MY LANDLINE WAS NOT WORKING LAST FOUR DAYS.
I COMPLAIN ON YOUR COMPUTERISE LANDLINE NUMBER.
BUT NO ANY ACTION FROM YOU.

Received bill Rs.511/- bill date 6/08/2010 Bill no. T[protected].
Opening Meter Reading:-58823 / Closing Meter Reading:-58823.
- Bill Paid on 11/08/2010.
I am to request for getting refund under ‘Rent refund scheme’

( Telephone were dead from dt.08/07/2010 to till date)

(telephone were dead from dt.08/07/2010 to till date.)

EXCHANGE CHANGE Jamalpur to Isanpur for complain on 03/08/2010

*(4) Complained no. ISN - 00743. Dt.03/08/2010.
( telephone were dead from dt.08/07/2010.
(5) Complained no. ISN - 00813. Dt.06/08/2010.

* Of late it has been observed that the complaint booked is /was removed from the register of telephone exchange, Ahmadabad, without attending the same though the telephone is not continued, so that again and again I have to book complaint of my telephone mentioned above.

It is inadvertently mentioned here that I did not get telephone service from above period Were Not working condition . However, I may be clarified that I have paid/credited my telephone bills, even though phone in question is dead.
Do needful and arrange to issue necessary refund under rent
Refund under existing rules.

my old parents are living at khambhat. telephone is the only medium through wich we can hear each other. since long time it is observed that the telephone is not working properly that too continuous for a week or more. my parents are not having other facility like mobile etc.; moreover my father is suffering from ostio arthritis due to which he is unable to walk properly, whereas my mother is a heart patient: therefore both of them can not take trouble of going out and talk with us through std phone.
now my equest is this :
provide un-interruppted telephone service and not to harras my parents because of this complaint.

my no[protected] not working for last 20 days. i made frequet comlaints on 26851200 and frequest reminders on[protected] to Chaudhari saheb to. but not started yet. againg i called Mr. Thakkar on [protected] for three times. he didn't answered the phone. then i SMS him and given whole detail about the problem. till the date phone has not been started.

TOO MUCH DISTURBANCE VOICE IN MY TELEPHONE FROM THE SO MANY DAYS

Subject: Facing Problem in WLL Connection.
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I am facing a problem in my WLL phone connection from the past Six month. I have already logged a compliant at Viramgam BSNL office but from there I have not get any kind of response from their side even they are not providing complaint number then after number of time I made a call at Ahmadabad BSNL office but till date no response from their side. Furthermore I want to through a light on my case that WLL is not working as I mention in this application and I am getting the bill on monthly basis. So help me out in this what I will do neither getting any response . At the end I just want to inform that if I’ll not get any response than the only measure is left that I have to disconnect my WLL connection.

i am having a landline connection with unlimited broad band connection at my residence in jamnagar. number is[protected]. i am facing problem from last twenty days and i registered complint on 198, your line man came and confirmed that there is problem in the instrument, then he changed the instrument, still it is not working and then he told that there is line problem. march month is completed and still nobody solved my problem. such a big organisation i was unable to understand why problems are not solved within time. i have to pay for the complete month without any usage of my phone or borad band internet. please take adequate steps to resolve the problems at the earliest.

This in connection to my phone no. 236529 which is out of order since
last one week,
In the name of "Jethalal Liladhar Purani" at choriwad, vadali taluka.(Gujarat).

When i complaint to vadali on No. 236398 the is not being noted and
phone is wantedly disconnected. The attitude of person who is
attending the complaint calls is barbarous, Being an aged person above
90 yr and due to illed health i am unable to contact personally, The
bill comes promptly even though the phone is not working so is it not
a Cheating?

The department is collecting the bills from the subscribers without
providing the services, On what ground does the department collect from
the subcribers without providing services? and it's also surprising
that how a person irresponsible to his duties and unhuman behavior is
being appointed by the department.

Either the bill should be collected for the days the phone is
working, I am also ready to surrender the connection and publish to
media, That in a month the phone is not working 25 days, Hope at least
something will be done any without further delay and please see that
irrisponsible staff is not appointed for such a Job
