No broadband provided

I had registered an application for new broad band connection under Regd No : DDR/BB/HG/07-08/0349 dated 17/03/08 and paid Rs 500/- at BSNL’s 264 Jessore Road, Kolkata office.
My telephone no :[protected] in the name of RITA BOSE
This was supposed to execute by o/o Area manager DUMDUM

Today is 16th. April and there is no connection made by the BSNL after one month!!!

Is it not amazing that...

I upgraded my telephone to broadband connection in Jan 2008. W.e.f 17 March, I am having problem with BSNL broad band connection. Not getting landline connection, when nearest wired phone is just 50m away

Dear Sir/madam,
I had landline connection number[protected] and everything was wroking fine. I got another Qtr. and i had to shift in that, which was in the same colony. Another WLL connection was given to me, with reason that cables are not laid in that locality. Now i am too much fed with the new connection no[protected], it has lot of problems. Many a times it shows system busy, when somebody tries to call, most of the times...

Delay in new land line connection

I am chandramohan appled for a new telephone land line connection on 6th March 2008 in my house at Chennai (thirumazhai) as per the following details.

Ref NO: 81179810 AN : 82184830

At that time (6th March 2008), I submitted my installation charge; it was assured to me that in a maximum 5to10 days my phone would be installed.
But almost 1 month is over now, no connection is made. And no feedback also given...

Phone dead for 10 days

My complaint number: 13462

phone dead for last 10 days. Dial tone is not coming. Two times complaints are solved without doing anything. (System shows complaints are solved but in real not solved).

Line men never comes to our home to confirm the error solved. 10 days phone is not working and still BSNL charges monthly rental for full month. Which is real Loot.

Do the needful.

Waiting for connection since 8 months

Hi,

I am Rajashekar Narla living in Miyapur Hyderabad. My dad has applied for a Broadband connection through Miyapur BSNL exchange 8 months back. We haven't got the connection till now. A person has come to our flat for installation from BSNL office, he just said that there is no cable to give the connection, and since then we haven't got any information about it.

SIgnal Problem Heights now

Dear Sir,

I am into real delimma that whether I should continue with BSNL or not . I have taken a BSNL pre paid connecion from Dehradun region, the problem is as soon as I enter Himachal region no network coverage, i do no have any signals on mobile .

I have called BSNL customer care more than 40 times in last 8 months, several compalints have been lodged everytime I am assured that problem will be in solved...

But our connection has been barred. In response to our complaint they gave us a complaint No. [protected] on 3.04.2008. But still there is no response from their part. Severe noise in Telephone
