i m bsnl broadband user in kanpur (govind nagar). my complaint is delay to change my modam type-1 to
type-2 eproxmetley 2 month go down my no is[protected] pament is clear but in 2 month no action tacken to chang my modam.


plz help me
Sir, I made a request to the BSNL office at Amritsar to change the Modem from Type-I to Type-II on my Broadband connection Telephone No.[protected] and my request was registered at Sr.No.154 dated 24.11.2010. Inspite of assuring me to get the needful done within two days, but more than 8 days have passed, but the modem Type-II has not yet been installed. Kindly expedite and inform me on my e.mal harmindersingh.[protected]@gmail.com.

Sir, I registered my request at Sr.No.154 dated 24.11.10 with BSNL Office at Amritsar to change the Modem from Type-I to Type-II on Broadband connection Telephone No.[protected]. But inspite of repeated requests, I have not been able to get the needful done till date. As more than 8 days have passed, Kindly help me in getting the Modem of Type-II Wi-Fi at the earliest under confirmation to me.

    BSNL

    Sub Tel No2500276 is dead since last 15 days

    Dear Sir

    This is to inform you that after sevral complaint No ( 5628, 5119, 6101, 1d696) there is no response from BSNL local office. WE surprised that after complaint no body is bother about services. If we dely in making payment then immly line get disconected. Our complaint is pending since last 15 days about dead telephone line.

    The MTNL services are better that BSNL at least next day the complaint get attended. Here no body lineman has even show his face. Please see how you will improve your best services to your customer.
    and get the above telepohone alive.

    Rather I thought to take Brod Band on above line but such poor services from your department I turn my thought.

      I have received a wrong call today and i didnot receive the caller id in my lcd screen. The same type of call i received 15 days back. Can u please help me to trace the number. And give me suggestions to avoid further more wrong calls.

        i have bsnl ev-do data card internet service i have purchased this product before last 4 month..
        this internet server is too slow since last 2 weeks. i have lot of official, bussiness n others works but i can not do it. i get hurmful problem 4m the server, i will not do any work properly when the server is same problem... i paid every month the monthly rental worth RS: 827.00 but will not get fast server why ?
        you should be give us fast server. the monthly rental is too costly so server will get faster...
        so
        i request u to kindly solve the problem too earlier by hook or by crook...
        hope you will give us too faster sevrer then i will do my every work completly

        i am swapan from jorhat at 1st i useing tata indicom 1x prepaid connection now i used bsnl evdo both are same name bare aur darshan chote.speed ek ka 120 or bsnl ka 130 kbp (but companey said to me that its speed more then 1mb ) why they dont tell us true.

        i used this product last year.... that time itz working but not butter..... i always fully paid worth Rs. 850.00
        The sever not working basicly 9.00am to 11.00pm. why , i always paid my bill. 850.00 rs. is not low cost. i have so many official
        work by interne, but i cnt completed. my works always pending. i dont do any work properly. i have 2much lost because the server
        nt work properly......

        So, i request the all assam bsnl net & sever worker to kindly solve this problem by hrook or by crook as soon as.

        why there is no commission for government employees in bsnl evdo card? I am not seeing any logic behind this.
        Is Bsnl private telecom or government? If yes then bsnl should apply this commision for all scheme.

          Our House had been constructed from April'08 & complete in sept.08 during the period our Phone has been disconected & by mistak we have not inform to Telephone Dept.so pl.confirm me my outstanding bill amt as on dt. .if my Telephone security has been adjusted or not pl.confirm.Now I have requried new Telephone connection in New Scheme Rs.1/- .

            I had applied for a landline and broadband connectin which finally materiased after waiting for and chasing up for more than a year.After the landline connection the broaband application had to be chased and finally one Mr Sanjay came to instal the modem which did not work even then. He said that since the line fom the mains is coming to the ground floor socket and the modem was with the computer on the first floor the line connection needs to be reworked.The lineman came in a day or two and redid the connection in a way that the line is now first coming into the modem on the first floor. The modem is still not working and my repeated attempts to get mr sanjay to rectify it have failed. Everytime he gives some story or the other starting from the port in patel nagar being defective. All this time he has not taken trouble to come and see for himself and made no attempt to rectify the problem. Out of sheer disgust today i have asked him to take the instruement away as i dont want it to sit as a decorative piece.I am writing this complaint in the hope that some senior functionary of the co will intervene and have the problem rectified .My tel no is 2608167
            I am not able to access gmail ...orkut and many other sites...

              in vennela plus there is an offer i.e we can add any 5(bsnl mobile or landline no's)atleast one landline number.for that i trying send a msg from last 2dys but i am getting like unable to send.

              pl guide me fnf offer in veneela prepaid plan.
              My mobile no. is [protected]. I had recharged STV-99 to get 49p / min charges on 12th Jan. The 49p per minute is still not active till today. I had contacted customer care more than 15 times. The first 3 days they passed the time that my request is processed and the mistake is in their servers. After that the issue is still pending and they logged a complaint and gave me a compliant number : ap[protected] . Everytime I call to them with the complaint number, they disconnect the phone in between on a long hold to get back to the update of complaint status. Sometimes they say that servers are down and asking me to call again later. Finally no positive response for the call and the issue is still pending.
              The BSNL server always states as busy take 5 numbers for Vennela Plus offer. What is this?

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                i am working with a Well Known IT Company, previously i used to connect to office and conference calls from my Airtel Broadband connection. i came to know about the offers by BSNL shoppe ( 10003-Vasantha Communications Pvt. Ltd.[VCPL], T.Nagar I, Opposite Kamaraj Arangam, (DMS)229, Anna Salai, Chennai-6. Ph:[protected] camp.

                I booked the connection on 13-July-2009 from a representive (Nickson Raj(BSNL) : [protected]). i tried reaching him and the above mentioned BSNL Shoppe to know abt the status. since during booking as per plan, they told that it will take 3 days to install Telephone connection and after that within 3 days you will get a broadband connection.

                But so far, i tried with them and found that only on 29-July-2009 only they registered my request in their account. so because of this finally from saligrammam BSNL exchange they fixed telephone connection on 5-Aug-2009, but the line is not up/active. they told by today evening you will get a call from BSNL to activate ur line and they will give u the telephone no alloted for you.

                But so far, nothign is happened, i checked with saligramam BSNL branch for the same, they keep on telling the same story today the line will get up and after that within 3 days you will get a broadband connection.

                Based on their advice, i have surrended my Airtel connection before 21-July itself and i dont have any access to internet to work from home.

                because of this i am totally affected in stress and returning from office not in regular time. personally i am affected mental disturbance and lost my working ability..

                Please do me the favour to get it done at the earliest and they should pay amount for my stress and mental strain caused by them.

                  sir i have recharge my cell no.[protected] on 04/08/09 at 11:30 am by online banking with my icici bank @Rs.110/- but never get it yet, i do talk to the customer service, they just gave me complaint no. H[protected] and time for 48hrs, sir i m working for Marketing Division Doordarshan, i just want to know if the problem is at department's end why do customer suffer, it is good that BSNL launch these services to facilitate the customer, but if customer do suffer for such a small amount then why do customer trust on BSNL and transact big amounts. sir do consider on my complaint.

                  i have received a message from BP 56688 on dt[protected] at the time of 16.31 for subscribing of Pocket Portal services of BSNL(mobile emails services)
                  i send a message for activation of this services on DT[protected] at 09.56 on 56688
                  than i received a message for activate my services and deduct rs 25 monthly charged and after this message i received continue 40 message and my balances deducted about 1000 at present i have -125 balance now i want to unsubscribe this services and pl refund my balance 1000.00

                  iam a bsnl-cellone subscriber in haryana.my number is [protected]. i have bought a recharge of rs.550 and tried to recharge my mobile th the card. but, for the past 30 days, im getting a service reply, there is scheme of recharge get Rs498 and 6 months validity then i have only50 days validity.i have also called the customer care but no action is taken.. pls do something in this regard.i have go Bsnl Exchange of Bahadurgarh But there is no response...

                  I am a businessman in panchkula(Haryana).I have bought a new cellone number from Bsnl office, sec-5, panchkula under the scheme pyaari jodi launched recently.Under this scheme many free schemes such as unlimited free calls from cell to landline, 1000 mb internet usage, 2000 messages etc. but i am not getting any of these services.Customer care and office authorities are just ignoring it.My cellone no. is [protected] and my landline no. is[protected].

                      My internet connection is frequently getting disconnected. the dsl light on the modem is almost always blinking due to which i cannot connect online. and in case it ever stabilises the download speed is excruciatingly slow.. on an average 5-6kbps.. takes me hours to download sth.. i had called the customer care innumerable times and the lineman came n said theres nothing wrong. i reside in kottapuram under thrissur exchange

                      BSNL Dataone is getting slow day by day.. My net speed is around 56 kbps.. but i pay 750 per month for this piece of junk.. I wish to go for Airtel.. they offer better speed with Wi-fi for the same cost.. BSNL is owned by gov. so, we shud knw how govt. people are
                      I am using a Rs 799 plan .Every time i download anything it starts from 23 kbps an later falls to 10 kbps everytime please help

                      nothing — low speed

                      i have plan of broad band 1.5 Gb free and 175 calls free. Speed is more than worst .Speed on the given plan was 225kbps/sec, but will not exceeds 50kbps from 2 months.please look into the matter and correct it as soon as possible.
                      I have been using Bsnl Broadband plan 750 unlimited since a month. But not getting good download speed. Wheres others using the same plan gets dload speed up to 250KB/s and i get max up to 50KB/s. Whenever complained , always got a reply that the problem is solved but doesn't actually do anything. No one pays attention to the issue.My no. is [protected]

                        Sir,
                        With due respect this is to inform you that I, Subhasish Mondal, have purchesed two DOST related BSNL SIM card (Ph no: [protected] & [protected]). I have sent DOSTI message on 22/07/09 but still now(06/08/2009) it is not activated. I have called customer care several time but they did not take a single action. In fact last time (06/08/2009 10.50 pm) customer care executive roughly threat me that my number would not be activated anyhow and also funning me for taking legal steps. I really not excepted this kind of behaviour from BSNL team.

                        Please take strict action for this kind of lazy, careless and bad behaviour's employees.

                        I have purchased two Dosti related Sim. It has activated on 20/07/2009 but still the Dosti facility is not activated. I have called customer care several time, they told me it would activated sortly. But still it is not activated. Even I have called higher authority(02/08/2009 12.10pm). He also told same thing even he don't give me the website where I put my complain. I really harassed for this event. Please have a look...

                        I, sankar shaw, have purchesed DOST related BSNL SIM card . I have sent DOSTI message on 19/08/09 but still now(24/08/2009) it is not activated. I have called customer care several time but they did not take a single action. In fact last time (24/08/2009 3.29 pm) customer care executive roughly threat me that my number would not be activated anyhow and also funning me for taking legal steps. I really not excepted this kind of behaviour from BSNL team.

                          I have a Black Sterlite Wireless Router provided to me by BSNL. The router works fine, no doubt about it(although, i never
                          came to find the way to go in it's firmware to open few ports for my PS2). But, this is not my problem. My problem is every
                          now & then, i lose the ADSL light on my Router i.e. the broadband signals are intermittent or dropping. I have complained on
                          the[protected] number many a times & on every occasion they handed me with a docket number. Rarely, i get a call
                          from someone who asks whether its working or not. It works after that, it definitely does. BUT, ONLY FOR ANOTHER
                          FEW HOURS!! Then, once again it goes off, comes back & goes off again. Is this what is always expected from BSNL?
                          Lousy service?? I strongly believe that there is something wrong at the local exchange & it is not being dealt accordingly.
                          I want someone to sort this problem for me. i want my broadband to be working all the time instead of the flashing/Off ADSL
                          light.
                          Also, i am also attaching a screenshot of my broadband speed tested by YOUR so called Broadband Speed Tester. i cant
                          imagine that i am paying for a 2 MBPS BB connection & i am getting a 57.90 kbps speed & i can download files at an
                          amazing speed of 7.24 kbps. Dont you think, you should just stop providing Broadband to customers & concentrate on Dail
                          Up services??

                          bsnl dataone broadband — BILLING

                          I have a dataone montly 250 rental plan. Recently i got a bill for internet usage of 6000 rs and previosuly of RS 2000 . I tried to check my usage on dataone website but the website sucks. Everytime I try to click on Check Account Usage the message appears Internet Explorer cannot open page. Went to BSNL office and they say check ur account usage online. on the bsnl website it mentions that download upload per month is 1 GB and additional will be charge 0.90 paise per MB . This means that my download uplaod for this month is around 50GB that is next to impossible. Because i just use internet for checking emails and using yahoo messenger for chat. Sometimes to check share prices online. Thats it. Many times in previous month the broadband connection use to get disconnected.

                          I read some of the forums online while searching on google and found that many of other customers have also been charge around in the range of 2000 RS to 4000 RS for same 256 monthly Plan. I will like to look from this website that there may be other people who may be facing the same problem. But the service from BSNL is so ridiculous that people those who r busy in day to day life get frustated from such kind of services.

                          From last two months I am frustated from BSNL service. When I go to the BSNL office they say check it online when I try to call the toll free number they dont give proper answer.

                          BSNL DataOne Broadband — WRONG BILLING FOR 500C for the month of JAN 09

                          Mine is a pakka BSNL cheating case. I am in 500c+, 1.5GB free, 0200AM-0800AM unlimited.
                          For the month of Jan 2009, I received 3000/- bill, but BSNL Portal usage page shows, my USAGE excluding night unlimited is 1.46GB, and I never called to anyone.

                          How come they serve me 3000/- bill when my usage limit is below 1.5GB. It should be minimum bill.

                          It seems your PC is infected with lots of viruses, trojans, spywire, malwire etc due to surfing the porn sites which is not fare. Format your PC and surf like a gentleman, this will surely resolve your problem.

                          I had availed the Dataone Broadband under Plan 250 connection. My internet usage bills have been 13000/- for October'09 and Rs 2500/- for Nov'09. I had not at all used internet in the month of Oct'09, since my father's demise and had been in Chennai for 40days. I am living alone and my office hours are 8.00 AM to 8.30 PM.                             Dear Sir,

                            I had logged in to bangaloretelecom.com with my old user id and password. It prompted me to change my password. It took me through the password change portal. I tried changing the password but it said password change failed. Then I tried re-logging with my old password it throw me an error invalid username/password. I tried calling customer care but the they were not able to help me. All I want is to reset my password for user_id:Prateek_wap and send it to my email account registered with www.bangaloretelecom.com

                            For last one month I m continuously trying to lodge my complaint online to bsnl cutomer care authorities at websites shown related to prepaid mobile service in Karnataka circle . My prepaid excel no. is [protected]. To this mobile no. of mine, I m daily getting floods of sms on cricket updates from 56505 without my request . They r virtually choking my mobile inbox space forcibly by non stop sms on cricket related updates daily. Itz so irritating deleting these unwanted feeds daily to keep my inbox free . Despite my online rquests to stop this nonsense updates, itz shamelessly continuing non stop daily. I dont know whom to call/contact/intimate to discontinue this stupidity. Each fortnight they are deducting Rs.15/- also without my consent.                                 Dear sir,
                                I have been using BSNL broadband internet connection from march'08 and since then my internet connection was working perfectly.After viewing BSNL's internet connection speed and service, many of my friends had switched to BSNL from other Internet Service Providers.
                                But from the last 3~4 months i am facing internet diconnection problem and very often i am not able to connect to the internet.This has become a daily problem and very frustating for me as i am a working professional and generally surf on internet in the evening time only.I have had done many complaints to my local telephone exchange and Mr.SDO as well but everytime i get the response as " We will see"...can't get help of this sentence.

                                With the downfall in communication through landline (telephone) calls and communication market taking over by private cellular service provider, these type of ignorance by BSNL personnel is never expected. If somebody is sincerely reading my complaint then please help me out and get this problem sorted out ASAP.My telephone number is[protected]

                                  I am from Vadodara, Gujarat and i have complain against telephone nos[protected], 2634579. I would like to tell you that i have registered complain against the above telephone nos since last one month or more. They are registered in name of Hamax Pharmaceuticals, 703, GIDC Makarpura, Vadodara - 10. I am the partner of this company. Actually I have given complain in the BSNL Vadodara more than 1 month ago Then i have contact the supervisior incharge and he has informed us that there is cable fault so it will take some time to get corrected. Thenafter the supervisior has not attended our call and also was not available in person. So we have given the complain in writing for which i have a copy with the stamp of receipt from BSNL Vadodara Then they had informed us that the complain will be taken care of within 5 - 6 days. Then we waited for about 10 days but nothing was done and then we gave another letter mentioning the above matter and also threating them to go to the higher authority if the complain is not solved within 5 days but still the complain remains unsolved and every our one man goes there and spends 4 - 5 hours and gets no reply or receives message that due to cable fault many lines are not working in Makarpura GIDC area and it is not only your line that is not working. The reply itself suggests how careless the BSNL officials are regarding complain against non working telephone lines.
                                  I am facing lots of problems as only 1 out of our four lines of BSNL is working and that is having heavy impact on our turnover as we do business through Telephone.

                                  You are requested to look into the matter and do something so the matter is taken care of as soon as possibe

                                    we have taken bsnl broadband since 15 days .The bsnl official from gopalapatnam, visakhapatnam area came, and not installed any drivers and said there is problem in modem and never responded after calling sooo many times also. we are irritated by calling to the customer care.no one is responsible for customers.plz make the problem solveble

                                        I applied for IPTV at my Chandigarh residence through Akash agencies, who declared that IPTV service is being provided by BSNL. IPTV was installed at my residence after repeated followup with M/s Akash. After installation, I discovered that my either I can watch TV or surf internet. Akash personnel said BSNL will replace existing single port modem to multiport modem. This was confirmed by BSNL's public dealing personnel also. They reffered me to the Technical dept. for replacing the modem. When I met Technical services dept. of BSNL, to my surprise, they said they have nothing to do with M/s Akash (I purchased IPTV connection in the name of BSNL) and the modem will not be replaced and nothing can be done. On my repeated requests, they asked me to give an application regarding the same, which I did and nothing has happened till date. Today the situation is, whenever I switch ON my TV, the screen either reads BUSY or THE NETWORK IS BUSY. Despite paying for the facillity, I am not able to watch TV. I think BSNL should own the responsibility of harassing the customers, as M/s Akash are getting the connections in the name of BSNL. It is in the name of BSNL only that I opted for IPTV otherwise there are better private service providers for the same.

                                        Please help.
