BSNL Dataone — My bsnl broadband connection

I took a broadband connection from BSNL on 26th April, 2008 on my telephone No.[protected] at the Melaseval Exchange, under Dataone scheme. inspite of repeated requests I have not been given my correct ID by the local BSNL office. So I am unable to varify my internet usage details on the BSNL website. Also for the past 3 days the internet connection gets switched off from 8pm to 7am making me incapable of accessing the internet during the free download time from 2am to 8am. Local BSNL exchange at Melaseval is unable to provide me with satisfactory answers. Could you help please? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

broad band connection get disconnected after 2 or 3 hours for the last three days -there was a telephone complaint a week ago-after that this has started _ i want to know why? I am not getting continuous connection like before why is it disconnecting so often not able to use it since three days

I am user of BSNL broadband my telephone NO. is[protected]. it is very iritating that my broad band connection get disconnected after 10 minutes. And I should restart my system and connect.I have taken BSNL Home 750 plus. I am residing in 19 C/5, Nilgiri Qrs, DSSC, Wellington-643231. So please rectify my problem.
