provider, the least people could except from BSNL is the faster and reliable service, but in my case besides acting slow on the complaint they did not revert on the complaint.

                          Would be grateful if I can get any solution through this forum.

                              In some of the BSNL Prepaid sim cards, account balance and last call charge are coming as a message alert just after the call. In my mobile this does not happen. Since it is a useful feature I would like to enable the same in my mobile. One of the customer support employee at BSNL said that this facility will available only for few series of mobile numbers. I don't think this is not genuine answer. Please advice how I can make available this feature in my mobile.

                                Dear sir, I have two mobile numbers namely:[protected](A/C NO:[protected] and [protected](A/C NO:[protected].I have cleared my payments in cash at state bank of india, NRL complex branch, Assam on 31/10/2007.The billing amount were Rs.433/- against mobile NO: [protected] & Rs.91/- against mobile NO:[protected].The billing amount were for the billing period:01-Sept-2007 TO 30-Sept-2007.But.the paid amounts were not updated in billing period: 01/10/2007 TO 31/10/2007 at the above mentioned two mobile numbers.I did not pay the bill on that months just thinking it will be updated on next bill. But that not happened.Both the amounts again added as previous balance on the bills for the billing period :1/11/2007 To 30/11/2007.That time I personally paid the bills at the OFFICE OF SDE, BSNL;BOKAKHAT, ASSAM showing & explaing the matters and cleared the bills deducting the non-updated added amounts on 4/1/2008.The BIll/D.N. Nos.are:[protected]against mobile no.[protected]; amount: Rs.417/-) &[protected]mobile No.[protected]; amount:Rs.1049/-). But, no correct bills found on next bills i.e. at the billing period:1/12/07 To 31/12/2007.The amounts Rs.433/- & Rs.91/- which were paid on 31/10/07 for the billing period 01/09/07 To 30/09/07 against [protected] & [protected].Again I cleared the bills at the Office of SDE BSNL.BOKAKHAT on 29/2/2008 for the billing period 01/01/2008 To 31/01?2008 for the both nos.the Bill/D.N.Nos. are[protected] &[protected].Amounts were ;Rs.1391/- & Rs.450/- after dedunting non-updating amount Rs.433 7 Rs.91/-.But no update/correction found in next months bills & still upto Feb.08 & March.08 no correction made by your OFFICE.So, I have the request to give a look into the matter and give a immediate solution at your end.                                   I am Sancharan Roy having BSNL postpaid number [protected]... I contacted one of the BSNL's customer care executive named Mr. Manibhusan karmakar on 28th april.. He is having very poor communication skill and very bad attitude also. He acted so busy like he is some MD of some big company. He used bad words and he didnot listen properly my problem also. As I told him my net is slow. He did not bother to check it and did not speak. He muted the call for long time and disconnected. I called him next time. He answered and told he did not disconnect the call. I told him to transfer to his Manager. He again muted the call for 2 min and disconnected again. I'm losing my faith in BSNL. I called many times but I got disconnected every time. This is very horrible service. I got this broadband connection last week. Very horrible service they create a docket number and tell us some line man will come and no body come. I my self fixed the problem.                                   BSNL CUSTOMER CARE very poor service provider .. executives are not really bothered about customers compalint . most executives do not have proper product knowledge ..a service named bsnl phone back was activated on my no .monthly rental of that service is rs 30 /month.i just asked pls tell me the procedure to deactivate the service they told me that they will loged the complaint for that service as this service will be deactivated from there end only & will be deactivated in next 24 -48hours .they also provided me the complaint id for that .and told that shortly u will be recieving the sms for that in next few minutes ..no such sms recieved and when i inquired for the stutus of my complaint after 48 hours there was no such case registered from my number .no tl and senior executives are ready to take call .calls are put on hold for 15-20 minutes and atlast disconected ..when i inquired from one of the executive he told me that we have recieved call from yours number at the month of aug10.but i make 4-5 call for this issue and same complaint was loged twice .finaly i got the procedure to deactivate the service from internet only .usless people sitting over there .they are not there to help the people but there to make the things more complicated ..what the managment looking and the service they are providing ..really very poor service.

From the last couple of months I am facing a ridiculous problem regarding the connection that is frequently my prepaid balance is getting deducted and after deduction i am receiving a message that for some bsnl service the balance has been deducted and if i want to deact the service, i have to dial some number. Even today, (03/12/2010) when I recharged my phone with Rs. 124, which gives me 1month validity along with a balance of Rs. 50 (approx), 30 rupees has been deducted on that very moment on the basis of some Bsnl alerts and the alert message came from the number: 51234030. I dialed the customer care number and some cust care officer Mr. Joydeep Basu received the call (time - 9;08 am). Now he listened to the complain and provided me a docket number ie, 6534658. But when I asked for the time span of getting it solved, he could not say anything. Even when I asked for my deducted balance, then also he could not say anything. I asked him for any BSNL CUST CARE email id where I can mail my complain but alas!! the same result (don't know sir). Now my point is, even where I never asked for any Bsnl Service, why it has been activated on my phone and its the money (whatever the amount is) which has to earn. So I cant allow it to flow for some 'BSNL ALERTS'. So please give my balance back and stop those unwanted services or else I have to go to the appropriate authority.

                                  I am M.M sharma having BSNL postpaid number [protected]... I contacted one of the BSNL's customer care executive named Mr. pradeep on 5th august.. He is having very poor communication skill and very bad attitude also. He acted so busy like he is some MD of some big company. he didnot listen properly my problem also. He should understand the customer's problem properly.and last one he put it my call without given information...
                                  My mobile number is [protected]. On 8th June, i called customer care and asked to STOP a service called ON MOBILE and another service called CALLER TUNE which is activated without my knowledge. He told that service has been deactivated you can do recharge. so at 10th June i recharged my mobile 200rs. but on 12th JUNE a service renewed message came. Totally 70rs reduced. Again i made a complaint

                                  I tried to reach BSNL customer care through [protected]. I got connected with a THIRD CLASS executive. I was asking information for internet connection cost in mobile. I was more interested to complete the call without giving proper information. When I continued he get disturbed and said some wrong word in low voice. He is some S. Bal in Bengali voice.

                                  I tried to make complain against this behavior but BSNL website also giving error. All other options working except the customer feedback option. You can check this third class service from a big organization like BSNL. Is it INTENSIONALLY with ERROR?

                                  Am using one BSNL connection in kerala circle and now a days am facing some difficulties in getting incoming calls. Last week i have registred a coplaint for the same through kerala bsnl cc, the associate promised me that issue will rectified with in 24 hrs. But not rectified so i again caled to cc and got the reply that there is no complaints registred yetrday. So i have request her to raise a fresh complaint and she also told me that yea new companit have been regisred and she gave me the complant number. Issue not rectified so i have repeated my complaint today and i got a superb reply... Contact to the nearest BSNL showroom... So i askd the address of bsnl cochin office he gave me one LL number [protected] i have called to that number but no reply... So called again got another associate and repeated the same and received an FANTASTIC reply... Go to ALUVA town and check with anyone for bsnl office address. and am disputed for the address he disconnected the call( The most panishable offence in call center under ethics of call center_

                                    This is sancharan roy having BSNL postpaid number [protected]..Last month I paid my bill through online payment mode. But this month I am trying to pay my bill through online but ststus is showing that I do not have any outstanding bill.. Also i did not receive the hard copy of my bill. But I called the customer care executive, and they told that I have to pay Rs 310/ before 28th april otherwise I have to pay fine..

                                    my out going facility was barred 2 days before the last date of payment of bill. though there was no outstanding, only current month' bill was due and i paid the the bill in a BSNL franchisee on 27th february, 2008 whereas the last date of payment is on 3rd march,2008. in spite of my bill payment before due date, my outgoing facility is barred and not cleared till 04.03.2008

                                    BSNL Customer Service is equally pathetic and hopeless...No one is there to attend your calls...I lost my handset and was trying to call up to get my lines barred.                                       I have taken a BSNL Broadband (500C+) plan in B-126, Kendriya Vihar, Noida Sector-82. Though BSNL person came and installed the ASDL Modem, but he has not given password to operate internet. It's become almost one month since he came and installed the MODEM. I don't have any contact no of anyone to contact and get the installation done. I urged BSNL to look into the matter and get the Installation done.

                                      BSNL Broadband — Internet issue

                                      I have been using BSNL Broadband service of internet from last 3 years. I have opted for Home Plan750 which supports speed of 1 MBp/s. From last 2 months I am facing problem related to connectivity. The message stating bandwidth is not sufficient is being displayed.

                                      I have called twice in the BSNL Office regarding the resolution of the issue, but unfortunately no proper response is given at the problem I am facing. I request you to look into the same and please help me to resolve it as early as possible.
