BSNL haridwar/internet service — slow speed of net through ev-do card

Internet through cdma but it too slow for past one month, I made complaints to respective junior engineer but there is no response. If it continues Iam going to disconnect the connection and I will switch over to Airtel plug to surf, So please take necessary actions soon and respond me through e mail...
